My Lloyd led tv purchased about two years back became defective. Horizontal lining and flickering appears on screen while watching.But in spite of repeated complains to Havells customer care in it's email address and whattsapp chat, since 1st week of August, 2022 no definitive response or clear communication from company representative till date ie 15.08.2022 10pm, although my tv is well within guarantee period of 36 months.

    We buy llyod refrigerator on 17 sept 2021, and its going under warranty period, its the third time we are complaining about the issued that we are facing for these refrigerator cooling...some times not cooling their showroom technician fix it and again happens same on the next two times, they remove some pipes or gas, whatever, until now these company guys dont know what they do for these issue, I inform many times in the Attinkara Electronics and havells company regarding these issue, and we request to replace these refrigerator asap, they didnt reply to us, they just send their tehcnicians and doing the same.we pay for these refrigerator 12000 INR, atleast pay back my cash or replace the refrigerator.

      I have purchased Havells exhaust fan 2 months before Suddenly after 4-5 days fan motor stop working then it is replaced by service center but again after 25 days the fan motor stop working

        I am Chamandeep Singh from Panipat, Haryana 132103.
        I am writing this after getting frustrated and after complaining again and again but getting no help.
        I bought a Lloyd AC last year in June.
        Now this year Before the start of summer, I requested for Air Conditioner Service by your company. The electrician did service of AC on 2 April 2022. But after a month AC stopped working.
        Then again I booked a service appointment on 10 June and the technician again did his service. He cleaned pads and washed compressor. He did service and after his work I asked for Job Card or any Service proof or slip. He denied to gave me that. After so much argument he left. He kept making excuses like I have left my receipt book at home. I paid him 550rs service charge but he didn’t gave me any proof.
        His name was Akshay and his mobile no. is [protected].

        Then may be after 15 days more AC again stopped working, and again I complained on Havells app.
        I complained on 27 June again with Reference number: [protected]
        They assigned same technician named Akshay. He called me and asked my address. When I told him my address he recognised me. He said he will come in an hour and then he started ignoring my calls. And then I checked in app my service request was cancelled.

        Then I called on havells help centre and complained about this experience. They assured me that tomorrow they will send a senior technician. But, again they send that same guy Akshay and he again stopped picking up my calls.
        I really got very angry and frustrated this time.

        Now few days earlier I noticed that AC’s compressor is making weird noises. AC is hardly working for 20 minutes and it makes noises and stops working. I noticed again that after noise Compressor fan also stop working.

        Now again I raise a service request on 11 August, with Refrence no: [protected]
        and again they assigned that same technician Akshay….
        and guess what happened this time???

        Same……

        He called me and I tell him my address, he recognised me again and tell me he will come in evening… Then in evening I called him he said “now I came home”. I’ll come tomorrow.

        Now today when I checked in Havells app my Complaint was Cancelled again 🙂

        Havells if you cannot help please take this AC back and refund me 🙏🏻
        Or tell me you can’t help I’ll throw it in garbage by myself.

          Want to bring your kind attention at the Pathetic Product you have namely “FRESHIA”. One which has stayed at your Service Centre more than at my home in the 2 yrs of ownership(not sure, what that means now).

          Below is the chat log from my first contact experience with your customer service team, barely 2 months into the ownership of the product –

          Hi All, Despite all that has been said, I get another hollow call for service and no one turns up. Upon calling back today, I am informed that they do not service Air Purifiers. When requesting them for contact info of the service center that services the purifier, I am informed that they are not aware. This establishes how service-oriented you are. WHY DO SHIP OUT PRODUCTS INTO THE MARKET WITHOUT A CLEAR STRATEGY FOR SERVICING? Prospective Customer - Define Havells, pick from the below... A - Pathetic Customer Services, Zero After Sales, Hollow Promises, NULL Responsibility, Below "0" Ownership. Experts in passing the buck. B - Overrated product and brand, erratic products, "0" quality control. C - None of the above Unfortunate Customer - I need a 4th option. Prospective Customer - What is it? Unfortunate Customer - A, B and definitely not C. Bystander, another Unfortunate Customer - You got it right! Leaves an after taste after you've shelled out the money. I would fall into the "Unfortunate Customer" category. Hope I make my experience clear. If you can't service, please provide your address where I can ship this Rs 13K + paperweight to; dont worry, I'll shp it at my expense, what is another Rs 1000 when I've spent more time and money.

          The product has been replaced twice already with the same issue and your team doesn’t even bother to keep me appraised of what is happening.. Ajaykumar (+[protected] your service coordinator in Trivandrum has no clue on what needs to be done and I believe he’s spoken with you on this and you are truly insensitive to Customer anguish and feedback; and Mr Subhash (+[protected] has closed the ticket I raised through your App without even fixing the issue, you could check with either gentlemen where the product is now.

          I guess, the product has spent more time with you – you can keep it, kindly issue me a refund on the lemon I ended up purchasing.

          You leave me no choice but to approach appropriate consumer authorities to have my plight address, since clearly Havells isn’t bothered.

          Distastefully, disgruntled!!

            I own a Havells Max water purifier and i booked a servicing through the havells sync app via reference Id [protected]. The technician changed the filters and charged me around 5k for it. I asked him for an invoice and he said i will recieve it on my email id. It has been 6 days since, I have been following up with him day and night and still haven't recieved an invoice.

            The company needs to understand that it is a violation of Consumer Rights and we have bigger forums to escalate this.

            I have been approaching the company from every where possible (customer care, email, etc) but I am not getting nay response.

              A 1250mm fan stealth air pearl white (Serial no. 57LEZJJ04288) purchased on 24.06.2022 from Force HQ NSG Manesar Canteen (Invoice no. 008904) started making noise after barely 01 day o[censored]se. The complaint made online are being closed (completed) without actual visit of the technician. Repeated calls & emails made to company representatives, requesting them to repair/change the product are unanswered.

              PLEASE HELP

                I bought the same, the same got spoiled within two months and when I made a complaint for services by calling on the number given to him, then my complaint is closed again and again by his service center that the problem is solved as it comes Not only that, I got complaint against him many times but did not get my stuff fixed from Havells side.but no reply came from Havells side and when I call on his number he is just saying that you go and tell him from where you have bought the goods and when I tell this problem to TataClicq then he will speak You tell the Havells company, I have been troubled by calling and mailing both of them.….?

                  After Sales Service teams are very ignorant and knows how to utilize the opportunities. As per commitment from company they should respond within 24 hrs but twice I have experienced that it took three days to reach me. Today also my water heater is unattended despite of escalation on Customer Care.
                  I was requesting technician to visit in my presence in these two days but he didn't turned up but I am sure he will come tomorrow in my absence and will start drama in from alone ladies at home.

                      Installation Technician Intekhab Akram was assigned for the installation. But He did not complete the work & was making unnecessary arguing. Then I requested him to left my house because my family members were disturbed with his unnecessary arguments. Please check & kindly ensure work assignment to polite, proper & suitable technician.

                        I bought 2 havells ep trendy antique copper fans from havells worth rupees 4100 each
                        Since the day the fans are installed one of the fans has a wobbling issue and the other one makes noise at all speeds.
                        I have logged a complaint with the Havells toll free no. and the technician Neeraj Patel came to visit and after checking the fan he told me that the wobble issue is due to imbalanced blades and told me he will have to order new ones.
                        For the other fan that makes noise he told me its not the issue with the fan but instead with my regulator.
                        Believing him i got my regulator replaced by him.
                        Now after 5 days he arrived with replacement blades which were damaged and bent.
                        He told me that he didn't checked the blades before hand and now again has to order a new set which will again take 7 days as the service centre has reached the maximum order limit and their billing has been suspended for 7 days.
                        Its been more than 10 days since and both the fans are in the same condition as described one is wobbling the other one still makes noise even after replacing the regulator.
                        Since then i have logged multiple complaints through the Havells sync app and my complaint status shows as resolved automatically the next day without anyone contacting me.
                        This has happened 5 times already.
                        I don't understand why does such a big company such as Havells has to dupe its customers.
                        I request for a full refund of my amount as i want to return these defective fans and am never going to be buying again from havells in my life nor will be recommending anyone to do so.
                        Pathetic customer service from havells.

                                I have lodge a complain on 28jun2022 regarding my AC compressor noise but was automatically closed by technician on 2july2022, I again registered complain regarding same issue this time technician came and took Rs 590 as his charge and assured me that my AC compressor will be changed within 2-3 days but as usual they closed the complain on 14july2022 by there own without resolving my issue and a new complain registered on same day but till now no solution of my problem.
                                Please find the attachment and do the needful.

                                      I bought the Monoblock pump(water pump) on 19th june 22, after installation and putting lot of efforts & energy the pump could not worked. We raised multiples complains on the customer helpline number (havells)and after lot of chasing an executive got assigned to us the name was Deepak mittal (+91 [protected]) who fooled us and never visited yet, we further raised the complain and the second executive namely Sumit Pandey (+91 [protected]) who visited and assured us that the fault is in water pump and we will replace it within 24hrs i.e 10th july.. Since then sumit pandey is neither picking the call nor customer care is helping us to resolve the issue. When we raised the further complain on 16th july22 we got to know a false statement that complain got resolved which is actually not the case.

                                        I had purchased two havells stealth air fans and 3 enticer fans 3 yrs ago...but all of them turned out to be faulty...the stealth air was so slow that u cant even feel that a fan is rotating above your head even though it is the costliest fan...similarly one of the enticer fans was and is still the slowest among other 2 enticer fans...sometimes it doesn't even rotate after being turned on...the other two enticer which appeared to work fine gradually lost its speed when the regulator was set at 4...just months after purchasing i requested for customer service and the technician said that nothing can be done about the low speed stealth air...he tried fixing the enticer but of no apparent benefit it was slow as usual...my relatives taunt me everytime they visit my house for having purchased an expensive fans with almost no speed...i was forced to buy a stand fan...i trusted havells for its band name but no more...i never recommend anyone buying havells fan...these fans are just good looking showpieces
