Dear Sir,

I'm Dhirendra Singh Bisht,

As I have booked a service appointment for May 2022. And they came and they have done the service but while service they have damaged my indoor coil badly. And they have also damaged my copper pipe while doing insulation.

Sir, I am working out of India and I came for vacation and One day when I was sitting in my room and I felt the ice was falling from the ac indoor unit as I have checked then I realized that the coil has been badly damaged by a technical person with high pressure of the water, whose I complained to the nearest Havells branch. But he avoided my concern, than whom I complained to Havells but he also did not help me.
With all due respect, I want Havells should to get my AC repaired. This mistake is made by Havells technical person. Whose compensation will also have to be paid by your Havells branch and technical person.

I have attached photos of indoor coils for your reference. Kindly refer.

As a customer, I am expecting you will look into this matter, As a customer, I am expecting you will understand Havells’s fault and help me to solve the the problem soon and penalize the Careless person and the branch's negligence.

    I purchased a havells Tuono I personal air cooler 18 ltrs capacity from Amazon online shopping. I purchased item on 18.08.22. The amazon order ID was[protected]. I recieved the item on 27.08.22. When operated the air cooler, there was quite a substantial leakage of water from drain pipe outlet . I m attaching my item invoice, , etc wherein seller address details, product details and cost, etc are available. Machine Sr. No is FLKAEIR00467. I even contacted Havells customer care toll free number [protected] on date 27.08.22 wherein a lady picked up my call and she told me that an sms will come to my mob number with complaint regn details but sorry to say, it did not come. I do not have faith in the Havells customer care centre and seemed to me that they are just passing time and fooling people . Since the item i purchased is under warranty, I need a full resolution of my complaint. Hope u can sort out my issue . Thks

    I purchased a havells Tuono I 18 ltr air cooler from Amazon online. I received the item on 27.08.22. It was seen that there is leakage of water from the drain outlet. I called Havells customer care on number 1800110303 and the lady said that my complaint has been registered and a registration number will be sent to my mobile. But till now i did not reciveany such details. I m raising this issue to Havells to get my item rectified as it is within warranty. My contact number is 9678414698. . I hope it will be sorted out within a day or two

      I have purchased a Havelles (Efficencia) ceiling fan, it was delivered on 7 June within 15 days, suddenly it has become out of order and stopped working.

      Raised multiple complaints about it but have received no resolution to date.

      1st complaint was raised on 1st July - complaint no[protected]
      - technician was supposed to visit in 24-48 hours but never visit and canceled my request stating I am out of the station, though I was always here only

      4th july, he visit once looked at the fan and said PVC needs to be changed and it will be done within 7 days.

      2nd complaint was raised on 5th July - -complaint no -[protected]
      this complaint was raised by the technician, he called me he is outside my house and asked KKG code though he never visited

      3rd complaint was raised on 9th July- complaint no - [protected]
      I raised this complaint since it is not resolved it was closed without even notifying me.

      4th complaint was raised on 15th July complaint no - [protected]
      again raised this complaint I was told the issue will be resolved in 24-48 hours but no response was received.
      had to call the customer support like 3-5 times then on 29 the technician again visited and disassembled the fan and kept it on the floor stating the fan needed to be replaced and will be done with 7 days.

      since then there has been notification whatsoever called the customer support like 5-7 times in this duration but they repeat the same saying it will be resolved in 24-48 hours.

      this is how you treat a customer?

        I purchased an ac, 1.5 tonne, Split in July 2021 by paying 45k even though other brand Ac were available for 32 to 38 k. Last free service was done on 6 july 2022 and to the horror of me the same So called best product stopped working with in next 7 to 8 days.
        Is the product worth buying??, I did pay more amount but your inferior product has stopped functioning. When u people can't provide best product then why r u fleecing customers by giving false assurances u can't comply with. Now to get it repaired, I have to pay Rs500 for inspection and which may go on increasing as ur so called technicians(in my opinion they r bullzors, in technical terms) never rectify the problem but makes it a recurrent process to make more money on every further visits.
        Do the necessary to get my problem solved asap

          I booked a llyod window AC on 18th Aug 2021. The product was delivered to me on 19th Aug 2021 and installation was done on 21st Aug 2021.

          On 17th Aug 2022 the AC started making a sound of gas leakage and stopped cooling as well.

          I registered a complaint on 18th Aug 2022 and received a call from +[protected] for confirming my address. She informed me that this repair will be free of cost as my product is under warranty.

          On 19th Aug 2022 two technicians visited, they checked the AC and informed me that there is gas leakage problem and this has to be repaired. They took my AC invoice and confirmed me again that there will be no charges. Then they asked me to provide service satisfaction code and told me this repair will be done tomorrow as currently there is no technician available and they went.

          After some time i again called +[protected] to request for priortising my reaolution and she told me she will call me back in sometime.

          She called after half an hour and said my product is not in warranty and i have to pay charges and if i have any further queries then i can speak to her supervisor Mr. Pawan [protected].

          Mr. Pawan was very rude and unable to answer my queries and insisted on paying the charges.

          My entire day has been wasted in checking the status and talking here and there.

          I want to register a complain for misleading information provided to me multiple times and not resolving my issue.

                The Havells fan's downrod literally broke and fell on my head and neck while I was working at home. Luckily i survived. Imagine what could have happened if it was an old person or when someone was sleeping ??

                  Refer my earlier complin dated 4th august, such a shameful act & services that no one from the company is bothered to reply. Worse is your service center owner Nasim Khan is playing dirty & has been misguiding your customer service team. I registered the first call on 2nd August after that 2 more complaints are raised & without consulting the customer your customer care team canceled the complaint on the feedback from the Service center. Your service center is giving wrong information to escape from his own mistake. when their engineer visits it is the duty & responsibility of the engineer to do the complete installation. he never did the same. In fact, he is supposed to inform me whether the part is missing is not available, we as customers don't know what all accessories are received. had he told us then we should have informed the dealer .now he is giving wrong information to customer care that the Drainage part was broken whereas we did not receive itwe also noticed late after there was dampness on the wall for our neighbor since then I have been following up your team but no response except raising complaint & canceling the samelooks like same is with the company, no one is bothered to address our complaint. my latest complaint which is the third complaint is vided no [protected] dated 16th august & now one from either your company or service agent t has called upI am clear I will not pay for the drainage plate. this has to be either borne by the company or the service center. My last service is due & warrant will expire i.e will complete 1 year on 20th August 2022. I will not let you take that excuse irrespective of the date, my call is pending since 2nd august 2022.I would request you to immediately take prompt action. also if required take action against the service center who was giving wrong information, misguiding & not addressing our complaint. this is better for you as company & service center. further, he threatened me that I can GOP do complaint anywhere it doesn't matter to them. I had even requested yesterday your customer care team to put across some senior who they couldn't do & stated that I will be receiving a call from senior in 15minuts, which never happened. SO from customer care to the service center to the company all are in pathetic shape & least interested in customer service. A few hundred rupees won't matter for a company like you but yes it does matter to us as customers. we are deprived of better services & part was not provided along with the box. I have been requesting the details on your Area manager in West Delhi, i.e d101 Ajay enclave new Delhi 110018 whosoever, manages should call but no progress.

                    My Lloyd led tv purchased about two years back became defective. Horizontal lining and flickering appears on screen while watching.But in spite of repeated complains to Havells customer care in it's email address and whattsapp chat, since 1st week of August, 2022 no definitive response or clear communication from company representative till date ie 15.08.2022 10pm, although my tv is well within guarantee period of 36 months.

                      We buy llyod refrigerator on 17 sept 2021, and its going under warranty period, its the third time we are complaining about the issued that we are facing for these refrigerator cooling...some times not cooling their showroom technician fix it and again happens same on the next two times, they remove some pipes or gas, whatever, until now these company guys dont know what they do for these issue, I inform many times in the Attinkara Electronics and havells company regarding these issue, and we request to replace these refrigerator asap, they didnt reply to us, they just send their tehcnicians and doing the same.we pay for these refrigerator 12000 INR, atleast pay back my cash or replace the refrigerator.

                          I am Chamandeep Singh from Panipat, Haryana 132103.
                          I am writing this after getting frustrated and after complaining again and again but getting no help.
                          I bought a Lloyd AC last year in June.
                          Now this year Before the start of summer, I requested for Air Conditioner Service by your company. The electrician did service of AC on 2 April 2022. But after a month AC stopped working.
                          Then again I booked a service appointment on 10 June and the technician again did his service. He cleaned pads and washed compressor. He did service and after his work I asked for Job Card or any Service proof or slip. He denied to gave me that. After so much argument he left. He kept making excuses like I have left my receipt book at home. I paid him 550rs service charge but he didn’t gave me any proof.
                          His name was Akshay and his mobile no. is [protected].

                          Then may be after 15 days more AC again stopped working, and again I complained on Havells app.
                          I complained on 27 June again with Reference number: [protected]
                          They assigned same technician named Akshay. He called me and asked my address. When I told him my address he recognised me. He said he will come in an hour and then he started ignoring my calls. And then I checked in app my service request was cancelled.

                          Then I called on havells help centre and complained about this experience. They assured me that tomorrow they will send a senior technician. But, again they send that same guy Akshay and he again stopped picking up my calls.
                          I really got very angry and frustrated this time.

                          Now few days earlier I noticed that AC’s compressor is making weird noises. AC is hardly working for 20 minutes and it makes noises and stops working. I noticed again that after noise Compressor fan also stop working.

                          Now again I raise a service request on 11 August, with Refrence no: [protected]
                          and again they assigned that same technician Akshay….
                          and guess what happened this time???

                          Same……

                          He called me and I tell him my address, he recognised me again and tell me he will come in evening… Then in evening I called him he said “now I came home”. I’ll come tomorrow.

                          Now today when I checked in Havells app my Complaint was Cancelled again 🙂

                          Havells if you cannot help please take this AC back and refund me 🙏🏻
                          Or tell me you can’t help I’ll throw it in garbage by myself.

                            Want to bring your kind attention at the Pathetic Product you have namely “FRESHIA”. One which has stayed at your Service Centre more than at my home in the 2 yrs of ownership(not sure, what that means now).

                            Below is the chat log from my first contact experience with your customer service team, barely 2 months into the ownership of the product –

                            Hi All, Despite all that has been said, I get another hollow call for service and no one turns up. Upon calling back today, I am informed that they do not service Air Purifiers. When requesting them for contact info of the service center that services the purifier, I am informed that they are not aware. This establishes how service-oriented you are. WHY DO SHIP OUT PRODUCTS INTO THE MARKET WITHOUT A CLEAR STRATEGY FOR SERVICING? Prospective Customer - Define Havells, pick from the below... A - Pathetic Customer Services, Zero After Sales, Hollow Promises, NULL Responsibility, Below "0" Ownership. Experts in passing the buck. B - Overrated product and brand, erratic products, "0" quality control. C - None of the above Unfortunate Customer - I need a 4th option. Prospective Customer - What is it? Unfortunate Customer - A, B and definitely not C. Bystander, another Unfortunate Customer - You got it right! Leaves an after taste after you've shelled out the money. I would fall into the "Unfortunate Customer" category. Hope I make my experience clear. If you can't service, please provide your address where I can ship this Rs 13K + paperweight to; dont worry, I'll shp it at my expense, what is another Rs 1000 when I've spent more time and money.

                            The product has been replaced twice already with the same issue and your team doesn’t even bother to keep me appraised of what is happening.. Ajaykumar (+[protected] your service coordinator in Trivandrum has no clue on what needs to be done and I believe he’s spoken with you on this and you are truly insensitive to Customer anguish and feedback; and Mr Subhash (+[protected] has closed the ticket I raised through your App without even fixing the issue, you could check with either gentlemen where the product is now.

                            I guess, the product has spent more time with you – you can keep it, kindly issue me a refund on the lemon I ended up purchasing.

                            You leave me no choice but to approach appropriate consumer authorities to have my plight address, since clearly Havells isn’t bothered.

                            Distastefully, disgruntled!!

                              I own a Havells Max water purifier and i booked a servicing through the havells sync app via reference Id [protected]. The technician changed the filters and charged me around 5k for it. I asked him for an invoice and he said i will recieve it on my email id. It has been 6 days since, I have been following up with him day and night and still haven't recieved an invoice.

                              The company needs to understand that it is a violation of Consumer Rights and we have bigger forums to escalate this.

                              I have been approaching the company from every where possible (customer care, email, etc) but I am not getting nay response.

                                A 1250mm fan stealth air pearl white (Serial no. 57LEZJJ04288) purchased on 24.06.2022 from Force HQ NSG Manesar Canteen (Invoice no. 008904) started making noise after barely 01 day o[censored]se. The complaint made online are being closed (completed) without actual visit of the technician. Repeated calls & emails made to company representatives, requesting them to repair/change the product are unanswered.

                                  I bought the same, the same got spoiled within two months and when I made a complaint for services by calling on the number given to him, then my complaint is closed again and again by his service center that the problem is solved as it comes Not only that, I got complaint against him many times but did not get my stuff fixed from Havells side.but no reply came from Havells side and when I call on his number he is just saying that you go and tell him from where you have bought the goods and when I tell this problem to TataClicq then he will speak You tell the Havells company, I have been troubled by calling and mailing both of them.….?

                                    After Sales Service teams are very ignorant and knows how to utilize the opportunities. As per commitment from company they should respond within 24 hrs but twice I have experienced that it took three days to reach me. Today also my water heater is unattended despite of escalation on Customer Care.
                                    I was requesting technician to visit in my presence in these two days but he didn't turned up but I am sure he will come tomorrow in my absence and will start drama in from alone ladies at home.

                                        Installation Technician Intekhab Akram was assigned for the installation. But He did not complete the work & was making unnecessary arguing. Then I requested him to left my house because my family members were disturbed with his unnecessary arguments. Please check & kindly ensure work assignment to polite, proper & suitable technician.
