I purchased a car from authorised dealer in noida, up in march 2018. The car was fitted with a normal number plate.

Today, while driving car in gurugram, asi parmanand issued a challan of rs. 500 to me for not having high security number plate in vehicle.
On confirming from up rto, they said that high security number plate is not yet enforced in up.

Despite telling this to asp parmanand, and also making him talk to the dealer, he was very rude and issued a challan (Copy of challan is attached).

Please let me know why should i bear the challan when up rto itself is not issuing high security number plates right now.

Have you received any solution of the issue. actually my car is from punjab and this year i am also given challan 500 for HSRP which has not been started in certain cities(mine is one them) of punjab.

Request you to please share if you found some solution.

    Department hr roadways bus. This is to inform you that depot jhhajar bus no. Hr 63 d0416 date 11 aug 2018 time 8:30 pm at chandigarh. Route delhi to dharmshala via jawalaji. Driver of this bus said that this bus will not go via jawalaji and said that now route is changed. But i am traveling in this route since 4 years.in between many time conductor & drive says this line. Which is very harassing to traveler.
    Bus no, & driver photo is attached.

    Look into the matter & dothe needful
    I hope positive action on this from your side. Otherwise i have took another option.

      I have applied learner as well permanent driving license from gurgaon rto office, i have submitted all official fees & charges related to the driving license, but both the times rto officials are charging extra fees apart from the official charges, and giving the reason as - "computer service charges", please refer attached bills copy they have provided and please help us to know whether these are valid fees/charges or not.

        Bus no. - hr55 t 1927 (Red dtc haryana roadways)
        10th august'18, 5.30pm
        While travelling from gurugram to faridabad, the driver was driving very fast & rash breaks. When i asked to drive carefully, the conductor started arguing & misbehaving in defense of the driver.
        I got 3 times injured with bruises because of those rash and sudden breaks unnecessarily.
        And even though passengers were complaining, the conductor was misbehaving with me.
        I request the authority to take an action against those 2 men asap!

        Sir, I was coming from Jaipur to Nangal choudhary on 5th of august 2018, Haryana roadways bus depart from there at 5pm, they took money from me and did not provide ticket and both misbehaved with me.

          I booked a ticket of a volvo through haryana transport online service from delhi to chandigarh. The bus got cancelled but i didn't receive the cancelation fees for the same. The driver had told me that the cancelation charges will be received in the bank account directly.

            Dear sir/madam

            This is complaint rewarding bus no hr55r-4415 driver and conductor.
            Very rude behavior and insulting the passenger by them.
            I was standing for15 min in a line. But deny to give the tickets for rohtak. Told me i will give only gurgaon ticket. Not rohtak. You have to go other bus.
            Even they are arguments to other passengers also.

            Need to yours support for better services

              I booked an online ticket from delhi to chandigarh on 6th july, 2018, but the bus broke down and the journey was cancelled. I have not received the refund yet and whenever i tried to contact them either the number is busy or they just give the contact no of other person and now i have contacted atleast 15 20 persons in the department. But still my problem is not resolved.

                forgot my bag in haryana roadways bus

                Today, I have forgot my black colored bag jn haryana roadways bus runs from delhi to sirsa at 00:30am. It reached sirsa around 5:30am. i travelled on this bus today(21jul2018).

                Writing you with a hope...

                I have placed one request for RC ownership transfer at Ambala RTO, Haryana for the vehicle no HR01AC 0122 .I have made online payment on 12/06/2018 and submitted all the required documents on 13/06/2018 at the RTO.
                The person receiving documents verified all the docs and gave me only one acknowledgement slip that is valid till 13/07/2018.
                As you know deadline is over and still I haven't received any response regarding the subject.On the Ambala RTO website it is mentioned that RC transfer will take around 7 days and its been more than 30 days and no results yet.I am not able to take my vehicle outside.

                I have visited the RTO office and they're asking for some Tax slip but I was given only one slip which was the acknowledgement that I have submitted all docs.

                I request to plz look into the matter and take some action as its causing lots of inconvenience.

                My complain us regarding boys students (including me that has to suffer from bus pass problem for just 2-3 kms)
                .so please sir also extend the distance limit for validation of bus pass for boys

                  I have booked online ticket seat no. 11 for bus timings 5:10 AM for[protected] too many days before[protected].

                  Still on[protected], the conductor refused to give me any seat in bus. I have reached before time. I reached on 05:05 AM bus stand.

                  As the seat no. 11 already booked by me, still conductor issue the ticket for that seat to someone else.

                  I asked to solve this matter and stop the bus in the bus stand. But driver and conductor didn't do anything in this matter.

                  This vehicle with number plate no HR 26 AV 2052 diesel car has been seen on roads emitting black fumes. There is a huge problem of pollution harayna and Delhi Please do the needful.

                    I am regular traveler of Haryana roadways bus. Today I am traveling in a Haryana roadways bus no HR 47B 7034 from Gurgaon to Rewari time is 9:00AM 10/07/2018. In this bus driver continue busy in gossips with his relative whose sit on the bonut of bus near to the bus driver. It is continuing from IFFCO chowk to Manesar, when I said to bus driver to focus on driving. He rudely reply "Do paise k log aa Kate hain hume driving sikhayenge". This is the face of Haryana roadways. Which is very disappointed.
                    Please concern about it to evaluate the reputation of Haryana roadways.

                      I was traveling in this bus and the bus broke down at Oasis. No alternate bus was provided by haryana roadways... Neither volvo nor ordinary. The conductor made us board an ordinary bus which had no seats and I had to stand all the way to Delhi.

                        Our vehicle No HP-64-2356 pick up registered in Himachal Pradesh, Solan .
                        We are deposit Haryana Goods tax for April 2018, receipts no. HRT[protected] of Rs 800 (Monthly). In May 2018 we deposit Rs 800, receipts no. HRT[protected]Monthly). In June 2018 we deposit Rs.2160 receipts no.[protected] Quarterly). But in receipts tax from 01.06.2018 to 30.06.2018. Sir there is double payment of April 2018 and May 2018.
                        In July 2018 we deposit the tax of july2018.
                        Sir you are requested to please give solution to refund the double payment of tax. Sir you also check the online status of tax of vehicle no. HP642356.

                          Normally if transaction fails the amount is refunded back within 7 working days /24 hrs, however its more than 4 months still its pending,

                            I purchased car from nirmal hyundai noida. It is more then 3 months i have not received rc yet. Every time they have same excuse we are checking with rto but no result. Nirmal hyundai always do false promise please don't purchase car from nirmal hyundai.
                            Please help me to fix this issue and suggest me what action should i take to get my rc as soon as possible.

                                Request you to please ask the bus conductors and drivers to wear proper dress alongwith name plates when they are on the job.
                                Today only i boarded from transport chowk apx 10:15 am and as i was a pass holder employee the conductor asked me for ticket i said pass then he asked me to get away from his seat. There was so much of rush in the bus and i was unable to move on. Then he again and again asked me to move and ultimately came to his haryanvi language and said i know from where u boarded the bus, from tomorrow onwards i will keep a look how u board the bus.
                                When i said it is a public transport he said that may be but i dnt care. U can lodge a complaint where you want to lodge it, i have seen hundreds o[censored] in my route and threatened me that u will not be able to board a bus from tomorrow onwards.

                                Date 2nd july 2018
                                Bus no hr 68 a 9985.
                                Timing 10:15 am apx (Transport chownk)

                                One thing more when i was to board down the bus the driver closed the back door by pressure system and as soon as i boarded down the conductor asked to release the pressure and opened the door.

                                Please ask the staff of city bus service to behave politely with the employees who are holding bus pass as we have paid for the same and not won it in the lottery

                                    . Bus service. And we common/poor people are forced to travel on a. C. Bus because of no other option to go from gurgaon to faridabad and faridabad to gurugram. And enquiry booth people don't give us correct time table for non-a. C bus. When crowd is waiting they provide a. C. Bus continuesly
                                    Three to four. I suggest you please give us non-a. C option first. When people are interested in non-a. C bus. When why to provide a. C. Buses.

                                      I had booked bus tickts as per details given below:
                                      Refer trip id[protected], pnr no. May184384 dated 25-may-2018 &
                                      Refer trip id[protected], pnr no. May185355 dated 27-may-2018
                                      But due to some reasons i had to cancel these tickets. At the time of cancellation the system was showing that the refund will be processed with 10-15 days. But till today i have not received any reufund against same.

                                      Please get it processed asap.
