Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] Complaints & Reviews

In December 2021, I applied to an e-auction conducted by Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA). There I bidded for a clinic site in sector 5 Rohtak. Clinic site plot no. was not mentioned in e-auction as it was on "As is Where is" basis. I paid a full amount of money for plot but HUDA allotted me a plot which was already under litigation. They could not give me possession of plot as buildings were already constructed there. Now they are not giving me any alternative clinic site. I had made request to allot me an alternate clinic site . As this has done wastage of my time and caused me mental harassment. If plot was already under litigation, then why did HUDA allotted me such a clinic site. And now why they are not allotting me another site if i had already paid whole amount of bidded plot for clinic site. And I had undergone the whole process in fair way and within given time-limit. The process was so lengthy and it caused me so much wastage of time. Now they are asking me to make request for refund of payment rather than allotting me a clinic site. Kindly do the help to get me justice for my clinic site.

There's large amount of grey water discharge happening in near front of my house from other lane's houses, they don't have water tanks and they tend to dump their waste on road which is just dreadful for us, it's causing serious foul smell as well as health hazards to us like dengue, etc.

It's totally unfathomable to see this happening in a city which is undergoing through smart city project.
We are unable to live comfortably and use the other half of road.

This complaint is regarding close of street gate from both side .i am residing sec 25 part 2 huda Panipat 132103. In this sector on street (line of house no 1500) closed 24x7 by local resident which lead to unnecessary problem to other .

Consumer number [protected], site code 162143 Panchkula_II, bill dated[protected], Date of Last meter reading[protected]

In the bill Meter old reading is 1221 which is correct. But new reading on[protected] has been wrongly shown as 1649 where as correct reading is 1349. (Picture of reading at water meter in the evening at 6.59 pm on[protected] as a proof is uploaded). Therefore I have been sent wrong/ inflated bill for 428 units where as the correct units are 128. Its a human error while noting the reading by the person who took the reading and supplied the bill. It is worth noting that meter is working which issued bill also acknowledges.
Therefore, it is requested that correction in Water and Sewerage Bill in respect of above mentioned consumer number in may kindly be made and correct bill with correct reading and correct amount may please be supplied so that payment may be made.

There is very low water supply in my area sec.9-11 near shiv mandir, munna sweets. There is no fix time to water supply. The water comes different times on different days from 6-7 days. I don't know where i check notice about water supply. I fill very helpless.

I am resident of Imperia esfera sector 37C. One of huda plot owner covering end to end wall in plot after OC receive... Will you please look in this on urgent basis...if required, Pls share me concern contact no... I will call from [protected].

My building was closed since last 2-3 years and no water bill was received by me. Now all of a sudden, the department has started demanding Rs. 27, 051/- while my usage has been only 229-50=179 units. I have requested HUDA staff to rectify bill many times. My address is SCF 25, Sector 20-2, HUDA, SIrsa

Every second day HUDA sewege overflows and blocked in Urban Estate Jind near H.N. 3817 Sector 11 Jind. No permanent solution and even after no rainy days. back sewege water accumulates in Homes.

It has been observed that illegal construction is going on that is beyond the coverage area is going on aegt H. No. 217 sector 47 Gurgaon Haryana.

It is therefore requested that this illegal construction should be stopped at the earliest.

मैं उषा रानी, 554 सेक्टर 8 अम्बाला सिटी, हरयाणा (मोबाइल [protected] ) निवासी हु मेरे घर के साथ में प्लाट no 553 पिछले ३ साल से खाली पड़ा है प्लाट के मालिक ने प्लाट की बाउंड्री वॉल करवा के गेट का लॉक लगा दिया है जिसके कारण वह पर पेड़ पौधे उग रहे है जिनके कारण बहुत से जीव जंतु जैसे सांप बिच्छू खतरनाक जीव बढ़ रहे है मैं पिछले ३ साल से यह की समय समय पर सफाई करवाई रही हु जिसका खर्च मुझे 5000 के करीब पड रहा है लेकिन अब पिछले १ हफ्ते से इसकी वजह से हमारे घर में रोज सांप निकल रहे है जिससे मुझे और मेरे परिवार को जान का खतरा बना हुआ है अगर मुझे या मेरे परिवार को कोई हानि पहुँचती है तो उसकी जिम्मेवारी प्लाट के मालिक या HUDA को लेनी पड़ेगी कृपया करके मेरी इस कंप्लेंट को जल्दी से जल्दी ख़त्म करने का प्रयास करे प्लाट की कुछ तस्वीरें मैंने नीचे attach की है
