    Hi,

    Bought voucher of shining stars chandanagar hyderabad salon. The owner of salon is promising attractive hair spa by using cheesy and attractive tagline for her offer but in reality the offer is not at all good. Everyone know hairspa comes with massage and hairwash then why she is mentioning it separately in the offer?
    She is not aware of the hairspa procedure that's why she is not willing to prewash the hair before spa.
    On top of that, the owner does not know how to behave with the customers. She was rude and arrogant.
    This was the first time when i had such a worse experience with nearbuy voucher. I request nearbuy to please maintain some standards while selling these kind of salon's vouchers.

      i was trying to book tickets for water world in bangalore through your website, on 30th dec. the transaction value was Rs. 1725. But it failed saying some internal error. I tried again and it failed again with the same reason. But the money got debited from my card for both the transactions.         Hi,
        Please cancel my voucher ID NU6AN4C with Zyloon. Their store as informed is under renovation and instead they are sending customers to another salon named " Salon his and her". My coupon is for Rs 250 and their hair cut cost is Rs 100. How do you expect me to go over there.

        Also add an option to cancel a voucher if you have a 100 per cent cancellation policy. Nobody has the time to keep calling or mailing you for cancellation. Also becomes difficult to trust and book again in future.

        Kindly cancel and refund the money.

        I bought coupon for serenity fitness wellness saloon. But my appointment was cancelled and the we i tried contacting them, they didnt receive my call.I want my money back.. please cancel my coupon.
        also i have been charged extra for weekend service.

          I have purchased 2 Goa Water World vouchers from nearbuy app. I cannot find option to cancel this voucher though it says it's cancellable by customer with 100% refund.
          I tried using it but the merchant refused to accept it, anyways I want refund back instead of this voucher offer.

            I have purchased vouchers of Lunch buffet in In-green and St.Laurn for visiting those places and then later I cancelled the plan. your company says that you have 100% cancellation policy so I want a refund of the same in my account. So I would want you to return my money in my account.

              I bought an e-voucher from Nearbuy which was worth Rs.500 for Rs.300 on 21st October 2016.
              I tried using it from 20th December, it showed that the coupon was invalid.
              I first wrote about the problem to [protected]@nearbuy.com on 26 Dec at 3:28 PM.
              They replied by saying that they will look into the matter and get back to me within 24hours.
              I got frustrated as I didn't get any e-mail or call from them even after two days.
              So I wrote back expressing my discomfort, on Dec 28, 2016 at 2:59 PM.
              Then on 9pm Dec 28, I received a call from a customer service associate asking to place the order right now on my behalf, to which I said no, as it was 9pm and I was done eating.
              She asked me to send my details, so that she can order on behalf of me the next day at 12pm.
              I sent the details on Thu, Dec 29, 2016 at 2:35 AM.
              I waited for them to call or write or do something, but nothing happened and then I wrote again, saying that I want a refund on Thu, Dec 29, 2016 at 1:27 PM.
              I then called them up asking about how they were supposed to call me, and order on my behalf.
              The lady, I forgot her name was so arrogant that she put me on hold for a total of 4mins. Call was of 15mins on a number which was not toll-free(NEARBUY CUSTOMER SUPPORT). And at the end she said that the voucher code is showing to be invalid. I said that I already mailed about the same problem and even told about it earlier to the representative who called yesterday, and she said she will forward the screenshot to the technical team or so and they will look into it, and asked time till 4pm.
              I then asked her for a refund, to which she said she will have to walk up to her team for that, and she does not have time for that as of now.
              I AM NOT YOUR SLAVE, THAT I WILL ORDER FOOD WHEN YOU HAVE TIME.
              PATHETIC SERVICE.
              Still haven't received any e-mail or call or message.

                I bought otwo voucher(Voucher id - NTMV73F, NX4YDVS ) from nearbuy.com through my account Now i want to cancel my my voucher.

                Actually they test the hair and denied that it will have lots of chemical. So we want to cancel the order.You should mention first in order that before you order your hair must be check.Its a waste of time to go on shop and return back.

                    I bought Inox voucher of rs 500 with cashback 250rs stated but after buying i don't recieve Cashback from nearbuy!
                    They are telling me that promo code not applied inspite of applying so. Called much to customer support but always telling 'so sorry sir' . Also given me rs 100 as goodwill but i want my rs250 back!

                      Hello nearby,

                      For this first time i purchased a deal on your website (Due to a friend's reference) but i must say it was a worst experience. I had planned to take my special guest for a barbeque lunch which i booked on your website (From wareabouts grill) it apparently turned out to be a big disaster. My guests who were vegetarian/non vegetarian were too annoyed at the food quality served. My whole day went bad due to that.

                      If that rs 600 also they can't provide at least a decent quality, what can you expect then from such restaurants.

                      With such experience i don't think i can purchase further from your website in future.

                      Ideally i should be reimbursed for this but nothing can makeup for the bad day plus annoyed guests which i had to bear due to my trust on you.

                        I purchased a spa from Dreamz salon and spa on Dec 17th but at that time it was failed due to technical issue. But my money got debited. So refund my money back as I didn't receive any mail stating that. Seriously disappointed with the service. My purchase ID is 6067328. Refu d the money ASAP. I purchased through nearbuy.com as my friend suggested but it's pathetic. If you can't place an order when we wanted then why do you want to charge the customer. Refund the money ASAP or I am taking it further

                            I regret to inform you that i purchased 2 esselworld ticket rs274 each from www.nearbuy.com portal i did online payment by paytm wallet on 4th janaurary 2016 but they cancel my ticket and not refund my money i did written complaint on nearbuy support even i call many time to nearbuy customer care still the company not refund my money they doing fraud with customer. Simple people where to go for solution

                                Hi. I would like to file a complaint against Nearbuy as they have a dual policy which is misleading. In general one can purchase a voucher online but can get a refund without hassale. After reading the general policy i purchased voucher for Barbecue Nation Hyderabad but to my surprice i can not cancel the voucher as this is an exception. The dual policy is only tend to cheat customers. I request for an immediate refund and a more clear view of policy on the app so that customers are clear on the offering.

                                    I purchased a voucher / coupon for hair cut for 1 woman worth Rs. 150/-. By mistake I could not see the last date of its usage which happens today i.e. on 15.11.2016. Therefore, I searched the cancellation tab which was not there. I sent an email to them but I don't know whether they shall refund me or not.

                                    I request that the company should be advised to put a "Cancel Order" tab for ease doing business. This may help the customer to cancel their orders if there is any issue.

                                    Kindly get my refund credited into my account.

                                        I ordered online a package and what I get to know is this package is been removed and you will be credited and it's been 1 month I got no credits and I haven't received any information or email regarding the money I spent 😐 I'm not happy at all with near buy. I wish I get a reply to this msg. I was really happy with near buy this was the only thing which pissed me off..
