Hello,

I have booked the bdq-bom-clt and return flight from happyeasygo and flight has been booked. Due to unavoidable reason. As the happyeasygo customer care is not responding to my mail or phone call, i have cancelled my ticket through indigo customer care. According to indigo airline i am eligible for refund but the happyeasygo website says i am eligible for zero refund.
The happyeasygo have only one contact number in their website which will always says "your are in queue. Beware of such companies and please please please do not book any ticket through them.
I dont understand why indigo in not refunding the amount their customers

    Flight was booked from dehradun to delhi which was cancelled due to some reasons. They got full refund from airlines, but not answering may calls or mails.
    So i am waiting for their response since long. This is extremely pathetic behaviour by them. Very unprofessional behavior. I will never book any tickets from this website. Too difficult to deal with this travel agency.

      1-i have booked one ticket from jaipur to bbsr on 10.04.18, trip id[protected], money debited from my account but ticket not booked. Till date money not refund to my acnt. For last 45 days i am flowing up but no any positive response from happyessygo end. And many times i send mail to customer care but he did not give solution and every time was said you wait 24 hour but till date not resolved my issue and i am not feel wail for this type of communication, request to you please do something for them.
      2- i have booked ticket for another one people bank account, when i booked a ticket my ticket was not booked but my money was debited and next day i will be complained on 16.04.2018 money was credited my account and same date on 16.04.2018 again deducted same money due to name issue,
      3- i will attached bank statement and there highlighting pointed you show it

        Flight booked from delhi to bangalore which was cancelled due to some issues by airlines and full refund is generated the from airlines to happyeasygo.
        As confirmed from the happyeasygo, they agreed that yes we will refund as soon as we received money from airlines.

        After receiving still they haven't credited me the amount and on call and email they always say it's in process, verification is going on, again say in process, sometimes say wait for sometime blah blah blah.

          I had booked tickets from patna to bangalore from happy easy go website on 06.04.2018 and paid rs 7096 via internet banking. Later because of some reason i had to cancel the ticket for which i was adviced 4500 will be charged as cancellation fees and rest will be credited back to my account which is still not done. Its 45days plus now. Dropped them various mails but no response only they telling they have initiated and asked me for bank statement where in no details such are there. Also which i already shared. I keep chasing them but no response uptil today but all they say is they have forwarded my case to the concerned department. Today they asked me to wait again for 48hours, this even last time customer care told a week back.
          Therefore, i request you to look into the matter and ask the company to refund my amount with interest.

            I booked ticket from Vizag to Mumbai and after doing payment. We get a call from Happyeasygo team that our booking is not confirmed as they did not confirmation from Airlines. This is not the first time they are doing. It is already 4th time they did the same to my bookings. And their customer service number is pathetic. It never connects and service guys take their own sweet time to resolve the issue. It is really pathetic and worst experience. Never book tickets from this website.

              I made flight ticket booking through web portal "www.happyeasygo.com" chennai - newdelhi on 14/05/2018.
              Date of journey 15/05/2018
              Ttime of journey 20:30
              Airline jetairways flight no.9w847
              Rs.4223/-

              I have entered the details new delhi to chennai, by mistake the portal had taken as chennai to delhi flight.
              When i realised the booking as reversed then i immediatedly initiated cancellation of the same ticket, the portal where i made booking refused to refund the cancellation charges. Instead they are putting a penalty for the same.
              Kindly initiate the complaint against the above said e portal and help me get back my hard earned money rs.4223/-.

              I have been following up since May 2, 2018 for the refund of my cancelled ticket which has not yet been credited to my account. Happyeasygo has pathetic and unacceptable customer service which don't refund money of its customers.The management should be answerable to this service

If possible than give me the justice. Thanks

                  I booked ticket through this website and i did not receive the tickets, when called to the call center they said ticket will be received in 20 minutes. I would like them to refund the money as i am in deep trouble now, i have to take my mother for a medical emergency and seeing this website i booked the tickets, now i have not received the tickets also and i don't know if i will get the tickets also to take my mother for medical treatment. Please help.

                    I booked tickets on 15 may 2018 through happyeasygo delhi to port blair (26 may 2018) and return on 31may 2018 deducting payment from my account after few minutes i got the mail that the ticket confirmation is not confirmed and you will get the payment back within 48hrs. This is totally cheating and after getting this mail i still checked the website and the website is showing the same ticket and same fare on that. Now i got stucked and # by this # site

                      I have booked air ticket from madurai to hyderabad on saturday night it cost inr-4066, they have just sent the order id & mailed like you will receive your ticket within 45 minutes, a day ago still now i didn't any response from them. My kind request is block the website from google & take an immediate action because most of them were get struggled with this travel company & the very worst customer service i have seen in my life. Try to refund my money asap or else please the smash website soon

                        I tried booking tickets from Ranchi(IXR) to Bangalore(BLR) on 30th March'2018 through happyeasygo.com for which I made three transactions.

                        The transactions showed as failed 2 times and third time it showed success and ticket was booked. But for all three transactions the money was debited from my account of Rs 1620 each. Below are the details of the transactions that was debited from my account.

                        Transaction 1 - Payment done through OLA money (shown as failed).
                        Transaction 2 - Payment done through HDFC credit card (shown as failed).
                        Transaction 3 - Payment done through HDFC netbanking (shown as success and I got the tickets).

                        After this I called their customer care no.[protected] and told him all the details that money got deducted 3 times from my account (1 success + 2 failed transactions) and I'll be getting two refunds 1 in OLA money and 2nd in the HDFC credit card to which they looked into this and told me they have initiated the refund and I'll get within 7-10 days.

                        Later on 31st March'2018, I got my refund of Rs1620 in my OLA wallet and waited for next 7-10 days to recieve refund on my HDFC credit card.

                        I started calling again the customer care no. One guy picked and I told him everything for which he told he has forwarded to concerned team and to wait for few days.

                        Later on 26th April, I got mail from them that they've refunded the money and will not be able to process it to which I again called customer care and they told to send a mail with all details to [protected]@happyeasygo.com. I send mail with all details along with all bank statements, sms screen shots and credit card statement.

                        Later on 30th April'18, I got mail from them that they haven't recieved the money from my HDFC account and I need to check with HDFC bank. I checked with HDFC bank and they responded - the money was successfully processed to merchant account.

                        I forwarded the HDFC response to their customer care for which they are not responding and everytime telling me to wait for 48-72 hours and now it's been one and half month still waiting my refund. Today I called their customer care and I got same response to wait for few days.

                        I am attaching the screenshots of account statements, credit card statement and the SMS for all three transactions for your reference along with the HDFC creti card team response.

                        It is the worst customer service I've ever faced in my life.

                        I have booked the ticket on the easy go, after booking the company called me said your booking is not confirmed and send your bank account details, I have some doubt about this transactions may be this company has to try to do something about my account.

                        I have been using HappyEasyGo for around 6-8 months and I didn't faced any issue with them. For first time I got this issue.
                        In your case if the money is deducted from your account and the booking is not confirmed, then I would suggest you to call customer care and ask them to refund back to original payment mode. Sharing bank details is only okay if you've made payment in cash.
                        Hi, I cancelled the ticket .till 20 days I am waiting for my refund money, It's horrible to call his customer care, They are charging 1500 rs per cancellation, If any worst service competition conduct in our country this HappyEasyGO become first.

                          Happyeasygo rider house guru gram is a travel agent which is dishonest to the extreme.

                          Refund of rs 200/ buy indigo and rs200/- buy go air was credited to their account by airline in feb 18 to be credited to my account.

                          Since than i am taking up the matter with them and they are not refunding the amount.

                          Same experience i had with my earlier refunds too with this company i want to notify one and all through this forum that be very cautions while dealing with this company was

                            I had booked a booked a ticket on 11 may 2018 under trip id[protected] from pune to delhi money was cut from my account but ticket was not booked i tried contacting the happyeasygo team but they are not picking up calls neither are they replying to my emails
                            I have provided them with bank statement plus the transaction id but they are not responding in any way
                            I have tried calling them and written english mails but they are not responding
                            A case should be registered against them under section 420 for fraud

                              I booked tickets from goa to bangalore for an air asia flight. The flight was scheduled for 2nd of may 2018. The flight got cancelled and air asia gave us the option to avail a refund on the whole amount or get a reschedule. We opted for cancellation on 24th of april. Air asia refunded the amount to happyeasygo on 26th april. Since then i'm struggling to get the refund. First i waited for a week after which i called them. They didn't even start processing. They ask me to mail my flight details to their customer service, only after which they said they can proceed. They call this their standard procedure. I do that too. But no one gets in touch. I keep on calling, no one answers. Finally, they pick up and promise a refund within 2 days. It's been way more than 2 days. Now neither do i have the refund with me nor is anyone answering my call. They are just a scam. Please stay away.

                                I had booked the tickets through this # agent and the ticket cost me around 4705/- rs and while booking it was mentioned as no cancellation charges but i was cheated by this bloody agent where i got only 200/-rs as refund. Then tried to contact customer care where the response was # and also i tried to take back my money through mailing then but there was no use. I don think so that i will get justice as booking ticket cost me 4705/- and cancellation within 8hours cost me 4500/-rs. But i request you people not to use this bloody agents who are cheating people openly. And also sorry to use abusive language but could not control my angry and frustration.

                                they need to refund me an amount of Rs ~1900 after cancellation of my ticket which I cancelled ticket due to some personal reason. They have explained me that Happy Easy Go are going to refunded is Rs.100 /- ( must be a joke).

                                Just avoid this company !!!
                                • Fraud company and not reliable at all. They don't take any responsibility.
                                • Very bad response No refund after cancel the flight ticket, even Airways company refund the money with in 2 days, but Happy Easy Go not refund to the customer.
                                • Very bad travel agent never try this fraud company
                                • Fraud Company. Beware!!!... Please Never Use Happy Easy Go website/Application.
                                • Worst customer service. Never ever book a ticket from Happy easy go if you do not want to regret.

                                  I was trying to book the ticket from happy easy go but trust me its not easy. From mumbai to bangalore i have made the payment however after getting the payment website said payment failed however same time i got the email from happyeasygo that they have received the payment and i will get my ticket within 45 mins. After 45 mins i got another email that they wont be sending ticket as price of fair has been increased. I called them and told them that i can pay balance amount however customer service asking me to book a fresh ticket. However i they didnt help me. They have pathetic customer service same like their website. If anyone reading from happyeasygo find below my trip id:[protected]. I would like to give -5 star for this kind of pathetic service.

                                    I have booked a ticket for my friend yesterday considering the fact that i would get best service by your team. I had booked ticket in the past too and did't find any issue. But this time i was wrong and would never trust any type c website like your's. How can you cancel the ticket because of the fare difference from airline's end. That is none of the concern of customer. If ticket is booked from your website and money deducted it's all your responsibility to provide ticket. I have booked ticket on actual fare which was available without any deductions or offers so there is no question of fare difference from airline. None of the website have created such issue in the past, this is the 1st time i am coming across with this issue.

                                    I received a call yesterday post 5 hrs of booking the ticket. Agent informed me that they want to process refund against the ticket booked. While i asked the reason he informed the reason as mentioned above. Now you have process the refund forcefully i would like to know, if cancellation request would have come from my end whether you have been considered that... I don't thing so.

                                    Also why refund would take 7 days to reflect in my account, you have instantly deducted amount from my card, who will bear charges.

                                    Bcoz of your fault i have to give extra charges for the same day flight without any fault of mine, additional charges will bear by whom?

                                    Please make a note of it : it's a harassment of customer like us, kindly revert with the proper update.

                                      I have booked air tickets from bangalore to delhi, from happyeasygo.com i did the payment through mobikwik wallet of rupees 6852 and the payment suceed, order id i recieved in mail The transaction of Order #[protected] has succeeded.
                                      now after an hour when i called there customer care[protected] they told me that the booking did not happened and your money will be refunded in 10 days, as a customer why i should wait for 10...

                                      More than 13 days and not changing my name title, according to airlines it's just a work of 5 minutes and they need to update it and i can get the updated tickets, but still saying we are resolving, nothing is happening, they are just misguiding customers. Even connected them with airlines on a conference call, airlines is saying they are misguiding, they are not doing anything.
                                      I request consumer complaint forum to look into the matter and ask them to resolve the issues.
