Dear All Customers,

Please never ever use this site to book your tickets. I never ever seen this kind of worst service in my entire 40 years of age.

I have selected my desired airlines but after transaction process completed our ticket printed with different airlines with multiple stops of the flight.

while tried to cancel my ticket but they are refunding just 100/- per person.

Worst Service, stupidity service, Big cheaters, Big Cheating

After i realized this error i have contacted customer care but they said that "That's not our responsibility our technical team will decide how much they want to refund to the customer"

    Booked ticket from hyderabad to mumbai and regurn, worth rs. 4, 190/-
    Refunded only rs. 200/- after cancellation.

    While i enquired with indigo airlines, they said they will return minimum 850/+ rs. And jetairways 1000/+ rs.

    I tried calling your customer care, three times it wont get connected., 4th time i got connected agent disconnected the call in 2 mins.

      I have booked flight ticket for delhi to mumbai return on 16th march 2018. My trip id is[protected]
      . Amount has been debited from my account but and received the trip id. After 3 hours i get a call saying that your ticket has cancelled by the airline due to change in price. If airline changes its price than why it not has been updated on your website? Why money has been deducted? Your website should have declined the transaction displaying the message of fare has been change would you like to continue.. How other booking websites does. Now your customer care is asking to wait for 7-14 days for my refund. Why should i wait where there is no fault of mine. I want my refund by tomorrow as its your websites poor service. Also attaching the transaction details for your reference. Kindly take serious action on this at earliest.

        This recently happened to me. On the day of the 6th march of 2018 i booked a flight ticket from delhi to bangalore via chennai. This was done through Happyeasygo.
        The payment went well and i was asked to wait for 45 minutes while my ticket was being issued. After that time, i straight received a call by which i was informed that my flight could not be booked and my money will be refund within few hours.
        I had really blindly believed that they would do so.
        Today is the 8th day since i have been complaining regarding the same issue but i stiil got no answer. Believe me, even the customer care has blocked my mobile number and when i call from a different phone number, after giving m complain details, they put me on hold for like forever until my recharge get over.
        Reading all these comments out here, i just realize now that i am just one add up on the victims's list.
        These people should be arrested, but by my guess if somehow they keep on operating taking in accounts the various complains about them, then they must be having an umbrella on the top shell.

          I have booked two tickets from bangalore to lucknow and lucknow to bangalore.
          Those tickets i have successfully cancelled. But till now i did not recieved any amount in my account.
          I believe my amount is : 224+857 = 1081.

          I have requested many times and called customer care to refund the amount, but still i did not recieve any refund. It has been almost 2.5 month and seems like these people are bunch of crooks who are not even bother amount customer money.

            I booked a round trip flight via https://www.happyeasygo.com

            My transaction was successful and account was deducted with desired amount. I even received mail from the site that transaction was successful and trip id.
            It was too mentioned that itinerary details will be delivered within 45 minutes and it has been hours, I haven't received any mail or message with PNR details.

              Hi, i have booked a ticket via happyeasygo for my travel on february 12th. It was a connecting flight which had a waiting time of around 12 hous in bangalore airport. So with no other option for an urgent family matter i had to cancel the first segment of my travel which the website didnt't allowed. So i contacted indigo airlines directly and cancelled my first segment and they have a refuned a 1300+ rupees back to the happy easy go's account. So when i called them for my refund they told me to mail them the issue and i did that. But none contacted me yet. I called them again and no one response

              I ANjana Suresh, have booked a flight (GoAir) on 05/03/2017 from COK to MAA PNR J97MKD which was cancelled by them. I haven't received my refund yet. I contacted the GoAir service as was said that they have already initiated the refund to you and now you need to do the rest. It has been almost 1week. Please do take a note on this.

                This is new online fraud, i booked one ticket yesterday for today, after money transferred they cancelled it by stating that it will take 14 days for refund.

                They are cheating and using customer's money and don't know when they will refund!!

                #cybercrime

                It is very frustrating after going at airport in the early morning with no booking!!

                Please do something so others wont get cheated again!!

                  I had booked my flight on 3rd feb 2018, by mistake it got booked on 2nd feb 2018 with (Trip id[protected] having pnr cp6unq. I didn't get any intimation on 2nd feb for the journey. I didn't travel on that day. I called the airline people on 2nd feb evening. They told me to contact happyeasy go and to fill eform regarding nosure. They didn't give any proper reply. Please give refund the amount. Kindly do the needful. Hoping for positive reply.

                    I, albert p babu, mobile number : [protected] had booked a ticket for 3 passengers from ernakulam to delhi and return from happy easy go site on 14th february 2018 having trip id:[protected] but the tickets were cancelled due to seats sold out, hence was asked to share my bank details for instant refund but unfortunately i sent wrong account number and they proceeded with it. And when i said about it they gave me the transaction utr number : n[protected] done on 14th february 2018 which i took to bank to enquire and found that the transaction was cancelled due to invalid account number. There was no such account with that account number, they said since i have 12 digit account number instead of 11 digit the transaction will be automatically cancelled since no account exist with that account number. When i informed this to them, they said that they have forwarded it to the concerned department and next day they again sent the same transaction details. I mailed one after another but same transaction details were replied back and at last stoped responding. It seems as if they didn't even read the mails and keep on forwarding the same mail.
                    I have attached they transaction details they sent. For me the amount is huge, it's my 3 months savings. So please kindly do the needful.

                    Took almost 3 weeks...their customer service were not responding too...at last went to their Facebook page and through chatting the issue was solved.

                      I made a air ticket booking on 11/02/18(Booking Id:[protected] by using HAPPYEASYGO.COM, which provides online service to book the air tickets.It is situated at 1F, Plot No. 883, Phase V, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana, India, Phase V, Udyog Vihar, Sector 19, Gurugram, Haryana 122016, India. I paid Rs.26560 for booking.But after few minutes booking is cancelled by provider and it is being told to me that my money will be refunded within 24 Hr. After cancellation i received only Rs.2830 out of 26560, and remaining 23230 not yet received.Now it is more than 10 days i did not received my money back even after repeated reminder. in each reply, they are telling that it will be refunded, but no action till now.Now they have stopped receiving my call also. Request is to please look into the matter.

The refund has been initiated long back from airline but it's not given by this fraud company happy easy go.. They don't even pick the call nor reply anything.

                        I have booked a tickets amounting to Rs. 3, 566/- from Delhi to Guwahati on 11 Mar 2019 Booked on 21 Feb 2019 and reported to Jet Airways Counter on 11 Mar 2019 for Boarding Pass but he asked me that Jet Airways Flight of 11 Mar 2019 has been cancelled due to some Departmental reasons and they have promissed that your tickets will be cancelled and full amount should be refunded within 24 hours. But after expiry of long time i.e. 15 days no any amount may be refunded, please help me and full ticket amount to be refunded accordingly.
                        Myself Anandita Pal, I booked one ticket from Delhi to Guwahati on 21 Feb 2019 for 11 Mar 2019, I have reported to Jet Airways Counter on 11 Mar 2019 for boarding pass but they have replied that due to some Departmental reasons Flight (Jet Airways) got cancelled and no other flight available, and tickets should be cancelled & full amounts of ticket may be refunded within 24 hours. After expiry of 15 days call to Jet Airways Customer Care regarding refund of money but he replied that your ticket have not cancelled as on date i.e. 25 Mar 2019 and also promised that today your ticket will be cancelled and case may be referred to Happy Easy Go for full refund of money after that I have call to Happy Easy Customer Care for refund of money, but he asked me that a cancellation request required to Happy Easy Go for refund of full amount of tickets.

                        Please help me with my refund as this is lot of money.

                          I have booked the amd-blr flight from happyeasygo and flight has been booked, now i got the sms from the indigo airlines that flight has been re-scheduled and i can either opt for date change or eligible for full re-fund. As per that i have asked the happyeasygo to confirm the re-fund amount but as per them i am eligible for rs.100 re-fund only which is completely different from what the indigo has mentioned.
                          Now when i am trying to call you they are not picking the call, and in fact they only one contact number in website.

                          Indigo is ready to pay 100% refund but this company not ready to pay 100% re-fund.

                          Beware of such companies and please please please do not book any ticket through them.

                            I would like to bring to notice about this happyeasy go.com that i have booked tickets round the trip for a cost of rs6026... And my cash has been taken off... I havent recieved any confirmation booking nor the email ticket... They have a customer number which when called cutts off automatically without directing to an executive... Called this number so many times... I want to refund my money back... Kindly look into these fraudsters...

                            aftr so many complaints from customers...still they are running the website...so many people are getting cheated... please these fraudsters should be stopped from cheating anymore...if they are reasonable. .why their customer care number is not responding to anything
                            I was recently booking a ticket from coimbatore to new delhi... so while payment the money was debited from account...but the transactions continues and finally ended up with nothing.

                              I have tried to book the ticket from happy easy go website. as soon as i clicked the submit button after enter entering the opt provided by the bank, amount of 4 000 has beed deducted from the bank and saying there is no ticket booked from happy website.

                              i was in a impression that money will be refunded by bank people. but after 2 hours i got a message that ticket has been booked.meanwhile i have booked another ticket for other flight.totatlly i have booked 2 tickets for 2 flights on same time and date.

                              Worst thing from happy easy go was the ticket will not be confirmed as soon as we done with the payment like other service providers.we are in dilemma state that ticket has been booked or we have to book new ticket.

                              i have explained all the scenario and situation to the customer care team and requested them to cancel one of the ticket.

                              Refund amount was only 100rs out of 3, 200rs. i was shocked by hearing and requested several times for my money back or with minimum cancellation charges.

                              they are not at all responsive and they are least bothered about the customer money.

                                I had booked two tickets from happy easygo so i had booked for 12.10 and did the payment as well which was of 4500 but later the payment got failed and they have booked a ticket at 17.05 which i din wanted where in i have not given the confirmation also. And now when i'm asking for changing the timings they are asking me to pay around 2750 for the timings change and when i ask them for refund they are not giving the refund
                                My trip id for happyeasygo[protected] . i booked the ticket on 16/2/2018 at 9:20 but it has been 3 hours my ticket is still not generated
                                they always sent within 10 min but this time its taking too long

                                  I had booked to and fro tickets Chennai to Port Blair from happy easy go website on 01.02.2018 and paid Rs 40, 379 via Internet banking a picture of the transaction id is attached herewith along with the emails. Later I received a call from the company stating that the tickets couldn’t be confirmed thus they are cancelling my tickets. They asked me for my bank details and assured that the amount will be refunded within 24 hours. I gave all the details on that very day. However, after almost a week they have not refunded my amount. I have called them every single day from 2/2/2018 uptil today but all they say is they have forwarded my case to the concerned department. Today they asked me to hold and kept me on hold for more than 10 minutes with no result.
                                  Therefore, I request you to look into the matter and ask the company to refund my amount.

By mail trail happyeasygo committed me refund of 23, 682/- on 5 jan 2018 & asked me to wait for 15 days to complete the process.. As per request we have waited but till the date i haven't received any kind of refund from happyeasygo team.. As i have checked with my financial institute, happyeasy go haven't initiated refund process & was keep giving fake commitments.
                                      Come to conclusion to file official police fir against these cheaters & make them stand in consumer court

                                      Well dont keep customer care discussion on phone call unless you are recording it, try to be on mail as much you can... I have made my mind to log a police complaint or make the company stand in consumer court, & i particularly mentioned it when i was mailing to happyeasy go...but you need to keep followup for your money...though you can get fake commitments like we have initiated the refund & all just ask them for UTR or RRN numbers... Happy easy go dont have own setup to make transition of money they have tie up with cashfree care banglore based company...for refund in early stages happy easy go gives time for 10 to 15 working days...you need to wait for said period...after that you can start up with excessive followup...once i had received call from this number +91 7290099237 apart from there customer care official number...but keep it recorded...

                                        My grandfather got heart attack and i have to go urgently guwahati. These guys deducted money from account and provide nothing not trip id nor ticket

                                        A booking with no trip id is made today i. E on 28th jan 2018 around 11 pm but the tickets hasn't been shared yet. Customer care is absolutely useless as nobody is picking up the call. Also dropped a mail on [protected]@happyeasygo.com but still no reply.
                                        This is very unproffesional, money was deducted (Rs 9000) approx at the vey second of ticket booked but tickets has not been received yet.

                                        Pls refund my amount... Haram ki kamai nhi hmeri pls
