I am living in sector 57 part ii huda sector gurgaon. There is no development in this sector, even societies adjacent to 57 are maintained very well. Electricity not regulr in this sector. We live in dark while shusant lok people enjoy lights.
No dustbin in this sector. Where we should dump our 'kudda'. No safaai workers are thr. Why u boasted for swachta abhiyaan mission. No swachta is therr in this sector. I think, i should start to dump all my home wastes on road now.
Only then news become highlighted and action will taken.

I have a flat in princeton floors, sec 51. The builder, today homes and infrastructure pvt ltd has not provided us with the oc so that we can get the flats registered.in-spite of repeated reminders/requests there is no positive response from them. Though the possession of the flats are 2-3 years old but the oc has not been given to us. Although we were promised that it will be given within 2-3 months of possession. Accordingly, the builder has taken all the charges (Even more on the pretext of increased area) but has not provided the oc. Kindly, impress upon the builder to meet his obligation and provide much need respite to common people.

HUDA has offered possession in in Sector 21, Kaithal on 28/12/2014 ie late by approx. 7 months. As per policy of HUDA interest is being given on delayed possession. I am allottee of Plot No. 171 in sector 21, Kaithal. I have have submitted application along with copy of my PAN for interest on delayed possession in HUDA office Kaithal on 16/03/2017 diary no. 1319 but I have not received above stated interest till today even in other cases who has applied after me they have received interest. Please look in to matter and give me above stated interest as soon as possible

Builder Today infrastructure pvt ltd has given me possession of the floor 696 2nd floor, Princeton Floors Sector-51 Gurgaon 2 years ago.
Thereafter We were behind the builder to issue the OC. We have written Manny mails but of no avail.
We are running post to Piller, builder to Huda and huda to builder, but no one is listening our problem to provide Oc.
As of now we are not yet got the OC.
Through this post, we request authority to take immediate action to provide OC with out any further delay.

Sir/mam,

We are residents of princeton floors society (Sector-51), developed by today homes builder. This society is part of mayfield garden project. It is a low-rise society (G+2), having 3 floors in each plot. Builder offered us possession 4 years back without electricity, sewage connection, occupancy certificate. We reached out to builder for occupancy certificate but got no response from builder. Then we reached out to huda for occupancy certificate. Builder haven't paid edc/idc to huda yet which he charged from innocent buyers like us an ages back. Neither he is ready to help us in occupancy certificate.

We submitted files for obtaining oc at dtp office, gurgaon. But as builder seems defaulter, and not ready to help in providing oc, paying edc/idc, not renewing its lease with dtp, and not even ready to pay compounding fees.

Please help innocent buyers like us who are abiding the laws and having faith in the process and jurisdiction of india. Kindly help us in obtaining oc for our plots, so that we can get property registered on our name after that.

There is heavy seepage in my house from both adjacent houses IE HNo 1189 &1187, Sect 46, Gurgaon. They must repair their side of house. Problem is more in my basement where sewerage system of H No 1189 passes. Please tell them to rectify.From H No 1187, seepage is coming to first floor of my house. A tap when opened at top floor of 1187, seepage starts.

I am seeing regular water wastage from some pine near footpath since last 2 years during morning walk near Ansanol API Sushant Lok sector 52, Gurgaon towards red-light. Water flow is more than water flowing from any tap, and water is directly going into drain therefore no water logging in that area. Therefor there is no waterlogged and it is not noticed.

Please repair.

There was a Water charge of INR 4433.

This was alreay paid on[protected] with total deposit amount of 6540.

But INR 4433 was again carried forward in the next bill. I had to again pay it to avoid the late charges hoping it will be adjusted in next bill.

But They didn't adjust. I ended up paying twice for the same amount. Please help

Its been 1 month there is a struggle
Of water supply going on Sushant Lok1. Sometimes water supply comes once in a day or sometimes not even once.
There is no one ṭo listen to complaints. This society is facing lots of issues and the worst part is there is no one who can register the complaint even.

Can you please check and release water supply on immediate basis.

I online booked rewari (Haryana) sec 4 community center on 9th jan 2017 for 26th april 2017 booking id : - e[protected]. Due to some reason i had to cancel it on date 12th mar but i have not received refund amount (Rs. 5000) so far. I have submitted the cancellation receipt to the concerned department (Huda office rewari), also written them a mail but no response so far.

I have recently purchased 1st floor of house number 836 in sector 4 panchkula, haryana. On the ramp of my house, dhobhi is sitting there. When i purchased that house the opposite party as well as dealer said that you can remove that dhobi anytime.in the end of this month we want to shift there. But now, when we asked dhobi to shift somewhere else but he refused and said i will not go anywhere. He covers half of the ramp. Because of him there is a parking problem and so many other problems.
O kindly take some action and shift them some where else as soon as possible.

Myself mrs. Anjali nehra advocate, r/o h. No.. 650, sector 21/d, near jiva chowk, distt. Faridabad -121001. I'm complaining regarding a park which comes under huda land and it is just front of h. No. 650 as above address given, it's literally not maintained and seems too dirty, no lights, grass in park. No one take action against this park and everytime some boys sits there from morning to late night and they just used drugs n drink there.. We all feel insecure and now this park is only using for dustbin...
Sit i'm requesting you to plz take action against it and plz get it maintained as properly.

As being accident prone Area pedestrians feel difficlt to walk due to this boundary neen built a cobbler sitting from last 15 years is facing difficulty here as the house owner has told him to sit anywhere else but it is not theor own property it is huda property.

House 147 E, Sector 22, Gurugram, no water supply since last 8-10 days despite many complaints to local authority at water tank premises. Always their plea for no water is, water is not available in their tank. Later came to know that a new connection is established in main line for a colony without making sufficient infrastructure. I requested to Sr. Authorities, please make immediate solution.

This is to complaint about illegal groundwater extraction happening in:
337, Sector 21, Pocket E, Gurgaon, Haryana.

We have made numerous complaints regarding trucks and tankers illegally extracting groundwater in our area of 337, Sector 21. They trespass our constructed and other HUDA developed (un-constructed) plots which leads to breaking of sewer main holes in the area. The covers have been mended many times but in vain as these heavy vehicles break them every time they pass the area. Hence we would like to make a complaint through this board.

I am living in sector 12 sonipat. I am facing too much problem because of bad condition of road. It was matter of dispute between HUDA and truck union workers. We complained to HUDA about that as per rule in HUDA sector we have 33foot space in front of each house including road so we didn't have that time. After resolving this problem now they promised to complete the road soon. But now it all about 4-6 month still the condition is too bad noone come to check the status we are facing too many problems because there is no wall that cover the other side of road so too many vehicle come across this place. We don't have secure place around us because o[censored]nbuild road and the wall that restrict the unknown person to enter this side. My car has broken due to hole in this area. Its just outside our house so we are facing dust problem all day. We sick off from this problem so please take action immidiately because we already visited sonipat HUdA office noone ready to listen us. Atlast i have to take this action so please take it seriously because we can't wait now.

Subject: Water seepage problem from neighbours house underground ater storage tank

Respected Sir,

Myself Om Prakash Narula, Resident of H. No 861, Sector 38, Gurgaon
My adjacent house that is H. No. 860 is 25 percent constructed and it has underground water storage tank which is so badly constructed that my basement is getting flooded with water due to seepage from their tank

Despite repeated request to owner of this house who is actually a resident a delhi to get it rectified they are not taking any action to resolve it.
Now the owner of this house is renting it out and tenants are using underground water storage tank.
Even there is algae formation on walls of my house
My house is constructed complying all norms as stated by Huda but due to problem with neighbours house it has become difficult for me to stay in my own house

Due to water seepage, strength of my house is getting deteriorated and due to water logging in my basement danger of water borne diseases is created

I have grandmother (95 years) and a daughter (2 years) of age, so it is very difficult for me to bear with such a situation

I seek cooperation and advice from you on this matter as it is becoming difficult for me to stay in my house

I request you to please take appropriate action

I Anuj sharma booked sector 3 community centre faridabad on 27th dec 2016 by online having booking id E[protected] for 12th feb kids party and on 20 th feb i submitted an application and cancelled cheque and photograph for security refund amount 5000 in HUDA OFFICE SECTOR 12 FARIDABAD and all the proof with it. they told me that the amount will be refunded in 10-15 days till yet no amount is refunded in my account . please do me a favour

My name is pankaj chauhan and my consumer no. Is 12208320 site code is 131419-gurgaon1. I am trying to pay the water bill on-line for so many days. Everytime i have to feed so much information but in the end the result is zero. When the status of payment is seen it shows that due to non-functioning of server the payment has failed. This thing is coming up every month and i have to go to the huda office or bank (Since last month) to make the payment of the bill. Then what is the use of the website. Please see that the things are set right to facilitate payment of bills on-line.
