I am an ex employee of HCL and requested for a pf transfer and when i check the status of pf transfer it shown as amount settled. But amount shown was zero.

But in order to transfer the amount to my pf account, i need a annexure k from HCL pf team.

I was been following up with pf team from a very long time but they are not responding to my mails.

        I have received a letter of demand from Hcl Tech of Rs 20115.I have joined last year and resign within a month without even working there a single day.
        Haven’t collected laptop or any id card
        I was in the probation period.Not submitted physically any document, neither visit physically the office of Hcl Tech.
        My mom was suffering from cervical at that point of time and i asked them to give me wfh but they couldn’t...

            After multiple follouwp for weeks, I am not able to get Pension Service annexure-k required.

            As per EPFO there should have no contribution while I was employeed with HCL but due to wrong contribution done by HCL I am not able to transfer my PF to my Current Organization.

              I am unable to login to the off boarding portal for previous pay slips and other information I need to apply to new jobs.

                    I joined HCL on 15 March 2023 as a Senior Executive (HR).
                    I visited office also for a weak but due to my family conditions, I came to my hometown to visit the family as my mother was unwell.
                    She was suffering from covid 19 thus I requested my manager to allow work from home for Intial Some days but they didn't allowed & now they seperated me from the system.

                    Please help me as I am the only earning member in my family.

                          Actually i unable to login with my Password, so tried with forgot password.
                          When i checked my Email details submitted by me was Client Mail ID PRANAYA.[protected]@AXALTACS.com, by mistakely i have done, now i didn't have Access to that Client Email because i am not with HCL Currently.                                 I've been facings issues with login to Separation tool from many months. Sending mail is not getting any traction. I just keep getting mails, that I need to transfer my PF. But if I'm unable to log in to Separation tool, how can I do that I'm unable to understand. Sending mails does not help at all. No one responds so have to raise complaint in consumer forum sadly.

                                  I had been following up with pf helpdesk on my pf withdrawal & i had been communicated on Oct 20, 2022 that the amount would be released in 8-10 working days.

                                  In HCL PF portal it is showing transfer is done but EPFO portal is showing 0 as approved amount and the request is complete.

                                  However, in spite of multiple follow ups neither the amount was released, nor did i hear back from pf helpdesk on Annexure K.

                                  I request you all to take the necessary action & transfer the amount ASAP.
