I booked my flight tickets from "happy easy go" at around 6:00 pm on 15th march from indore to mumbai. I haven't yet received my tickets or any pnr number. I tried contacting the company on it's toll free but the toll free number is not working. The total amount paid for the ticket was rs.1534. I even tried to contact the suppprt team but there was no response from their side.

    I had booked round trip from pune to banglore for 9th march 2019 (Jetairways) and 11th march 2019 (Go air). Jetairways flight got cancelled due to operational issues. Jetairways has already initiated the refund amount but i have not yet received the amount from happy easy. I had cancelled flight ticket for 11th march 2019 (Banglore to pune) and have not received this refund amount as well.
    I had sent multiple emails to your customer support email id [protected]@happyeasygo.com but did not receive any response from your team yet.
    I had booked flight from this site first time but now as no response is being received from your team, i can't trust on you folks for further bookings.

    Please expedite the response else i need to escalate this further. I need proper breakup of the amount that i am supposed to be received.

    Please respond at the earliest.

    Addrsses is a travel agent, probbaly. It can be the air carrier who had canncelled their flight.
    As regard with the amount of compensation, the Indian law fore sees exact amount.
    If you do not know, whre and the way of submission of complaint,
    you can hire a lawyer or professiona in civil aviation for agreed remuniration.

    Usually, the department general of civil aviation (DGCA) of the ministry of civil aviation of India shall issue orders to the aircarriers follwing the examnation of the complaint.
    In practice, they (DGCA) do not work with passenger complainst according to the code of the civil procedure and other regulatory enactments on the rights of passengers and customers.

    There is customers court in each Indian sate, where every passenger can apply,
    following the receipt of the result of own complaint from air carrier
    not later than in 12 months after the receipt of any correspondence from aircarrier
    or
    following the submisison of its own complaint towards the air carrier
    not later than in 13 months after the cancellation of the flight.

      It has been 17 days, i am continuously following up for refund initiation but every time i get same reply from employee shalini working there that it may take upto 72 hours. Also i have send proofs from indigo airline that refund has been already credited to happy easy go account and is pending at your end but no help and response. Kindly help and intitate my refund

        I have a made a booking on HappyEasygo on 14.03.2019 Trip Id has been issued. i have not received the PNR. The money got deducted from my account and the trip status in the app shows upcoming. I have not recieved the ticket on my registered email.

        it is been 10 hours since i have booked the ticket. when i try to call the customer care, they are not responding. This is very urgent as i have to travel within three days.

        Kindly take necessary steps.

        Had called up the customer care ... but you have to wait for a long time :( to get connected. I have been issued tickets in the morning after almost 24 hours...

          it is a private site, where you have not shown the evidences of status of passenger (PNR or e-ticket)
          in clearly visible form .
          PNR, which has 7 minimum mandatory fields, is stored by the air carrier in the reservation sytem and had to be issued to the passenger.
          You state "Got my refund"
          So, it is uncler from your text the reason of complaining and what is needfull at agent / aircarrier site.
          Please correct for the public.

            I booked a flight ticket through happy easy go on 30 january 2019 from hyderabad to delhi with goair. While booking the ticket it was showing refundable and still it is showing like that. But now i want to cancel my ticket and now the customer support and website is showing you will not get any amount of refund. Then waht is the meaning of this refund? This they are doing #. I want my amount because they are showing that his ticket is refundable.

            After submitting the complaint on your platform I got a call from the executive of happy easy go they asked details of the issue and instead of refunding the amount they did fraud and took rs5018 from my account through UPI.

              Sir/madam,

              I had booked a round trip flight ticket on 12th march, 2019 for guwahati - dehradun with ongoing date of 14th march, 2019 and return date of 15th march, 2019 for rs. 14, 786/-. Payment was made for the trip but till now the ticket has not been received. My uncle has expired and i need to do the rituals by going to haridwar so i had booked the tickets by paying abnormally high price. The price quoted in other sites like makemytrip, clear trip etc. Was also same as that mentioned in happyeasygo. Since i am a loyal customer of this merchant, i decided to book the tickets from this site only.

              This is very disappointing given the circumstances under which i am in right now.

              Please try to resolve the issue as early as possible since i need to reach dehradun to do the rituals.

              How can customers rely on such services which doesn't guarantee any end result which is very crucial in this case. When I tried calling the helpline number, the lady tried to resolve the problem by giving a refund but what about the differential amount which I had to incur to reach the destination by booking a round trip flight from Guwahati to Delhi and then booking round trip a taxi from Delhi to Haridwar.

              and I have not received any confirmation email on the tickets booked, I do not even see the PNR number and seat number.
              I have dropped an email at [protected]@happyeasygo.com and I have chased them thrice and I have not even received any response.
              I have even called the customer care service three times and everytime they say they will resolve the issue in 1 or 2 hrs and they do not do anything about it. I'm now worried if this is a fake company cheating customers.

                We bought the flight ticket online on january 24th from mumbai to cochin and after the payment we did not receive any confirmation or transaction id. So we called your customer support center they said based on the name and phone number they have received the order see it in their system, but had not received the payment yet. So i had sent them the screen shot of the text i received through hdfc bank. However they still said payment was not processed by the bank. So we reached out to the bank and got all the documents and sent them in the email, stating the payment was processed by the bank and also the merchant and was successfully paid to happy easy go.

                Then they come back keep asking me ticket number which we never received, apparently they say oh we had sent the ticket and it was valid. I never received the ticket and every time they kept saying we had not received the money

                When we provided the proof from the bank they said we had sent the ticket. This is completely a fraud. How does the government allow sch companies to operate in india?

                  I booked 2 tickets on happyeasygo. I realised that i had made a mistake with one of the names on the ticket. I called the airline and they issued full refund. But since i booked it with happyeasy go, i need to get the refund from them. I havent received any refund. Plus there is no number i can call and get a person to answer my queries. Very bas service. I lost my money. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone.

                    I booked a flight on March 1st from COK TO BOM in jet airways through happy easy go application. March 1st morning i got a message from airline that the flight is cancelled due to operational reasons. I tried to contact both the airline and happy easy go customer care service but i didn't get any response. So that i booked another flight. I haven't received the refund of flight booking charges yet now. I wasted my valuable time for the airline and happy easy go service. After some days i got a mail from airlines department they are already informed to travel agent they didn't gave any information to me.

                      I have booked a flight ticket to bangalore on 9th march 19. There was cash back offer @10%. But no cashback received till now. Most important matter customer care contact no. Is invallid. No customer can talk with customer care exucutive of happy easy go travel agency. If the matter will be not solved no customer will purchase any product from your agency.

                        Hey team,

                        My caseid with happy easy go is[protected] and order id is[protected].

                        This is to inform you that, we have booked air india tickets in october from happyeasygo for mumbai to hyderabad for 9th april, but due to delay of more than an hour we have cancelled our air india tickets on 9th april.

                        We have received stamp copy of full refund amount from air india, which is attached below and submitted to happyeasygo, but after following up with happyeasygo for more than 4 months, we have received refund of only 1777 instead of 13280 which they've received from air india.

                        Kindly find the received stamp copy of air india, and request you to take action against happyeasygo.

                          I bookd ticket from patna to ahmedabad on 3rd feb, 2019. My ticket was not cofirmed but my money got deducted. I paid 5178 for the same, i got a call frm happyeasygo nd they assured me that no need of issuing another ticket, my ticket will get confirm but till 2nd feb, nothing happened. Then at nyt they gave me two option either to pay extra charges or to cancel the ticket. Then i paid 3000 more fr making that ticket confirmed. After confirmation i got my ticket with price written 5628 but i had paid (5178+3000)
                          I am attaching both tickets here.
                          I have nt seen such a fraud site before

                            Myself Anandita Pal, I booked one ticket from Delhi to Guwahati on 21 Feb 2019 for 11 Mar 2019, I have reported to Jet Airways Counter on 11 Mar 2019 for boarding pass but they have replied that due to some Departmental reasons Flight (Jet Airways) got cancelled and no other flight available, and tickets should be cancelled & full amounts of ticket may be refunded within 24 hours. After expiry of 15 days call to Jet Airways Customer Care regarding refund of money but he replied that your ticket have not cancelled as on date i.e. 25 Mar 2019 and also promised that today your ticket will be cancelled and case may be referred to Happy Easy Go for full refund of money after that I have call to Happy Easy Customer Care for refund of money, but he asked me that a cancellation request required to Happy Easy Go for refund of full amount of tickets.

                              Received email from jet airlines today...11.03.19 after 5days...for revised ticket...same date...but different time...jet airlines supported but too long to revert back...and also change in flight time...affecting all my important schedules...and meetings...and the service from happeasygo...is too much delayed and with no knowledge of what is the exact situation of the ticket bookings...delayed support but very tiresome to followup with happeasy go...

                                I recently booked flight tickets with happy easy go, but i did not get any ticket or confirmation message, when i called them they asked me to wait for 45 mins, after waiting for 45 mins i called them again, they asked me to wait for 30 mins again after 30 mins i called them back and their response was my ticket is stuck in automation (God knows what automation they are referring to) and we wont be able to give your money back and you have to wait much longer for the ticket. I actually begged for my money but they kept on saying that returning money wont be possible and you have to wait.
                                I am not sure how these portals get go ahead and they freely torture the people. There are many complaints against them and am not sure why any action is not yet taken. They are freely looting our money and causing mental torture

                                  I had booked an flight ticket through HappyEasyGo.

                                  Had cancelled the ticket from Airline due to their sudden change in flight timings.
                                  Airlines have immediately initiated full refund.

                                  Issue:
                                  This is regarding ticket cancellation from goAir with Full refund.

                                  The airlines(goAir) has given me the documents of the full refund which I had already forwarded to HappyEasyGo.

                                  Its been more than 20 days and HappyEasyGo are still asking me to wait for an update. I wonder even after airlines have already confirmed about refund then why would HappyEasyGo are still asking me to wait. This is seriously suspicious. I can escalate this issue and file PIL with my Lawyer but before that wanted to post in official Indian Consumer Forum.

                                    I have booked ticket from delhi to indore but the pnr was not generated due to increase in fare so amount needs to be refunded. Already 7 days are over and they are not providing the same. Called them have given mails to them. After seeing so many reviews from customers i am in doubt whether they will return the money or not. Already 7 days are over according to their policy return is done in between 7-10 days and i am not assured of the same by comapny. Even they are not picking calls and putting them on hold

                                        I booked my jai - bom round trip journey on march 4, 2019 through happy easy go website, the money got deducted however i did not receive the confirmation mail. Under my bookings section on the website, the booking id/ trip id is there however the pnr number isn't there and flight status shows as upcoming and not confirmed. I have sent mails and tried contacting the customer care also however no action has been taken from their end. My entire amount of rs. 10, 800 is blocked.
