Hii team

I brought a new spilt Ac on 11/04/2023 But facing so many problems.
They are delivered me defective product.
1-Abnormal Sound Reflect indoor unit All time
2-Display light not stable it Fluctuate.
So i would Request to you after purchase 1month facing this issue so why i purchase new AC?
When a new thing is opened for Repair its no longer new, so please provide me with a new one.

I don't need any service. I need a new AC. Why I used faulty ac??????
I want to need return my money otherwise provide a new AC.
Why are you guys provide this type of defect product to consumer.

      I had purchased a havells pedestrian fan with serial number 57M[protected] on 24 April 2023. The fan started making noise from next week of purchase. The electrician who brought and installed fan had conveyed that he is from near by store Ganesh Electricals, New Thippasandra. He didnt give the bill, but provided guarantee card with date of purchase mentioned. Later I came to know person is not from Ganesh Electricals, and he is no longer reachable on phone.But the product is very new and Havells original. Still Havells service team deny to service the fan for free mentioning that bill is necessary. They affirm Guarantee card not enough. The service person came home did a small fix of some screw inside fan and fixed the issue. Since I asked for free service showing the Guarantee card and disagreed to pay money, he threw the fan parts down and damaged the fan and went.What kind of product Havells is selling which gets damaged in a week. Also what kind of service they provide where they send gundas and thieves home for service. AT any cost I need the money back and Havells should take back this product so that I can buy new product from other vendor. This is first Havells product I purchased and the experience make me file a case against them. Too unfortunate.

        I have bought a ac of llod(havells)15 days ago, till now after a lot request, lot of conversation to service centre and too many harassment, it is not installed. I have spent almost 1 hour everyday for calling the customer care, and issue is still not responded. As per their terms, It will be installed with in 24-48 hours after the service request. It has been 15 days after the request. till now nothing happened.

          I purchased the abovementioned juicer 27th march. From the first day of operation it was giving lound noises and i submit the complaint within 10 days. One technician came to my house and informed me the extractor blade and coupling has to be replaced. Now more than one month no repair has been done. But the technician had taken the KKG code from my mobile number which i got from havels and the next day havels send me notification that the repair has been done and case closed. I complained again to havels about this incident and till now no repair has been done. I regret for bought this havels stilus juicer from amazon with warranty.

            I would like to share one of the worst service experiences.
            I purchased a Havells water heater in 2018.

            On March 2023, I have done the first service. From that service, my water heater gets damaged frequently; calling Havells's customer care and service person's visit at my home has now become a daily routine.

            Two days back, I registered my 4th complaint after the service. The first three times Havells sent junior technicians and they solved the problem somehow, only for another problem to come up next day . Fourth time, my water heater got overheated and my maid's hand got burned.

            I informed same to customer care and asked them to take this as a serious concern, send a senior technician and they accepted it.
            But Havells sent the same junior technician again.

            Also, I have noticed that the person who gets assigned to the work and the person who visited my home were different. In addition, they closed my ticket with a prior date without resolution (this I got to know from customer care).

              I bought Lloyd split ac GLS1813FWCSV, on 3rd Feb 2023, and get it installed by Company's authorized team on payment of Rs 1200. On 12th of April 2023, I again raised a service request (Ref [protected]) as I want to get the product re-installed to another location, on 13th of April it was installed by company's service executive again on payment of Rs 2300 (Executive phone no: [protected]). All the payments I paid by online UPI.
              On 17th of April 2023, ac stopped cooling completely. I raised another service request with them again with Ref id [protected], which was attended by another executive (carrying phone no [protected]) on 18th of April, 2023, he checked and told me that during second time installation the gas was remained leaked by Lloyd executive, maybe he did not check properly the leakage then. He assured me as it is due to Company's executive fault and product is in under warranty too, it will be repaired by them, he assured me that he will visit tomorrow again and refill the gas and repair the ac properly.
              Since then, nobody came for resolution. I raised another service request on 21st of April 2023 with Ref no [protected], re-escalated it with company on 22nd of April 2023 & again re-escalated on 23rd of April 2023, but nobody visited nor even called to provide any solution!! Customer care executive just told over phone a standard reply, that “They are very sorry for the inconvenience I am facing, and I should wait for little more time and they will resolve this matter”.
              Please help me in this matter, as I am feeling tremendous mental torture in all this, it’s totally a mental harassment that a product consumer purchased for summer season and not abled to used when it required the most. I am feeling totally cheated and helpless.
              Looking for earlier resolution.

Today again water geyser got over heated and stopped working(one day back only they resolved, 3ed repair).This is fourth consecutive time heater getting damaged after the service. Every time havells sending junior technician and somehow they solved the issue. They are keep on looting money also.This time my family luckily escape from overheated water, but small burns in hand

                  I had registered a complaint for an exhaust purchased around 1 year back & which stopped working. Despite several follow up with the customer complaint on 12th Dec 2022 no one has turned up yet to check the product which is under warranty.

                  This is really mental harassment as no one is bothered to respond back after multiple calls and then one person called and said it's not in my preview so please talk to my supervisor and get it managed! And when I called the manager he said he is sending the engineer and it's been 5 minths since he is managing to send it. This is pathetic service by Havells.

                  I need a resolution to this or refund my money back, this is real fraud and cheating and I regret considering I have other products from Havells.

                  The number I have been connected to – is +[protected]/+[protected] beyond customer care.

                  Tarif[protected] the engineer took my fan repair and when I called him he said he is not authorized to say the status and do whatever you want to do!!!
                  All i have received is -"Dear Sankar, Your Product Service with ref no [protected] has been assigned to sehrun khan his mob no[protected]. He will fix an appointment before visiting - Havells"

                    I am writing to file a complaint regarding the delay in AC servicing that I have been experiencing. Despite making a request for service, I have not received any communication or response from any technicians. This has caused a significant inconvenience as my AC unit is in need of repair. I made the initial request on the 16th of April and to date, no technicians have been assigned to the job. I would appreciate a prompt response to this issue and a clear explanation of when I can expect the AC servicing to be completed.

                      I bought 2 geysers puro 25 litres from Aggarwal Electronics, Shiva Market, Pitampura, Delhi 110034 on 12/4/2023.
                      Yesterday, at the time of installation, the technician found that one of the geysers was damaged and there were no fasteners with it to install. Due to the negligence of the company/dealer, the very next day I had to rush to the shop in the scorching heat to replace the product losing the whole first hal[censored]nproductive. When the technician opened the poorly packed box, again there were no accessories in it and as a result, the technician returned without installing the geyser. You can verify with the technician concerned. Such a mockery of a consumer by a company of repute and its dealer is uncalled for. Who is responsible for the inconvenience caused to me and the loss of hours and resources? Please investigate and do the needful at the earliest. After receiving your response I will consider moving further.

                        I have registered complaint for water leakage of Havells RO pro at Lucknow 5 days ago. The product is under AMC. The message received that it will be serviced withing 24 Hrs. After expiry of 48 hrs no. call from service person was received. Then I filed another complaint but nothing done by havells. Yesterday the RO is completely stopped, then I have filed another complaint. But till date nothing done by the company.

                          We have raised a Service request with in warranty through customer service on 30th March and after continuous calling customer care for about 3, 4 days we have received a call from an agent . He said he will come tomorrow . From then he ignores our calls and Switch off his mobile and till today it has been 7 days still we didn't receive our service . Now our warranty expired yesterday . If they would have correctly assigned people to work we would have got our services . So I wanna complain against Havells for wasting our time and warranty .

                              I had done two water heater services from havells. Within 24 hours after the service, the first water heater got damaged. I reachedout havells and they send the same person. They repaired it but paid from my pocket. 5 days back my second water heater also stopped working. I informed Havells customers care on the same day, but no response from Havells after multiple reminders. I could have serviced my water heater from some other vendors. Last five years my water heater was working without any problems. But one service is done, both got damaged.

                                Hi,

                                I have lodged a service request on the 8th of March'23 (Tkt# [protected]). It was assigned to Shivam Gupta. There was no engineer visit. Only promises from the engineer that he would come the next day. Further he explained that he only has a cycle and he would not be in a position to visit. There was no response form him after that.

                                I again lodged a service request on the 17th of March as there was no response from the engineer. (Tkt # [protected]). I checked the status of the previous ticket and was informed that the previous ticket was closed with the status being "quote given to customer and customer rejected" This was strange to me because the engineer never even visited the location, giving a quote was never done, bur still the ticket was closed.

                                I asked the agent to escalate the matter and assign another engineer to the case. It was again reassigned to Shivam Gupta and I'm still not getting a response.

                                I called again on the 21st of March, and again i was told that the ticket will be escalated and there will be someone visiting my location by the afternoon. Still nothing. I even asked the agent to transfer me to the escalation desk or if i could speak to the supervisor, which he informed me that there is no supervisor to talk to and the escalation desk number was busy. He again promised me a call back from the escalation desk which never happened.

                                I am stuck with your Geyser which I paid a hefty premium for considering it was from a good brand and i would get a decent amount of service if needed. But this kind of response from the company is a joke. No one seems to be interested in solving this. I will be escalating this issue all over social media shortly as people need to be aware of the kind of service Havells offers. This is not only frustrating but I feel so cheated in buying a product from Havells and will never buy a product from your brand again and ensure the word is spread to other prospective customers.

                                I expect a response from the company shortly failing which this will be escalated.

                                  We purchased 2 Geysers 25 ltr from Havells. Installation not completed for one and the person left in between. Since it is a new house so we shifted a week back and when tried one of the geyser is not working. Now for last one week starting from 12 th march, after registering the complaint, we struggled hard to get the service person. We called 10 times, then a person asked to be at home at his preferred time we made sure to be available and service person did not come. After 7 days of such struggle, a person came on 19 th march and surprisingly without any effort he simply denied that I won't be able to check even. I don't know why he came?
                                  My request to Havells, Kindly deal with your customers sincerely. This is the complete nonsense we are facing.
                                  NOW I CANNOT TOLERATE, IN 3 DAYS TIME IF NOT RESOLVED AND RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM, LEGAL ACTION WILL FOLLOW.
                                  YOU CANNOT JUST SELL THE GARBAGE AND NOT RESPOND.

                                  In reference to the complaint posted on 21 st march 2023 we had a technician visiting our place on 24 march 2023. Again the technician refused to handle the problem . Technician demanded to uninstall the geyser than only he will see the geyser.
                                  since the installation was done by HAVELLS TECHNICIAN, they are demanding from us to uninstall. Uninstallation from any local technician would hamper the warranty. we request havells to give confirmation via mail o[censored]ninstallation from local technician. We are unable to use geyser. HAVELLS please provide a solution to this problem

                                    Dear Sir, I purchased a Lloyd 43" Android TV on 12.1.22. But the same was properly worked so we make complaints from June 22. Your technician came and repair it one and another occasion. Once they chand the product but the problem still remains /unresolved.

                                    One 27.2.23, I made a complaint through WhatsApp but till time none is bother to connect me. This is happening while I am taking daily follow up by talking to your customer care and your senior manager assured me to get the TV fixed soon.

                                    Now I am facing mental troma by getting worst product which creates lots of problems for me. My Family is unable to watch their favourite program from 27.2.23 onwards.

                                      I would like to bring to your kind notice the problem with our Havells geyser. Since November 2022 we have started facing trouble with our water heater. Initially, it was a bad smell, then leakage, then low heating and to date, the leakage in the geyser hasn't been fixed. Your expert has been unable to fix it despite numerous visits and replacement of the element, which they said was the cause of the leakage. Now the team is saying they cannot do anything and cannot offer a remedy. Please note: As instructed by the expert, we have already paid 2500/- rupees to replace the piece that would have stopped the leak but it did not happen. Please look into the matter so that the problem may be appropriately resolved.
