Dear Team,
I have Purchased New Iron (Hawels Stream Iron Crony 2000W) in the Month of Nov 2023, But the same is Not Working Properly, I have Raised a Complaint on[protected] wide complaint No [protected] but No action has been taken from your side, Someone from hawels team called me in every two days and asked same question"what is the Issue of the Iron"

    We had purchased 2 Ceiling fans of Havells from Rupam Novelties Juhu on 17/10/23. After initial use the fans started making noise. We complained to the customer care and their service person attended to it on more than 10 occasions but the problem persists. The motor heats up on use and the starts making a noise. Since the fan is under warranty we asked them to replace the same but they are refusing to do so. Please look into.

      This is regarding wrong installation of Havells Octet Under light 1320mm Ceiling Fan (Wenge Brushed Nickel) fan by service technician resulted in trimming the size of bottom canopy of fan.

      The installation of fan was done on 19th of December by Havells authorised technician and the request for installation was registered with reference no. [protected]. Amid of installation, technician informed that top canopy of the fan cannot be installed due to size issue and needs reduction in size and completed the installation without installing top canopy of the fan.

      Later I came to know through pictures of fan available on box that technician installed the top canopy in bottom position, but it was too late for correcting the things again as trimming of bottom canopy was already done by 2 inches as per the recommendation of Havells authorised technician, which can be well avoided if technician would have installed the fan correctly on the first day of installation.

      In view of the above, I would request Havells team to look into this issue and send the new bottom canopy of Octet under light fan to my registered address for reinstallation after proper verification of this matter, if required.

      And also, the given remote is partially working, only light on/off mode is functional.

          NEGLIGENCE TOWARDS CUTOMERS HEALTH ISSUES. WHO WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HEALTH ISSUES DUE TO SMELL IN WATER OF GEYSER. I have complained many times about the smell in water of the geyser . The technicians come and says that this problem never occurs and just come up with a temporary solution and just cleans the geyser . For one month the problem is resolved but after one month the problem reoccurs. Everymonth I have to go through this . Your technicians can't figure out the real problem. There is no smell in the inlet water of the geyser but there is smell in outlet water of the geyser . The technicians always say that this problem never occurs . We also know this problem is not common and not occurs . But this problem is happening. We are facing health hazards . Who would be responsible if we would have health issues because of this . I want a permanent solution to this problem. If you can't figure out the problem take the geyser and give it to your research team and replace my geyser . I have spent more than the cost of the geyser on the checking of the whole water system in my home and then we figured out the real problem is in the geyser. This kind of negligence towards your customers problems is not acceptable . This kind of service is disappointing. Either provide a permanent solution or replace my geyser .

            Absolutely disappointed with the service from Havells! I purchased a water purifier, and despite raising an installation request on 14th Nov 2023 (Request No. [protected]), there's been no action from the Havells technical team. I've been following up every other day, and the lack of response is truly frustrating. This is not the level of customer service I expected from a leading brand like Havells.

                      I had purchased 3 nos celling fan for over couching class but all celling fans not giving air well, complain registered to havells to change the all 3 nos fan but after 22 day no any action taken by havells. 3 times complain register but problem not solved by company. It is too bad its after sell service is too poor can not buy any product from this company.

                              I purchased one lloyd 1.5 inverter AC 2 years back with 5 years warrantly. It stopped working after 2 years so requested for service complaint over the havells App. First complained was placed on 26th July, after 2 days service technician came, assessed that external PCB was faulty which needs to be ordered. So they took service charge of 500rs and said it will take 3-4 days to replace. Now 10days nothing happened, after multiple painful follow ups, finally technician came on 11th Aug, after replacing external unit PCB, it didn't worked. This time he said that internal unit PCB is faulty, so again he said it needs to be ordered. But these people closed the complained and reopened new one on 11th Aug to show that original complained got resolved in 15 days. Now I am again following with them each day, they are telling a lie each day that this will be resolved soon. They have really pathetic service, I am suffering at the hands of these people. My AC is still not working, not sure how much more time this will take.

                                Pathetic after sales service

                                This is to bring to your attention the bad after sales service that i am facing for havells product. All other means of rectifying the issue has been exhausted

                                About the complaint... My fan is having very much noise and speed is also low. I have been complaining since Apr'23 to get it resolved. After multiple follow ups the machine was changed but this machine is much more noise, speed is also low and fan is shaking. Again...

                                My Ac stopped working on 2nd of Aug. Engineer visited and order some parts,
                                it has been over 15 days no one visited after that, engineer do know anything, customer service keeps escalating the issue and repeating same sentences again and again, Like It will be fixed in 48 hrs and then nothing happens.
                                Change my Ac or atleast fix it.
                                Change your team that is at 133005 pin code first, they told me one part is not working and have ordered three as per customer care

                                  We bought subject appliance on ;14 aug 2022 which under warranty and we have duly registered our complaint No.[protected] dated 24 July23 for leaking of Geyser. Same was attended on 25 jul23 with assurance that geyser will not leak again.. it start leaking on 26 july 23 night and we have dully complaint no [protected] dated 27 july 23 . Technician attended the same on l 28 july23 with changing the pipe from tape to Geyser by charging Rs 200/- and assured that same will not leak again.. On 4th Aug 2023 its again starting leaking and we have duly complaint No [protected] dated 9aug 2023 with assurance that same will be attended soon or may replace the defective Geyser.. I have received call from havells Tel no[protected] Mr Sexsena that he will sent Sr Technician to get the geyser working . I told him that the machine is faulty and need to be replace with new one. He roughly said that they donot replace it and only they can repair the old one..
                                  its very bad experience with Havells team which have good reputation towards its prodcut..
                                  What i have noticed and observed with my last one month experienced with M/ Havells team are as follows :-
                                  1) After sale service is very poor and techinician only want to make money for the part to be change which are not in warrnaty
                                  2) Arrogance with service team both customer service as well as technician
                                  3) No value for customer emotion
                                  4) No schedule time for visit of customer home
                                  5) Techinician are not properly equiped

                                  My request to Havell team to look into this matter seriously to keep faith of small customer in the brand of havells.

                                    I raised a Complaint for my newly installed Ceiling Fan which was generating Noices and was running at Unequal Speeds.

                                    The Local Technicians are managed by Company named Subbalakshmi Agnecy whom will assign the Technician.

                                    The Technician is not at all picking up the Calls and its been 4 Days of Complaint being Raised and less than a Month of Purchasing the Product.

                                      Warranty and AMC

                                      I have a Havells Water purifier which is still under warranty, upon asking for filter cartridge replacement as the cartridge life is over. The technician and the person in charge are asking me to pay for “AMC” of amount 6000rupees, which is basically extending the period of maintenance for one more year. They are saying without AMC they cannot change or replace my filter cartridges.
