I booked a ticket of cost 1370 from chennai to goa on happy easy go. But they cancel the ticket saying that the ticket will not get confirmed as the price is increased by airlines. For that they are refunding the money. Now i have to book that ticket for 2.2x price i booked before. I want them to re book a flight for me.
I am going to lodge a fir against them or sue them for that.
I have booked a round trip flight from Delhi to indore an amount of 6053, due to some urgency i have to go for cancellation before 5 days of trip, they have refunded me just 240 rs. Big cheaters.

    I booked ticket from happyeasygo from lucknow to delhi with order id:[protected].
    This flight has been cancelled by goair airline and they have initiated the full refund. But as per happyeasygo policy i have to cancel the ticket from their website stating the reason that flight is cancelled by airline. While doing so their website is showing zero refund amount.
    On calling their customer care the respective person told that partial money will be refunded while airline is giving the full money back.
    I don't understand what kind of fraud happyeasygo is doing.

      My flight from lucknow to delhi (G8-212) on 22-feb-2019 has been cancelled by goair airlines and they have initiated the full refund. But happyeasygo is not giving me full refund. I don't understand why they are charging me the heavy convenience fee if it's fully refunded from the airline itself.
      Looks like their policy is against their consumers, and on top of that their customer care is even more worse.
      They should refund me full amount as i am not cancelling the ticket, it's the airline only. Please write back to me on email: [protected]@gmail.com, if at all happyeasygo have any solution for that.
      I booked air tickets from this site called Happyeasygo. My money has transactioned successfully but ticket is not send to me. To conform this i called Indigo customer care no. they told me none of tickets is booked in this particular name i told to them even lots of money i have paid please take actions against it. It is totally fraud company.

        I would like to bring to your notice case of fraud and cheating committed by happy easy go.com l

        This firm is operating as an agent for booking flight tickets & while booking flight tickets they are cheating public of their money.

        I booked an indigo flight for rs. 4188.

        There has been no confirmed ticket from their side and my multiple efforts in calling them have gone to vain. Apparently, they do not have a customer service desk!

        This crime is legally punishable under various sections of the criminal procedure code of ipc.

        I request you to register a fir against these people asap. They have been cheating multiple people of their money. I don't understand how this company is still running.

        Has not resulted in any action my calls are not being answered by them

          How much i have have to wait, still there is no any update and no refund of my money.

          This is very unprofessional behavior of the happyeasygo team.

            Booked a ticket on 11/2/19 trip id[protected] from mumbai to chandigarh on 29/4/19. After the payment was done successfully it started showing in there portal as ticket booked in upcoming flight section and amount was deducted, later after 2 hrs i realized that i was not received a ticket on mail so i gave them a call, there customer care call waiting is around 15 min minimum, when call was attended representative told me some error has occurred and i will receive ticket in 30 mins. Till 5pm no ticket came and 5 hrs was over so i called again, from then onwards happy go representative are asking me to pay rs2000 more as ticket price has no increased after almost 9 hrs of booking ticket, according to them for which i am responsible. I have mailed almost 5 mails to happy easy go customer care and have called almost 10 times but they are just not responding to mails and in calls are forcing me to cancel ticket and just get out of issue.
            The time when i booked ticked from this site, i remember the price of this flight was almost same in makemytrip as well as go ibio. Kindly solve the issue

              We have booked ticket for 8 members and the airlines has cancelled the flight and informed the same directly to us. When we called for booking another ticket or refund the money no one is responding and their lines are always busy. We have booked one more ticket and paid money for the same. But they have not issued ticket and after three days they called and said we are sorry, the airlines has increased fare so we are giving alternative flight at 4-30am in the morning. Even though it's very difficult to catch the flight at that time we have agreed for the same. The caller informed us that within 5 minutes we will receive confirmed ticket. To our surprise even after 48 hours no ticket issued. Later we have sent a mail and called to customer care. They replied that no ticket is issued and we are ready to refund the money. They are most irresponsible and not bothered to communicate to customers. I can say they are the worst travel agents in the industry. Do not go for booking

                I booked flight tickets online, i did not receive tickets although the payment has been made online abut rs 19000/-.
                I tried to contact the agency through phone and mail but no response. I got this agency online by searching on google for cheap flights.
                They are showing just the payment made but nothing about the fligth details such as pnr

                The tickets which I booked from happyeasygo I did not get any updates about the flight nor i got the tickets and they have reduced the amount from our bank account...I hope u to look into this matter or otherwise I'll be forced to move to the court..

                  Hi,

                  I have booked flight for 2 on 7th feb at 16:30 hrs from delhi to mumbai (Travelling date : 27th feb, trans. Id:[protected], i called customer care around 16:45 same day, answer : its not done because for increase in amount and someone will call be back.

                  Then after no response i called back at 20:30 again, and again heard same story and promised of call back. Meanwhile i was waiting for their call i try to check again the price on net at 22:00 hrs, they were offering same flight same day with same amount. I was shocked, that they are telling me that they can't confirm my booking because there is fare increase and still they are selling more tickets on same price. (How is this possible practically?).

                  After not receiving any call from them, i decided to call them back on 8th feb at 15:00 hrs and guess what again same stories. And now they are saying that to refund money it will take 10-15 days. Iam surprised again, we are talking about digital india and they need 10-15 days to refund, even irctc (Indian railway) refund money in 24-48 hrs. I have to do another booking, how can i wait.

                  Iam still waiting for their confirmation.

                  Plz., if someone can help to resolve it asap.

                  Mr. Amit called me, apologized and requested to give him 30-40 mins to confirm my booking. After his call, in 45 mins I got my confirmation and Ticket...Thankyou for now
                  Today 15th Feb 2020 I booked flight ticket for 4 persons for my family members through happyeasygo website from Mumbai to Chandigarh directed by sky scanner search app . where the flight ticket amount was immediately deducted from my Debit Card and an Trip Id Number was generated and sent to my email address and SMS on my mobile number almost after 6 hours still I am waiting for an confirmation from the website whether my ticket has been booked or not. When I search on their 24 hours helpline website and landline . Helpline Website is saying for the last 6 hours your ticket will be booked within one hour.
                  They are just playing with consumer hard earned money by not giving any proper explanation. Their Landline numbers are joking useless electronic voices asking me to dial my booking reference number where my complaint is that they did not provide me the booking reference even after 6 hours after booking and I have paid them the whole amount in cash. I wasted my money calling them on their helpline number.
                  I never faced problem when skyscanner prompting me to other website for the last 4 years this is the first time HappyEasyGo felt this website is going to cheat me.
                  Their helpline number & Website nothing will work when you are trouble. I will wait for another 12 hours and update my booking status whether this website is really worth for booking tickets.

                    I had booked flight ticket bangalore to dubai (Travelling date 18 feb 19) on 4th feb 2019, it was confirmed according to the website, i took the screen shot in my mobile, later on i was waiting for email to get the flight ticket, 1 hour no mail and no response than i called customer care many times and sent email many times still not sent ticket.

                        Worst experience. They are world's biggest cheaters. I booked a ticket after payment. Their site showed the status of booking as failed. I booked again. And what i see... I got two tickets for same flight in the same person for same date and time. Guys how can somebody travel on same flight on same date and time to same location twice. They cheated by showing the status at first as failed. Dont go on their claim of cheapest flights. They charged me double.
                        I kept calling them the same day for help but nobody took my call. And next they took and said that now they cant do anything. I should have called same day. See how the cheaters behave. My life's worst experience. Guys never ever do any booking on this site.

                          We were supposed to travel from delhi to kolkata and kolkata to delhi on pnr d2w52f. My mother was not keeping well so we decided to cancel my flight tickets. I sent an email to [protected]@happyeasygo and furnished the medical records to ensure that i got some refund.

                          Despite waiting for 2 hour hold time, my call didn't go through. I had to call goair and cancelled the tickets. Go air has already refunded inr 3404 to happy easy go who in return hasn't paid anything yet.

                          Go air further stated that they are reviewing the medical records and may proivide the full refund, however, despite waiting for more than 15 days, i am not seeing any progress made by go air.

                            Today morning i booked two tickets on goair flight from delhi to srinagar to travel immediately. My amount got deducted immediately but i did not recieve any confirmation. I waited for 2 hrs. Called the customer care. No response. So i bought another 2 tickets. I recieved the tickets too late. Because of this website i lost around 54000 rs. 4 tickets for 2 person.

                              I have booked ticket pnr bearing no vdn18c (Order[protected] dated 4.2.19 from coimatore to chennai but becuase of twist in nerves and sever muscel pain in the leg not able to walk and i have to cancell my above trip which i informed heg to cancell the booking and refund the same they said to contact airlines when contacted airlines they said i have to book another ticket to get full refund. Since i have booked several tickets during last & present month through heg and forth coming booking was for 10.2.19 from pune to chennai bearing prn no, llqmyh (Order[protected] in spite of the forth coming booking i have not got any refund for pnr no. Vdn18c. Please look into the matter and arrange for full refund as special case. Doctor advised to take rest for 15 days for which pysotherpy treatment is undergoing.

                                I have booked a reservation for hotel monotel from the website and got a call that there is no room available and providing an alternative option. I had confirmed over the email that do not want to go with the alternative option. However they have proceed and now they are not willing to change it. This is worst customer service. Kindly refund the booking amount if the booking hotel cannot be provided or provide a better option. This is cheating customer.
                                I booked a ticket on the website and my payment was debited from my account. I have not received my PNR even after 24 hours. My flight is leaving in 6 hours. I have called 10 times and I have recorded all calls. Every time they are asking to wait for 10 minutes and I shall receive a call back. But nobody is calling back.

                                  I, venu gopal booked one tkt through happy easy go portal for 13th jan 2019. The payment was made online & no confirmation of tkt was issued. After about 20 minutes wait when i checked with indigo airlines for my tkt providing them with portals trip id. They gave a negative answer (They have recorded the conversation with me) indigo cs spend may 10-15 mnts searched their system for tkts date wise, name wise portal wise. Schedule departure wise, destination wise, name wise) nothing could be worse than this my name was not there for the said trip. Went back to portal 1. Once money is received at their end response is beyond worse.2. Keep calling there no, they will not respond i may have made some 10 calls & my daughter who booked this tkt for me done the same number of callsif not more. Once you get through they will put you on hold for 20 minutes if not more & reply will be wait for some more time your case is being processed.
                                  When we lost our patience on our second call we told them to cancel our tkt and refund the full amount as till then booking with airline was not done.
                                  Almost around 2 hrs near by when we (By my daughter) got through on our third call they forcefully booked the tkt and send it to her email id & informed her that booked tkt sent to her. We even informed cs of this portal that we have booked another tkt through my office so donot require their service.
                                  For next 10 it was a big ordeal for us making umpteen calls for full refund. There are enough mails from our / their side to cofirm what we have gone through for full refund. After 10 days they paid us around 3400 instead of 7901.
                                  If you go through the web site review you will only find negative comments.
                                  My question to this site.
                                  1. Can you provide us justice? If yes we can provide you details of mails from our side & the portal
                                  2. Can you inform all the airlines for deregistering of this company from booking tkts on their (Airlines) behalf.
                                  3. Can you ask competent authorities to go through various frauds, cheating done by this portal on customers & punish the management. I am giving below my email id for correspondence.
                                  4. You can check through the tripd :[protected] & various audio record available with happy easy go & one audio record (If available) with indigo.

                                    While booking an air ticket from chandigarh to srinagar via happyeasygo (23/01/2019) during the transaction process the amount was deducted but the app showed that there was some problem and the ticket was not confirmed. Then i booked another ticket. To my email complaint they sent a reference number. But after that there is response. I called the customer care but they did not receive the call. The number they gave me to call is invalid.

                                      Myself rav, i booked one ticket from bangalore to vizag in january, but due to some issues the plan got cancelled so i cancelled my ticket with airline indigo. The refund has been initiated long back from airline but it's not given by this fraud company happy easy go.. They don't even pick the call nor reply anything.

                                      Please help me with my refund as this is lot of money.

                                        I booked ticket via ixigo.com which led me to happyeasygo.com.
                                        I booked 3 tickets from blr to varanasi and paid the amount via netbanking,
                                        Havent received any confirmation on tickets and customer service email/phone from happyeasygo is not responding.
                                        Kindly help and refund the money as soon as possible. Horrible service. Atleast have the courtesy to respond to complaint via email or phone.

                                        I have booked my ticket Coimbatore to Chennai and same as return on 07-th march,
