      I did the idea recharge through Google pay ok n 28th March still recharge not completed but my account got debited also checked with bank and Google pay .. assisted to raise there they contact them if. Not resolved.

        I had contacted them to have the recent transaction cancelled and refund. Explained them exactly what happened with the boutique person. Since she is not responding to any of my calls and messages. She is a cheat. I contact google pay they was like we are here to help. I waited for 3days to raise a dispute only then it accepts. I disputed and now they are like contact your bank. They are helpless. Waste of time contacting them

        Purchased 600 uc in pub g mobile for 799rps on 2 April 2020 via paytm upi, but I didn't receive uc, the money 799 rps deducted from my bank account .
        So please refund my money.

            I have initiated a transaction of ₹4000 on 29 february 2020. The transaction id is[protected]. The amount has not been debited from my account but the payment is still being processed by my bank. I want to cancel the transaction so that i can initiate a new transaction. My bank has asked me to raise a complaint on the upi portal. Please cancel the said transaction

            I had spoken to them at the 1st place. They said they can't help and asked me to speak to my bank. Then I called the bank and the bank asked me to raise concern on upi portal
            I have tried to transfer 1000rs to my friend on1st april2020. But transaction got failed and amount git debited from my account. And today i.e. 4 april 2020 . I have not got refund till now. Please give me my money back. Its of my hardwork

              On 13th march 2020, i transferred an amount of rs 6500 through my google pay account to another google pay account. The money was debited from my sbi account but the recipient did not receive the money. It's been 15 days and the payment status of my amount is still shown to be as "processing" in my google pay. I raised the dispute with google pay and there are no responses.
              Google pay mentions that it would take 3-5 business days to get money deposited in the recipient's account but it is been 15 days and the status of the payment is still shown to be in the processing mode.

                  On 16th march i made 2 transaction of ₹10000 each for purchasing of laptop from lenovo showroom. At that time the payment was processing so we waited for about 2 hours for the payment to get processed. After 2hrs it still showed processing so i made cash payments to the seller. The seller assured me that the payment will decline automatically after 1or 2 days, so i withdrew the payment from nearby atm. They also assured me that they will refund my payment if by any chance they will receive it. Days passed, and i kept on checking the progress of my payment still it showed the same thing 'processing'. After 2 days an option of raise dispute appeared and i clicked on it still after 2 days the transaction got completed.
                  I would request you to refund my money paid to aircom india.

                          I have done transaction of ₹3750/-. It shows amount transfer successfully but still not received or return back to me. I have raise a dispute after 7 working days. Then i contact three time to customer care. They always saying three business days. I have stay patience a lot but still i didn't get back my money back. It's more than one month.                           First Time I Get Call From Google Pay And They Mailed From [email protected]. on 26th Feb Then I got another Mail On 27th As I Send Both Bank Statement. then They Said It Will Take 7Business Days To Resolve. I Have Waited More Than Seven Day And Called Then They Said Sorry For Inconvenience within 3 days It Will Be Resolved Then I Called After Three Days Again They Said The Same Now today (15/03/2020) I raised A Call Request From Gpay App Again Saying It Will Take Three Working Days!..                             I had buy a ipo through google pay but at that time my yes bank account was registered with it afterwards yes bank got down and there services went down so i have changed my account yes bank to axis bank. Now i haven’t got any ipo so my mandate suppose to be cancelled but cancellation requires yes bank account and yes bank server is not working so not able to add yes bank account and getting message again and again.. Your mandate can’t be canceled as remiter bank not registered with us kindly help me in this issue.

                              I had done 3 transactions using google pay to a retailer and all the 3 transactions were failed and i got notified it would be reverted back to my account within 3 to 5 business days. 3 days later the transactions has gone through and paid to the receiver. The receiver is not responding to the messages and calls. I have checked with google pay and they are not ready to look into this and they have informed that i have to contact the receiver or the bank to sort this. This is not fair as it was trusted as a reliable gateway for transacting large amount and this is not true. I have all the supporting transaction details. Kindly investigate and help.

                                I made a transaction of rs.29, 000 on 4th march 2020. It was deducted from my account but still shows 'processing' since then. It has till date not reflected in the recipient account. I tried multiple ways of contacting google pay's customer care but there was absolutely no response. Finally after a wait of 30 mins on their toll free when i spoke with their agent, i was told that the money will either get reversed or will get credited and reflect in the recipient account. Till date my money is stuck. This money was supposed to be sent for a medical emergency and i'm not able to get my money back since so many days. Please look into the matter and help.
