Hello i have purchased a 3bs voucher on may 10 from little app which is your subsidiary. The amount got deducted from my bank account and paytm paid the little and order was generated but i don’t receive the voucher. Am trying to reach the customer care since that time and no response. Have sent somany emails no response. Bloody it’s 2500 rupees approximately. Please help me refund my money asap my mobile [protected]

On 14th may by mistake, i choose a different chilli’s outlet and paid. Afterward i again made the same amount payment to the correct chili’s outlet situated at ambience mall, ambience island.

It has been close to a month and the nearbuy guys are not refunding my money, on each and every call they say wait for 48 hours.

I have been calling them and mailing them but no solid response, again and again, they say to wait for 48 hours.

This is really frustrating, how much time does it take to resolve a query, it has been a month.

You've an entire company for selling all kind of # but have no customer support beat it on call or chat. I was promised by this sick app a cashback of 400 rs which i haven't received yet. The worst part is i don't know how to reach this company because they have no contact mode. What kind of service is this? Please shut this app down! You've been doing a godless job out there whoever made this app.

Nearbuy.com has been selling open voucher for a pizza outlet named the big o pizza at viman nagar, pune with an address where the store doesn’t exist. Infact even the contact numbers are all untraceable too. Worst, upon contacting nearbuy.com they have no response. Undoubtedly, i’d let them do this with me or any following customers so here’s my first step to teach people “customers cannot be cheated and never got away with.”

I purchased Pizza coupons for official team event costing 6000 from near buy. I double checked whether coupons are redeemed at locations near to my office. The info was such that its redeemed at 25 outlets but after purchasing the coupons, its mentioned use these coupons only at so n so outlets ( they were hardly 5 outlets )

Also Second time I purchased coupon for different set. This time location was automatically set into New delhi ( Inspite of my profile location ) and voucher issue which needs to be redeemed at Delhi. Now customer care not picking the call. I want to cancel these coupons and want refund.

I have purchased a voucher, which seemed expired since their APP stopped working. Tried to reach them on the phone, there customer support number had stopped working for more than 2 weeks, So tried email support.

Manish Khatana from the support responded saying he will add the credit and after couple of emails, he stopped responding.

They have come up with New customer care number but, it disconnects when you select any option in IVR. No option to go no where.

It is not advisable for anyone to purchase nearbuy vouchers any longer. Their customer support does not respond to emails and their phone lines are not working, so they have become totally unreachable. Nearbuy guarantees full refund of your money whenever you cancel their vouchers, but now they don't respond to any cancellation requests. I have mailing them daily for over a week to cancel the o2 spa voucher. This voucher had a discount offer applied so it can be cancelled only through the nearbuy support. I have even included ankur warikoo, nearbuy ceo, in my emails but nobody seems to care. Tomorrow, when the voucher expires, they will have no liability and can deny the refund. This is fooling and absolutely cheating the customers of their money. Nearbuy continues to announce new deals but everyone should know it is a risk to purchase nearbuy vouchers. Nearbuy is not reachable either on email or phone if you have any issue with the merchant or if you want to cancel the voucher. It is like putting the money in drain. I will escalate the matter further if nearbuy does not respond immediately. I suggest all buyers to refrain from using nearbuy until these people show some accountability.

I got a message from nearbuy that thank you for purchasing the dominos coupon worth 500 and 300 and amount also got debited from my paytm account. I have not purchased any coupon and still due to some fault in nearbuy server this thing has happened. They are now denying to refund my money back. This is a true cyber crime done by them where they debit the paytm amount from customer and auto purchase the coupon for their sales.

I purchased few coupons in nearbuy.com for which i got refund (Credits) as promised. These credits validity was about to get expire and i had no plans to purchase at that time, hence i checked with their customer care support team through mail.
They replied stating that "let credits get expires, please let us know when you want to avail the credits at that time we will extend the credits for 3 days of time".
Now when i requested them to extend the credits, unfortunately they refused to do the needful as promised. They are saying that their terms have been changed now and cannot fulfill their promise.

To whomsoever it may concern,

I had the worst experience at the hands of the app known as "nearbuy".

My phone had got stolen in which my nearbuy account was logged in and transactions were happening from my account and i notified nearbuy about the same but the only solution they came up with was that change your gmail password.

Surprisingly, even after you change your gmail account password, the app doesn't log you off when you try to access it.

This eventually led to transactions still happening from my account and when i ask for a solution or transfer of my credits to another account or atleast shut this account ; i do not get a affirmative response from their side.

This is how much bothered they are about the security of a customer's data and account.

Shall never recommend anyone to use this app ever.

Highly frustated as well as disappointed.

I just purchased 5 barbeque nation in nearbuy. Nearbuy promised of providing a amazing experience but the food in the barbeque nation was not to the mark and prawn and mutton was very raw and smelling. So, i tried calling nearbuy from the restaurant but unfortunately i can't able to contact them as their working hours are limited. So, i wrote a mail mentioning all my issues and asked for a solution because i paid inr 3550/- nearbuy also promised for providing me a full refund if i don't get the amazing experience. But at last they are helping and cheating me. This shows that nearbuy is providing fake promise and not even responding my call. They promised to refund my money if i don't get a proper and amazing experience.
As said they should refund my money. I have also attached screenshot that they promised to refund.

I have purchased 3 coupons of mcdonalds from nearbuy.com application which supposed to expire on 15 feb 2019. I visited mcdonalds o p road vadodara on that last day and i tried to redeem my all attached 3 coupons but system shows error continuously. Mcdonalds staff tried 3-4 times but not done. Also tried to reach customer care but could not connected.

Due your system issue my all 3 coupons is got expired and all my money wasted. Last time also this problem was occurred. I tried to reach customer care from store only but could not reach.

After that when i mark a mail to customercare or nearbuy they asked to contact macdonlds store and coupons were already used but didnt provided any details o[censored]sage time or date.

Kindly provide resolution at the earliest.

How embarrassing it was at store due to your error/issue. When it could not redeem why should we buy such coupons from you.

I had recently downloaded the nearbuy app. I purchased a few deals from the app as well. To my shock, i noticed that there is no option to delete the saved card details from the app. This is extremely unacceptable. I am not sure how a company is resorting to such gross piracy violations. The consumer complaint center says that there is no option available on the app to delete saved card details currently. What?? Is this a joke? How are you running the company. This is a basic requirement on all apps.

Barbeque nation outlet manager knows this issue very well and they forced me to pay the money... Now they are not ready to accept their mistake and they are fooling me. Nearbuy is fooling their customers and making me mad... They promised to refund the money if i don't get a proper solution, even though they are cheating me... I'll never buy barbeque nation vouchers from nearbuy here after... Because barbeque nation is very poor in their food quality and nearbuy also supporting them...
