We have done latest service on 20/12/23 with proper candle changes with one year warranty but still filter is not working properly.
Every year we are facing same issue.

    Dear LLYOD Team,
    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address the ongoing issue with my air conditioning unit, which has persisted since the completion of the free service provided by your company.
    As a loyal customer who purchased the AC in December, I expected reliable performance and prompt resolution of any issues encountered. Regrettably, following the completion of the free service, my AC has ceased to function properly.
    Despite raising the issue through the portal three times, I appreciate Chitra efforts in responding promptly and arranging for a technician to visit my residence. During the technician's visit, it was determined that there is a gas leakage that requires replacement, pending approval from your team.
    However, I am deeply disappointed to report that despite assurances, no further action has been taken, and the gas replacement has not been addressed. Furthermore, my attempts to reach out to Chitra ([protected]) for updates have been met with inadequate responses, exacerbating my frustration and dissatisfaction with the service provided.
    The prolonged delay in resolving this matter has inconvenienced me greatly, especially considering the significant investment made in purchasing the AC.
    I implore you to prioritize this issue and expedite the necessary approvals to proceed with the gas replacement. Additionally, I request improved communication and accountability from Chitra to ensure that I am kept informed of any progress or developments regarding my request.
    Please understand the urgency of this matter and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. I trust that you will work diligently to restore the functionality of my AC unit and uphold the standards of customer service expected from your company.

          I Purchased Three, HAVELLS Efficiencia Neo, 1200 Mm BLDC Fans In May 2022. The Product Is Under 2 Year Standard Comprehensive Warranty Offered By Havells India Ltd.

          The Fans Are Having Repeated Operational / Functional Problems Pertaining To Its PCB / Control Card.

          In April 2023, (Within The First Year Of Warranty), The PCBs Of 2 (Out Of 3) Fans Were Replaced Against Job Id [protected] & [protected].

          Against The Above Mentioned Job Ids, Faulty PCBs Of The Fans Were Replaced With Refurbished PCBs / Locally Repaired PCBs By Company's Authorized Representative.

          On February 15th, 2024, (In The Second Year Of Warranty) One Of The Repaired Fan Again Developed Same Operational Problem.

          Service Request Was Lodged And Job Id [protected] Was Allocated On February 15th.

          Company's Authorized Representative Visited Home On 20th Feb And Tried To Replace The PCB With The Another Refurbished PCBs / Locally Repaired PCBs.

          The Unprofessional & Unethical Endeavors Of The Company's Authorized Representative Were Not Entertained And Asked To Leave.

          The Repeated Faults In The Product Under Comprehensive Warranty And Unethical After Sales Services Rendered By HAVELLS Authorized Representative Is Forcing Me To Initiate All The Possible & Potent Actions To Protect My Interest.

            I bought platina wall fan two years ago paying about Rs. 2000. I placed it on the wall untouched by anyone. Last year the neck was broken. I called the serviceman who charged me Rs. 750 for the replacement. Last month the neck was again broken and I was charged Rs. 750 again. I paid Rs. 1500 for two replacements of the neck. I am very much disappointed with the quality of the product and huge repair charges. If this is my experience, I will be discouraged to recommend this product.

              Subject: Formal Complaint - Continued Delay in Resolution for Defective Havells RUSH PLUS 3 L White Blue (3 kW) Water Heater - Unit Number: 57MABB100145

              Dear Indian Consumer Complaints Forum,

              I trust this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally register my dissatisfaction with the prolonged delay and lack of resolution regarding the defective Havells RUSH PLUS 3 L White Blue (3 kW) water heater that I purchased on October 21st, 2023, with the unit number 57MABB100145.

              Despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance, as outlined in my previous communications to Havells India Ltd. dated January 4, 2024, and the subsequent follow-up email on January 11, 2024, the issues with the water heater remain unresolved. The challenges faced include missing components, inconsistent water temperature, and a confirmed fault in the system, as indicated by the authorized mechanic's visit on January 5, 2024.

              The delayed response and the absence of concrete actions have placed a considerable burden on my elderly parents, aged 75 and 70, who continue to endure hardships due to the non-functional water heater. This situation is both distressing and unacceptable, given the potential risks to their well-being.

              Enclosed once again are copies of the Purchase Invoice and Guarantee product card for your reference. I kindly request your intervention to expedite the resolution of this matter and ensure an immediate replacement of the defective unit.

              I want to emphasize the urgency of this situation and express my intention to escalate this matter further if a prompt resolution is not achieved. The lack of responsiveness from Havells India Ltd. is not only causing undue stress but also violates my rights as a consumer.

              I appreciate your immediate attention to this complaint and expect a swift resolution that upholds consumer rights.

                I have Purchased New Iron (Hawels Stream Iron Crony 2000W) in the Month of Nov 2023, But the same is Not Working Properly, I have Raised a Complaint on[protected] wide complaint No [protected] but No action has been taken from your side, Someone from hawels team called me in every two days and asked same question"what is the Issue of the Iron"

                  We had purchased 2 Ceiling fans of Havells from Rupam Novelties Juhu on 17/10/23. After initial use the fans started making noise. We complained to the customer care and their service person attended to it on more than 10 occasions but the problem persists. The motor heats up on use and the starts making a noise. Since the fan is under warranty we asked them to replace the same but they are refusing to do so. Please look into.

                    This is regarding wrong installation of Havells Octet Under light 1320mm Ceiling Fan (Wenge Brushed Nickel) fan by service technician resulted in trimming the size of bottom canopy of fan.

                    The installation of fan was done on 19th of December by Havells authorised technician and the request for installation was registered with reference no. [protected]. Amid of installation, technician informed that top canopy of the fan cannot be installed due to size issue and needs reduction in size and completed the installation without installing top canopy of the fan.

                    Later I came to know through pictures of fan available on box that technician installed the top canopy in bottom position, but it was too late for correcting the things again as trimming of bottom canopy was already done by 2 inches as per the recommendation of Havells authorised technician, which can be well avoided if technician would have installed the fan correctly on the first day of installation.

                    In view of the above, I would request Havells team to look into this issue and send the new bottom canopy of Octet under light fan to my registered address for reinstallation after proper verification of this matter, if required.

                    And also, the given remote is partially working, only light on/off mode is functional.

                        NEGLIGENCE TOWARDS CUTOMERS HEALTH ISSUES. WHO WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HEALTH ISSUES DUE TO SMELL IN WATER OF GEYSER. I have complained many times about the smell in water of the geyser . The technicians come and says that this problem never occurs and just come up with a temporary solution and just cleans the geyser . For one month the problem is resolved but after one month the problem reoccurs. Everymonth I have to go through this . Your technicians can't figure out the real problem. There is no smell in the inlet water of the geyser but there is smell in outlet water of the geyser . The technicians always say that this problem never occurs . We also know this problem is not common and not occurs . But this problem is happening. We are facing health hazards . Who would be responsible if we would have health issues because of this . I want a permanent solution to this problem. If you can't figure out the problem take the geyser and give it to your research team and replace my geyser . I have spent more than the cost of the geyser on the checking of the whole water system in my home and then we figured out the real problem is in the geyser. This kind of negligence towards your customers problems is not acceptable . This kind of service is disappointing. Either provide a permanent solution or replace my geyser .

                          Absolutely disappointed with the service from Havells! I purchased a water purifier, and despite raising an installation request on 14th Nov 2023 (Request No. [protected]), there's been no action from the Havells technical team. I've been following up every other day, and the lack of response is truly frustrating. This is not the level of customer service I expected from a leading brand like Havells.

                                    I had purchased 3 nos celling fan for over couching class but all celling fans not giving air well, complain registered to havells to change the all 3 nos fan but after 22 day no any action taken by havells. 3 times complain register but problem not solved by company. It is too bad its after sell service is too poor can not buy any product from this company.

                                        We purchased Havells fans on 22 August 2023.we have installed and though we put fan on highest speed (number 5) it's like it's running on low number.Air is very less and we are very disappointed.
