I've made the hotel reservation but it was canceled by your site itself. I called to the Customer care number but no
one responded after waiting for 30 mins I've disconnected the call.I went to the hotel but they didn't find my
reservation. Thanks for your site
But I've made the payment through mobikwik and I need the Refund ASAP. Below are the details of my booking.

Hi Fab Hotel Team,
Need your help with the below reservation.
I've made the reservation on 23rd Dec 2018 for the check -in dates 24th Dec to 26th Dec 2018.
I have made the payment on the happy Easy go website, but when checked with Fab hotel team they informed they
didn't received any confirmation or voucher from Happy Easy Go.
When I asked for the Refund but Happy easy Go team was asking the proof that you didn't receive the confirmation or
I stayed on those dates.
I know there is no issue from your end but Happy easy Go people asking for the proof.
Please send the email mentioning you did didn't receive any confirmation or anything from Happy easyGo.

If you need the proof, pls find the attached audio recording.

Hi Manish/ Team,
I've converted the audio file and find the attached audio conversation with Fab hotels.
At least this time try to go through the audio, I've made payment to your site and you are answerable to my concerns.
If we send any mail to any Customer service, atleast they will send a mail mentioning looking into the issue.
But you guy's don't even respond to emails and don't even answer the calls properly.
If this is not a fraud company/ website, try to resolve the issue or send me proper explanation if you are not able to
refund.
I'm insisting again. Plz try not to cheat the customers.
