Dear sir I have a plot in huda no 831 56-56A sector in FARIDABAD i need to transfers it for transferring I paid on line administrative fee but when I done from Pnb no transaction recipet generated so i done another transaction but no recipet generated after that I paid fee from sbi bank and receipt come so sir I done two transactions from my Pnb account date 17/01/2017 but transaction not completed and payment debited from my bank when I saw my bank statement in this show two times 5000 rupees debit from bank their I'd are HPNB[protected]/[protected] and second is HPNB[protected]/[protected] but when I ask bill desk they told me that bank confirmation not come so your payment not go after that I done my payment from another bank and i got on line recipet so please return my payment in my bank account thanks my phone no is [protected]
If transaction done in first time I need not to do in second time but both time payment not receive to huda or payment debit from bank so I paid from another bank because huda fee is important this is huda or Pnb or bill desk mistake not done transaction at that time so please return it to my account you understand that there is no mistake from my sides this is network issue or Pnb issue or bill desk issue but unfortunately I suffered this is my money and I want to return to my bank account and i am not interested to complete this transaction because time lapsed so please return this transaction or amount in my bank account thanks sir i send you bank statement copy also bill desk written you about this administrative fee which I pay three times two times which is paid by me from Pnb bank I can't get recipet so please sir return this amount in my bank account thanks please sir return this amount because if this amount go to huda site than it is very difficult and long process for returning thanks i send you my details and I also send this to bill desk they told me that they write the merchant about this and when reply come then we return this transaction ok thanks sir this mail given by bill desk and told me to write on this sir I also write emails to PNB, BILL DESK, HUDA, HELP Desk and also visiting my state office huda Faridabad but nothing done on my complaint HUDA FARIDABAD IT TOLD ME THAT YOUR PAYMENT COME IN HUDA OR NOT UPDATED AND Return TO YOUR ACCOUNT BUT WE CANNOT SAY WHEN RETURN SO SIR Please SEE THIS TRANSACTION MATTER THANKS

Sir I have applied flat in huda affordable scram but builder says I have own 5% conform flat s so you applied in my unints I have gave you conform flat and this thing the supartech company says give me some extra premium (money) then we r gave you flat.but some company employees and one broker cheated me .I have booked flat in 2014 but till date I don't have any flat .

School had raised building at back of houses of497 lane which will create total disturbance to residents . The may continue classes of big classes it is we think is total violation of lawsso please look into the matter moreover he has uprooted trees within that area violatinall norms

We are residing in Sushant lok, Block C, House Number 1305. There is very limited water supply not even 20mins proper water supply in our residence. Since we all are working, We are not able to store water in evening time .We depended only on morning hours water supply which is very limited in quantities, We are not getting water for bathroom purposes also and timing of the water supply is not consistency which causes we are facing more difficulty. We have had practically lot of water scarcity from the last 3 days. Please help.

Unauthorized gate near 294, Sector-13, Sonipat
Sir i am a resident of house no. 236, Sector-13, Sonipat . One unauthorized gate has been installed near house no. 294, sector-13 Sonipat due to which lot of inconvenience is faced by the resident of Sector-13, Sonipat. So it is requested to remove this gate at the earliest.

I am a resident of sector 55, Faridabad, Haryana. In our main HUDA market, a temple has been constructed in HUDA market parking space, Upon inquiry on toll-free number mentioned on your website, I came to know that construction of any building, whatsoever it may be, on HUDA market parking is illegal,

On this temple, the frequent event takes place which causes a lot of noise in surrounding areas and causes a lot of nuisance. The whole parking place has been laid with cemented tiles. None authority is taking any measure because as it is a temple and it was funded by the shop owners nearby.

This is a pure felony and " Gundagardi" by shop owners. I request you to take a serious step and send some authorities to enquire here.

No one will come forward to raise questions as people are scared of gundagardi of these shop owners. They openly threat us and abuse us.

Kindly take some serious steps. Hoping to hear from your side soon.

I live in sector 56 close to the HUDA market area and the BSNL office. In the last month there has been a lot trash being dumped in the empty plots around this area. This is creating a very unpleasant smells and also the number of wild pigs has also increased.
Request you to please work on the cleaning of the empty sites which are filled with plastic and garbage.

First i congratulate all o[censored] for Anti encroachment drive . This is a very big step and everyone happy and along with all the officers indulge in this drive.Respected sir i wont to inform u that please review Sector 4 parking area near post office after 4.00 pm. The road side reddy(Shops) are full from a road side romeos who destroy the whole environment. If possible please include sector 4 in Anti encroachment drive .Please do needful. My some friends are always teased by them and some reddy shopkeepers spoiled the all environment.

I personally submit this complaint in their office vide their diary no. 21315 dt. 21/11/16, requesting them to follow the order of supreme court of India and remit me Rs. 10, 000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) which was i, pose by Supreme Court of India vide their order in contempt petition (civil) no. 392 of 2016 on 29/8/2016 as a penalty. The such order can be seen from the site of supreme court of India itself.
This additional penalty was imposed by supreme court to HUDA and instruct him to pay this Rs.10, 000/- to Indu Bala Satija (petitioner) within two weeks from this order. But HUDA fails to pay this amount as more than three months have already been elapsed. So there is need further penalty to be created on HUDA for their irresponsible attitute.

It is a sad fact of our country that even after four years and nine months - 159 reminders the government employees do not wish to work on the law and order in the country. The citizens expect the ips and ias officer to provide an answer to this non action on the matter.

We live in a failed state of affairs when our gurgaon administration does not want to take action on the illegal construction matter. The babu working in the huda department expect the public to pay bribes for every action. These public servants call themselves educated but i fail to understand their education for the civil society.

Is this the law and order of gurgaon? Does an honest citizen need to pay a bribe to get simple work done from the government of haryana!!!

When will someone take action so save citizens lives.

Huda gives unlimited water for a fixed price, but some people are abusing it. You can witness the intersection of house number 226, Sector 14 (Faridabad) wet everyday in the morning because they use the running water for cleaning their driveway. Additionally they have unauthorized encroachment and have eaten up the pedestrian walkway by fencing their yard till the Huda main road, which gives no room for pedestrians to walk and also leads to heavy Jams all through the day(more in the morning and afternoon, when the DAV school buses ply).

My land had aquired under session 2006 and i fight under act 28a. My case no. Is 572 and dission has announsed on 21/04/2015. But till not i dont get any peyment of this case.
Many time i gone to huda office but no one lissen me.
Please sir help me and please provide my peyment.

We are using footpath for going to office and nearby localities. But many places, footpath is blocked or obstacles were faced during walk. The footpath is meant mainly for walker but it is not conducive for pedestrian.
Following places may please be look into your suitable action please :
i) Huda City Centre Metro Station, Sector 43 Gurgaon to MG Road, Gurgaon
ii) Huda City Centre Metro Station, Sector 43 Gurgaon to Vyapar Kendra, Gurgaon

Request you for sopt checking at Plot 37, Sector 65 Faridabad Om Shivam Om CGHS. Position given to member without any life safety and basic facilities. Now builder is refusing to do so. This is an alarming situation to safe family life in building. Builder representative is unnecessary demanding for payment is cash . Mr Tarun Singla (

We have been living in gurgaon for past 30 years and in sector-45 for past 8 years. We have observed progress/development of gurgaon and its sectors closely over the years. We would like to bring into light the very poor state of sector-45, gurgaon. Various problems plaguing are sector are (A) illegal settlements / slums, (B) sewerage water logging on plots and roads due to illegal settlements over stressing the existing sewerage infrastructure (C) no proper plan for dumping of garbage, you will find garbage all over the place in sector-45 (D) pothole laden roads, roads non-existent at places.
Above mentioned are the major problems faced by the residents of this sector, these problems are over multiplying and increasing every year with no visible solution or action being taken by the authorities (Huda).

Street lights in front of a and b block that is in front of 1870's house number o[censored]rban estate, jind were not working or litting from last 1 month, due to which no one can go out from their houses at night, we complained several times but no one came to fix that, all the street lights of that line were not working (Dav school line in front of 1870's house numbers). So kindly fix this problem as soon as possible. Many o[censored]s are suffering lot of problems due to complete dark at night.

ILF&S has mismanaged the construction activities in DLF Golf course road.
There are 3 underpasses that are a part of HUDA Expressway till sector 55 Gurgaon. If the longest underpass ie the one below Sikander pur Metro station gets opened for public transport first, a huge mess of traffic jam in sikanderpur and MG Road Bristol chowk will get clear. All labour, money and effort should be directed to open this underpass. It is a v bad management principle to complete all the 3 underpasses to 90% and then opening them together.
DLF/HUDA shall also repair the road along the Vodafone Metro. this road carrries huge huge traffic.
Similarly DLF has not extended the completion o[censored]nderpass on NH8 between Moulsari avenue and Cyberhub. It is 90% complete.this cyberhub is parallel to NH8 under Indusind Metro station. If this underpass gets handed over first, major traffic will not need to cross Vodafone metro road to reach NH8. Please understand the biggest taxpayers of NCR work here. Fortune 500 companies are here. This is about Gurugrams image in the global world.
