Hello sir,
I send money to my friend on 03/11/2019 of rs504 from google pay app.
First he so in processing and after 3 day. Google pay show that money is sent successfull to recipient bank account. But but my friend's bank didnot recieve money of rs504. I also complain to google pay but they didnot send my money. I have also mine and my friends bank acoount statement. Please help me to get back my money

    I had placed an order on souled store, and had done the payment through google pay. The next day i had cancel the order for which souled store has succesfully processed my refund. But google pay has still not processed the same in my account. Whenever i try to contact them they say our executives are working on the issue and will get back to you within the net 3 days. Its been a month and a half still there is no reply from their end. The complaint was registered on 29th october, and still i haven't got my money back.

    I have booked a ticket through goibibo on November 30th and the amount of 500 rupees deducted but the ticket was not confirmed. Actually amount needs to revert back but it almost 10 days over till now google pay didn't respond. Kindly solve my issue

      I had supplied an add of arihant mathematics books on olx. A person called me at evening of 13 of december and told me that he is interested in buying that book. He requested me to make a payment through google pay. I accepted and he sent me a qr code which i scanned to accept 500 rupees. But my sbi account was debited by 19753 and he further debited my account by huge amount making a total of 98459. He had refused to pay...

      money didn't credited to the beneficiary account

      I had made one transaction of amount rs 5029 via gpay on 27th november, 2019 to mi company on mi.com. The money got deducted from my account successfully. My bank icici has shared the rrn/transaction number, mi's bank account number in which the money got credited and their ifsc code. I have shared the received information to mi company but still they are saying that they have not received the money.

      I have recharge Jio through Google Pay but i didn't receive any recharge and my amount is deducted and not refunded yet.
      I have spoken to Jio executive and they have confirmed that they didn't receive money. They told me u have to talk Google Pay for the same. This is completely fraud. I have done recharge on Friday At 3.15pm of 349 rs through Google Pay App to jio.I have receipt of the same and my amount is not refunded yet.
      Kindly Tell me where is my money and i want my money back as soon as possible.

        Hi,

        I did a google pay transaction on 28th aug 2019 for reliance fresh in bengaluru, and the transaction got failed, despite follow up with google pay and reliance fresh, i didn't get my money back yet, as they kept saying to wait for the resolution! And google pay doesn't have any timeline for long pending issues, very pathetic!

        Attached is the google pay failed transaction and the reply from reliance fresh.

        Looking forward for resolving this issue, hope the users gets aware of this.

          Sir,
          My friend send me money but this money not receive by me.in transaction history it is states that money is received but it doesn't reflect in my account.
          This transaction is done on 10 november and till i didn't received any money from google pay.
          I have to received money from bank of india to my bank that is bank of maharashtra.
          So please check an notify me.

            On 8 december, 2019 i recharged my bsnl sim with 548 rs data pack via google pay but the transaction is taking too much time and the recharge still hasn't been processed.
            Kindly make them process the recharge or return my money as soon as possible.
            I'll be thankful.

                I have already raised a complaint at the goibibo app but the case is still under review. They claim about not receiving the payments. Can you please look into this and help me asap?

                  On 1ts december i've made a payment of ₹58, 410 towards india mart. Money was deducted from my bank account but not credited in beneficiary's account. When i raised this issue on twitter. They told me to wait for 3 working days. It's been 6 days now since i made the transaction but didn't get any response or refund for that matter. Please help me get my money back. Thanks

                  I did a recharge of RS.444 of Jio by Google Pay UPI . The payment was successful but I have no confirmation recharge from Jio. Jio has said that it's the issue of bank and the Google Pay .
                  Could I please get the refund or get my recharge done .
                  This is third time it has happened .

                    I tried to book railway ticket online on irctc app on 4th dec, made the payment through google pay. Money got deducted instantly and google pay showed that transaction was successful. But on irctc it is showing that transaction failed and ticket was not booked. So when will the deducted amount be refunded to my account.

                    I am attaching all the relevant details for reference with regards to upi id and transaction id.
                    Kindly resolve issue the refund.

                      I had paid maintenance bill on Adda app using Gpay for 49193 on 21st Nov. I got payment success notification on Gpay and amount has been deducted from my account. However, amount never got reflected in Adda. I waited till 3rd dec and raised a complaint to Gpay and Adda.

                      Adda guys have responded that there was a transaction failure and this amount should be refunded. However, now i am stuck as amount is deducted while it is not getting reflected. There is no one from gpay customer care to pick call, tried calling 5 times but they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then cut the cal

                        Hello since 03.12.2019 from my card was illegal transfers to google proxima beta, rs 799i have neither authorized my card on this web site. Resently receivedmy card. My card was in my prossession and i did not give it to a third party at the time of fraudulent use. Please help me return my money

                        From my jio app i was started recharging . I selected 444 plan and claimed 50 rupees discount voucher and balance 394 i was paid through Google pay UPI.                           I did a transaction on 31st july 2019 which was unsuccessful but the money was debited from my account. I was assured the money will be refunded back within 3 days. It's been 4 months now and i'm still left waiting. I've contacted the customer support multiple times and they all just kept me in fools paradise! Now they are not even receiving my calls or letting me use the chat service. Please help with the issue.

                              I had transaction done against a third party vendor (Oyo) and the amount got debited from my bank account, but resulted in transaction failure from vendor and successful from google pay upi.
                              After investigating with vendor, the payment had not received from google pay and was shown as failure in their system.
                              I had no choice but to escalate this issue with google pay. The incident went into escalation on 18th november and yet the technical team is not able to figure out the issue with the transaction.
                              No proper update is provided on the progress done by the technical team and its still under investigation everytime i do a followup call.
                              Manager or team leaders avoid receiving the customer calls, and nor do they call back to assist and escalate this issue.
                              This is complete waste of time for a customer as support agents are trained hard to make customer hangup the call with positive note by giving false commitments, deadlines on resolution, call backs from managers etc.

                              As a customer, i have not update on the progress on whats happening with the case and where has it reached.

                                I dont knowo what is happening from yesterday night when i am trying to recharge my mobile through google pay it is not working. Yesterday when i changed my mobile phone it is showing to reactivate the account but when i am doing it its not coming. I dong know what id wrong with it. N grom yesterday night i tried every possible way but it is not working. I really fed up.!

                                  I recharge through google pay on 1 nov 2019 at 8:17 am bal deducted but recharge not done. I complain in google pay they said wait for 7 days. Then they say send pdf file of your bank detail from 1 nov to till now. Now then are saying provide fresh bank detail it means how many time i have to give the detail. So i request to plz help me to get back my money through google pay.
