It is very unfortunate to note that my complaint does not exist on your record. It is very disappointing that you have removed my complaint without solving it. Till date I have not received my refund. Your 24 hrs have not ended till date. Do you have any prove that you have solved my problem? This shows your organization is dealing in fraud. It has to be exposed & I assure I will not let you go free without solving my problem and getting my money back.

Abrabu22, Feb 17 07:27 (IST): I have lost every trust and faith in your organization. If this is the type of services God help you and people should take note of the working of your organization and support services. They should not make this mistake for which I have suffered. I am regular buyer of products from other online shoppping but I have not faced nor suffered such type of services and support. It is realy shameful and disgusting.

A amount f 899 was deducted with unsuccessful transaction. pathetic service by nearby

I tried to book a spa booking at Spa Namma at New Alipore kolkata. The offer was for Rs 899 Tough the transaction was a failure the amount was deducted from my credit card. how long will it take to refund the amount. the customer number does not work. please help me on the same as soon as possilbe.

    Groupon deal *"Kick The

    I purchased this E-Cigarette from Groupon and I received the product on the 17th of January 2013 and on January 19, 2013, it stopped working, it was supposed to last for 700 Puffs, but it is practically impossible to Puff at it from 7 PM of 17th of January 2013 till 6 PM of 19th of January 2013

    The product is defective and I need a refund or replacement of the Product immediately

    The person I contacted for resolving the complaint spoke to me and simply said nothing can be done about it and sent me a mail to that effect in writing as under:

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    As mentioned over the call, sorry we wont be able to give you a refund nor replacement.

      This is to AWARE you that the following sites:

      http://www.crazeal.com/
      is FRAUD and have the WORST Customer Support in India.
      Do Not Buy any ITEM from it.
      I have placed an ITEM [Mac Dicer] on 2/10/2012, and till date haven't received it.
      I called the Customer Care ZENITH times and each time I get an update that we will SHIP your ITEM or will refund the MONEY, WIll update you by EMAIL and Blah Blah.
      The next step will be to SUE them in Consumer Court.
      Till That time, please be aware of purchasing DEALS online with the above SITES.

        One should be very careful while dealing with a company like Groupon / Crazeal. They are basically trying to attract people by publishing pictures of articles which look very attractive but are terrible once it reaches you. They have sent me incorrect articles and accepted it. This is the end of the good part. Then they called me and said that since they no longer have the product , they would either change the product or in turn give me a credit note for the same. With no choice left with me I had to agree. After 25 days another parcel comes with the same product sent to me . I have been sending them mail after mail with no response. Nobody has even tried to contact me. All the conversation is recorded by me. Some manger called Srutiya has discussed with me a number of times and now she is missing. I am planning to move a consumer court against them.
        Meanwhile please take care NOT TO DEAL WITH CRAZEAL OR GROUPON or you would be cheated.... Arun
