Hi,
I did a google pay transaction on 28th aug 2019 for reliance fresh in bengaluru, and the transaction got failed, despite follow up with google pay and reliance fresh, i didn't get my money back yet, as they kept saying to wait for the resolution! And google pay doesn't have any timeline for long pending issues, very pathetic!
Attached is the google pay failed transaction and the reply from reliance fresh.
Looking forward for resolving this issue, hope the users gets aware of this.
Google India / Tez customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
