I booked a flight from happyeasygo.com (Trip id:[protected] and have been debited the amount from my bank. However on the website page, after signing in my account the status is fail. Please fix this problem and issue my tickets. Call center people ask me to wait but they are only killing time by doing so. Need immediate help. Happyeasygo people are very lazy. I want my tickets issued asap.

    My name is divya nakra. I have booked two tickets from port blair to delhi for traveling on 28/2/2018 from happy easy go. The transaction is made on 15/10/2017. I have got transaction succeeded mail for both the tickets, i have got the ticket for one transaction and the other one is getting canceled from their end after keeping the money for 10 days.
    In this situation, the ticket which is confirmed from their end does not solve my purpose and is useless for me.
    Since they have canceled my second ticket after receiving the full amount (Transaction succeeded) i want to cancel my first ticket with the full amount of refund.

    The trip i'd die for both the transaction is as below.

    Their reply is :
    First ticket is confirmed but because prices are increased by the airline they did not get a chance to book the second ticket.

    In this regard i want to complain that this seems to have done knowingly. They have booked first ticket and then they have not updated the prices and allowed me to book another one, further they allowed me to do full transaction and received the amount from me, then they sent me a mail saying transaction succeed and then not booking the ticket saying prices are increased.

    This allows them to take my money and keep it for 10 days and they are also aware that since my second transaction is not successful i have to cancel the first one also.

    This wrongdoing from their end is compelling me to complain against them here.
    I booked ticket today[protected] from vishakapatnam to bangalore through air asia airline on this happy easy go website but didnot get ticket.

    please help to track the ticket.

      On 07.10.17 i had booked round trip air ticket from kolkata to vishakapatanam on happy easy go site (Order no[protected]
      Total ticket amount (14256/-) was deducted from my account through their payment partner pasfar technologies pvt ltd but till date no conformation number received.
      I talked to customer care and send mail but they did not able to resolve the issue
      Please take necessary action to resolve the matter.

        I have a ticket from happyeasygo.com, my ticket is from patna to manglore
        I had paid rs8110. I had cancel this ticket but i got only 1210, i was talked to airlines company they refund 4800 to happyeasygo. I want justice. My pnr is vy9r9c, pc4v8a, my trip id is[protected].
        they are not supportive worst service,
        As i requested to reschedule my flight as fare was same but they were charging more then my flight ticket.I have mailed also but they say charges will be applicable cant help.

          I have booked my airline ticket on this website and cancelled on the same day, contacted airline they said ticket is cancelled and refund sent to agent. I have not received refund till now. These guys are running a scam. Every day i am sending emails to these guys and they always respond with the following message, they never provide the details of their concern department because there is no such department. I am about to register a fraud complaint as well so they never ever fool the people. Guys please be aware and don't book tickets with these cheaters. They will take your money and in return you will not get anything

            I had booked 4 jet airways ticket through your website around 10:20 pm on 21st aug, after comparing many web sites. The booking id and mail says so :
            The transaction of order #[protected] has succeeded.
            Your tickets will be issued within 45 minutes and the ticket numbers will be notified by a following mail.
            I got a mil confirmation of transaction successful and the amount got debited from my account.
            On the basis of this return i planned my entire vacation and booked other tickets also.
            Now after 2 hours i have got a call from some of your executive saying that the prices have become high for the same flight and gence he wont issue the ticket, i am attaching the recording of the way your executive spoke as if its a fish market or a vegetable market.
            Websites run on trust, we bought the ticket on good faith and after 2 hours if the price rise the customer is not responsible.

            I am a frequent flyer and jet privilege customer and am aware of the fact that at the time of booking if the flight fare rises then before the payment gate way page there is a notification of hike in fare and to again search flight, after transaction is successful no such thing ever happen.
            Kindly issue me the ticket and avoid breach of agreement, breach of contract between us. Also as a consumer my rights are infrinched. Rather your executive has harassed me for 10 min.
            My aversion is simple, if the flight is not cancelled on behalf of jet airways, you should give me the ticket.

              I booked a flight on 27th july for 2 adults through this company website and the amount 14, 862 got deducted through my account and i didn't get the tickets. I received a call after 10 minutes asking me to pay extra 3200 to get the tickets which i refused to pay and asked to refund my amount, but i have not received my amount yet.

                I had to call the customer care thrice and wait for long to get through. Finally on fourth attempt, my call got through and after I talked to them, my tickets were sent after 10 mins.
                I have booked round trip tickets from bhubaneswar to bangalore but still not recevied my tickets. My fligt is for tommorw date so it is necessary for me the tickets.

                  A booking with trip id[protected] is made today i. E on 12th july, 2017 around 9 pm but the tickets hasn't been shared yet. Customer care is absolutely useless as nobody is picking up the call. Also dropped a mail on [protected]@happyeasygo.com but still no reply.
                  This is very unproffesional, money was deducted (Rs 7665) at the vey second of ticket booked but tickets has not been received yet.

                  After so many Email communication and Calls to Customer support finally I received call from Happy Easy go ([protected]) after 1 month.

                  Their executive insisted me to Cancel the booking and get Rs.300 refund against booking Amt.4800

                  My Point is that Why I should I cancel the ticket while where they have not given me ticket (Via SMS, Email or Website)

                  After Rigorous follow-up they are producing ticket after 17days which is useless to me (I already booked ticket from another website- this is well known to them)

                  I Need full amount refund.

                  After it is confirmed that indigo has done 100% refund, However by mistake your/HappyEasyGO sales team charged the penalty and to correct this how much I have have to wait, still there is no any update and no refund of my money.
                  Please help on this case to refund my money as earliest possible.

                  This is very unprofessional behavior of the HappyEasyGO team.

                  Wow, thank you.. these comments saved us from buying huge amount of tickets from these scamster websites. We were about to fall for their trap on discounts.
                  I have booked my flight ticket in happy easy go on April 7, from pune to chennai on April 22 .. I didn’t recieve the flight ticket yet and no one responds on customer care . I am very much disappointed.

                    Cheating

                    I would like to bring to your notice case of fraud and cheating committed by ms happy easy go level 3 rider house plot no 136 sec 44 near huda city centre metro station gurugram.

                    This firm is operating as an agent for booking flight tickets & while booking flight tickets they are cheating public of their money.

                    I carried on two bookings of exact nature for booking indigo flights i was asked to deposit rs 15405/-...

                    I have booked my airline ticket on this website today.
                    For 30th june 2017 from bangalore to guwahati.

                    I have made the payment online via netbanking.
                    And the page directed me to the point of sale merchent i. E pasfar technology pvt ltd.

                    The amount is inr 3914.00

                    I did not get any sort of confirmation or pnr from the airlines or from this website. Neither i got any acknowledgin message.

                    Instead i received an ambiguous mail to my given mail id during the time of booking.
                    I tried contacting the customer care[protected] but the customer representive took half an hour to respond n when finally responded he let me know that it will
                    Be taken care and i'll be receiving my confirmation.

                    But i neither receive any register complain number via sms from the customer care nor from the website.

                    I belive it is a fraudulent website.

                    I am uploading the respective documents during the time of booking.

                    I desire a refund of my money.
                    Please help. It is my hard earned money.

                    I did not get any ticket details via email or SMS.

                    I have booked 2 airline ticket on this website yesterday.

                    For 26th April 2019 from Mumbai to Goa.

                    I have made the payment online via Credit card.

                    The amount is INR 12, 244.

                    I did not get any ticket details via email or SMS. Neither did the website gave me a confirmation status on the ticket details or a PNR number.

                    The transaction status says that payment has been received and tickets shall be issued within an hour however its been 18hrs and the ticket has not been issued.

                    Tried contacting their customer care at [protected]@happyeasygo.com, their 24X7 support line[protected];[protected];[protected] and[protected] all the executives seem to be buzy all day long. Their chat service on website is useless as at a time only one thing works either I can send them messages and they are not available or they are available but I cannot respond due to constraints of missing type box.
                    I have tried reaching their concerned personnel through different medias but to no avail. Even the CEO does not bother to respond.

                    Please help on the same.
