I have bought PVR Voucher from near buy. I am trying to book tickets by using that voucher but on 1st go payment was not confirmed so i try to book the tickets again by using same voucher but again and again i am getting error that say coupon is already use. when payment is not done how can be coupon is used? and regarding the same issue i have contact near by customer care people but they said they will contact me back with solution but i have not receive any help from them. I want my Money back

I had booked 5 tickets for the great escape water park which cost me Rs. 2975.
I paid it with my debit card. My bank statement shows a deduction of the mentioned amount but I haven't received any notification or email regarding the tickets that I have booked.

Kindly solve this query as soon as possible as the offer is only till the 17th and I want to go on a trip with my family on the 16th of Oct.

Hi I had bought coupons of 1947 restaurant in Bangalore. From nearbuy website everything was perfect I don't know y have they cancelled my vouchers without informing about it to me. This is not good company policy they have refunded my amount but this is not the right way to cancel any vouchers without informing the customer please resolve this issue asap

Though its mentioned that we get a full refund according to their refund policy but the nearbuy/groupon developers nor the management haven't provided an option to cancel the voucher purchased by the customers.

It would be better to give an option to cancel the voucher either within the application or on the site. Now please cancel and issue refund for the voucher : nfcj674

On 23.09.2016 I tried to purchase a voucher for Junkyard Cafe amounting to Rs 1099. I was being shown a credit of Rs 100 which i used and my net amount came to Rs 999. I decided to pay via my paytm wallet and i paid the whole amount.

Paytm Cash Txn id #[protected]
But i received no voucher and the app got hanged. I thought to try again and this time my credit money was also deducted. Kindly refund my complete money back. I earlier contacted the customer care and they did not revert back to my complaint.
This is very wrong. Kindly refund my money back.

I called the customer care twice. The second time, the executive who picked up my call was extremely helpful. I reecieved my refund to my paytm account within 1 day of the call. Thank you nearbuy team. You restored my faith in you guys.

Yesterday on 23rd September I bought a cupon of KFC worth Rs.299 but first time it shows an error messege analso show that I will get refund. Then I bought another cupon of the same. But still I didn't get refund though this ammount got deducted from my bank account.

Nearbuy by Groupon publishes discounted offers online. I regularly purchase the offers and present it to the merchant participating in the offer. Lately, the merchants have not been honoring the offers with a pretext that they were never made aware of this up front or these offers would be loss making for them. This results in disappointment at customers end.
Secondly, Groupon started cancelling and refunding the deals stating "unforeseen circumstances". Although the refund is made this is still a breach of trust & cancellation of sales. How do you believe the online offers are real and genuine going forward.

When one contacts the customer service - all they say is that they are taking the matter seriously and that it would not happen again.

The Merchant Code number sent by sms did not work and we got an error. So order could not be placed. This was done a number of times but did not work, Then we contacted Dominoes who did not provide any help.

Yesterday i buy one kfc voucher online from nearbuy online... As they are offering coupon and the same will be credited only after i use the same at kfc counter...

Today morning suddenly i received a sms showing that credit against my kfc voucher..., surprisingly... I checked online account showing that my voucher have being used but i have not used the same till time to any of the kfc counter... I tried to called them but due to 15th august holidays its seems they are closed

Today being my moms bday - i booked a dinner for 3 at courtyard mariott andheri east mumbai.

I tried calling mariott nearly 15 -16 times before going but i was always listening to music without any connection to fom.
On the website it weas mentioned that its open upto 12:30am.

When we reached - 11:00pm - they said its closed and that the offer is not valid.

It is such a put off - trusting your brand is useless - i need a refund. Apart from thiis my time - the event - the fuel is all extra that is in vain.

I had purchased a coupon from newrbuy voucher for purchase 3410239. the pdf file with all details just mentioned that it is a free voucher for 800 rs. when i went to mainland china, growels mall kandivli mumbai they mentioned you need to spend a min of 2000rs to avail an off of 800rs.
