I have booked 5 Mumbai-Kolkata flight tickets from Happyeasygo mobile app. The money has been debited from my credit card immediately and a trip id got generated in the app (my trip Id is[protected], however, I did not receive my tickets. After waiting for almost 10 hours, I have sent an email to the support email id and posted on their Facebook page. However, even after almost 30 hours, neither I have received my tickets nor I have gotten any response, I am wondering if I should contact my bank to notify a fraudulent transaction.

I had made a booking with happyeasygo.com yesterday evening (20th march 2019) i received an email and sms from them stating that they have received the payment and the ticket will be issued in less than 20 minutes.

Then after 20 minutes i received another sms from them which said, they are still processing my order and to be patient.

I have tried calling their so called 24*7 customer care where no one bothers to attend your call and its an eternal loop.
Also they do not bother replying to your emails too.

I still have not received any calls, sms, emails from this company regarding my issue.

I believe it is a fraudulent website.

I am still waiting for their confirmation.

Please if someone can help to resolve it asap.

This is a worst company, it is very emergency to come India i had only few money. I book the ticket In this website and still i didn't get my PNR. And the number which they provided is not connecting as I'm in abroad, now i should sleep in airport.

Hi, booked a flight from happyeasygo and cancelled the tickets with airlines with full refund. Airlines confirmed that amount is credited to happyeasygo by 1st march 2019. However, happyeasygo didn't provide refund till date. Now they have removed call center phone number from use and they don't respond to mails sent to [protected]@happyeasygo.com. Please assist on this.

I just got a message today that my flight from chandigarh to mumbai scheduled on 9th of april got cancelled, i am tring to reach happyeasygo since morning but cannot reach them, they donot have any phone number that i can reach to tell them for cancelling my ticket. I have emailed them as well but there is no response. I want to cancel the ticket and book a new one but cannot reach them via phone or email. Please help

The flight from tirupati to hyd on mar 3rd has been cancelled by the tru jet airlines.

Trujet has refunded the full amount on mar 5th. But happy easy go has not refunded my amount. I have been calling them everyday, and they say, its pending with airlines and need 72 hrs for resolving. Its the same answer everyday. Today i was asked by the customer care support person to get a mail proof by myself, that the airlines has refunded the amount.

I did not expect, agents can be such big thieves in looting amount from public openly.

I had booked a flight ticket in jet airways on 27th jan'19 for travel on 28th jan'19 from delhi to chandigarh. But, when i reached airport i got to know that the flight got cancelled due to some unknown reasons. So, i approached the airline authorities and requested them to cancel my tickets and allow me to get full refund. They did the same and gave me a cancellation receipt for recovering the same form happyeasygo. I shared the same with happyeasygo and conveyed the customer care officer. I did the cancellation on happyeasygo website too.

I am following up through mail and contacting customer care of happyeasygo since 30th jan'19 till now but neither getting any proper confirmation nor getting the refund yet. It is been 50 days.

Kindly help in this regard.

My name is jyoti . I made a booking from Happy easy go on 19th March 2019 for Jaipur - Mumbai / date 17th April with Air India The money has been deducted from my bank . However I haven’t got the ticket from them or the airline . I called Air India they said my name is not reflecting on there system and no booking has been generated. I have called there toll free no but it doesn’t get connected to anyone and you on hold forever . I have mailed them but got no revert ! Kindly help . My no is [protected]

I have booked a ticket in happyeasygo.com, payment was done and the ticket was not received.

The ticket was shown in the 'to be paid' tab. Since the payment was not received by happyeasygo.com, i thought it will be refunded and booked another ticket under the same name.

But the previous ticket was booked by happyeasygo.com using some other travel agency name. The customer care number was also unavailable when i tried to contact.

Now i have 2 tickets under the same name in the same flight. When i tried to cancel it through happyeasygo.com, they asked to cancel through airlines. Airlines were not ready to give full refund since happyeasygo.com booked tickets using different travel agents and gave different contact information for the issued tickets.

I would like happyeasygo.com to refund my money fully.

I booked a flight ticket through happy easy go from delhi to patna with spicejet (Pnr-m827jc). While booking the ticket it was showing refundable but i cancel my ticket from spicejet but don't received my refund amount. Spicejet has already refund amount but i have not yet received the amount from happy easy go... Please inform me when will i get refund of my cancelled which was done due to prepone of flight. As this is not mistake on our part please make it as early as ppssible.

Their tel number is non replying. They do not reply mail even after 24 hours.

I dont know how i should get my hard earned money. Who is responsible for the same? Happyeasygo team is not listening any one.

I wrongly put the date during the booking i tried to connect with the customer care but no is not working

Need solution because my family want to travel on 22nd of this moth. site is not so trust worthy beauce live chat customer care and all are not working. also i request them to reschedule it but im not received any mail from them. im feeling like cheated please need you help

Here i am explaining my experience while booking flight ticket through happyeasygo (https://www.happyeasygo.com). i have booked the ticket from banglore to hyderabad i booked the ticket for go air g8294 and did the payment for 1186/-
Trip id:[protected], immediately amount was debited from my account and i was waiting for confirm ticket. After few min i got the ticket information without pnr and status as "upcoming". Immediately i checked the company review on google and i found lots of terrible experience and complain about happyeasygo then with some hope i tried calling happy easy go but there is no one answering the call.

While i was booking tickets on happy easygo website they showed me 8214.00 for 2pxs when i entered my card details and otp they cut 15320 from account after applying promo code of 800 change i'm enable to contact costumer care as i have already emailed for the same but no response recieved from happyeasygo

Without costumer care support they start company and how government approved this website for carrying business with no proper costumer support

I have done a ticket from this app from delhi to indore for date 18th march, 2019 from indigo airlines for which i paid rs.8244 but after 3-4 hours i received a mail from there end saying that ticket cannot be processed as the fair has increased from the airline and i have to pay the difference amount in order to confirm the tickets. I already paid the amount of rs.8244 which was shown at the time of booking irrespective of that i was asked to pay additional rs.3500 in order to confirm the tickets for which i agreed as i urgently need to travel and paid the amount of rs.3500 in addition to rs.8244 which was paid earlier but even after 2-3 hours i haven't received the tickets and when i tried to contact the website they told me that they cannot get the confirmation from the airlines and asked me to book flight directly from the airlines when the fair has come to rs.18000 approx and they are not ready to pay the difference amount for the their unprofessional behaviour and leaving me no choice at this point of time. This is a total fraud and is very unprofessional of them.

When i am cancelling the ticket on happyeasygo site it says refund amount is zero!! How is this? On one hand the flight is cancelled by jet airways without giving any alternative option. Then i should get a full refund for my ticket amount.
I have put two emails to happyeasygo. There is no response. There are no numbers where customer care of happyeasygo can be reached!!!
What should i do in this case?
