Fan stopped working completely. It had some noise last week and in the last two days isn’t working at all . Fan was purchased from Amazon india 🇮🇳. Invoice attached with the complaint . We called halves customer care and the technician arrived, after he fixed the issues, it stopped working again . Need a replacement if possible or fix it ....

Regular service technician routed to different technician who is not from Havells, but with duplicate Havells I'd card.
Forced or encouraged us to go for amc on the spot, cheated with wrong amc document. We so far did not check in internet for technicians to go with fake guys, just routed by Havells technicians to wrong guys, we lost 5800 for amc realised in next service, Havells pathetic service......

We bought a havells fan(ENTICER ART 48" NS WAVE SAPPHIRE) two weeks back. This fan speed is very low compared to other fans in my home. We called the service center and informed about this. But they are saying this is the maximum speed. Please help on this. im getting frustrated with this fan. it is like half the speed of other fans in my home....

There is a lot of noise in the cooler.Cooler is not cooling....

Purchased dust free but it is false statement made by company itself .. because I saw the catalogue of the same and ordered at a time 7 fans for my new house... pity on me that I was fooled very much.. if you really care the customer needs please don't make false statements. We have heath issues in home of astama.. so I opted this .. but no use ..once we start the fan sneezing has became a routine..
I wonder after charging for dust...

On september 2021 we had purchase 9 remote ceiling fan of havells... one of them stopped working completely and eight of them work randomly, I have made countless complaints, and the technician visits and says that we have to replace bearing of fan and etc etc... Fan is in warranty... But he never respond againg after one visit.. We had made a several compalint on toll free num...but complaint has been not resolved by any local service center...his...

Hi, i have purchased LLYOD 1.5 ton AC on 12/06 from sathya agencies vadapalni, chennai. on 14/06 it got installed, but after installation the technician came to know there in display issue, h swing is not working, timer is not working. and he told me to raise a service complain, by mistake i have raised 2 complaints and here is funniest part.

these people cancelled both the request, without inquiring anything, and ideally 1...

My havells accelero wall fan swing system not working...

I am using 1.5ton lloyd ac and it is 8n wareenty period. On 17th of may i made complain that ac is not working. ( Comp no - [protected]) . Upto 29th may nobody has visited my home and on 30th may they cancel my complain and lodge new complain on 30th may without my concern . Complain number of 30th may complain is -

I have booked an service for Bengo food processor, the service person -ashok naik visited the site and checked the issue, later told the Jar is creating a issue and need to take it to office for repairing, i also handed over the jar to him. he asked me the verification code (not the satisfactory code) to acknowledge the issue and take the jar with him. after giving the verification he promise to return in 2-3 days - am waiting since week...

Havells exhaust fan 150 mm not functioning properly. please lock complaint and do needful effort as soon as possible....
