I booked return tickets on this website and

1. The amount got deducted
2. There was no confirmation
3. I didn't get an email notification regarding the confirmation of the ticket
4. The customer care person took an hour to reach on the phone
5. The amount has not been refunded and i haven't received any update

It's one of the most pathetic websites i have ever come across in my life.
[protected].. booking done by me with 541 rs cashback but was given only 148.. on when asked the told me that you opted for 148 ... how can i book a ticket with 200 rs more than easemytrip from these unethical guys..
I have booked a flight from kolkata to bangalore on a wrong date. They are not refunding the money even if I am cancelling the booking and it was written it is refundable.

    I have booked flight through premium cashback price, which offers free reschedule. Now when i am asking for reschedule, heg customer care is saying that the ticket was booked through cashback price, and hence penalty with service fee has to be paid for reschedule. Heg is cheating customers as they dont want to bear the reschedule charges.
    How is it possible to get rs1400 cashback on flight (Indigo 6e2929) costing rs3989, and get rs650 cashback on same flight when it is costing rs6095 (Indigo 6e2929). Only premium cashback can be availed till rs1600.

    The statement heg are making is a conflict with what is understood from the heg website. Also, how can a customer know if the booking is made under cashback or premium cashback, since there is no such information provided by heg on the invoice or trip detail page, only cashback amount is mentioned.

      International flights were booked on this company website.
      Been such a long time and there is no information on the tickets.
      As usual the money is charged and these guys are not even picking calls.
      Wish something would be done on this regard !

      I think they are new to online booking portals and servers are slow. My issue is resolved. They are not fraduelent. I was fortunate to find support and the issue is resolved.
      I had booked the flight ticket using happy easy go website. They deducted fund from my account. But dint send any confirmation or flight tickets through SMS or email.
      There customer care number is not working.
      Is this any type of fraud?
      Should I give any police complaint?

        Hi Team,

        Today I booked my flight from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar for worth of rs4573 from happyeasygo website. After the successful transaction I have received a message from my credit card but didn't recive the ticket at all. I called to their provided customer care number but none of the number were working, it was throwing server failed error by disconnecting the call automatically. I sent a mail to their provided email address ('[protected]@happyeasygo.com') too but till now didn't receive any response. I don't have any idea whether my ticket is booked or not or I have to book it again.
        This fraud company is so irresponsible with their customer dealing. Kindly help me to get back my money or provide me my flight ticket.

          I had booked the to ticket for Mumbai to patna for 14th June 2018 for my son on 10th June 2018
          N my booking id number was[protected]. After two days of my booking when I called them up for sending the pnr of my ticket they refused. The booking on their site was still showing up upcoming. Due to the idd festival just a day after n at the last moment all airfare had gone up and because of that we had to face lots of problem. My tickets and it's amount paid for the tickets are still with them.i had also booked the to tkt for my other son in the same flight after a day and got a cheaper tkt
          After several emails and calls exchanged with them still my issues were not solved

            Dear Team,

            Happyeasygo is cheating their customers. I have booked a ticket of 20734 round trip from Mumbai to Bangalore. My money is deducted but I have not received any confirmation on email or my contact number with the pnr number ticket booking. They just sent a message that they will send the tickets as they are reaching out to the airlines. Now it is more than an hour that I booked the tickets and still no response from them. Rach time I call the customer support they tel me wait for 10-15 minutes. This is fraud company. Can you please file a complain against them. They are cheating people. Can you help me get a refund for the ticket amount.My trip id is[protected]
            Hi. I just to brief my experience with Happyeasygo.com. Just few days back I have to travel on urgent basis to Kolkata. I just started searching for Flight ticket to Kolkata from Delhi for very next day. After searching various travelling agency portal, I got best price from Happyeasygo.com around Rs 2500. Their customer support was good. Definitely I will recommend Happyeasygo to OTHERS.

              I bought a flight ticket for rs 1566 for indigo airline and wanted to cancel the booking called indigo airline and got a confirmation from airline that they will give a refund of rs360 but the travel agent happyeasygo team have sent email that refund for the booking is rs0 and as a goodwill they are giving a refund of rs100 which is not correct, im supposed to get refund of rs360 as promised by the airline.

                Dear sir,

                I am nithin, booked flight ticket from trivandrum to delhi on 2 may 2018 in the happyeasygo website. The ticket was booked and money rs. 4890 was deducted from my account. Afterwards, i have received a call from the customer care, saying that ticket price was increased at the time of booking, so, they cancelled my ticket and asked my bank details for the refund on 2 may 2018. I shared my account details through email and they replied to wait for 48 hours. I have not received my money till now. I already sent more than 30 emails for the refund and also contacted by mobile phone. First, they replied and told me that they transferred the money, that is in the processing stage. I am constantly mailing them to refund my money, still, i have not received my money. Now, they are not lifting my phone also. I have been waiting for my money for 2 months. So, i am requesting you please take necessary action to refund my money as soon as possible.

                    I have cancelled to ticket. The price of tickets were 11, 000. Happy easy go refunded me only 1500. Happy easy go is very bad. I will never book ticket from it again. Happy easy go is a fraud company. They take prper refund from airline and dont give it back to customer.
                    Happy easy go "very bad company".

                    Please dont book ticket throught this website.

                      I have book ticket from jammu to mumbai yesterday via your site but it's automatically taken wrong date. So i need change my journey date 6 oct 2018 and new date is 6 sep 2018. I have change date immediately via your portal happyeasygo.com but it's only showing changing from last night and i have also call your customer care number [protected] but no one pickup the phone company claim its 24*7 service but i disappointed. By the way i need your response as soon as possible.

                        I have booked a flight on 28th june 2018, 10:03 pm for pune to delhi date 28th july 2018,
                        I paid through upi and money instantly got deducted but the ticket was neither confirmed nor denied tickets.
                        My payment has been deducted and i need a refund but, these people do not respond on customer care as well as through email.

                        I have every proof to prove my payment was accepted by this company.

                        The page redirected after my payment gateway was the attached image which didn't more till date.

                          Rue.. I am also one of the victime of happy easy go.. I have booked the flight three months earlir, and my travel date was 18/06/18 but due to my personal health issue i have requested to cancel my ticket.
                          But they are saying that i have to told them not to cancel my ticket. They are cheaters who ever planning to buy tickets from this agency think 100 times before buying it. As they are the open cheaters and liars.

                          I have lost my 3800, pls dont be next victim for the same.

                            I have booked a ticket from ahmedabad to mimbai on 21st july 2018 at 9.30pm approximately. The money was quickly taken out of my credit card and what i noticed was that there was no pnr generated nor i got a text or an email to confirm that i have made a booking with them. The details are only showing on their website.
                            Anyway, i thought that i should wait for 45 mins however still no information, no text, no email!!! By then i started to worry! I called their customer service number which was constantly busy!!! I sent an email to which i got an automated response saying they have forwarded my query to another department. Now, i have no ticket and my money is gone. I have called my credit card bank and i have told them that i have not received the services from the merchant and i won't pay for the charge. My bank has assured me that they will investigate! I will not pay this charge and this website should be reported to the crime beach and also in the consumer court and these fraud people should pay for the harassment and mental trauma they have caused to people along with the financial loss. This need to be addressed in indian court and if possible, we should all demand our money back along with the other charges!
                            Happyeasygo - pay the charges back or you will face consequences. You don't know the power of social media perhaps.
                            Get back to all your customer complaints right now and return the money!

                              I booked 9 tickets online from this website but company has made mistake that they have booked two tickets on the name of one member and skipped one member. I have to booked additional ticket for skipped member and the company says that there will be no refund for cancelling the duplicate ticket they booked in error why should I bear for the mistake of company. Company is completely fraud.

                                As per the verbal commitment of your team mates not once but twice over call & also confirming that the ticket which has been booked by me for trip id[protected] is not confirmed hence.
                                I am appalled the way you deal with your customers. This is not only surprising but insulting to your customers. I asked a simple question which are mentioned below:

                                1) i told i have booked a ticket through yatra.com as you have informed that you have cancelled my tickets, please send me a mail.
                                Answer by your team customer support: sir our system is not working hence we will not be able to send mail.

                                2) i asked what if tomorrow you tell that ticket is confirmed then certainly i will loose money as i have booked the same journey twice. I don't want that to happen with me?
                                Answer by your team customer support: yes sir you will loose money.

                                I am seriously pissed off, who is running such kind of business where you take money from customer & then deny the ticket & keep the money to use it for your business & return only after certain time interval. Are you playing with your customers.

                                    I booked a ticket from bhopal to delhi yesterday, by mistake i booked it for a wrong date i instantly applied for cancellation but, the company said that there won't be any refund amount if i cancel my ticket. But as per government guidelines if we cancel a ticked within 24 hours of the booking only the convince fee will be charged. But, these people are charging the entire amount of 10, 000 rupees. Also my travel date is well above 15 days.

                                      I have booked a flight ticket with PNR : HCVPRM from their website. However i booked it for the wrong timings. I called the airlines (indigo airlines) directly and got this ticket cancelled by them 2 days back.

                                      They have confirmed the cancellation and refunded full amount to this website agents. These agents told us that they will give the refund amount in 20 days. Its been initiated on 8th may. And i haven't received any refund still. No one picks on the customer care number for hours. They do not even respond to mails properly.

                                        I have done a flight ticket booking my money got deducted from bank and they did not confirmed my ticket. I am asking my money from last 15 days but they are simply unanswerable. If there is any possibilities to get my money back please help me. I am student and going through a financial crisis. The amount is rs.11608
                                        From last 15 days i am trying to connect to any member but they are not. Even now they are not responding to my mails. They have asked them my bank account details 2 times and i have provided them but the company is unable to provide me any proof which shows that they have initiated the payment.
