I booked flight ticket on october 28th, 2018 from chennai to hyderabad as well as return ticket from hyderabad to chennai in happyeasygo website. I have cancelled flight ticket on nov 03, 2018. Till now, i haven't received full refund amount yet, got just 200 rs out of 3511 rs. Kindly take steps to give refund asap.

I raised issue through customer care and email, but no proper response.
I have not received my e-ticket with trip id no.[protected] and my flight is scheduled at 16:05 hrs ; 18-12-18. Please do the necessary to receive my e-ticket at the earliest.
I tried to contact the happyeasygo customer care number and their website, but no reply from their side. Please do the necessary at the earliest.

    HI, my trip id.[protected]
    indigo has refunded 100% fare to HAPPYEASYGO 10 days back.

    But HAPPYEASYGO is only fooling around each day to tell me to wait for 24 HRS AND 48 HRS.

    Call holding time to escalate call on an average is 20 MINS.

    IS THIS THE KIND OF FRAUDULENT NON REFUNDS AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE EARNING ANY NAME TO HAPPYEASYGO.
    They charge ₹1500 on top of airline cancellation fee + ₹270 other fee. They say it’s posted on their terms and conditions. But it’s not fair they should clearly mention while booking on their page. Strong action needs to be taken on these kind of 3rd party websites.
    I cancelled my ticket from Delhi to Mumbai with PNR KYDMQK and ticket number[protected].
    How much time it takes to refund the money?
    And how much money will be deducted?
    Myself Anandita Pal, I booked one ticket from Delhi to Guwahati on 21 Feb 2019 for 11 Mar 2019, I have reported to Jet Airways Counter on 11 Mar 2019 for boarding pass but they have replied that due to some Departmental reasons Flight (Jet Airways) got cancelled and no other flight available, and tickets should be cancelled & full amounts of ticket may be refunded within 24 hours. After expiry of 15 days call to Jet Airways Customer Care regarding refund of money but he replied that your ticket have not cancelled as on date i.e. 25 Mar 2019 and also promised that today your ticket will be cancelled and case may be referred to Happy Easy Go for full refund of money after that I have call to Happy Easy Customer Care for refund of money, but he asked me that a cancellation request required to Happy Easy Go for refund of full amount of tickets.

    Please help me with my refund as this is lot of money.

      Hello,

      Booked 2 tickets for 2 persons from this website and paid rs.35807/- for the tickets, after waiting for 2 hrs, i called their customer service who told me they were unable to book the tickets and hence they have started the refund process, its been a week now and the refund is not yet in my account. Since i have paid such a huge amount i am unable to book tickets with someone else. Please help me get my money back.

      I booked a ticket from ahmedabad to bagdogra on 2nd november. And then I received a ticket that the ticket has been cancelled from there. Still I haven't receved any refund. Not even referral code.

        I booked air ticket from nashik to delhi for dated 23 nov 2018, from this portal. Order id[protected], as due to change in plan i called the company on 21 nov that i want to re schedule the flight the cc team told me to send the e mail and they will reply from there. I mailed them, to my surprize i received the e mail to pay rs 40k extra as to reschedule the flight ticket, then i replied that i need a refund, on this they reverted back that there is no refund you get. I want to know that why there is no refund, if at the time of booking the ticket from online portal they mentioned refundable.

        After that i again ask them on e mail that if i go for reschedule, how much in total final amount i have to pay, they replied that its total rs. 6.5k approx. I confirmed this 2/3 times on e mail and they said yes.

        Finally i wrote the e mail to them to send me the payment kindly for said amount on 22 nov 2018. To my surprise i received the payment link of rs 40k approx. I called back to their call center team to get the clarification.

        I atlet called 3-4 times to them starting from 9pm onwards till 11 pm, every time the executive assured that the supervisor will call back, but i have not received any call.

        In last call i manage to speak with one of the supervisor, he started listening my issue, and assured me that he will assist it further. But after listening for some time, he told me that he will check with the concern team and put my call on hold. My call is on hold for 30 minutes, but the person never came back on call. I able to here the voice of other agents. This conversation is on 22 nov 2018

        When i came back to delhi i mailed them, i got the reply that someone is looking into in and will contact me soon. But no one contacted me. Even one day i got the call at 9.30 in the morning, i told the person to call me after 30 minutes as that time i was travelling to office. But again after that no call received.

        I regularly e mailing them in their customer care e mail id and also on feedback id, but no one there to contact me.

        I need my complete amount refunded because your team mess with me and put me on mental agony. I demand complete amount refunded.

          Booked the flight ticket on happygoeasy flight for my parents from bangalore to delhi, at the last moment they have cancelled the ticket and sent one regret email, without any call confirmation. When i called the customer care, they did not hear properly what exactly happens and cut the call, they showed rude behaviour. So i wanted alternative booked ticket from the same indigo flight since other family member also travelling in same flight.

            I booked flight tickets through sky s amber app through happy go easy payment mode on 24th november, 2018. I booked ticket from goa to delhi for 14th feb and return for 17th.. With name:prairna sadhu. My money got deducted twice 7042 each time, 14, 082 i got a message that money has been deducted from account but transaction was failed and there was no confirmed booking. It's been almost a week and no refund has been made.. I called them, they are just making excuses regarding the same.

              Sir,
              On 01.11.18 i traveled from ahmedabad to cochin by go air (G8701) rs. 17555. My trip id is[protected]. I got rs. 3692 credited in my vault on 31.10.18 and i transfered to my axis bank account [protected] on 09.11.18. But till the day the amount was not credited in my account. I used your application 5 to 6 time. But this is the first time i faced this problem. So i requested you to please check the transaction and credit in my account.

              The transfer of the material points, which can be transfered for monetary values, and the use of such points is subject of the contractual regulations between your service provider (the full name, ID is not clearfro documents) and the user (author).

              the provided documents does now show clear picture: who and based on which conditions failed to transfer point (matureal value) into your personal account in the bank.
              Such dispute requiers all documents ready for the carufull and vast legal examination.
              It can not be done fairly in such unidentified sircumstances.

              You need tp susmit the complaint to the service provider with the timely and monetary description of the purchance and to request/or print
              (1) a contractual conditions
              (2) exact monetory demand
              prior to hiring a lawyer, who is able to commence the civil case in your favor against the unidentified service provider before the Indian court.

              I received this text as the Trip ID[protected] been canceled and refund would be make in 10-15 working days. Are they in my ancestors period, when you take the money instant atlest refund it back in 5 business days as others do.

                Booked flight tickets from chennai to dehradun in october 2018 on around 15th or 16th of october for a flight of 16th november 2018. The flight was of indigo airlines for about a sum of rs. 10, 290 /-.
                Because of some personal reasons had to cancel the flight 2-3 days later when i booked it. Since, the flight was refundable, we waited for the refund for 2 days and then we called happy easy go customer support where they said that they has not received the money from the respective airlines.

                We contacted indigo and they said, they had refunded the amount to the respective party from which we had booked tickets. We again called up the customer support they said they will file complaint against this and since then they had been picking up calls making joke out of this and laughing nor they are replying to emails for the refund. The airlines have confirmed the refund has been given to happy easy go.

                Its been two months and yet not a single penny has been refunded.

                We want out refund from happy easy go. You are fraudsters.

                  This is in regard to the Trip ID 60XXXX6XX03XXXX98 dated 23rd November 2018
                  Facts:-
                  1. Flight Booking was made for three passengers from Chandigarh to Pune via Delhi.
                  2. Booking was done through www.happyeasygo.com website.
                  3. The amount of fare as reflected by the website which is auto calculated after adding their Conveyance fees etc. the final payment was made through Debit Card and the amount was deducted accordingly.
                  4. The website after few hours i.e. at 4:45AM, sent a non confirmation mail :-
                  Dear Passenger,
                  Greetings from HAPPYEASYGO!
                  We sincerely regret to inform you that we would not be able to confirm your ticket under the TripId: 60XXXX63XX03XXXX98.
                  Kindly give us the confirmation for cancellation and refund to the amount paid will be refunded to the same mode of payment used while making this reservation in 10-15 working Days.
                  We would appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
                  5. The Company intimated me through email at such a time when i would not check my email. They did not even try to intimate me through SMS or Phone Call even the next day i.e. 24th November 2018.
                  6. When i checked my e-mail account on 25th November 2018, i learnt about the company's Non confirmation of booking mail.
                  7.I called on Customer Care at 1:34 PM where i was promised a Call Back from the Superior Dispute Resolution Officers, But unfortunately this also did not prove to be right. I did not receive any phone call from their end.
                  8. I had to once again call on the customer care at 2:16PM after waiting for 30 min. as per the waiting time allotted to me, after that i was finally connected to one of the seniors, who again transferred my call to his senior, the call duration was approx. 44 min. where most of the time i was on hold and finally told to pay the difference amount of the fare which was being calculated at the current rates. i.e. as on 25th Nov 2018 at approx 3:00 pm. which i denied because why should i suffer because of negligence of the Company.
                  9. Thereafter i sent email on [protected]@happyeasygo.com on 25th Nov, 2018 regarding the whole case but the company did not respond, I made another reminder on 26th Nov 2018 to which again they did not respond, but i received a call where i was again asked to Confirm my Cancellation.
                  10. So far i have not been even given a Complaint Number.

                  REMEDIES SOUGHT :-

                  1. I had to book tickets on 25th Nov 2018 for which i had to pay an extra amount of Rs. 6, 824/- approx (Six Thousand Eight hundred and twenty four) The Invoice for the same is available and shall be submitted as and when required.
                  2. I made the payment as per the amount calculated by the company over which i have no control and the payment was made as per the amount calculated by the company after adding all taxes and their fees, i made the payment accordingly.
                  3. If the tickets were not confirmed due to fare hike why did the company Debit my account and retain my money. (Why did they accept my payment?)
                  (Why they did not decline my payment?) perhaps the fares increased at 3:00 AM and the company wanted to make extra money from me, or perhaps the company could not make timely payment to the airlines and the airlines refused to confirm the ticket and now HAPPYEAYGO want to shift their burden on me.
                  4. Why does Happyeasygo ask me of Confirmation for Cancellation. If the booking was not confirmed then what cancellation is the company asking me for.
                  5. As per their email they shall refund my amount within 10-15 working days. If the company says they have not sold me any tickets then why are they retaining my money in their account. Is it some kind of Scam where the Company keeps customers money in their account and earn interest or may be utilize elsewhere for the said period.
                  6. This act of the Company has caused me Harassment, Tension and financial loss.

                  It seems from the reviews about the company on various sites that it has become a practice to carry out this act therefore It is humbly prayed for Justice.

                    I booked a ticket from bangalore to sharjah on 22nd november 2018. Travel date: 18 december 2018. The money got deducted for booking which is rs.14103, but i neither received an email nor a text message showing the confirmation of my ticket. When i called the customer care multiple times, they said "10 minutes", "15 minutes", "45 minutes" and so on. And when i contacted them again in the morning, they said they could not process the ticket and i have to cancel the ticket. However they promised me a full refund of the fare. But it will take 10 to 15 working days which is unacceptable. I want the refund to be processed as early as possible as the amount is huge.

                      Did a bug mistake trusting on happy easy go

                      Date of incident: 06th november 2018, 12:12 pm

                      Description of incident: booking for blr to bbi (Round trip), ticket amount was 6823.0 i given all details proceeded with payment where payment was also successful with transaction no:[protected]. Page redirected to happy easy go and was kept on loading for few mins post that also page was blank i didnt got message for ticket or any message with pnr. Post 15 - 20 mins i called customer care mentiong the scenario where they mention they have received payment you will get ticket within 45 mins.

                      I waited for 45 min still there was no update they given same response till morning, morning after 10:00 am they confirmed ticket is not booked due to fare increase by airline you will get refund with 3-5 days. I waited for that also post that after multiple followup they said it will take 10-15 days.

                      Still now there is no update. What shall i do. Am not getting satisfactory response from happy easy go team

                        I'm writing in regards to my booking (Trip id :[protected] because i booked 2 tickets, one for myself and one for my friend from his id (Order id. #[protected]. Next day, he received a call from them stating that fares have been increased and they are cancelling the tickets and they will get the normal refund done in 10-15 days, so i thought my both tickets have been cancelled and will get refund for both of them. So, i booked a different flight tickets for both o[censored]s. But now, when i called their customer service to inquire regarding the same, i was informed that one of my tickets with (Trip id :[protected] has been confirmed. Why i was not informed earlier? Now what i want is a refund because it was a mistake from their technical end. It can be clearly shown by the attached snapshot that my tickets were not confirmed after i made the payments. No pnr was generated. Their customer service is even worse. I tried calling to talk to a supervisor 7 times, but still i was not transferred to the supervisor by the agents. I want a refund from them.

                          I made a huge mistake of booking ticket via happy easygo with the order id[protected] and instead of sending baggage rules for air asia they send me the baggage details of indigo and when asked for it deepak from their customer service team shouted and disconnected the call
                          Atleast they should have some courtesy of being polite in the call

                            I did complain many times about happyeasygo doing fraud to customers after booking flight ticket.

                            First of all, I booked ticket of date 20th OCT on 18th oct but after booking they change date to 20th dec'18 as price change. Actually they are cheating to customer to getting penalty when customer come for date change as same they ask me -Total Penalty per adult : 6850/- INR per pax.

                            So I request to refund as i booked itself for 20th oct'18 not for 20th dec'18. You guys has changed the date.
                            But they deny and said only 100rs will provide as 3082rs ticket price.
                            Please take strict action against happyeasygo (himanshu told me).
                            I did many email to company that please provide me refund but they deny always.

                            For ex- I have spoked many people saurabh dixit, Prashansa, they are not helping me anymore. Prashansa spoke rudely and sarcastic. Please take action against both of them.

                            I donot want any changes, do refund my whole money i.e. 3082.

                            DO REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATLY.

                              Hi all,

                              Here i am explaining my experience while booking flight ticket through happyeasygo (https://www.happyeasygo.com). i have booked the ticket on 16th nov 2018 for pune to bbsr for two passenger. I was not aware of this website earlier. I was very happy as i got rs.3000 fare difference as compare to other travel portal. I booked the ticket and did the payment for 13371.00. Immediately amount was debited from my account and i was waiting for confirm ticket. After few min i got the ticket information without pnr and status as "upcoming". Immediately i checked the company review on google and i found lots of terrible experience and complain about happyeasygo then with some hope i called to happyeasygo customer care and they told i will receive the confirmed ticket by 45 min. Again after 1 hr i called to the customer care and they said i will get ticket within 4 hr. After several followup they sent a mail saying the ticket is not confirmed from airlines as fare changed in between so they will process full refund and the amount will be credited within 10-15 working days and as they said on 19th nov 2018 they initiate the refund through cashfree and i got the refund on 20th nov 2018. Thanks a lot to happyeasygo team for their quick response on refund process. Please book tickets from trusted partner which will give you better services.

                                As you can see they have clearly mentioned that with 72Hours the refund will be done.

                                But I didn’t get a refund for the two of the trip id’s mentioned above.Its been more than a month and have no clue about the money I paid.I have been calling your customer care for like 7-8 times everyday.But instead of giving me an update about the refund they keep on stalling with various excuses.Rather I feel like they are least bothered about it.

                                I am lodging an FIR against them u/s 420 Of crpc which i am legally entitled to lodge with police.

                                  Happy easy go cancelled my tickets without my permission.
                                  It gives an offer of Happy gold money use to book ticket.
                                  After ticket booking, it force me to give equal amount of happy gold by using extra link for payment.
                                  I refuse it to give this amount.
                                  Then it cancelled my ticket without my permission and not refund my money.For only 1170 happy gold, it cancelled my trip without my permission.

                                    Hello sir, I am from gujarat and i booked 2 tickets of Indigo airlines from vadodara to delhi and Delhi to Vadodara through this agency Happyeasygo India private ltd. But due to some i have to cancel the whole trip and that i did it directly from Indigo airlines website their refund to us was Rs. 6120/- which was credited to happyeasygo because we booked through them so i called them and asked for refund they were assuring that refund will credited within 10 days.. But when after 12 days i called them they are saying that they will give rs.400/- claiming that its their policy but i have call recording of their assistant in which he was assuring me that they will pay the whole amount 6120 after deducting 270/- This agency is cheat and fraud We want our refund back For your knowledge i am attaching the cancellation iternary Do needful hoping for positive response...

                                      I have a complaint against the site www.happyeasygo.com
                                      I was booking a ticket in indigo airlines on 6th of october'2018 for myself. When i booked the ticket the payment went through and it said my transaction is completed and i will get my confirmed ticket maximum within 45 minutes. After waiting almost 4 hours when i didn't get the confirmed ticket, i called them. They told me that in order to get a confirmed ticket i will have pay some more money as the price increased when i was making the payment.
                                      Problem is i have booked tickets from all travel portals and never have they ever increased the price when we are typing our card number which also was done very quickly.
                                      No where did they mention the price increase nor did they stop the payment.
                                      Usually in such scenarios if fare price increases the page is refreshed we are shown the new price and if we are comfortable with that price we go ahead and make the payment.
                                      As a consumer it is my right that i pay for what i see, and if the price rises also and i see that the increased fare price is the amount to be paid, i can do so, but how can they ask me to pay extra cash just to get my ticket confirmed. They kept blaming indigo saying they increased the price. I told them that if indigo increased their prices when i was making the payment they would have got a mail or notification from indigo about the price rises and that they should send that mail to me so that i am satisfied that it indeed was indigo increasing the price. But they said they have no such proof and i have to go for their word for it. This is completely cheating the consumer cause we don't even know if actually the price did rise. This is hooliganism where they don't process your ticket till you give them extra money. And i didn't even see the price they were asking for. For all i know they kept the ticket on hold, and only once they get the money they demand will they release it.
                                      The ticket fare keeps increasing by the minute and after 4 hours the price will ofcourse be different. They asked me to pay the fare difference between what the fare was 4 hours ago and 4 hours later. They gave me an option to refund the money but seeing how bogus their operations are i was scared to go ahead with that option and instead opted to pay more as booking the tickets was more important for me.
                                      I asked them to refund my money back immediately but they did not refund it till now. Its been 10 days so plz help me getting my refund as soon as possible.

                                        I had cancelked e-ticket for patna to kolkata pat+ccu (#[protected] due to flight time changed. Spicejet has confirmed that the full money will be deducted to my happy easy go walket. My cancel order no[protected]. On 11th october i had cancelled the ticket but ticket money was not refunded yet where as sms was came that within10-15 days money will be deducted.
