I am an ex employee of hcl and requested for a pf transfer and it is also credited in my current organisation account.

But in order to transfer the amount to my pf account, i need a annexure k from hcl pf team.

I was been following up with pf team from a very long time but they are not responding to my mails.

I have been an ex employee of HCL and wanted to transfer my PF account to current account in order to withdraw it.
I raised request on EPFO portal for same but request was rejected but no reason was given.
Based on form 13 that was submitted i could see that my father's name was wrongly updated in my HCL account.
I sent out multiple emails to HCL PF help desk in order to get it updated. But there was no response.
Finally tired of waiting, I went to HCl office in sec 126 Noida and was not allowed to meet any one but given one help desk no and email id. It took three days before i was able to reach a person on ph no. Anyhow when I contacted them it was like hitting a wall again and got the response that only the pf team can help in it and they are only accessibly on mails.
Now i have been trying to chase them but getting no response at all.

I am an ex-employer of hcl and worked in hcl for the period of 7 Feb 2007 to 24 Dec 2010.

Is there a way to get a copy of Provident fund statement(Provident Fund account number: HIL EPF Trust-HR/5572/125676), Payslip & Form 16 for the period of 7 Feb 2007 to 24 Dec 2010.

I had my pay slip and form 16 copies in my pendrive but it got corrupted. Any help is highly appreciated.

HCL has created two member IDs for my pension during my single tenure 26-Sep-2013 to 17-May-2016 (HCL Bangalore):
GNGGN[protected]: This is Valid and transfer is done to British Telecom.
GNGGN[protected]: This is the duplicate ID which does not exist in UAN portal one which is causing problems with PF transfer from British Telecom to Saama Technologies, companies I worked in after HCL, which is weird.

With difficulty got this email from friends in Noida although I worked in Bangalore!!: ([protected]@hcl.com) who First said all transfer done. And later said, Pension is not transferred and now they did and nothing pending. Told to raise grievance in EPFO, but with no clear input as to which office, which address. And have blocked my email also now.

I went to Regional PF office in Bangalore, they clearly said it is HCL issue, they need to sort this although they are rejecting it.

Now, when I figured out two member IDs, wanted step by step method to solve the issue but the Great HCL, is like one prison, no access anywhere. No contact number or email also.

I have been chasing from 6 months and no resolution. I have quit job and need PF for survival. PF office rejects the claim saying that Service not received from that Duplicate HCL member ID.

Why Should I pay 50k to a PF agent for no fault of mine to get something sorted caused by HCL? why can't HCL maintain one group to have a proper communication with ex-employees? British Telecom is a small company but still responds in less than 2 days for HCL issues also! but HCL, being Indian Company, can't maintain one proper channel or share proper email or contact numbers? Even security guard didn't allow me to enter HCL office, gave me some email IDs who never responded. Please raise this with HCL please. If needed, I can give more details if needed.

I am an ex-employee of HCL Technologies. I have raised a transfer request to my current employer TCS.
Now, when I take Form13 and asked their approval they are rejecting it saying that my DOJ is showing incorrect.
I donot know how come my DOJ on UAN portal showing as 01/Nov/2011 but actually my DOJ is 20/08/2012.

I tried contacting the pf office and they said to contact hcl office itself. No one from pf helpdesk or spoc responds to mail or calls and my pf money is stuck. My previous uan has also not been transferred to hcl and i dont know why. The root cause of all the claim rejection is due to the eps contribution at hcl- according to other pf offices.Kindly do the needful as i am badly in need of this money.
