I am one of the customers who fall into their trap. Last month I got a call from HDBFS regarding a loan which is a secure loan against HSBC policy. They convinced me and I purchase a 21000 rupees policy. They told me that after I received the policy paper then my loan process will start. On date 20/09/2022 I received my policy paper through courier. From that day till now they are making me a fool by giving me time. Every day they call me or I call them then they use to say that "sir tomorrow you will receive a call from the loan department" But till now I didn't receive any call from any of the loan department. Last week they told me that I will receive my loan within 6 October 2022, and today (04/10/2022) the HDBFS lady told me that it will take 10 to 12 days more to get the loan amount. I am sure it's a big scam by HDBFS just making the commission and selling the policy they are making people fool. I have all the recording conversations between me and HDBFS team from day one to till date. I will wait for 10 days more let's see what HDBFS tells after 10 days says. After that, I will viral all the voice conversations and also going to complain on the consumer forum.

The HDBFS lady name is Diviya sharma and Mitali jain.

I am Ashutosh Mishra. I also falled with this type of fraud case. Some days before I have got a fraud call from Abhishek Pandey mob no.-+[protected].
Then got a call from +[protected]. Till now he is with my contact. He called that he is a manager and told me that I will get a loan against the policy of minimum 500000/- and with out interest but I have to take a policy of 50000/year.
I have taken the policy on 24th April 2022 from Bharti AXA for a year of 12 years.
I have got that policy bond paper in 15 days.
Then loan process continues for 2months. Then one day a call comes and told that company will give me a extra money of 110000.
So my loan amount is 710000/-. I have to take another policy of 62000/- as processing fee refundable money.
Again taken a policy of 62000/ from india first company for a duration of 20 years.
Then already 6 months gone and on 29/09/2022 I have got a call from Abhishek Mathur called him that from transaction department from [protected] and told that my loan amount is above 500000 and unable to transaction. So I have to make a cc account.
To open that account I have to pay 50000/- again.
Now I realised that this company is fully fraud company.
Please refund my Full amount. I am unable to continue the both policy.
Please help me.

I am Dharmender kumar Hdb23543, given my life 8+ years in hdb financial services Ltd, used to seat Delhi dilshad Garden. I took voluntarily relinquished from over ther. on my resignation mail clearly mentioned that i can serve only 60 day notice period rest will pay pending day's amount of recovery. But company denied for same on at a time. Even not informed me on my 1st initiated mail. followed up with all HR but not getting any response from over there. Pls help me on same, as I am going on depression on day by day. even mentally disturbed too. even I have been seen in past that staff didn't serve the notice period & clear their due & got Relieving letter, ( Ex - Hdb65178 _ hdb37424) but in my case they are totally denying. Pls help & support

Sir I bought an air conditioner on installments on 6th June 2022 whose loan number is 24698653

Sir, I have not been able to pay my August month installment due to kidney damage of my wife. I have spent a lot of money on my wife's treatment. I request you that I should be given 2 months time to deposit the installments for the months of August and September. But the executive of HDB Financial Services is not understanding my problem and is talking rudely to me on the phone And threatening to come home. I request you that please give me some time to deposit the installment so that I can also treat my wife well.

Please understand my problem, I am going through a very bad time at this time.
I request the Reserve Bank of India that please do not force me HDB Services for payment now and please give 2 months time to deposit the installment.

I have also informed the Reserve Bank of India about this matter through a letter.

The commitment given by the manager is different from loan amount disbursed.
To discuss on this complaint we came to respective branch to discuss with branch manager.
But they had kept waiting me for past two and half hours and still waiting.
I just asked either do the loan as per commitments given to me or else close the loan which was disbursed without my intimation.
