I booked a flight for 22nd oct'18 and wanted to reschedule to 23rd oct same flight but i was told to pay some charges more than the ticket cost booked. It is a horrible site and would never recommend this site to anyboy. Fraud site. Since only date change was required, i was asked to shell out about rs.1500/- extra. Very very cunning people whoever this person is.

    Hello,
    I have booked a ticket on this website (happyeasygo.com) from Bangalore to Delhi and made a payment of Rs 3498 but no ticket has been generated .Also there was no intimation on email/Phone though i have given both.

    This is purely an intentional fraud by this company they do.
    Cant believe my details have not even been recorded in their system and they are not giving any Trip Id.

    I have shared my Bank statement to their email [protected]@Happyeasygo.com but till now no response and not even money.

    I request consumer Forum to help me into this matter asap.

      I was trying to book a flight ticket from happy easy go on 10th october at 1 :00 am. While making the payment the amount has been debited from my account and the order payment was failed and received a failure message for the same, this incident happen twice with 2 different orders. So due to the confirmation of the failure i further booked my flight ticket from other agent. But after around 2 hours of the failure i suddenly got confirmation of both the orders which was failed earlier. I contacted the customer service the customer service, the service executive "priyanka" was assisting me, i claimed for the refund of my amount as the payment was failed earlier and the order was showing in failed category and i got a failure message for the same, but the company refused to return my money saying this was totally my mistake i should have waited even after the failure declaration of order by the company happy easy go. The company is blaming me for the entire mistakes which was totally the fault of the company. I have been told no refund can be made and the entire mistake is mine and they disconnected the calls. I have profe for the failure. I also mailed company about the failure at the the time of decline itself. The order is still showing under the cancelled category and the same order is showing in upcoming. Kindly look into my issue as i am student and its very difficult for me to manage. Below are details of the transactions. 1st transaction details : order id 1 : [protected] amount 1: rupees 3411.00 2nd transactions details : trip id 2 :[protected] amount 2 : rupees 3175.00 the order is still showing in cancelled as well as upcoming i'm attaching the screenshot for the failure of order 1 and 2.

        1. First i made a booking for which amount is deducted from my card but ticket was not issued so i called the support team and he informed to wait for 30 minutes.
        2.in next 10 minutes i received message and on portal that it is failed, i called to customer support who verified and said payment not received so it is cancelled and i can book another ticket
        3. I booked ticket again and this time the ticket is issued with pnr "cschha"
        4. After an hour i received another ticket with pnr "nuikqk", i called to customer support and the reply is shocking, she asked to check with airlines. When i insist that i made payment through you so why should i then she said will check with supervisor and get back to me and after sometime she said the same thing that supervisor suggesting same. So i asked her to connect me to supervisor which she did
        5. Another fool giving me some useless information and when i scolded him if he knows the actual problem, then he tool his own time and informed me that he will take a complaint and raise concern with airlines
        6. By this i lost the hope so i called the airlines and when i checked i was informed that first ticket is correct ticket with name roshan jameer and last name as r m.
        7. Second one is booked as name m and last name as roshan jameer, do anyone think that as a passenger i will be doing this. As per airlines suggestion first i had to correct my name in this ticket for which i raised a request form with actual proof documents attached.
        8. My name was corrected first and then they helped me in cancelling the ticket with full refund.

          I had booked four round trip tickets from bangalore to goa on september 19th.2018 from happy easy go. They gave me tickets with different timings from the ones i had booked (I had booked afternoon flights, they gave me night flights). Within an hour of this happening i requested cancellation of all tickets. I e mailed the company almost everyday regarding the cancellation and refund. They replied yesterday evening saying that my refund would be only rs.800/- after i had paid rs.17, 485/-.
          I researched this company and found that they had defrauded many other members of the public in a similar fashion.
          This is utter disappointment, from a upcoming company. I have booked a ticket and the amount was debited from my account on 16th evening. Although have not received and booking confirmation, when i called they informed i will receive the confirmation in 45 minutes, which never happened called again asked me to wait for 15 minutes.

          This time i call they informed that the airways have not confirmed the tickets due to price difference and asked me to cancel the booking.

          First they cannot debit my amount without confirming goods (tickets) what kind or merchandise you are.
          Anyways moving ahead fine with that you cannot fulfill your business, but boss my amount its not yours. If you can have this debited from my account immediately then you have to refund it back unable to provide business.

          When i checked with the team they say it will be refunded in 10-15 days and they have initiated refund. My question which company takes such a long time for refund stating bank takes that time and we have initiated refund from our end.

          Guys you have not confirmed my booking after deducting from my account.
          But if you have initiated refund i demand my bank transaction ID immediately to track my refund and dont give me any trip ID like a fool.

          Please understand I am being inconvenienced here and i have to leave somewhere in emergency i dont have money to make booking.

            I booked ticket on 20th september from hyderabad to mumbai and mumbai to hyderabad, for 12th and 13th october, through happy easy go website
            But ticket has not been done but money deducted by happy easy go, while i called them for ticket they told because of airline dynamic pricing the ticket price has increased at the moment same time while money was deducting from my account that is why ticket has not been done.

            I received mail as well as message from their company that money which has been deducted will be refund withing 72 working hours, my customer id is

            But already one week gone i am waiting for refund.
            It is very surprising event happening with this company.

              Worst customer service. Never ever book a ticket from happy easy go if you do not want to regret.
              I am a frequent flier and have booked 12 to 13 tickets from happy easy go within a span of 4 months. Today while booking the air ticket i booked in a wrong sector. It was a jet airways flight, as per rule if you cancel tickets within 24hrs of booking there is no charges.
              But happy easy go denied to refund me the amount and said that we will be able to refund only 100rs.
              I called jet airways had i been booking the ticket directly from their website they would have refunded the money withing 24 hours. But since i booked the ticket from happy easy go they are not able to help me.
              As per the new government rule if we cancel the tickets within 24 hours there would be no deduction.
              Guys please do not trust such websites, it was my mistake that i trusted them, just posting this so that no other person like me suffer

                The ticket which i cancelled on 23rd of august was to be refunded. I got the mail regarding the initiation of refund amount on 4th of september but havent yet recieved my ticket's refund amount in my account.

                Called the customer care several times but the number on their website is a fake.

                Mailed the customer support team but got no response.

                Kindly look into the matter and do not steal people's hard earned money.
                I cancelled my flight ticket with trip id #[protected] but the refund has not been done. I have communicated several times with the customer care but in vein .Every they request wait. The refund process was initiated on 5th october itself but the amount is yet to credited .

                Same issue with me.
                Booked a flight and cancelled the tickets with airlines with full refund. Airlines confirmed that amount is credited to Happyeasygo by 1st March 2019. However, happyeasygo didn't provide refund till date. Now they have removed call center phone number from use and they don't respond to mails sent to [protected]@happyeasygo.com.

                  I booked a return flight on november 3rd by mistake and submitted a request to change it.
                  After that, i called the consumer support number and told them about the situation.
                  I was told that i'll receive an e-mail to send updated itinerary and as told i send the new flight details
                  In return without any confirmation they changed entirely different flight which was not to be changed.
                  And i'm at loss of around 7000 and have to book entirely new flight.
                  If you can't read properly, what's the point of starting an organization.

                      This is to inform you that we had to cancel the tickets booked in the trailing mail, Trip ID[protected] and PNR number - KYC6WI. To do so, we enquired their customer care number [protected], the customer service agent told us to check with airline to understand the actual refund amount of the tickets, when we confirmed with the airlines, the officer confirmed the amount of Rs. 6250 as the total refund amount for both tickets to and fro.

                      The officer of Indigo airlines also mentioned that the refund will be processed to the same portal where the tickets are booked. So we contacted Happy easy go again...this time they told us to cancel the tickets through portal as well, which we did instantly on 11th September.

                      We awaited for the confirmation but there was no response. Later on 20th September we called the customer service and the person asked us to put a written communication for the same.

                      The confirmation was that the refund is in the process, later when called it was told the refund amount is just 100 rs...with stupid justifications beyond our comprehension.

                          I booked flight ticket using happy easy go platform and cancelled it from airlines within 45minutes due to some mistake as suggested by happy easy go customer care.
                          As another ticket was booked within 45 minutes for same passengers, they have processed full refund. Since the ticket was booked through happy easy go, refund has gone to them.
                          After that i am following for refund with happy easy go from past twenty days but they have not given me refund even after 20 days.
                          We wrote correct Date of Birth
                          But when We Booked The Ticket Then showing wrong Date of Birth.

                          Pls tell me soon such why being with us

                          Anyway Can we will not face The Problem?

                            Horrible service,

                            It is just a scam. You just attract customers with low prices and then make a fool out of them. For 1 hour i was told that booking will be done shortly,

                            First call your executive said "we have received your money, give us 15 minutes"

                            Second call your executive said "give us 30 minutes we will surely do the booking or update you via mail".

                            After 1 hour of making the payment and 2 calls later :
                            On third call your executive said "transaction failed and booking cant be done"

                            I need my full refund and without any deductions asap.

                            I have spoken to mr gurmeet (Told to me he is the manager) and ms cheena (Told to me as customer service executive).

They are not even refund our money back ;it is for rupees 28141/-. It is being 10 days from the date of booking still we are waiting for their processing, it is for attending conference, by booking with happy easy go we are going to lose our chance for attending that conference.                                 I had booked tickets for delhi-chennai-delhi round trip for nov'18. After filling the details for payment and clicking on next i waiting for the confirmation of tickets but the window did not respond or anything. There was no movement so i clicked backed and waited for 15-20 min more just to see if the tickets got booked or if my payment went through. Nothing had happened and after 1hr more i booked my tickets through yatra and got confirmation. Later on then i got a message from happy go at 11pm night that my tickets are confirmed. Due to there server issue now i have duplicate tickets and when i called them to cancel they refused to give me full refund.
                                Please help.

                                    I booked 2 flight tickets from pune to rajasthan on 6/09/2018. And i cancelled it in half n hr. I paid 12, 642/-. And they are refunding me only 200 rs. Which is not right. They are not sending me details of deduction. And not responding to mails.

                                      On 1/9/2018 i had booked a round trip flight ticket pune-cok-pune from happy easy go an amount of rs 35690/- was debited from my account neither ticket was provided nor refund was given to me its been 7 days i have been following up with my bank pnb as well as happy easy go but both are playing cat and mouse games it totally unethical my money should be refunded back to me pls revert back on [protected]@gmail.com
                                      I have booked flighty ticket on 28th Aug, via my CC, and i received a mail after 2 days, that my order (flight booking) has been cancelled. and they have mentioned to refund the amount in 72 hours. but i have not received any amount/confirmation for refund amount.
