I bought the voucher on 26th may 2018. Please cancel my voucher and i request refund of the amount.

It would be appreciable i[censored] provide with a clear options for cancellation. Its really annoying to spend so much time to cancel the voucher where it takes only seconds to book them. Please do consider this and make it user friendly.

Made booking and paid for non refundable booking . Later got email saying rooms not available. How can they share confirmation voucher later say don't have rooms .. clear case of cheating see attached confirmation

    I booked one deal of captain sam's pizza, vip road, zirakpur for dinner buffet for 2 persons on 02.05.2018. It was giving 2 offers, one was 30% cashback in nearbuy account and the other one was 15% cashback in paytm account. I choose for 2nd option. But i did n't receive any cashback in any of my wallet and further the automail received from nearbuy was showing that the cashback will be sent in nearbuy wallet. I would like to submit that please provide the cashback in my paytm wallet itself which was being offered at the time of booking of buffet. Early response will be appreciable.

    I called to book an appointment in vlcc after getting a voucher on nearby. But then they told me that service is not available in there center. Now I want to cancel the reservation but there is not any option.

      1. I have purchased two vouchers for foot massage at galaxy hotel' gurgaon.

      2. I have also purchased two vouchers for buffet lunch at asia 7 ' ambience mall gurgaon.

      The validity of all the four vouchers mentioned above expires on 30 april' 2018.
      Currently i am out of station. And therefore' i would request you to increase the validity till 30 may' 2018

        I bought 3 vouchers for barbecue nation on 3rd feb 2018 and they got expired on 20th apr 2018 (In just over 2 months). I did not get any notification regarding the expiry of the vouchers. Thus ended up losing inr 1635.00

        Upon calling nearbuy support they kept on citing just cited terms and condition of their voucher and didn't really bother to help it out. I requested them to either extend the date or provide me credit back but nothing helped!

          I have bought kodak picworks voucher for 3500 in march 2017 and haven't used it, it is expired in april 2017 and i am not able to use at least the amount i paid for the voucher.
          I contacted the nearbuy customer support but of no use, they are telling that the voucher expired and it is non cancel deal.

          My understanding is even if the voucher expired i should be able to utilize the amount paid for the voucher

            I have purchased a voucher with code # njfryh2, i have not availed the vouchers since i realized the merchant is too far from place i stay and i tried to cancel the voucher, however the mobile app took me to redemption option instead. Now when i am trying to contact your customer service i was told they cannot help me.

            This is not a fair way of doing business. Either refund my amount or provide me alternate solution instead of suggesting me going to same merchant.

              I brought 2 passes of holi in my registered email id [protected]@gmail.com there was no guest list provided they said the guest list will be there at the venue they wasted 1 hour just to know where will the nearbuy voucher redemed then one elder person came and started scanning and redeming the voucher he redemed 2 voucher of mine and said 1 was already redemed then i have to pay for 1 more voucher at venue after that it was mentioned unlimited food food also got exhausted before lunch time that is 2 in afternoon .i want my money refunded for this i have reported this in cyber crime department its a fraud app looting customers out of money

                  I had purchased a groupon voucher for barbeque nation (Non-veg lunch) from nearbuy.com on 6 nov 2017. Due to some reason, i could not use this voucher. Today when i went to the merchant (Barbeque nation), they said that the voucher had expired and they (Barbeque nation) requested me to contact nearbuy for voucher extension. Barbeque nation also informed me that they only receive the money on redemption.
                  When i contacted nearbuy, they outwardly rejected my request for extension, saying that the merchant can only do the extension. Nearbuy also said that on purchase of voucher, the money gets immediately transferred to the merchant which is in clear contrast to what the merchant (Barbeque nation) is saying.

                  Now i am in a fix with my voucher being not usable (853 inr). Ironically the price of the lunch buffet is cheaper, even then i cant use my voucher. Please help and advise.

                    There were lot of embarrasment we faced on new year eve, we didnt made to the venue, me and my wife went there and police have stopped us saying that all the clubs in connaught place area has issued physical car entry pass to their guest to enter the connaught place area,

                    You nearbuy guys just sell the passes without knowing the ground situation to earn your commission, we have wasted 3 hours arguing police that we have bought this passes online through nearbuy and we have not provided any physical car entry paas, we have called venue 100 times they didnt picked our phone, also venue is 5kms away, there is no space for car parking, its a cold day, this is how we celebrated our new year eve courtesy nearbuy

                    Me and my wife have never faced such embarrased situation anytimes in our life

                    I have still not received 10%cashback its been 7days, you guys are humbly requested if you can give my cashback in my bank account or bankers cheques or paytm, that would be great help, so that i can uninstall nearbuy without doing any other transaction

Its said on ticket that nearbuy will refund the money in case of cancellation, while they are not and telling to talk to merchant. While even bookmyshow app has refunded the money of my friends...this is a total fraud.kindly help

                      Hi i am very disappointed by service given by nearbuy & i believe this forum will
                      Provide justice. I purchased passes for new year celebration from nearbuy. The event date was 31st dec 2017. My voucher id is : ncdzegc & registered email id : [protected]@gmail.com. The quality of food was very bad & this is the online passes i bought. My new year celebration got worst. Kindly provide refund for bad quality food & take necessary action against nearbuy. They making people fool.

                        I purchased a e gift voucher of westside and it was not getting redeemed on the store... I called them and they are saying its redemed before handed... How can it be possible it doesn't make any sense... Its completely fooling customers and taking their money... Immediately i want my money refunded 1000, rs at the same time they make false nearbuy promise... I[censored]h don't refund back my money... I will file a case in consumer forum

                          I did not get any notification regarding any expiration...and when I went to restaurant ...I found it that it has been redeemed...I never did redeem the voucher.

                          how am I supposed to know that my voucher is expiring??

                          Need ans to my ques...and strongly believe that the Nearbuy should refund the amount...or replace my Voucher.

                            Hi, i maitri vyas tried to get 4 coupons of barbeque nation, ahmedabad for dinner which should cost total 2600/- however during the transaction there was an option for paytm paytm, i tried to pay through the same however the money debited from my account but nearbuy did not proceed the transaction. I though that is due to network error and having trust in your services i tried again, however, i the transaction failed for 4 times and as a result at the end of the process rs. 10, 300/- was deducted from my account from which not a single penny has been refunded neither i receive any voucher from groupon. This is really very disappointing and i would humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund me my every penny back.
                            I am attaching the screenshot of my bank transacted amount to nearbuy. Please refer the same and kindly refund my money as soon as possible. Because the amount is very high and running a website for discounted offers i hope you know the value of money.

                              Hi everyone,

                              I am helpless now and this is the only way to get my money back from nearbuy. I used nearbuy.com first time and trust me guys my experience was so bad. It’s too pathetic. They are making fool of their customers by deducting money. They have problem with their payment gateway and saying your bank and paytm has problem. This is totally unprofessional.
                              Last sunday, on 26th nov, i bought a voucher of rs 2497 for dinner in taj chandigarh. They have deducted the money from my bank account. And my order is showing no booking. But i have received the message of order confirmation. My order number was 9109030 on my number. I am having proof for same. I am attaching few images below.
                              I called them many times but initially they your money is not received yet. It was my wedding anniversary that day and they spoiled my mood as well as my husband mood.
                              After calling them again and again they said ok ma’ am there may be some problem with your paytm and bank account. Lol seriously. If paytm cuts my money. It returns me on same time after complain. You got it. But at last they people said (Nearbuy) that we will return your money but i didn’t receive it yet.
                              So much worried because of people like these and i suggest you all please read there reviews and rating and then order something. They are not professionals. Please improve your

                                I did a transaction of rs 199/- towards purchase of hair & beauty coupon rs 199rs.
                                The transaction failed and there was a message on the screen that any credit or promotional code will be reverted back to the account.
                                However, the amount of rs 199/- is debited from my airtel payments account but the transaction failed and neither is the amount credited back to the account.

                                  I bought voucher worth around rs 1300 and called the number of outlet given on app, nobody picked and when i went there i was denied because i did not booked in advance. Now after ruining my night there is no option for cancellation on my app and when i bought it said it was 100% refundable. Now on there app there is no link for getting the cancellation which shows their fraudulant behavior. I am pressing charges for harassment and refund of my money.

                                    I bought several kfc vouchers and did not got any intimation sms or email that the vouchers are expiring. And when i had a conversation with customer care and received the reply the vouchers are non refundable and i told you should have intimated system for the same through sms and email like littleapp do, the lady had no reply for this. My vouchers are for nearly rs 1200. This is a loot. Nearbuy having no system of intimation and looting amount of the users.

                                      Please cancel my vouchers nexzbm7, nrwbpw7 and na2kdhh. Refund the amount as well. I bought them on 1st feb 2017. The expiry date for these vouchers are 13th of july 2017. So please cancel the vouchers before 13th july. I could not find any link in the nearbuy application which can help cancel the active vouchers. Please help me cancel these and refund for the vouchers mentioned above.

                                        Purchased soho and absolute barbecue voucher every time vendor is denying to accept voucher and they have only one option to give credit in nearby wallet. And now it is enough for me to call then again and again and tell to refund and vendor is not accepting. And still they are showing that voucher in their website now also even though vendor is telling no to accept. This way they are cheating customer.
