CASE I- I tried purchasing a voucher on 17th Feb '16 through my 'paytm wallet', the transaction failed, but the amount was deducted from my bank account.
CASE II- Again, after that i purchased the same voucher, where the transaction was successful.
FOR THE CASE I- the 'paytm' says that the transaction was complete between 'paytm' and 'nearbuy', for which i have attached few screenshots of the conversation.

Its has been more than 10days and I haven't received my amount back.
The order no. of 'paytm' 'nearbuy' is "1536616".
Kindly look into it and return back the money.
FOR THE CASE II- I purchased three vouchers of icy fusion from email id- '[protected]@yahoo.com', which by mistake was inserted by me and later when i tried to rectify it, i couldn't find any way to change the email id. So, i used my mobile number '98313813**" for accessing the "nearbuy" app.
I later redeemed one of the three vouchers. Now, i cannot access my 'nearbuy' account, since 'nearbuy' has discontinued my account (saying that my email id is not valid). FIRSTLY, i would say if my email id was 'this' necessary, there should have been a process of "email confirmation" and SECONDLY there should have been a process to "rectify" the incorrect email id inserted.
That is anyway not my concern any more, What i want is my money for the vouchers that I have purchased and that is still "unused".
CASE III- I also had 300 credits which I received on referring "nearbuy" to a friend which has also been removed, but I don't want any action for this "FREE" money.

KINDLY look into the CASE I and II and return my hard-earned money.

    Nearbuy Making Fool Us... I had 1500 Credits in Nearbuy Account & Now they revoke my all credits and now showing zero. Dont Trust On Nearbuy. They rewoke my credits from both account without any reason once they got enough publicity, same was done by oyo rooms last year, first they introduce an amazing refer n earn program and then they set a limit of 25% for wallet usage, people lost intrst in oyo due to this behaviour and now its nearbuy doing the same thing.

    Your customers service also not helping me. they are also giving me useless reasons. Contact me or I will post this everywhere. ### BE AWARE ###

      I purchase 3 cupon from nearby Groupon now it shows all cupon cancelled after 1month of payment abd also cencil credits not received they are biggest fraud company in india, I purchase cupon on starting of feb and I make online payment but now when I m going to redeem my cupon code the fraud company says that they delete their offer and cancil my cupon code all the nearby groupon make india biggest gotala I hardley disappointment with these type of low class maha farzi 2 kodi k ch.ya g.du maha mad.od

          They are asking to me for debit card no. of my bank account which is not allowed by my bank to give it any one.
          I gave you a better option to gave me my money back is only through paytm of that same no.
          Even you can't do that then call me I will provide you my bank account no. and ifsc code but please dont call me for debit card details.
          And please do it fast .

            As we all know it's from groupon to nearbuy it launched referral scheme as each company do for there publicity, but these company cheated user's after suddenly removing credits earned from user account on contacting cutsomer they told you can use after 48hrs but after 48hrs it showed all credits being revoked such a cheap policies from company.

                  I purchase chocolate pack of 149 rs. from nearbuy app and in that they describes that there are 15 designed chocolates available in that voucher. but when i bought it and go there for take out but they gave me 1 chocolate pack which is not of 149 but its slot of chocolate of 1 pcs. which is 99rs. voucher prized. they charged me 149 for different thing and gave me other thing amount of 99.

                  1 of your employee contacting me and told me that by mistake this inconvenience occured with you and for this we credited 50 rupees in your nearbuy wallet.
                  please understand my problem if you go to market and you really need to shopping of TV and if any shop delivered you refrigerator which one already you have. then they give you back difference amount to you, Is it good????
                  you have already refrigerator so why you waste your money to shopping it.

                      Hello,

                      I found pathetic services from you guys. You guys spoils my Valentine’s Day. You guys don’t mention things on your website but still impose your rules on their clients without mentioning anything on your website. I was lucky enough that I had my Credit Card that day otherwise I would have been in big trouble. But I will raise this for those who believe you guys, who trust your website.

                      Let me tell you what happened and why I am going to file a case against your company. I purchased a deal on Wednesday 10th Feb 2016 for Valentine’s Day. I called you guys on Thursday to confirm if I can use that coupon on 14th Feb or not. Your rep did confirmed it for 14th and got contact number of The Frat House. I called them to confirm my table and again did get the confirmation and got everything recorded on my cell ph. But when I went there on 14th Feb, the manager from the restaurant denied me to entertain that coupon. I told him that I have my table booked and I did get the confirmation as well but still he denied for it.
                      I did called called care dept to share all that and then I realized and it was a mistake from your end as you guys forgot to mentioned that the coupons are not applicable on 14th Feb. You guys spoils my Valentine’s Day. Because of you I had a bad impression over my spouse and now you have to pay for it. I want compensation for what has all happened just because of you.
                      I have all the evidence and will be filling a case on Friday and will let everybody know about your Fake deals that you offer.

                              Within 4 days i received my order. when i opened it i get shocked.                                     Dear Sir,

                                    I have purchased 3 nearbuy /groupon restaurant voucher. Actually we didn't used that voucher. When I checked the voucher status prior to it's expiry date... the status shows redeemed. There is no security in the voucher. When redeem by merchant If nearbuy/groupon notify the redemption detail by SMS immediately to the customer, at least we can track / prevent unauthorised redemption.

                                      I have booked a deal on Groupon. The amount is already deducted but neither the deal is booked nor their customer care executives are responding. It's a fake app. I beg all you guys not to go for it at all.
