Full and final settlement not recieved

Hi Team,

I was informed that I will receive my full & final settlement after 10 working days from the relieving date (30/08/2024).

As more than 10 working days passed, no proper response from FNF team. My HR manager relies on FNF team but they didn't reply.

      Hi Team,

      My EPS service not transferred from HCL to RBS and need help to get it transferred.

      PFB service history details:

      [protected] HCL
      [protected] RBS

      PF is transferred from HCL to RBS successfully.

      [protected] Epsilon
      2023- till now - Natwest

      I am trying to get my PF transferred from RBS to Natwest but they are saying "PF money was transferred from HCL to RBS but EPS service is pending so please apply through UAN Portal for EPS Service."

      Please help in how I can do that as RBS is not my current company now.

        Transfer PF/FPF amount from HCL trust to EPFO

        I had been following up with PF help desk (HCL_PF.[protected]@hcl.com) for last 4 months to transfer my PF/FPF from HCL PF trust to EPFO. To prove myself as a right person, I had given all sort of documents. So many follow up. They are not user friendly, and they don't say all request in one short.         When I try to login it shows

            I joined HCL in Nov 2019, after three months lock down started in India. and we start working from home. I lost my father in this Covid in Aug 2022. and after that circumstances has been changed in my family.
            in 2023, when Covid infection situation got normal, 1 got receiving mail from HCL to start working from Office. but due to my family situation, i requested to my RM and HR, that is can not work from office. i will continue my work from home only.
            there were multiple mail communication happen on this, and every mail i have responded to my HR (Dharmendra Viswakarma) that i can not work form Office.
            Even we have telephonic conversation with Dharmendra Viswakarma and i strait forward told him that my family situation is not good so i can not come to office.
            After that Dharmendra vishwakarma initiated a showcase letter against me and send to my address. again I revert him on mail, while i am informing you on mail then how you can send me the show case letter.
            But he didn't stop and send me 3 letters and block my HCL credentials.

            I thought now, there is nothing to do more, I submitted HCL asset (Laptop, Bag, Mouse) to the IT department. and ID and access card to HCL Admin department. and take the Clarence.

            After few days when i receive F&F mail, they send me the recovery with amount for around 5.47 L. I was shocked.
            I send multiple mail to the HR team and HCL top management as well to waive off this much amount, which is not logical. but not get any support here.

            If this portal really help in such situation, i will be very thank full to you all.

              HCL employer details(PF) are not updated under UAN service history

              Address: Hyderabad

              I am Velpula Koteswararao (Ex Hclite). I need help from you regarding the UAN service history. Employer information has not been updated on the service history of the UAN portal. Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

              Approached multiple HCL pf team and concerned teams but I am not receiving proper update and issue was still same.

              Even I raised query with grievance portal but as per them need to contact with HCL...

              Hi, my joining date was 29th January 2024, already extended twice now on my new joining date 19 Feb 2024 also I did not received any update or status on my BGV or joining confirmation. Recruiter not picking the phone, not replying to the email. I am not able to understand how BGV is taking too much time, it is more than one month BGV is going on, I have given all documents and information to them, they are not asking me for any documents/information...

              Pension Amount Details not available in EPFO Passbook Portal

              Hello Team, I left from HCLTech on 30 Jun 2023 and my PF amount has been settled. But, I am trying to find the pension amount in my HCLTech PF statement, but it was not there.                 Hi Team,

                I have already settled the full and final settlement amount of 70344.97 from my side on[protected] and shared the payment proof to [protected]@hcl.com on mail. According to the previous communication it was written in the mail that experience letter will be available within 2 working days on the ex-employee portal. Its already 10 days now, and as of now i haven't received any acknowledgement or reply.

                I have sent emails and multiple reminders, and raised grievance ticket on ex-employee portal, yet there is no reply and haven't received my experience letter yet.

                    When trying to login to the HCL separation portal, the personal email id field (mandatory field) is greyed out so i am unable to enter the email id to proceed on the login page. I have tried different browsers and different laptops but its the same. Kindly reaolve or auggest a workaround.
