I have done a transaction of 25000 rs on 29th dec 2019. The money has left from account and the transaction is failed. I have waited for three days till now money hasn't refunded to my account. The help center is also not working properly. The request call back functionality will give a call back but we can't contact to the technical person. Please help me. I need the money. Its very urgently please help me. Their is no customer care number or no way to contact.

    I have done a payment with google pay on 10 september 2019 to swarnandhratoursandtravels amount of 9000. Google pay said payment has failed. It is showing payment processing by partner bank. I have raised an dispute for that transaction in google pay. They said in dispute, we will notify you when there is an update. Three and half months time passed still they didn't resolve refund issue.

      I did a transaction on 11th november 2019 to flipkart account for purchasing an item through gpay app from gmail id [protected]@gmail.com (Google transaction id : cicagkdw9kzfqg).
      Rs. 697 deducted from my account but flipkart didn't received the amount (Flipkart customer care executive confirmed this). Since then i'm contacting gpay support executives to resolve the issue. But whenever contacting they all have the same reply "we will notify you when we get report from our technical team".. And still not resolved the issue.

        I have made recharge to my vodafone prepaid sim of which amount has been debited, but recharge has not been processed. The transaction in gpay app is showing as failed transaction as result cannot make complaint through the app itself. Kindly process the transaction or else refund the amount. This incident took place on 27th of dec. 2019 however it is showing as 28th of dec. 2019 in bank statement.

        I lost money nearly 1000rupees on the name of proxima beta. How should I get my money back.
        Initially 1 rupee was deducted and then i lost 420 rupess and then continously I lost 79rupess for 6 times .please help me to get this money back.else tell me about this to get this money back

          My mobile number is [protected]. There is a new year welcome offer from google pay. Google pay 2020. They are offering to complete 2020 cake whicht has a 3 layer.1st layer consists of 3 stamp, 2nd layer consists of 2 stamp and the last layer has 1 stamp, each layer has seperate sccratch card and after completing all layers there is a cake completing reward scratch card.. I got seperately every scratch card for completing 3 layers. But after completing the 2020 cake i did not get the cake completing scratch card. I only got happy new year greetings scratch card. I claimed cake completing reward but not recieve the final scratch card.
          They must give the last scratch card asap!

            मी google pey वरून एक व्यवहार केला होता त्याचा txn नंबर आहे:[protected] हा असून मी हा व्यवहार 18 नोव्हेंबर 2019 ह्या दिवशी 6 वाजून 33 मिनिटे या वेळी केला हा व्यवहार माझ्याकडे फेल म्हणून दाखवला परंतु माझ्या खात्यामधून माझे 1000 रुपये वजा केले गेले व ते पैसे समोरच्या खात्यातही जमा नाही झाले मी ह्या बाबत त्यांच्या ग्राहक सेवेला संपर्क केला असता माझी पूर्ण पणे सहायत्ता झाली नाही व ते फक्त उडवा उडवी ची उत्तर देत आहेत मी त्याच्या आपक्षे प्रमाणे सर्व कागद पत्र त्याच्या मेल वर पाठवले परंतु त्यांचा कोणत्याही प्रकारे उत्तर व्यवस्थित देत नाही कृपया माझी मदत करा

              My email id [protected]@gmail.com linked account google pay transaction failed on 10th dec. Rs 2000 send to my frds account. I compliant to customer care they said wait for 3 days but amount not credited again called to them and send my bank statement to them, they said wait for 7 days. The 7 days passed today but amount is not credited back to my account. Pls help me to credit back that amount to my account

                Hi,

                Booked ticket on irctc using google pay amount debited inr 662.7 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm

                  On[protected] i made the transaction to the phone no [protected] of rupee 4175/- with the google transaction id (Cicagkco0jw4k4) it shown me payment failed, it was an urgent transfer so i made the same payment on 13th dec. And it got successful, but my 12th dec transaction is still showing pending and the amount has been debited from my account, i raised the debut as well as i made the call to the representative but still no effective response from them even after showing all the documents and everything, its my hard earned money and for my own money i'am suffering from last 15 days, what should i do now, where is my money?

                    I had make a payment to one of my friend but due to some error the payment was failed but the amount was deducted from my account. Now its 10 days to go but my amount is still not received me back.
                    I had try many time google pay customer service and send feedback to the app but there is no single revert from your side.
                    That is not the way you treating your customer. Do need full and resolve the issue.

                      A person told to get me a new mobile phone in custome and he ask to pay initial amount 5000 in google pay then when we pay he did not answer and he switched off the phone. So kindly check the frauded and make me refund please. Don't let him to do any other fraud like this. And his name was romeo akbar. The transaction i'd was[protected].                         The company have not done anything for this issue. And till now i haven't get any email or call from the google pay. Sir kindly help me with this situation. I am giving you the full details about transaction.

                          I have done payment on 07.12.19 of rs 3000 to my friend and it is failed on 9th & till now i have not received the amount back.                               Sir i did my dth recharge of 300 and the money is debited but recharge was not done so till now almost two months passed away but till now my money is not refunded to my account and i contacted several times to the google pay care. But always the are saying it takes 7 working days now i am frustrated with their behavior towards consumer. Kindly help me sir.

                                  I have made a transaction through google pay from sbi to flipkart on 18th oct, 2019. The transaction was failed from the receiver's end i. E., flipkart. I waited for 3 working days for refund and then i made a complain request to google pay. Till date i have called 7 times to google pay and 2 times to flipkart. Initially, i have been told that the transaction was made through 3rd party application and therefore it is taking much time. It's been 2months and still i didn't receive my refund and the customer support executive of google pay are going on assuring that their technical team is working on it.                                     Hello sir,
                                    I send money to my friend on 03/11/2019 of rs504 from google pay app.
                                    First he so in processing and after 3 day. Google pay show that money is sent successfull to recipient bank account. But but my friend's bank didnot recieve money of rs504. I also complain to google pay but they didnot send my money. I have also mine and my friends bank acoount statement. Please help me to get back my money

                                      I had placed an order on souled store, and had done the payment through google pay. The next day i had cancel the order for which souled store has succesfully processed my refund. But google pay has still not processed the same in my account. Whenever i try to contact them they say our executives are working on the issue and will get back to you within the net 3 days. Its been a month and a half still there is no reply from their end. The complaint was registered on 29th october, and still i haven't got my money back.

                                        I had supplied an add of arihant mathematics books on olx. A person called me at evening of 13 of december and told me that he is interested in buying that book. He requested me to make a payment through google pay. I accepted and he sent me a qr code which i scanned to accept 500 rupees. But my sbi account was debited by 19753 and he further debited my account by huge amount making a total of 98459. He had refused to pay...
