Hi this is regarding my account in nearbuy with user id [protected] I use to have credits in my account of rs1240 with expiry date of 1/04/2017 but suddenly when I see today it shows expired on 31/03/2016 . I have checked exp date clearly it was 2017 when I got the referal credits there was not mail intimation also when when u have changed the expiry date ple look into this and do needful thank u it clear cut fooling by nearbuy then why did they start reffer and we had referred to our Frd then only we got credits if so why they are fooling

I cnt understand u have right to close credits after program ends then why did u started reffer program and why did u promoted that in web site and why did u ask to reffer when we have referred and got credit with exp date on 31/03/2017 u should Have intimated in ur app what we are cheating u so we are removing ur credits and will expire on 31/03 /2017 . I think that the groupon is international site but the nearbuy india is like Indian politician who change when ever they want I never had this type of childish mentally site which chance there polices day by day and cheat the public

    Nearby has forfeited my credit of 300/- . I remember they gave me validity timeline till 31/03/2017 to use credit amount. Its my money if they had a validity they should have refunded the amount in my bank but they prefer to gooble up the money. And which promotions they have one line which says that validity of the credit will be till 31/03/2017 but they have eaten my credit 1 year before only. 31/03/2016, this is not done. I want my credit back to my nearbuy account. This was the line in terms and contion (((((((Validity of referral credits: the referral credits earned till 31st march 2016 shall expire by 31st march 2017.[protected] really disheartened. Dont trust them at all. I tried using coupon on 3rd april. But is show expired. Pathetic service. Fake offers just for promotion, not committed to anything.

    I want to know the total amount they have forfeited from all customer on which they have no legal right at all.

    Bad service. Very dissapointed.

      Nearby has forfeited my credit of 2800 forcing me to use the by 31st march. I dont remember they gave any timeline to use credit amount. Its my money if they had a validity they should have refunded the amount in my bank but they prefer to gooble up the money. Really disheartened. Dont trust them at all. The sent me an email on 29th december asking me to use credit by 31st march. I didnt get any reminders from them during march. Also, they didn't mention that amount would be forfeited post 31st march. I tried using coupon on 3rd april. They could have deducted 100-200 as penalty but they prefer to pocket away entire credit. The app also didnt mention any validity for the unused amount.

      I want to know the total amount they have forfeited from all customer on which they have no legal right at all.

        I had credits worth 1000+ in my nearbuy account which was promised validity of exact one year. i.e if i get it on 1st jan, 2016 it was supposed to expire on 1st jan 2017.
        Without any notice or so whatsoever they changed the terms and conditions of the credit vouchers and made it 31st March, 2016 which we came to know about now when I checked my creditswhich was nil in order to purchase a new voucher.First of all we took the referral offer in confidence that it would last a year and made all the friends install and get a purchase from the app, not to just get fradulently cheated by this scam company.
        More so, when you checked in your app, it still showed expiry on 1 year.What have you made an app for, showing wrong information.How can you do things by yourself and not let the customers know? Very cheap move made my nearbuy.I urge everyone to file a serious case on nearbuy.

          I am priyam shah holding account in nearbuy with id [protected]@gmail.com, in this there was a program of refer and earn which i had used and earned credits worth ₹300.00 with a validity of 1 year as shown at time i received credits. But the nearbuy took away the credits and when i called them today they said it is expired!!! This is a very very fraudulent company taking away credits of people without notifying them!!! A big fraud!!!

          Same thing happened to me. My credits were expiring and when I sent mail to the neaybuy team, they confirmed that they will provide my credits back whenever I want (I have email proofs with me). When I wanted to use them now, they are saying their company's terms changed. This is cheating.

              Voucher cancellation

              I bought one voucher(Voucher id - nbjzg8z7ezs4t3) from nearbuy.com through my account credit which i earned by referring friends.Now i want to cancel my my voucher.According to their cancellation policy you can cancel any voucher within seven after purchasing of voucher.They haven't mention that voucher will not cancel if you buy voucher from referral credit.Now they denied me to cancel my voucher which i don't want this voucher and they...

              Earlier i got option to use my credits

              But now i am unable to use my credits.

              Why nearbuy changing all terms and conditions?

              Earlier Hacking of accounts observed

              Then you changed validity of credits

              Now there is no option to utilise credits on some deals

              You are changing T&C frequently and cheat customers like us.

                I bought 2 vouchers for vlcc spa and i contacted them but they said they haven's received payment so can't schedule my facial so i waited for 1 month and finally called nearbuy.
                They never called me back and told me anything about it and so refunded the amount after my complaint.
                It was like a mental harassment.

                  I bought a PVR voucher for INR 349 which got expired on 16Feb-2016, I didn't get any notification that voucher is expiring. When I called customer service they told me it is not refundable. If these happens for even 1000 customer they have earned 349000 INR for free, this is simply loot and unethical.

                  I bought a Yana Sizzler voucher for INR ~1200 which got expired on 31 May 2017, I didn't get any notification that voucher is expiring. When I called customer service they told me it is not refundable. If these happens for even 100 customer they have earned 120000 INR for free, this is simply loot and unethical.

                    I bought a coupon yesterday from nearbuy but when I showed the voucher on phone to the merchant then he argued with me in a very bad manner and asked me to bring a print copy of the voucher.and there was no such requirement written in terms and conditions or things to remember...so for now I would not like to go to that shop to get insulted coupon just because I bought a coupon from nearbuy so kindly refund my amount as soon as possible and contact me on Sonam.[protected]@Gmail.co

                        I had purchased a deal from nearbuy.com site on 6th Feb, 2016.

                        After few days, I noticed that the deal status was showing "Redeemed" but I did not take the service. Immediately I had raised complaint to nearbuy support and they replied that they got an update from merchant end that the particular voucher is redeemed. Again I replied that I didn't use the service and after that I do not get any response from support team after following up many times.

                        Please help.

                        I believe there is a flaw in your system or you planned to loot the money without the knowlege of the customer. What was the root cause of this and even my voucher was redeemed and when I called the customer they said they cannot do anything on this since.the amount is credited to the bangalore mariot hotel.

                          Few days i purchased some vouchers from nearby. I have payed for the same.

                          Now most of the vouchers are blocked and i am not able to redeem it.

                          Either unblock my all the coupons or please return my money.

                          I am still not able to get resolution from nearby team.

                          They are in touch with me but they keep on asking the same details again an again which i have already mentioned them that i dont have such details.

                          I have shared the Paytm wallet details and bank account details from where i had paid for the coupons.

                          I think they wanted me to divert from here(consumer complaints) and do the conversation with them in email in which they ask the same thing again and again and i will keep on replying the same.

                            I ordered from groupon chutney lounge and bar for the first time. And I don't know it is a pick up service.on website home delivery is mentioned. And I also redeem the voucher. Now I don't want to avail this item. Pls cancel it and refund my money which I already paid from online.

                                Don't make any order through them, I had made the payment to Groupon for a service which I didn't received. So they sent me a mail stating the amount is credited in your Groupon account. Today when I tried to use that credit its shows me 0 balance. And when i tried to contact customer care they say we don't know who you are your email id is not is our system. They are doing fraud. Instead directly speak to service provider and ask for the discount, you might get better deal without putting your money at risk.

                                Update: FOUND ANOTHER USER WHO FACED THE SAME FRAUD

                                    I would want "nearbuy" to solve under stated problems.
                                    CASE I- I tried purchasing a voucher on 17th Feb '16 through my 'paytm wallet', the transaction failed, but the amount was deducted from my bank account.
                                    The 'paytm' says that the transaction was complete between 'paytm' and 'nearbuy', for which i have attached few screenshots of the conversation.
                                    It has been more than 16days and I haven't received my amount back.
                                    The order no. of 'paytm' 'nearbuy' is "1536616".
                                    Kindly look into it and return back the money.

                                    CASE II- Again, after that i purchased the same voucher, where the transaction was successful. I purchased three vouchers of icy fusion from email id- '[protected]@yahoo.com', which by mistake was inserted by me and later when i tried to rectify it, i couldn't find any way to change the email id. So, i used my mobile number '[protected]' to access the "nearbuy" app.
                                    I later redeemed one of the three vouchers. Now, i cannot access my 'nearbuy' account, since 'nearbuy' has terminated my account (saying that my email id is not valid). FIRSTLY, i would say if my email id was 'this' necessary, there should have been a process of "email confirmation" and SECONDLY there should have been a process to "rectify" the incorrect email id inserted.
                                    I was never asked for any email conformation or I never had any option to change the incorrect email id which was entered by mistake.
                                    Nearbuy cannot terminate any account for email id entered wrong when one has vouchers(that remain unused) purchased on it already.
                                    That's blocking of money to itself after termination.
                                    Need the money back for the vouchers unused since there was never any option given to change the id that was entered by mistake and had no email confirmation.

                                    I also tried making a new account from the same number with a correct id, It was successful.

                                      I have ordered 10 vouchers of Swaadh FIne dine restaurant Kondapur .
                                      They have mentioned many items in their site and have given several pics of the restaurant which had good ambiance. But we were served at a different place which is one floor above and named as Tiny Village.
                                      The following are the issues faced by us.

                                      We had many issues after buying coupons from nearbuy.

                                      1) The pics that were shown in near buy site of Swaadh is of Swaadh but we were asked to have our dinner at some place which is one floor above and named as Tiny Village. It does not have AC and it was hot.Forget about AC, there is no fan for us also. Worst place to have a lunch. It was not at all expected.
                                      I will attach the pics where we had our lunch.

                                      2) There was no Live Chat Counter.
                                      3) The starters were served for two rounds and when we asked again they did not serve again and said, its done. But you have not mentioned any where that limited starters.
                                      4)There were no 55 items that you are specifying there.

                                      It was really a very worst experience with nearbuy.
                                      And all 10 o[censored]s were not at all happy about this and everyone was asking why the hell did we purchase a voucher in nearbuy and that should be the reason for the pathetic service from Swaadh.

                                      It was utter waste of our money.
                                      As we had no time to go to other restaurant and we already paid money to you, we had no other choice other than having our lunch there.

                                      I have emailed Nearbuy team about my experience and they have told that they would give complimentary service for 8 people at same pathetic restaurant.

                                      Please take appropriate action and refund our amount.
                                      And also please book cheating case against Nearbuy.
