I purchased a coupon from nearbuy for domino's which was valid till 30 april 2017. I tries to use that coupon many times but all time while entering the code it was saying that the coupon is invalid. I also asked with domino's on same day of purchasing the coupon they said due to server problem we are unable to use your coupon and i had no other option i purchased my order by paying through the card (I have details also). Now when i saw the coupon is saying it is redeemed. I need my money back, it is not my problem that your server was down, such companies are attracting and fooling the customers.

Want to cancel my nearby coupon,
It is cancelable by customer with 100% refund according to nearby promise. But the app shows no option to get a refund.
I bought this coupon today and expect to get an immediate refund.

By mistake i bought two vouchers (Voucher id - nqmutt3, voucher id - nw8m83t) from nearbuy.com through my credit card for worlds of wonder noida from nearbuy smartphone app. Now i want to cancel these vouchers. As i can check in my purchases option it is mentioned that i can cancel these vouchers with 100% refund but i am not able to find option to cancel these vouchers on nearbuy app. Please cancel these vouchers as soon as possible and credit my money back to my credit card/ bank account. I have booked 4 vouchers(NRH23c2, NSAT93X, NTJDN6M, NR3XY2K) & requested to cancel the same immediately. You have to provide option in your website to cancel the vouchers.

Also while booking there is no option for dates & you are providing some dates. I want to cancel all my vouchers.

Cancel all voucher & return amount to my account immediately.

I took 2 vouchers of BBQ nation for lunch buffet on 24 march night. When I did the billing, 1 voucher showed already redeemed on 24rth march lunch time..! Which is before I even bought it ! BBQ nation and I spoke to nearbuy for 45 min. They said by mistake they generated duplicate vouchers..! God knows what that meant ! They said they will refund money in 48 hours. I paid full amount to BBQ nation. Till date I call nearbuy everyday. Everytime a new person answers saying my issue has been escalated and they they will see y action has not been taken and personally get back to me by EOD. Noone ever has got back.

Don't get in their trap. They issue fake vouchers, and then they will apologies you and then drag issue till voucher is near expiry. Then they will refund back money in Nearbuy account with extended validity by 90 days. This way they will keep using your money to get their motive. Customer care will only say sorry and will ask you to wait 24 hours.

Money gone, they still get their salaries.

I bought a coupon from this site for a restaurant. When I contacted the restaurant for applying the coupon, they said It is not valid, the online website is fooling you. This website is not even returning my coupon money. This is exploitation of consumers! This is the last time I will use this site. I want to tell all the consumers not to use this site, they are just fooling you. I want my MONEY BACK!

I had booked one day kidzania Pass 1400 on 24th through my debit card and again on 25th i tried doing the same booking of kidzania pass for a child for 1400 rs. At both instances the message appeared as transaction failed and there was no booking done or tickets produced or vouchers sent to me.
Whers my Money Gone. Its about Rs. 2800/-.

It's to share that I bought a coupon for KRISHNA HAIR CLINIC IN PUNE, VOUCHER ID NW6MFE4. It shows 100% refund on cancellation but there is no option to cancel it. Pl do it at the earliest. The coupon was worth Rs 4000. Terms and conditions should be specified in the app. It's unfair to lure customers into buying coupons and then ditch them like this.

I have purchased the coupon for PUNCHIN CITRUS, I purchased at rs.300 & it is a open voucher worth rs.600 . I visited the outlet showed them coupon, they said i have to pay Rs.300 to redeem that coupon & it is only for food & not drinks. As there is not written any such terms & conditions that it should b used for food only & not for drinks. The hotel manager said me to talk to Groupon, its not their concern y i paid them(Groupon).it was a big insult for me in front of my friends & they forced me to pay the bill with that coupon, Rs.300 to apply coupon & remaining.

So it means that GROUPON IS MAKING FOOL

They are 100% fraud. Never by any Thing from Them.

summary:

You buy some thing assuming that you have paid to buy something. But actually you just paid them to try. Just like you pay a fraud railway agent to buy a train ticket for tatkal(argent next day ticket), then next day he may say he tried but couldn't succeed. Sorry, here is you advance.

Complete story:

On 22nd Feb 2017 (Wednesday) at 10:00 am I booked a Home stay with them for 25th Feb 2017 (Saturday) for which it changed Rs 6499 . I did online payment.

On 24th Feb 2017 at 5:50 PM The mailed me saying that the booking for Malagar Valley Homestay, the stay will be on sharing basis. If you wish to continue your stay let us know at the earliest. So to get the booking confirmed. At the moment the booking is on hold. (I was in shock at their response which comes after more than after a day )

Then Replayed saying This was not informed to me at the time of booking. This is not the way it supposed to be. Suddenly you can not say that its on sharing basis. Please arrange us a separate room. I sent this mail at 6:30 Pm same day.

Then I reverted back saying We are good with this, please confirm this for us.

Since it was 7 :00 PM and we had to reach chickmagluru next day. I was hopping all was set.

I reached chickmagaluru at 11:00 AM as at 12 :30 PM (hotels check in timings are 12:00 to 12:00 mind it) they mailed me.

Since the rooms are subject to availability, we did ask the merchant to hold the rooms for us, however due to weekends check-ins the merchant is completely sold out. Hence there is no alternatives to suggest you.

So I was there with no where to go.

Next day they phoned me saying, they will refund my money as if they are doing some favor to me.

Business Logic what they put is very simple.

Take money with the client,
Then contact actual merchants to know if the product is still available, if yes they make money buy booking it for you.
if not they refund your money simple.
This will always return them (nearby) 100% profit . They are shameless.
Even a small vegetable vendor buys product and then sell, They are so cunning that they take money from you, to buy you a product for you.
No chance of loss for them.

I had purchased two coupons for Thai massages for a total of Rs. 2798.00 from nearbuy on Feb 3, 2017. The Salon owner was rude, didn't offer me and my wife massage services, and threw us out of the salon. I applied to nearbuy support for a refund, and they claimed to initiate the refund process on Feb 4. Since I paid by netbanking, the money should've come into my account within 3-5 business days. It HAS NOT (account statement sent to nearbuy support for verification). Now, nearbuy support is not responding properly. Please deliver justice and help me get my money back.

I have paid Rs 349 through credit card and earned Rs 500/ for movie show at inox theaters in Bangalore. It will expire on 22/07/2017. To day i have tried to book the Singam III movie at inox lido through this .But INOX Lido movie site line show s the offe r is not valid. I bought one salon package coupon NPTCJ2Q on 12th Feb worth INR1500. I want to request for its cancellation and was trying to call customer care support for the same. But each time I call nobody ever picks up the call. No answer to any of my calls and every time it is been put to wait for an agent.
This is was the first time I ever bought a coupon on the site but never knew that the cancellation policy will be this pathetic. Its the sixth day now that i would have called them for more than ten times a day, but in vain.

I had taken a deal from NearBuy.com to have meals at Sheetal arch restaurant in Pune. On my mother's birthday when I went there with my famy they told me that those vouchers are not valid on Saturdays although nothing oh this sort was mentioned there in the voucher.

On calling to the Pune incharge person for NearBuy it was found that the restaurant had told NearBuy to mention in voucher that sat and sun not allowed which they had not and customers like me suffer because of this.

Because if the stupidity and non professional behaviour of NearBuy, people like me suffer and get humiliated.

I really got insulted in front of my family where restaurant is not accepting the vouchers.

We had to leave Sheetal arch and move to some other restaurant and I decided to never take any deals from NearBuy.com
