I booked an air asia flight from pune to new delhi on 26th january 2018 from the website happyeasygo. The flight was departing from pune at 01:05 midnight and reaching new delhi at 03:20 in the early morning on 4th february. The transaction for the same was done by my credit card and within 10 minutes of the booking i received a message about deduction of the amount. I also received a mail from happyeasygo stating the ticket for the same will be generated in 45mins. After that i did not receive any further mail from them. Next morning when i checked my trips on the happyeasygo website, it showed a cancelled ticket. On contacting the customer care they said my transaction was received by the website but due to a technical glitch in the payments the ticket was cancelled. When i contacted their senior executive harsh he apologized for the same and gave me an assurance of providing me a new ticket, so i asked him if he could shift my flight to the day time since it was a late night flight or the same time next day. He agreed to that and booked me a ticket of 08:15 in the evening, i checked all the details for the flight and confirmed the booking, all the conversation for the same was done over call. Later in the evening when i checked my mail i found the date of the ticket was 5th february while i was supposed to be present in new delhi on 5th morning itself as i have an interview scheduled the very same day. When i contacted the customer care provider again i received very misleading and improper details, mostly including call holds and then drops, calling back again and making them understand the same story to different person without a proper solution. Another person named alok who too is a senior executive told that i myself have told to change the booking dates to 5th, while on the call i never mentioned the date, and my original booking was also of 4th feb. This discrepancy and misleading communication in the booking has created a lot of trouble for me and as of now i am only left with two options either to miss my interview or to cancel the flight without any reimbursement and book a new ticket.in both the cases i am the one who is suffering the loss, while the problem has only raised due to the technical glitch in the website. Even now when i log into my trips at happyeasygo the status of the flight they have booked for 5th february it says cancelled, a screenshot for the same has been attached below. Hoping to receive your reply soon and to get a remedy for my problem, as soon as possible.

    Dear team,

    I was book one fligjt ticket from bagdogra to mumbai on 4th jan for 14th jan but aftet one hr booking happy go team call me and told me sir we are unable to confirm your ticket due to fair issue. We said ok plz rtern the my money they will told me you will get the same with in 24 hrs but till the time i am not gating my refund its almost 18 days.

    Even two time they are providing me wrong uti no even i am s here my banck statment also but they are not reverting me they alweays say we will call back but last three days no call from happy go

    Need your support my booking id is[protected] and they are provide me this utr no n[protected] which was not credit in my account.

      I had booked a flight ticket from “happyeasygo.com”. The event took place on 27/12/2017. My account had been debited and i was told that due to some error, my booking was not confirmed. They assured me of their so called “instant refund” but till date i have not received any refund. I have mailed them multiple times and get the same answer that we have provided your bank details to the concerned department.

        I tried to book ticket from Mumbai to Vizag for 28 April 18 on 28 Dec 17 night for 3 passengers through happyeasygo.com
        Trip id for 1 adult is[protected]
        Trip is for 1 adult 1 kid is[protected]
        Amount of 3 tickets is approx rs 8000/-
        Amount was debited from my credit card account but ticket for sai trip I'd was not issued.
        So I asked for refund but no refund has been initiated as on today every one ll promise about tomorrow but refund has not been made till date
        I have lost mental peace money precious time because of this company

          Even this company is defaulter in govt compliance and has not submitted its statutory documents to Registrar of company. How the license from IATA can be granted to such defaulters.

          The flight was cancelled by the Airline. I have been been approaching the travel agent and Airlines for refund.
          The Government orders are clear that the airfare for flights cancelled by Airlines should be refunded to the customers.. The Happy Easygo website directs that the refund request should be routed through their window My Trips.
          Several attempts to reach this window unsuccessful so far. Please refund the fare . We are senior ciitizens above 70 years.

            I booked a ticket yesterday night for round trip for bangalore to indore from this happyeasygo website. I made a mistake that instead of selecting 17th feb i selected 17th march for return ticket. I realise this as soon as transaction was made.

            That site does not provide the tickets details for around 20 min.in those 20 min i tried to cancel that ticket so that would not be charged anything because was not confirmed with indigo airlines yet. But they have disabled the cancel button on the site. So i tried calling on customer care no.[protected] but they didn't received it. It was written 24*7 customer service but they don't provide that. So i wrote 4 mails back to back but didn't got any response. Then i called indigo customer service, they said if you cancel the tickets within 15min, cancellation charges will not be charged. But indigo can't cancel it because they didn't have received my information yet, hence i have to contact happyeasygo only. I tried several times again. But no response. After some time i got the ticket details and buttons got enable to cancel and change the dates. I raise a request to change the date then.
            In the morning i got a mail stating as per tele communication for date change these are the details and total 4256rs will be charged. We didn't had any tele communication till that time (They lied). And infact what fare difference they wrote in mail is far more than actual difference.

            I started calling again on customer care no. One girl picked up i told her everything so she told me that she is giving the phone to senior person (Minakshi). I told her again everything that "if you had cancelled my tickets that time only when you have not booked the tickets with the indigo i would not be charged anything but you were not there to provide service to there customers and even charging 500rs just as convenience and providing no convenience to cancel the ticket within 15min of booking. And she told me that she would give full refund on cancellation. Again she gave to phone someone else putting phone on hold for several time. Again told the same thing to other person (Vikas) and he refused to give refund and disconnected the phone and not even tried to callback the customer again if it is disconnected. I called again and this time he didn't come on phone and she told that they can't help.

            Why i am paying for cancellation charges if i could cancel the tickets until it has not been booked why such a bad customer service. Lying to customer back to back. Not even giving support, no solution and such bad attitude.

            Have sent a mail to [protected]@happyeasygo.com and tried calling your customer care number, but of no avail.

            Have received an SMS and call (Sridhar) from Air India stating the AI9735 CCU-TEZ flight on 02-Jun-2018 stands cancelled. Then on calling back found out both ways (return on 09-Jun-2018 by AI-9736) stand cancelled by airlines.

            Hence airlines in there site have updated the information against our PNR and now the full refund needs to be initiated by happyeasygo, as tickets where booked your site. Since yesterday trying to contact but with no response

            Please advice the procedure urgently.

            Sir, My spicejet pnr Z6SKXY & date of journey 27 Feb 19 was cancelled by spicejet company but till date no any refund received.

            How to reschedule the flight

              A flight i booked on this portal for 2 jan was cancelled by them for reasons unclear and i was informed four hours later after booking that this was so. Also money from my account was debited for it and the promised refund they have repeatedly promised will be credited to my account hasn't come through now 12 days later. I have called, emailed and followed up with them repeatedly.

              I am also going to formally lodge a complaint of fraud, but i am never going to use this portal and would strictly advise any one reading to not do the same either. I have never ever had an experience this baffling, frustrating and fraudulent.

              I finally received my refund, after some chasing and escalation.
              This is highly unprofessional.

              They took the full booking amount and sent an apology email? That is not acceptable. I was asked to wait for 7-14 days to get my refund.

              I have talked to the customer service executive(Kapil) and he has no clue how long will it take realistically.

                I have booked two tickets from hyderabad to delhi for 01.02.18 by air india flight no ai 559, departure from hyderabad at 06.40 a. M. I wanted to change it to air india flight no. Ai 543 departure from hyderabad at 10.00 a. M. On same date. I have sent an email requesting for the same. I am asked to pay rs. 10, 154.00 for two passenger. The break up of the same is:- date change/flight change penalty :3500/- per pax
                Fare differences : 1077/- per pax
                Service fee : 500/- per pax
                Total penalty per adult :5077/- inr per pax.
                When i contacted executive of happyeasygo for any reduction, he has informed me that the same is the amount payable to air india, they have received the same from air india. Afterwards i contacted air india office, they have charged me rs. 5, 250.00 for two persons and have changed it. This is highly not at all appreciable.
                Pls dont book any flight from this fraud site as they are doing fraud and making public fool. Spread this message in all social networking sites . They have not refunded my amount from the last two months and every time they say its been refunded.

                  I have made payments for the above mentioned trip ids and both the tickets are showing as canceled.

                  Ticket payment status is showing as failed. However, the money has been deducted from my bank account.
                  I guess there is an error in your payment gateway.
                  Kindly let me know about the refund of the amount.

                  Both transactions were of the amount of rs. 4976

                  For the first ticket the customer care exec told me that the ticket payment is failed and i can proceed with new booking. However, the second time as well the amount was deducted from my account but the ticket status is failed.
                  I called customer care more than 10 times & one of the times customer exec picked up just to say "i am hanging up the call" & i have recordings for the calls.
                  I have sent many mails marking them as urgent but received no response.

                  I have been a loyal customer but there response has caused great distress.
                  My account has been deducted twice for the ticket and yet i have no confirmed ticket.
                  I am proceeding with ticket booking from another site and want them to refund the amount deducted from my account.

                    I would like to bring you in the notice that in my e-ticket the customer surname is printed twice when i called them to help me regarding this they are telling me to contact airline and when i am contacting air line they are calling me to contact travel agency as they can contact with air india sales.

                    I am not telling them to change the persons whole name i just telling them to remove surname which is printed twice in the ticket. I don't know why they are doing this. The same thing happened with me when i booked ticket from paytm and they resolved it within 24 hours.

                      I booked a ticket in the night and 20450 rs deducted from my account.
                      And post i got a mail that your order is successful.in the morning i got a call that while booking tickets flights got packed and ticket has been cancelled, we will refund your full money immediately so please share your bank details.
                      I checked on the other website and there website too seats were empty
                      Still i shared my bank details very next minute.
                      After some time i got a confirmation mail that we have shared your bank details with the concerned authority.
                      I waited for the two days but have not got my money back. I called customer care many times and they kept me waiting always very next day one guy said "we have not received your bank details."
                      With the frustration again i shared my bank details still i have not got any call or my money its been 3 days.
                      One can imagine how big is the amount for an average person.
                      Now i have to cancel my all plans as i do not have further money to book anything. Please help me to get my money.

I'll prefer not to use this site for any type of bookings. They are not replying on email and calls. They're displaying on their web. Fraud people. So much frustration.                           Hi,

                          I am not sure if www.HappyEasyGo.com is a fake website for booking flights. I booked flight from pune to Chennai for tomorrow December 11, 2017. The amount from the account has already been deducted but have not received any confirmation or flight tickets. I have called their customer care 100 times but no one picks up any calls.

                          I need urgent help!!

                            I had recently booked two domestic flight from banglore-kochi from happyeasygo.com, payment was accepted and a order id was generated, but i did'nt get the tickets. I waited for the ticket for 24 hrs but then i couldn't wait and called customer care, the customer care executive said that we are really sorry your ticket's could not be booked and we will be initiating a return soon.
                            Following are the problem's that i would like to point-:
                            1) how can they deny to a ticket when they have already accepted a payment and given a conformation email stating "that ticket is been booked and will be emailed to you within 40 mins".
                            2) i was not even told about this, it was only when i called them and enquired about the ticket i was told about the issue.
                            3) because of this i had to pay three times the price i had booked for as the very next day ticket prices had gone up for the flight.
                            Though i have got the refund of the ticket but my point is they cannot deny a ticket once the payment is received, and if in case any such problem occurs they should atleast the customer. It because of them i had to purchase the same ticket for three times the value i had purchase.

                              Greetings of the day.
                              Yesterday i'e 29/11/17 i made a booking air tickets through happyeasygo.com website hyd-maa go air flight i have seen refundable while booking. I made 4 bookings 3adults 1infant

                              Payment was done but i was not received ticket after 1hr i called customer care they said get confirmation for goair about infant baby.

                              And i called happyeasygo for the ticket they have sent me ticket.
                              Again in the night due to some circumstances i made cancel while cancelling i have seen refundable..

                              But i received a mail that 0 amount refundable.
                              They are telling some stories i called service agent. No [protected] immediately they switched off phone.

                                I booked ticket on this fraudulent website happeasygo from bhopal to mumbai. However after money was deducted i got a call that the prices of the ticket have increased and i will have to pay an extra 2000 rs to get the ticket confirmed or they can refund the amount so i opted for refund.
                                I booked this ticket on 2 nov 2017. However til today 24 nov 2017 the money has not been received back.

                                Whenever i tried to contact them they give a different reply everytime firstly they said that they have processed the refund. When i told them that it is not received now they are telling that it may take some more time.

                                Now they are asking for my account details and account statement, confirming that they are totally fraud.

                                They should issue the refund asap.

                                Once the payment is deducted than not giving ticket is in itsel[censored]nethical

                                Recently i read an article in indian express that the person mr fernandez has been arrested from goa by mumbai cyber police again confirming me their fraud.

                                  After it is confirmed that indigo has done 100% refund, however by mistake happyeasygo sales team charged the penalty and to correct this how much i have have to wait, still there is no any update and no refund of my money.
                                  Please help on this case to refund my money as earliest possible.

                                  This is very unprofessional behavior of the happyeasygo team.

                                    I had booked two flight tickets of economy class from your website on 18th november 2017 but as i received call from your call centre and i was told that you do not have any confirmation got for my flight booking.
                                    As per your policy, there are no cancellation charges if i cancel prior to the booking date so please refund my payment at the earliest.

                                      I would like to bring to your notice case of fraud and cheating committed by ms happy easy go, office address is level 3 rider house plot no 136 sec 44 near huda city centre metro station gurugram.

                                      This firm is operating as an agent for booking flight tickets & while booking flight tickets they are cheating public of their money.

                                      I had booked ticket on 24/08/2017 at 11.15pm from chennai to ahmedabad on 28.10.2017. After booking ticket i got a mail stating the ticket cannot be booked and due to some issue the ticket was cancelled. I was told that the full refund will be made within 7-10 working days but till date i have not received any refund to my account. I received a mail from cashfree care on 28.08.17 stating the refund has been initiated but nothing has been done till now and i have not received any amount till date. I have attached the screenshots of the e-mails received from the happy easy go.

                                      This crime is legally punishable under various sections of criminal procedure code of ipc

                                      I request you to take necessary action against these persons since whole of this company is involved in this fraud since my reporting of the facts to their feedback deptt has not resulted in any action and my calls are not being answered by them.
                                      Please take necessary actions so that in future no other person is being cheated or misguided by websites like "happy easy go".

                                        I haven't received my tickets and the money has been deducted. No one picks the customer care number and there is no response from customer care email and facebook page message.

                                        I urge you to refund my money asap
