[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Account still not degraded from last three months | |||
I have a saving a/c no [protected] in the name of Gagandeep kaur/Prabhjit Singh at focal point branch, ludhiana. I have given to request to branch manager Rai Saheb for degrade the account from 25000 avg.balance to 10000 avg balance in the month of dec2016 but the same has still not done & moreover I had been charged with non maintainance chgs.I have visited the branch twice last month & I was told it account will degraded in march & all the chgs will also be reversed in first week of march. I had made a transaction of 10000 from my payzapp to my bank account on 4 march 2017 but the money is credited.

I have noticed a Fuel Surcharge deduction of Rs. 11.50 from my account for a swipe made towards fuel payment in the Petrol pump.
Kindly help with the explanation of why the deduction took place and how the deduction has been made without any authorization.
