    I have a saving a/c no [protected] in the name of Gagandeep kaur/Prabhjit Singh at focal point branch, ludhiana.
    I have given to request to branch manager Rai Saheb for degrade the account from 25000 avg.balance to 10000 avg balance in the month of dec2016 but the same has still not done & moreover I had been charged with non maintainance chgs.I have visited the branch twice last month & I was told it account will degraded in march & all the chgs will also be reversed in first week of march.
    Ii think no one is bothered about the customer.
    Please do the needfull on priority basis

    I have noticed a Fuel Surcharge deduction of Rs. 11.50 from my account for a swipe made towards fuel payment in the Petrol pump.

    Kindly help with the explanation of why the deduction took place and how the deduction has been made without any authorization.

      On 04/03/2017 i booked one order from amazon. But after i cancelled that order amazon already processed the refund to my account but the amount is not credited. Please help me with this..         With reference to your cashless authorization request for hospitalization of above mentioned patient, we have scrutinized your request with respect to policy terms & conditions. And we regret to inform you that we are unable to sanction the cashless benefit for the said hospitalization due to following reasons :
        As per the documents submitted, patient admitted on 04/03/2017 for the treatment of carcinoma uterus. Patient is a known case of epilepsy before the first inception of the policy (29/07/2013). There is history of epilepsy for the last 15 years . Insured had not disclosed the ailment while purchasing the policy. Hence there is non disclosure of material facts and thus this claim is being repudiated under Section 10 r ii. of policy terms and conditions. .

          When I went to open a salary account at the HDFC bank in khatipura branch jaipur they asked for my original pan card and original adhar card. For security reasons we don't keep any original documents with us as we keep shifting our residence as my husband gets posted to various places. I had attested copies of all the documents and a letter from my current employer stating that I am working at their college. Initially one representative said everything was okay and I can open an account. Then this other guy says no without original documents we cannot open an account. I requested him and stated that for security reasons we don't keep any originals but I have attested documents of the same. But he didn't budge and then started becoming rude. We have opened an account in SBI with the same documentation and attested copies of the adhar and pan cards and had no problems with SBI. HDFC should work on their customer service. If you keep being rigid you will lose a lot of customers. There are ways and means to check through pan card number whether we are genuine or not. Worst experience of my life in this bank.

            This is vinit kabra from pun​​e​​ ​​, maharashtra, india.​

            My wife, mrs. Megha vinit kabra is having
            ​savings ​bank account with hdfc bank ltd (Address - s. No. 571/ crystal room, near suryaprabha garden, kenjale nagar, bibvewadi kondhwa, pune - 411037, ifsc code - hdfc0000962).
            My wife is having savings account with this branch.

            Today, on 4th march, 2017, at 1.15 pm, myself, vinit kabra went to the branch to deposit cash in my wife’s account. But to my surprise, cashier, mr. Rahul patil has told me that hdfc bank has started charging rs.150/- as a third party deposit as i am not account holder and my wife is account holder. So he suggested that my wife, mrs. Megha vinit kabra has to come to deposit cash in her account and if i; vinit kabra deposits, it will be considered as third party and rs. 150/- charges will be applied. So, i asked him notification, and he rudely told me to read the notification pasted on cash counter. I asked for branch manager, and he said he is on leave today.

            The question arises today:- 1) husband depositing cash in wife’s savings account and it’s a 1st cash transaction of the month, is considered as third party deposit in home branch. It is something weird that husband is considered as third party to wife in banking language. Is this the way banking system is heading?? Is this the way cash less economy works considering husband a third party to wife??

            2) if some lady is pregnant or sick or in the hospitalized, or any other person is in icu or very ill; the great hdfc bank will expect him to come to deposit cash as his wife will be third party to husband. Also is wife has gone to collect child in a school and then it is expected by hdfc bank to come to home brach with a small child to deposit cash in a hot summer to save from charges as husband is considered as third party.

            3) hdfc bank is heading towards a great way of rulling out indian tradition considering husband and wife to be third party to each other.

            4) also tomorrow i. E. On 5th march, we are having car loan due date, and if get bounced, hdfc bank charges a heafty amount, will they consider this scenario or hdfc bank will have its own rules and regulations.

            5) also this branch is having 2 cash counters and its always use only 1 cash counter for clients. (Please check their own cctv system for last 2 months.) irrespective of crowd.

            6) the question arises, hdfc bank ; is this the right way to work to consider husband as a third party for wife to deposit cash in wife’s account and that too in a home branch and 1st cash transaction of the month. Does hdfc bank wants to earn lot of money from clients with this way???

            ​please help us to save from banking charges and making husband-wife relationship as a third party relationship.

            ​is this called cash less economy wherein husband-wife relationship is hampered???​

              Our a/c no. Is [protected] (Sifat creation), i drop a cheque no. 000705 (Rajeev cloth house) on 27.01.2017 to your branch, but cheque is not cleared and not return in our account till date, and bank not inform me that your cheque is not clear in one and half month, i contact the branch mata rani chowk but branch not return the cheque and bank employee asked me that written in the letter head to the (Rajeev cloth house, jandiala) to return the cheque this is not possible to letter head for party in jandiala and dated 02.01.2017 withdrawal rs.5175/- i again contacted the branch, but not properly guide and some times cheque number is wrong mentioned in bank statement, i again contacted but staff is not properly discussed me, he always say that contact the complaint number
              Our two current a/c in our branch, and limits are 80 lac & 15lac, but i m not satisfy the branch. So i request you to kindly look into the matter and issue me all above mentioned problems.

                  Dear sir.. I have taken the personal loan[protected] of rs.80000 with hdfc bank for 60 months emr tenure.. I have completed 29 emi (Rs.55187) and after that i could not able to continue the emi regularly due to financial crisis and personal family issues. So i have asked some times with bank for paying the emr but that also i cant done could not able arrange money.. After that bank person has called and given the offer for settlement plan of rs.10, 000 against the principle outstanding of rs. 24813 and bank had waived the interest for whole loan amount and asked to make immediate payment withotu any official mail communication and documents. So i have denied and asked the official mail from his end for further arranging money.. But after that i have not received any calls from their end for 6 months and last one month back got the call from one person and he used to talk bad words and irritated words. He called to my office and informed to my manager about my financial transaction and due to that i got bad remarks in my job and got transferred. After two months again i got the call from same person from different numbers and used same unwanted words and given the harassment. I have informed him am in meeting you may call later but he has continuously calling to me from various numbers and given the mental torture.. Due to that i cant concentrate in my works and big head ache.. I have asked the mail from his official mail id but he not at all sending then how i believe and make the payment. Please stop this type on nonsense actives and take necessary action against him. I already confirmed i cant make the payment when he called to my company and informed by personal matters to company.. It is totally violation of rbi policy.. Pls do the needful.

                    All the EMIs have paid and I was sent a message that Closure document has been dispatched by ordinary post on 1.12.2016 which has not been received till date. The last EMI payment was made from my account [protected] vide cheque number S[protected] on 1.11.2016.
                    I went to the my parent branch of hDFC at sector Omega in Greater Noida, GB Nagar and was told to contact another branch in sector 18, Noida.
                    Kindly ensure that I receive the closure report document with NOC from the HDFC bank at the earliest.

                            This complaint is with regard to refusal of my documents by hdfc salesman.
                            I have submitted all my documents to this salesman last week to avail home loan in hdfc bank. However, this salesman is now refusing to give back my documents is also not responding to my calls and sms. I try reaching him everyday but he doesn't respond. Request you to handover all my documents to mail immediately. Any misuse of my documents has to be barred by hdfc bank only.

                              6 years ago I started correcting all my documents so they contain the right name, address and birth day. And since 6 years I try to get HDFC Life to update this data on the life insurance. First they said "No problem mdama, we'll do it, don't worry", but nothing happened. Then later they started to send me around in circles from one office to the next to email and back. Their customer service is crap, unhelpful and incompetent. They only do something when they want money.

                                Hello,

                                My account was closed on 04/02/2017 without my consent. I visited the branch and I got to know that my account was closed.
                                Upon the request they gave me the details of closure of my account.
                                So On that day I visited the branch from where my account was closed I requested them to produce me the documents where I requested for closing the account. They provided me with the same but I was stunned to see the signature on it but I requested them to start the investigation but they refused to do soo ???
                                I am sure that I did not close my account.
                                I drafted them emails but there was no action nor email reply.
                                Once I received the email from the manager that we can just give the letter that your account is been closed on so and so date which I already had latter in 10 mints I received the text message that your complain ticket is closed??
                                Is this service that they provide whereas the other bank actually investigate the matter and help the customers.

                                I received a call from Mr -------- stating that he can provide me the documents of the account closure.

                                I fail to understand that I know that the account has been closed. I just want the answer how it has been closed without my consent. Under section 464 in the Indian penal court forging somebody's signature is a crime . Still You people are taking this lightly as if nothing has went wrong and closing my case . Is it fair enough to satisfy a customer who is placing her plea to sort out the matter . Can someone really relay on your bank . Today it is savings bank .. can you give me the confidence that no other documents will be signed by him and produced to you in future without my consent and your bank employees by tallying my signature proceed with the same.

                                Please do not play merry go round with me. I have already filed a complaint against this matter of which copy of the same will be attached soon.

                                Please sort out the matter at the earliest.

                                I Mrs ------ is holding saving account in your bank with account number [protected]----in your[protected]West). I visited the branch today i.e 22nd February 2017 to enquire about my account and I was dejected to hear that my account was closed on 04/02/2017. I informed the branch that I haven't requested for a closure but then they showed me a letter which contained signature of myself and my husband for the closure request.

                                Sir, I write to inform you that I haven't signed any application form and I am not staying with my husband from the last two years. I just want to ask that when a bank receives application for closure and I was not present physically, Is there
                                any rule for confirmation for the account closure. I am the first holder in the account inspite of that without confirmation the entire fund was transferred to the second holders account. That is my husbands account .

                                But closure of account without my consent is who's fate ???? If the matter is not resolved I will be forced to go to the consumers court.

                                Kindly look into the matter. If you need any kind of verification or co operation I am ready to extend.

                                  Mr. Nishil Narendrabhai Madhani was having loan against commercial vehicles from your bank. (loan Agreement number -3438919 & 3438922). I (Kishor Punjalal Shah) was guarantor for his loan.
                                  Now Mr. Nishil Narendrabhai Madhani has fully paid up loan (Ref. No. 3438919/1/ADF13862/311216/C/001 &[protected]/1/ADF13862/311216/C/001)
                                  He has received closure advised also and there is no liability pending for him.

                                    Amount 25 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

                                      My balance 990 rupees deducted from account but there is no update in mini statement, in net banking and other. how come balance deducted with out any clarification in any were, trying to reach customer care but there is no result and here our Visakahapatnam location we are not getting any good service at all.

                                        I paid rs 1000 to pay tm on 17 jan. 2017 thru hdfc credit card no.[protected] but money is not credited t0 pay tm a/c so far inspite of registering complaints to paytm and hdfc bank
                                        transaction date[protected] transaction settlement on[protected] amount rs 1000/-merchant name -paytm noida india authaorisation code 022284
                                        I hold HDFC bank credit card No: [protected]. I am having issues with the bank for the last 2 months. In the month of Jan I dropped the due amount before due date. But got a call saying that the payment has not been received. They asked me to do net banking or deposit cash. Which I refused so they sent their agent and the cheque got though.
                                        Again in the month of Feb I dropped a cheque before due date at HDFC, Broadway branch, Chennai. But they called me up saying that payment has not been received. (I am a card holder for over 10 years, If you go through the record you will never find a default). Was asked to do net transfer or deposit cash in bank. I refused. So they sent their agent. I issued a cheque on 20.02.17, against receipt no : [protected] for Rs 1100/- but again I got a call on 22.02.17. saying that the cheque has been returned by my bank due to some mismatch. When I asked for more info was told to clarify with my ban k or wait till i get my cheque by post with exact reason for return.
                                        I clarified with my bank and they said they have not returned any cheque. o again the same story deposit by netbanking or cash, I refuse so they send the agent again on 22.02.17. . I issued a cheque on 20.02.17, against receipt no : [protected] for Rs 1100/- but again I got a call on 28.02.17. saying that the cheque has been returned by my bank due to some mismatch. When I asked for more info was told to clarify with my ban k or wait till i get my cheque by post with exact reason for return.
                                        They said that 28th was the last day for accepting cheques. Hence asked me to pay a minimum due of Rs 400/- in cash at the bank. So on 28.02.17. I paid cash of Rs 400/- at HDFC Broadway, Chennai.
                                        My question is I was told that both the cheques were returned by the bank due to mismatch. Which were supposed to be returned to me. How come the 2 mismatch cheques get passed on 01.03.17 and the other one on 03.03.17. My bank confirms that it has not returned any of my cheques for any reasons.
