Ticket from bangalore to chandigarh was booked for the 21st march. But now the ticket is canceled from the airlines' end.
Wanted an alternative from jet airways they suggested to check with happy easy go from where the ticket was booked so tried reaching them but none of the support number mentioned on the website is working. And no response over email as well.
No support over case reference id[protected]

    I booked an airline ticket last night from guwahati to bangalore. My order id is[protected]. I also did the payment and the amount got deducted from my account as well. However, i didn’t receive any confirmation message from them nor did i get a mail about my ticket. I am calling their customer care but it doesn’t connect. Also on their website it’s showing the booking is done and paid but the get eticket option is not showing. I am a student and this ticket was for going to give my exam. Please help.

      Horrible experience for getting refund for flight cancelled by airline. I've recently started using happyeasygo, some of the deals they offered were much better that others. Everything is fine till there are no changes in the itinerary, but everything goes haywire once there is a change. I booked a flight from pune - bangalore for 25-mar-19, but the flight has been cancelled by the airline. Although their website (& even e-ticket) asks to go for refund though them instead of airline, but when i called their call center the executive asked me to contact the airline. When i called airline, they asked me to contact the agent for refund (This all took ~3-4 calls and ~1.5 hrs of my time, and a lot of hassle). Then i dropped them a mail, still haven't heard from them. Then i called their call center again, this they asked me to cancel using portal, but their portal is showing refund amount as rs. 0 even when the flight has been cancelled by airline. Till now there is no update on my mail / refund status. They've denied to refund the convenience fee of rs. 250, whereas all other portals provide a full refund (Including convenience fee) in case the flight is cancelled by airline.

        Dear sir/ma'am,

        I booked a flight tickets on happyeasygo.com and made the payments, recieved confirmation from happyeasygo.com and trip id[protected] was issued but ticket were not mailed after rigours follow up with them they informed about non booking of my tickets after 48hrs and now when i looking for alternative flight tickets it is costing me 10000/- costlier and happyeasygo.com has denied to pay for the losses and cancelled my tickets.
        I have been fooled by giving confirmation and providing trip id. Beacuse of which now i am getting flights at higher flights because of careless attitude of happyeasygo.com.
        I request you to kindly intervened and help me to get justice against the dadagiri of such online portals.

          Totally Fraud company. All the flights and hotels are providing complete refund of Air Tickets due to the ongoing situation and airports being closed in North India. But this fraud company is taking refund from Airlines and not giving it back to customers. On top of that no contact number listed on website. All mobile numbers and office numbers listed on websites are already disconnected which itself shows that company has no identity at all. How can a travel portal company not have customer care number or any other number updated. The only way to get in touch with them is email which they never acknowledge. They are getting complete refund from all Airlines but not passing on that refund to the customers

            I booked 2 tickets on 24th jan 2019. While booking my money got detected but tickets didnot get booked. So they said they will give full refund but till date they didn't initiate any step yet towards refund. Additional to that they have cut off their call centers so that customers can not contact them and now they are not even replying back to my mails.               My flight was cancelled by jet airways itself. I initiated for refund but still now i didn't get my refund. I booked the flight ticket for rs 3851. They told me they have initiated a refund of rs 3601 and when i called them they gave me a bank reference number 9648102 which my bank was not able to track.. I have send my bank statement to their email team also. But still now i haven't got any refund

                  This site doesn't deserve a half of this 1 star also. Fraud cheaters crooks, i bought tickets for 28, 353. After cancellation they are refunding me only 9, 750 only. That's f more than 50% they have deducted without providing you proper break up of the amount deduction. They are doing fraud business and fooling customers. I want this website to be banned, should be shut down and the people running this website should be jailed.
                  I have booked flight ticket through happyeasygo. Amount Rs 6052 deducted on[protected] for travel from Mumbai to Madurai on[protected]. But ticket not yet confirmed. Please help me to get the refund amount. Customer care number is not working. I tried many times.I couldn't open their web page also.
                  I have booked ticket from happy easy go app with tripid[protected], my credit card is debited but booking confirmation has not come even after 12 hour. Mail sent to them is not responded..till now..you are requested to kindly refund the entire amount if booking can't be confirmed..do it before 4pm on 20th 2019 so that I can book tickets

                      Today i have booked my round journey tickets for bangalore-delhi-bangalore thru happyeasygo.com for 14/03/2019 /18/03/2019.
                      However my returned ticket from delihi was first booked correctly for 18/03/2019 and immediately after cancelled and wrongly booked for 18/4/2019, although i correctly given date as 18/3/2019.. The company first booked by ticket for 18/03/2019 and later cancelled as shown in attached pic.

                      It can be check that even trip ids for wrong date booked ticket are not matching in the email which was send to me and the trip id mentioned on ticket, which clearly established my grievance that a wrong date ticket has been issued to me.

                      Trip id mentioned in the email is as (Trip id-#[protected], whereas in the ticket its mentioned as[protected], which clearly shows that there is some system error at the happy easy go end and a wrong date ticket has been generated.

                      When i contacted the helpline it was told that its not possible to generate wrong date ticket, and completely declined my complaint. I was asked to email them my complaint with screen shoots which i immediately did but no response received so far.

                      Thus i register my complaint to ask the happy easy go travel agents to book the correct date ticket 18/03/2019 for the same time 05:50am flight from delhi to bangalore on their own expenses as the mistake is committed from their end.

                        I booked return tickets from Delhi to port Blair. 31000 was deducted from my account and has not been refunded. Neither is anyone responding to emails. There is no customer care number as well.. It is a fraudulent company. I have been trying to contact a number but no one ever answers it. There is absolutely no way to get hold of these guys. I am still struggling with the bookings.

                          I have booked flight ticket to travel on Feb 23rd from Hyderabad to Vishakhapatnam on 19th February. I used https://m.happyeasygo.com to book the ticket. My amount got debited from my bank account and payment error page is shown in the website.

                          There is no phone number provided to contact.
                          No message was sent regarding my transaction.

                          Kindly help me in getting my money back.
                          I have booked round trip from vadodara to bang ...and from bang to vadodara again.

                          No my plan has changed and I need to cancel my ticket...but not even single rupee refundable itseems. This is unfair

                            I made double booking of flight ticket through happy easy go and flight airline has cancelled one of the tickets.. And air asia airlines refunded the whole amount of 1, 995 to happy easy go account... Till now i havent received the refunded amount from happy easy go. I called multiple times to the customer care and send mails. But no reply from their side and disgusting customer service they have..

                              They failed to inform that they have not been able to book my ticket. They gave me a trip id :[protected], but did not informed me that they have not been able to book the flight. My mother's brother died, so it was an emergency, but they not been able to resolve it or book that flight for me. Its very unprofessional approach from a business concern.

                              Their customer care repeated the same thing, without resolving the issue. One of the worst experience, ever. I am getting late for the funeral. What kind of customer care this company can provide? Worst of the lot.

                                I made a payment for air tickets booking for indigo 6e 841 (From mumbai to delhi at 22.00 for 19th february) of rs 18, 845 on 17th february 22.00 but haven't received any pnr yet. Every time i call, i get a different answer all together. 1st time they said its a manual system will take 45 minutes, second money received late from the bank and third time flights fare changed after i booked. Its been more than 12 hours that i paid the amount but no booking received.

                                  I paid for my online tickets from mumbai to delhi for 2 pax amounting to 18845. When i was booking the tickets the price was showing as a total of ₹7069. After msend all payment details, it automatically got canceled and then am amount of 18845. I paid the full amount. It got deducted on 17th february around 11pm. I called them thrice eve time they are coming with different answers. 1st time they said they are manually entering so related, next time they said the money reached late from bank and now they are saying the flight fares increased after i booked and when i asked the person to connect me to someone senior they just put me on hold with no reply.

                                  I am really tensed and annoyed as my money amounting to rs 18845 is deducted and no ticket is received.

                                    I would like to bring unethical practices followed by happyeasygo company to everyone's notice.

                                    1) their resecheduling process is absolutely standardless. I tried to call their team for rescheduling but nobody served me. Then i put a rescheduling request through the app and they sent a mail for my confirmation and i havent received the mail. And based on their automated mail, they made my request canceled since there was no confirmation from my end. Usually the companies like makemytrip or goibibo they call and confirm because the automated emails tend to go to junk folder sometimes.

                                    2) they deducted the money i paid up front in the wallet without my consent and those were my hard earned money.

                                    They are running very fishy business and the consumers are facing

                                      Hello all,

                                      From last 4 months we're continuously following up with happy easygo in regards with refund, after submitting stamp copy by indian airlines of full refund, still they've not refunded the amount. We have booked tickets from mumbai to hyderabad, but due to delay of more than hour by indian airlines, we have cancelled trip and requested for full refund and as we are entitled to cancel the tickets and get the full cash back. Still we haven't received the amount from happy easy go and my case id with happy easy go is caseid[protected].

                                      Request you to take a quick action as they're bothering many people in a same way.

                                        I booked the return trip and when the trip status does not confirmed even after waiting 1 hour, called customer care. They said we can not confirm the booking as prices shot up. How can a portal book a trip on certain fare and later demand you to pay more to confirm the booking. After much arguments they finally agrees to pay refund in 10 days, which i am still waiting. Take your own risk to book a ticket on happyeasygo. They are cheater and do not care about your money. This was my first and last experience with this # portal.
