I have installed a new havells adonia electric geyser 25 litre. Just after 6 months o[censored]sage it is giving very foul smell from geyser water.

I have complained to havells customer care but the service center person is asking for money every time.

    I have bought 1 Havells OFR 13 FIN heater from SS Electronics and Electricals, Mall Godam Chauraha, Barhni, Siddharth Nagar. Please see attached invoice and Warranty card for details.

    Cost of purchase: 12600/-
    Date of purchase:[protected]

    This product was bought on 12 Dec 2022, and has not been used for more than a week. The main reason is, the electricity supply is not very good in this area (Barhni, siddharth Nagar) and hence the heater is not successful. This heatre has been kept packed since then and is actually not of any use to us. We have spoken to the dealer regarding the return of this product and he suggested speaking directly to havells.
    Please return this product for us so that our money and time is not wasted and you dont have a highly unsatisfied customer.

    Please let us know how we can get this item replaced?
    Also, please register this as a formal case so that we track its progress.

    We trust Havells for its product quality and customer services, and hope the same here as well.
    I appreciate your swift response in the matter on how to proceed.

      Sub: Request to replace defective
      product purchased recently.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I write to inform you that I, Gargi Mukherjee have purchased a lloyd window Air Conditioning machine from Zenith Lifestyle Zone on 01.05.2023, a copy of the invoice is attached herewith for your ready reference.
      Unfortunately, only after two months of purchase, the machine started ill functioning and an odd, foul smell started coming out from inside the machine.
      Accordingly, a service request had been initiated by my husband Monosij Ganguly online, through WhatsApp, ticket no. of which is [protected] dated 14/07/2023.
      Sushanta De, service engineer came on 15.07.2023 and cleaned the product. But problem remained the same. While he opened the machine my husband noticed about some painting inside the machine which, according to the service engineer is unusual in case of any new product.
      However, after his departure, the machine completely stop functioning on the same day. So again a complaint had been lodged vide ticket no.[protected]dated. 16/07/2023.
      On 17.07.2023 the same service engineer came and inspected the machine.
      He reported that PCB circuit is defective and needs to be replaced.
      Under this situation it is my request to completely replace the Air Conditioning machine as this is very unusual and unfortunate that after purchasing a product from such a reputed brand like llyod as well as Havells, an important part of the product turned defective within two odd months.
      In spite of repeated reminders it seems that nobody cares for the resolve this issue.

      Today also I tried to call the service team. But nobody took the call. Again to a toll free number I talked everything. I was assured of taking care of the matter. But again nobody from the service team contacted me or to visit my place to repair the machine.

        I had purchased the Havells water purifier model Active Plus on my transfer from Ahmedabad to Dehradun recently. The dealer has wrongly suggested & sold this product to me and neither was I advised by Havells technical team that this product is not suitable for the water quality of the area in Dehradun. The water is extremely bad in taste and cannot be consumed. Now, they are saying that RO type is required. Neither the dealer nor the helpdesk team is ready to help. I am attaching the copy of invoice & warranty card for your kind reference. I had requested help through the Email address of the company [protected]@havells.com on dates starting from 14 June with regular reminders till 28 June. The standard reply received is "We had forwarded your complain to our concern department, requesting you to please wait you will get the resolution ASAP." But till date the company has not offered any solution to the mis-selling of the product.

          I purchased one LLOYD INVERTER SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER from “AGARI ENTERPRISES”, ELECTRONICS & FURNITURES, D.NO.[protected], GANDHINAGAR, MOODABIDRI- 574227, ON[protected], After couple of months on[protected] I Got problem in the aforesaid LLOYD Inverter Split Air Conditioner and hence I was consulted the said Agari Enterprises, amongst you for repair of aforesaid Air Conditioner, After registering the complaint (complaint No:[protected] to service center the technician came and had checked the issue. He found that the PCB is not working properly and he said you needs to be repair. I asked if there is a warranty and your technician said that it is out of warranty, I said ok he repaired it and charged 2500,
          Then again I faced the same problem and filed a complaint to Agari Enterprises and service centre on[protected] At Agari Show Room (Complaint No: [protected]) your technician came and told me again that the PCB board is gone. Again I asked if there is a warranty and your technician said that it is out of warranty and you have to pay 10100 for this. I thought my warranty is finished so I paid him for a new PCB board.
          After this the same problem came again, I complained again to AGARI SHOW ROOM, and service centre on[protected]Complaint No: [protected]) the technician of the service center came and said that the PCB is damaged and you can spend again 10000. I got suspicious and mentioned the problem to my friends and they told me that your AC is Still Under warranty till on July 2023 and they sent me a proof. When I enquired about this at the said dealer and MANGALORE SERVICE CENTER, they irresponsibly replied that you have to pay for it without giving correct information. When I pressed a little loudly and asked them that it is under warranty, they gave me a PCB and some other components to me under the warranty, I Utterly shocked how it possible, then I got they are cheated me. Your service center and dealer are very irresponsible and deal with us in a loud voice.
          Last time they cheated me even though there was a warranty, now when I came to know about my warranty they claimed the warranty and gave me a new PCB. How is this Havells company cheating the customers? I WANT RETURN MY Rs. 10100 MONEY otherwise I will take legal action to your company and Service centere & Dealer.
          I received a message from your company Service technician JOHNSON ANTHONY his MOBILE NO: +91 [protected], but instead of Johnson Anthony the technician called ISHAAN came how it possible??? I asked an unknown person, he said Iam Havell's company Technician, what nonsence? Dealer Agari Show Room Gandhinagara Moodbidri and Havels Service Center Mangalore have cheated me, both of them have cheated me by taking my money, I request Havells company to pay attention to this and make sure that customers are not cheated.

              My Havells BLDC stopped working and i launched a compliant on 19th june. today it is 26th june. 8th day and still i havent got my fan fixed.
              the service person came after 2 days of the compliant and said that the board is gone and need to be replaced. I'm still waiting for them. there was not proper response when i contact them. It is one of the worst service situation that i have experienced.
              My fan is still under warranty yet they are not responding.
              Really disappointed.
              Good bye havells. lost all my trust on you. Worst service

                  I purchased Llyod AC on January 2023 and i had a problem with AC is not getting cool. I have placed couple of complaints through App and called to customer case four times and they escalated the request but no technician called so far.

                  We had a bad situation that it's too hot and have small kids not sleeping at nights. Would be great if someone can come and resolve this issue soon.

                  I have sent out email to Customer service and sent the reminder as well but no action taken yet. I was continuously following up with Havells through mobile or Email but i'm tired of sending emails or calling to Customer care team.

                  Below are the requests created and escalated for your information.

                    I have purchased 1.5 ton windows AC on 28th March 2021. After 1 and half year we have to face a gas leakage problem, which we had resolved ourselves. Now from last 2 days there is a sudden fall in cooling and a leakage sound with bubbles is being observed in the front coil.
                    Sir, we belong to a middle class family and for us it is very hard to purchase an AC. Now it is very shocking for us to find these types of defects so early after the installation. We can't afford to rectify this problem. Sir please do needful as earliest on humanitarian ground. Sir now it is from your side that our trust from such a big brand will be maintained.

                        Writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent purchase of two designer fans from Havells India. On April 2023, I purchased two decorative fans from your company with an invoice number HG/FE/007, at a cost of Rs 8500. While one of the fans is functioning perfectly, the other fan has been making excessive noise since its installation.

                        In an effort to rectify the issue, I contacted Havells India customer service representatives, who sent technicians from Saksham Enterprises to inspect and resolve the problem. The technicians attempted to fix the fan by changing the stator, bearing and capacitor, but unfortunately, their efforts were unsuccessful. They then suggested that the issue might be due to an incompatibility with the electric fan regulator and asked me to purchase a new one. I requested them to install other Havells fans from other rooms, which are not exhibiting any noise issues, but they insisted on buying a new regulator.

                        Reluctantly, I accompanied the executive to purchase a new regulator as per their recommendation. However, as expected, the replacement regulator did not resolve the noise issue with the fan. The Havells engineer acknowledged that the problem appears to be a manufacturing defect and stated that there was nothing more they could do to resolve the issue. The engineer also mentioned that they would explore the possibility of a replacement. However, without my knowledge or consent, Saksham Enterprises closed the complaint. This unauthorized closure of the complaint adds to my frustration and raises concerns about the transparency and professionalism of the service provided by Saksham Enterprises.

                        I must highlight that this entire process has not only been frustrating but has also wasted a significant amount of my time. It is evident that the faulty fan is a result of poor manufacturing by Havells, and as a consumer, I expect a prompt resolution to this matter. I kindly request that you replace the faulty fan at the earliest convenience, without causing any further inconvenience or delay.

                        I have always trusted Havells as a reliable brand and believe in your commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope that you will honor this trust by taking immediate action to address my complaint. I expect the replacement fan to be of the same model and quality as originally purchased.

                        If necessary, I am prepared to provide any additional information or documentation to support my complaint. I trust that Havells will prioritize customer satisfaction and promptly resolve this matter.

                        In the event that my concerns are not addressed satisfactorily, I may be compelled to explore alternative options to protect my rights as a consumer, which may include seeking legal recourse.

                            Dear Team,

                            I made complain to Lloyd customer care call id [protected] dated 24.05.2023, and did subsequent follow ups dated 27.05.2023 and 29.05.2023. I have been informing to Lloyd customer care that my air conditioner (purchased on 14.04.2023 which is not even 2 months old) is not working however even after 3 follow ups with customer care no service engineer visited my house to resolve the issue. No one from your team even bothers to inform me that how long it will take and when it can get resolved. Whenever I am enquiring about the resolution with customer care, no one is able to address it properly. I never expected this type of worst service from a brand like Havells . I made a mistake by choosing your product. Anyways I want my issue to be resolved immediately.

                                I must admit that my current state of mind is far from pleasant. I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the recent service experience I encountered for my Fabia 15Ltr geyser, which is still under warranty.

                                Approximately six months ago, I made the decision to purchase and install a Fabia 15Ltr geyser in my house. With great anticipation, I eagerly awaited the benefits of this product. Unfortunately, my expectations were shattered when the geyser abruptly stopped working. Considering the short period of time elapsed since the purchase, I promptly registered a complaint with your company, expecting a swift resolution under the warranty agreement.

                                However, my hopes for a hassle-free resolution were immediately shattered when a technician from your service team contacted me. To my utter disbelief, he had the audacity to inform me that the service for my geyser will be charged and demanded for a payment of INR 500, purportedly for tank cleaning, without even inspecting the geyser itself.

                                Allow me to emphasize the profound dissatisfaction I feel due to this experience. When I initially purchased the Fabia geyser, the dealer explicitly assured me that no additional service charges would be incurred during the warranty period. In fact, the dealer went so far as to reassure me that all servicing would be provided without any financial burden on my part, as long as the warranty was in effect. It is disheartening to realize that these promises were nothing but empty words, given the treatment I am currently receiving.

                                Upon carefully reviewing the warranty card provided with the product, I found no mention of any charges associated with routine maintenance or repairs during the warranty period. This further reinforces my stance that demanding payment for services that should be covered under the warranty is not only unprofessional but also unethical.

                                I am deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and misrepresentation of the warranty terms by your company. As a consumer, I have the right to receive the services promised to me without any unjustifiable financial burden. Therefore, I demand an immediate rectification of this matter and a resolution to the problem with my geyser, all of which should be provided to me without any additional charges.

                                I expect your prompt response to this email, clarifying the situation and outlining the steps that will be taken to address my concerns. Failure to provide a satisfactory resolution will leave me no choice but to escalate this issue further by seeking assistance from consumer protection agencies and sharing my unfortunate experience through various online platforms.

                                I trust that your company values its customers and strives to maintain a reputation of integrity and customer satisfaction. I eagerly await your swift response and a resolution that upholds the commitments made to me during the purchase of the Fabia 15Ltr geyser.

                                  Technician charing money for geyser under warranty

                                  I have got Fabia 15ltr geyser installed at my house and its been just 6 months which is still under 2 year warranty and now suddenly stopped working. I registered a complaint and after some time technician called and informed that the service is not free and i have to pay 500 for tank cleaning. Why should i pay when the geyser is still under warranty? when i bought it, the dealer shop mentioned no such thing and in-fact he said there won't...

                                  This is to inform you that I partha pratim paria have purchased geyser INSTAN104S10L SP FP WB W/O PRCD SWH and serial no 83LIGDH01311 on 24/11/2022 But suddenly I notic that its lower portion is unclosed then I call Service Center and they send technician After checking he says that there is a internal Screw point brekage in it, He suggests me that it will be replaced as it is under the warranty period, As his spech I inform this to Service Center but they deny to replaced it beccause their saying is that it is my fault and it happens after downfalling on the floor, But the technique checked thoroughly and he said that there is no external brekage It is only internal brekage
                                  So, I request you check my issue as early as possible otherwise I will complaine to consumer forum

                                    It's been 7 days since i have complained. Your part still haven't arrived and their employees and customer care centers does not even care about giving any information. This is humiliating how can a company like this be so Irresponsible. I would say you have looted your customers. Would never ever buy or let anyone around me buy your any items. Literally no freaking service.

                                      Dear Havells Customer Care,

                                      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service provided for my Havells air conditioner and seek your assistance once again.

                                      I had reached out to Havells for assistance with my air conditioner's cooling performance. While your service team responded after 10 days (8th May was the complaint submission and service was help on 19th May- request no.: [protected]) attended to the issue and performed the necessary maintenance, I regret to inform you that the problem still persists. Despite the service, the air conditioner is not producing sufficient cooling, causing discomfort in my space.

                                      Considering the inconvenience I am facing, I kindly request your immediate attention to address this unresolved complaint. Furthermore, I propose a course of action to accurately assess the cooling efficiency of the air conditioner. I kindly request your technician to visit my premises once again and conduct a temperature test using a temperature gun. This will provide objective data on the actual cooling output and help identify any underlying issues that may have been overlooked during the previous service visit.

                                      I have been a loyal customer of Havells, and I believe in the quality of your products and the professionalism of your customer service. Hence, I am confident that you will take my concerns seriously and promptly arrange for a technician to revisit my location to resolve the cooling issue.

                                      Please let me know the most convenient date and time for your technician's visit so that I can ensure someone is available at the premises to assist. Additionally, if there are any specific details or documents you require, kindly let me know, and I will be glad to provide them for further investigation.
