I would like to bring to your notice case of fraud and cheating committed by HappyEasyGo India Private Limited,

I have made flight booking on 7th October 2018 from BHUBANESWAR- BANGALORE - MYSORE, But after the payment done I have received one email stating that the ticket had been cancelled.

As you can see they have clearly mentioned that with 72Hours the refund will be done.
But I didn’t get a refund for the two of the trip id’s mentioned above.Its been more than a month and have no clue about the money I paid.I have been calling your customer care for like 7-8 times everyday.But instead of giving me an update about the refund they keep on stalling with various excuses.Rather I feel like they are least bothered about it.
I am lodging an FIR against them u/s 420 Of crpc which i am legally entitled to lodge with police.

Updated by SHREYA SUKANYA Today when I am calling them they are just keeping me on hold for 20-mins and disconnecting the call
I tried to contact the happyeasygo customer care number and their website, but no reply from their side. Please do the necessary at the earliest.
