I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received after requesting service on 5th July from Havells of my fan with ref no. [protected] where person has charged 1500 for PCB and 250 for service charges and i paid in total Rs 1750/-

Unfortunately, the fan stopped working within just 15-20 days of service. Despite multiple reminders and various formal complaints lodged with your customer care team and revised product service no. [protected] and then subsequent mail complaint has also been registered, however no technician has visited to inspect or resolve the issue. This lack of response is extremely disappointing and not what I expected from a reputed brand like Havells.

I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this matter. Kindly arrange for a technician to visit by today and address the issue. I hope you will treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves and restore my faith in your customer service.

    I purchased a Havells cooler last year, and just 15 days ago, the motor stopped working. I promptly raised a complaint with customer support, and a technician visited and claimed they had ordered a new motor. However, there has been no update since then. I’ve followed up twice by calling customer support, but I’m only given vague responses with no real action taken. It’s frustrating and disappointing to see such poor after-sales service from a reputed brand like Havells. I expected better. Definitely reconsidering any future purchases.

      I have lloyd window ac and 10 days before it was gone under service from company executive name mr. Vikas. Before service our ac is working properly but after that ac was not working. We are continuously complaining to company customer care executive but nobody listening my complaint. Even i have mailed on grievance. Officer mail id. But till date no revert from them also. Kindly resolve my problem and i want my ac in working condition as soon as possible.

      Dear Team,

      I have LLOYD Window AC and 10 days before it was gone under service from company executive name Mr. Vikas. Before Service our AC is working properly but after that AC was not working. We are continuously complaining to customer care executive that our AC was not working after Service but nobody listening my complaint.         I had raised a service request for my Havells Split AC on 7th April 2025 from my registered number. Despite following up daily with customer care, no technician has visited my premises till date. Every time I contact customer care, I am falsely assured that the technician will visit within 24-48 hours.

        Out of frustration, I raised another service request from an alternate number m, but that request was cancelled without any technician calling or visiting. When I asked for the reason, I was told that I was unavailable or out of town, which is completely false.

        I have emailed the grievance officer, escalated to senior support, and posted on Twitter tagging the brand — still no resolution or response has been given. I have attached my escalation email as proof.

        It has been over two weeks, and Havells is deliberately delaying the service until the warranty expires.

        Request:
        I request immediate technician visit, service resolution, and strict action against false cancellation and customer harassment.

          Main Suraj kumar, ek loyal customer hoon. Maine 2022 mein Havells ka AC kharida tha, jiska warranty period aapke official app pe 2027 tak valid dikh raha tha. Is wajah se maine app ke through AC issue ke liye complaint register ki.

          Aaj technician mere ghar aaya. Usne AC check kiya aur bataya ki problem AC mein nahi, balki stabilizer mein hai. Usne AC ko direct main line se chalu kiya aur AC kaam karne laga.

          Issue ye hai:

          Technician ne mujhe pehle se kisi bhi service charge ka mention nahi kiya.

          Kaam karne ke baad mujhe ₹650 service charge maanga gaya.

          Jab maine ispe sawaal uthaya, to technician ne badtameezi se baat ki aur dhamki di ki:
          "Ab se agar koi problem aayi toh tumhari koi request accept nahi ki jayegi, chahe warranty ho ya na ho."

          Mujhe is baat se bahut dukh aur mental stress hua. Technician ka yeh behavior highly unprofessional tha, aur main Havells jaise brand se aise treatment ki ummeed nahi rakhta tha.

          Main aapse request karta hoon:

          1. Is technician ke against strict action liya jaye.

          2. Mujhe ye clarify kiya jaye ki jab warranty valid thi, to service charge kyun maanga gaya bina bataye.

          3. Mujhe assurance diya jaye ki future mein meri warranty valid rahegi aur meri complaints entertain ki jayengi.

          Aap se umeed hai ki aap is issue ko seriously lenge aur mujhe jaldi jawab denge.

            Subject: Urgent Complaint – Faulty Lloyd 1.5 Ton Split AC (Ref No: [protected])

            Dear Havells Customer Support Team,

            I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a Lloyd 1.5 Ton Split Air Conditioner (Havells brand) that I purchased on 16th February 2025. After installation at Gurgaon, Haryana, the unit immediately displayed an E1 error on the indoor unit, rendering it non-operational.

            I promptly registered a complaint on 17th February 2025 (Complaint Reference No. [protected]). A Havells technician contacted me, and I provided the details of the error. The technician assured me that they would visit on 18th February 2025, but unfortunately, they did not arrive. When I tried reaching the technician, their phone was switched off.

            Following this, I escalated my complaint on 19th February 2025, but as of the end of the day, no technical representative from Havells has visited or even confirmed a service appointment. This lack of response and delay in addressing the issue is highly disappointing, especially for a brand-new unit that has never been operational.

            Desired Resolution:
            I request immediate servicing and rectification of the faulty unit. If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, I expect a replacement or refund as per the company's policy.

            Supporting Documents Attached:
            Copy of the purchase invoice
            Photos of the AC displaying the error
            Complaint reference details
            I urge you to address this matter on priority and provide a resolution at the earliest. Please confirm the technician's visit at the earliest possible time, as I have been left without a working AC despite purchasing a new unit.

              I have purchased a havellsOpus Prime fan from Pooja Electrical in Kolkata.
              The very next day I went to return it and asked them to hive the other model in replace of that but it was not available with them so I asked them to refund me the amount i.e Rs 3600 so they gave us the date and said you can collect on that day . Today when we went to get the refund amount they said they will not return the full amount will deduct Rs 500 as Gst amount . I don’t get this why ?

                I failed to understand: Why these restrictive practices/ conditions are imposed without giving any choice to buyers when various good service providers such as URBAN CLAP (whose works are significantly better and charge 50% of charges) are readily available. a type of penalty upon your customers .ENCLOSED are the some photographs do speak to the quality of work .I also caught him placing an old copper pipe .I am now compelled to place these photographs on social circles.

                These labourers were so un-equipped that they did not carry screwdrivers

                and hence could not open the previous "BACK PLATE SAMSUNG AC" but put a new AC on the previous plate but damaged my tiles, and left dabries on the ground. photos are enclosed. would you see the state of electric wiring and JOINTS on. face wall. ALL THE TIMES THEY WERE QUOTING "THEIR RATES FOR COPPER PIPE, DRAIN WATER PIPE BUT DID NOT DO REQUIRES INSULATION. IN PROCESS THEY CHARGED Rs 6096/= and left. I wanted to know whose good will is damaged i.e. HAVELLS .I am MAKING IT SOCIAL SO THAT THIS TYPE OF "MONOPOLISTICINTERNAL UNHOLY ARRANGMENTS".

                      I bought Havells WP Gracia Alkaline Hot Ambient on 26 April 2023 from Bajaj electronics at Panjagutta Hyderabad. When this product was in warranty no technician turned up for the servicing of the product. It was promised that we would be provided with free service within the first year of purchase. But no one came. Now exactly at one year the purifier started showing error. The technician asked for 500 rupees and gave him and changed the UV LED but again it started showing the same error. I’ve called multiple times. After multiple calls and their false promises a technician came and again is putting up a bill of 7000 rupees to fix the purifier. We were no way responsible for all this. They put up false advertisement and rake in lots of money from the public. The customer service is awful.

                        I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the ongoing issue with my AC, serial number 87KCG06T08884, which is covered under an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with your company.

                        Since March 2024, I have consistently faced the E5 error with my AC. Despite lodging multiple complaints and having a technician visit two months ago, the problem persists. This lack of resolution is unacceptable, especially given the assurances provided after the previous service visit.

                        Despite filing complaints on June 11th (Job ID: [protected]) and June 23rd (Job ID: [protected]), I have not received any meaningful response or solution from Havells. Yesterday, I was assured by customer care team that a senior technician would contact me within 24 hours. However, I have yet to receive any communication.

                        As a customer who has faithfully adhered to the terms of the AMC, I expect prompt and effective resolution of issues as they arise. The current situation not only violates my rights as a consumer but also reflects poorly on Havells' commitment to customer satisfaction.

                        Today I received a reply from Havells stating that I do not require any further customer service without any assistance provided to resolve the ongoing issue.

                        I would like to highlight that this issue has now persisted for over a month without resolution, and during this time, the unit has been unusable despite being under an AMC contract. Therefore, I request fair compensation for the time lost without service and the inconvenience caused by repeated cancellations and delays.

                        Therefore, in addition to a prompt and effective resolution of the AC issue, I request fair compensation for the multiple instances of inconvenience and the time lost without proper service. The repeated failures to resolve the problem despite multiple attempts
                        highlight a significant breach of service standards.

                              I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the inadequate servicing of my Havells Koolaire-W 51L220W Desert Cooler which I purchased from Havells company through Amazon on Purchase Date[protected] and Order no#[protected], Order total- Rs 12990 (1 Item)

                              Despite being a loyal customer of Havells and choosing your brand for its reputed quality, I have encountered significant issues with the servicing of my product. That's Why I had lodge complaint through Customer Care that My Cooler not work properly which have created maximum noise on[protected] As per customer Care, our technician will contact within 24 hours But Cross some few days not response from their end then again complain to customer care through mail.
                              After that their technician called me[protected] and visited to my home after watching my cooler, told me, your cooler motor have damage, it will be Change, that's price will be 2500 to 3000 range and I told him, How long will be warranty period . But reply technician, Have no any warranty of Cooler motor, it may be damage after 7 days or months but have no any responsibility from Havells company That's why I am not agree . and Technician also charged Rs 300/- from our end without any service So I told them why charged it, reply from technician It's rules for Havells Co.

                              So here please tell me, I was trust on Havells company as very Branded company in our india But here I Can understand that Havells company's Product have no any warranty of Cooler's motor So How will believe on this type of reputed company.
                              So please solve this problem as soon as possible.

                              But here I want to say that Havells company sent froude technician to my home for Cooler Servicing due as per our local technician said me, Maximum cost will be 300 to 500 because Cooler all parts are ok, It have to clean the parts, Cooler will be ok.
                              That's why We can say Havells's Service center totally work as illegal way. So request you please take the step Otherwise Many customer will face this type of problem. Without servicing have taken Rs 300/- from Me.
                              So again request you please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                I have purchased Havells Loyd AC on 30-Apr-2021 from Amazon. Recently I opted for service as no cooling. Service center executive came home and said that AC gas is leaked so they need to refill and take from home, fix the issue then again bring home and install. they taken my AC from home and after 2 weeks they came back and installed saying that it working fine. they collected 3600 INR from my aged mother as I was not in home and when asked for bill they said that I will be getting bill via sms on mobile and they left. from that day I am asking them for bill but they are not providing and the local kanpur service center guys started not picking the calls. I have requested them 4-5 times for bill but still they are ignoring.

                                Complaint raised date - 20-Apr-2024 and till not no bill recieved.

                                Local Service center name is Ashish Anoop Electricals in Kanpur.

                                I have tried reaching out to customer care but after 8-10 calls also they are not able to resolve the issue.

                                  One LLOYDS AC 1.2Ton Purchased with Extended Warranty. AC was not working more than 15Days.
                                  5th May-24 Raised Complaint online through whatsapp. after 48Hrs Service Technician was attended the problem and said having issues with PCB. He raised spare replacement under warranty and also said it will take 7-8days for resolution. after 12days asked him what is the status. He said we have not yet receive spare Parts it will take time. I asked them what to do now they suggested to raise again complaint through customer care no. Again i was raised complaint. They assured it will be replaced by 21st May-24. But today i checked with service center as well as customer care no body is understand my situation. I my home my father is COPD Patient my mother also blood pressure patient. Both of them Senior citizen age 80+. I need immediate resolution or i need new AC replacement,

                                    Havells gracia alkaline water purifier beep sound every 10 seconds

                                    Havells service is VERY VERY BAD to say the least, we have been calling the customer service for 2 weeks and still none from the company is here is solve the issue.

                                    NOTE that this kind of service is for a water purifier I purchased less than 9 months ago.

                                    TOO Bad Havells .. not something that would expect a company like yours.
                                    Havells India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Brought Llyods Ac 1.5 ton GLS18I3FWAGC on 6 April 2024.

                                      Not less than a month I've been facing issues with lloyds ac. The drainage pipe has detached from the ac and so there is water leakage from the ac inside the room.
                                      Raised a service request which got closed without any technician visit. (may 2nd)
                                      Raised a second request and still no technician visit yet. (may 9th).

                                      Over the phone I was just assured that my issue will be resolved soon but I can't see any technician assigned nor any person contact me.

                                      Due to summer heat and water leakage I am unable to operate from my office.

                                      Please consider this issue urgent and repair the ac.

                                      A technician visited on may 15th. He said that the lower white molded piece is broken while installation process so it will be replaced. Since then I m waiting for new piece. The ac is left open. Pic attached.

                                        I have registered a service request for installing my new lloyd AC purchased on 14/04/2024 and got delivered on 15/04/2024 and at the same day itself service request has been registered. Unfortunately, till now nobody has contacted me . Two times i have contacted customer care toll free number, each time they were saying they reassigned the work. but no one contacted me till now[protected]:24 pm)
