I haven't got form-16 through mail and when I'm trying to login into separation portal it says otp has sent but I never receive otp to my mail I need form-16 for itr can someone look into and resolve...

My last working day is on March 23rd 2033 and still I didn't received my Form-16 either by email or exit management portal. There is no response for email requesting for Form-16 it's a bad experience towards experience from a reputed company. If possible could you please take this up issue and provide solution on this. There is a short time to submit ITR.

My hcl separation portal is not opening, When I was login it's showing OTP send to mailid but I am not receiving mail. Can please resolve this issue, I need payslips asap.

I am an ex employee of hcl and requested for a pf transfer and it is also credited in my current organization account.

But in order to transfer the amount to my pf account, i need a annexure k from hcl pf team.

I was been following up with pf team from a very long time but they are not responding to my mails.

As I have resigned from hcl, HCL technologies has marked a Recovery of Project Allowance against me. This project Allowance was given to me as INR 25000/- per month for 8 months (taxes additional) so the total amount is INR 200000/- which they are trying to recover from me. As per the NITES update, HCL cannot recover allowances paid to employee because it is really difficult for the employee to arrange such a big amount. This is also a violation...

I am an ex employee of hcl and requested for a pf transfer from HCL to Wipro and it is still not credited my current employer, and they are requesting for Annexure-K to verify if the transaction is happened at all.

Separation portal is totally useless as it's not allowing to login since May 2022, everytime it show otp error or exception.

I was following up with pf team from a very long time but they are not responding...

    Can login to separation portal. Its asking for code which needs to be sent to me gmail id but not receiving. It seems that it is sending to hcl id which is not valid for me.

      I am an ex employee of hcl technologies, then moved to CTS and now working for another organization.

      I had epf and pension in hcl. The epf successfully got transferred from its 'hcl trust' to CTS epfo account but pension did not get transferred.

      I realized it very recently after applying for claim, it got rejected with reason that the pension not received from hcl technologies to CTS epfo account.

      [protected]@hcl.com sent email asking either to withdraw or transfer PF else they would tranfer to EPFO. Transfer request need MID/UAN of establishment which is not present in payslip.

      Email communication is tough and hence it talks about whatsapp number to get help - [protected] last seen is 2 days ago!

      Separation portal is so separated that inspite of 2 password resets (reset not change) in a span of 30 minutes,...

        Hi there,

        I was your employee 3 months ago on a 3rd party payroll. My salary is still stuck for one month because of my manager as he changed my code in the portal which shows that my attendance isn't complete, earlier he approved the timesheet but then again I don't know what made him think to change the code. My SAP ID is 51858855.

        Kindly look into this as I'll escalate this now to consumer forum or labour...

          I am unable to download my experience letter from the HCL separation portal. it shows the error :experience letter not found".
          Tried reaching out to settlement teams through emails, but I am not getting any responses.

          This is really very urgent for me at this moment to proceed with my new job.
