I had booked a flight ticket from “happyeasygo.com”. The event took place on 27/12/2017. My account had been debited and i was told that due to some error, my booking was not confirmed. They assured me of their so called “instant refund” but till date i have not received any refund. I have mailed them multiple times and get the same answer that we have provided your bank details to the concerned department....

I tried to book ticket from Mumbai to Vizag for 28 April 18 on 28 Dec 17 night for 3 passengers through happyeasygo.com

Amount of 3 tickets is approx rs 8000/-
Amount was debited from my credit card account but ticket for sai trip I'd was not issued.
So I asked for refund but no refund has been initiated as on today...

My PNR number was W9MV2F and I did not travel.Refund from the airline is already credited into travel agent's account. Screenshot is attached for your reference. Now Travel agent is making stupid excuses for holding the funds.

I booked a ticket yesterday night for round trip for bangalore to indore from this happyeasygo website. I made a mistake that instead of selecting 17th feb i selected 17th march for return ticket. I realise this as soon as transaction was made.

That site does not provide the tickets details for around 20 min.in those 20 min i tried to cancel that ticket so that would not be charged anything because was not confirmed with indigo...

A flight i booked on this portal for 2 jan was cancelled by them for reasons unclear and i was informed four hours later after booking that this was so. Also money from my account was debited for it and the promised refund they have repeatedly promised will be credited to my account hasn't come through now 12 days later. I have called, emailed and followed up with them repeatedly.

I am also going to formally lodge a complaint...

I have booked two tickets from hyderabad to delhi for 01.02.18 by air india flight no ai 559, departure from hyderabad at 06.40 a. M. I wanted to change it to air india flight no. Ai 543 departure from hyderabad at 10.00 a. M. On same date. I have sent an email requesting for the same. I am asked to pay rs. 10, 154.00 for two passenger. The break up of the same is:- date change/flight change penalty :3500/- per pax

I would like to bring you in the notice that in my e-ticket the customer surname is printed twice when i called them to help me regarding this they are telling me to contact airline and when i am contacting air line they are calling me to contact travel agency as they can contact with air india sales.

And post i got a mail that your order is successful.in the morning i got a call that while booking tickets flights got packed and ticket has been cancelled, we will refund your full money immediately so please share your...

They received money for trip[protected] and sent mail that they will send tickets within 45 minutes. But i haven't received tickets yet. Totally fraud. I'll prefer not to use this site for any type of bookings. They are not replying on email and calls. They're displaying on their web. Fraud people. So much frustration. I want my whole amount back any how.

I am not sure if www.HappyEasyGo.com is a fake website for booking flights. I booked flight from pune to Chennai for tomorrow December 11, 2017. The amount from the account has already been deducted but have not received any confirmation or flight tickets. I have called their customer care 100 times but no one picks up any calls.

I need urgent help!!...

Payment was done but i was not received ticket after 1hr i called customer care they said get confirmation for goair about infant baby.

I booked ticket on this fraudulent website happeasygo from bhopal to mumbai. However after money was deducted i got a call that the prices of the ticket have increased and i will have to pay an extra 2000 rs to get the ticket confirmed or they can refund the amount so i opted for refund.
