PF Amount Not Transferred - Venugopal

Hi,

I am an ex- employee. SAP ID: 51407283

I wanted to transfer my pension balance (EPS) to my latest PF account. The system directs me to FactoHR site. However, I do not have a login id for the same.

Please let me know the process to either transfer my EPS balance or how to login to the FactoHR site.

Forced resignation

Address:Hcl sez Lucknow chak gazaria farms near ahmamamu

I have been a victim of wrongfully resignation, I was threatened by HR mr. Dharmendra vishvakarma that if I don't resign company is gonna terminate me and blacklist me as well . I got no support from any of my project managers moreover hr was always insisting on resignation. When I refused to I don't know how an offboarding request was raised on my behalf . No approval from IT team after resignation

Hi,
My SAP ID is 52027492 and I relived from HCL on 7th August 2023.

I have no pending company's assets with me yet IT team has not approved in offboarding Portal even after LWD.

Post this process only I will receive relieving letter and experience letter.I tried to contact multiple people but in vain....

Unable to login to my separation portal its sending OTP to my invalid HCL mail id

Hi Team,

Am unable to login to my separation portal by using the following link:

It is asking for otp and it is sending otp to my hcl email id which is not valid anymore. Now I am unable to access my hcl relieving letter and my pf account.

Exit date is not marked in EPFO portal

Geometric was acquired by HCL technology in 2017. I was working there.

Unable to transfer PF service history from HCL Tech to Current organization/pf account

Hi Team,

I’m an ex-employee of HCL Tech, I was worked in HCL technology in the year of 24-Mar-2014 to 17-june-2016.

There were challenges to transfer/migrate my service history from HCL PF/UAN account to current UAN account.

Due to the database corruption new UAN was allocated to me.

The HCL technology work history was not updated in the newly allocated UAN.

PF Transfer to current Employer

I am Salim Khan, an ex-Employee of HCL Technologies, Noida with Employee ID 51877512.

I have had raised my PF transfer request from HCL technologies to my Current Employer 7 months ago, which is still not completed.

In 2019, I received a mail from PF Trust to claim my PF from HCL Technologies, from where I left in 2012.

For about 4 years I have been sending mails to HCL PF team - the PF help desk, fnf settlement, etc.

Repeatedly I am being asked to register in the below link since I left before 2013 - https://wf30.myhcl.com/PFPortal/UserRegistration/UserRegistration

This morning too it says "Record Exists"....

I recently transferred my pf from hcl to current organisation. Got my Annexure k with pf details but didn’t get eps details received in rpfo, and my partial withdrawal claim is stuck because of this.many mails to pf office and no help.any help onthis reagrd is appreciated...
