I have a policy with your bank policy no:[protected] at a yearly premium of rs 25000 and forcefully staff of your insurance company open this in name of my mother and my mom and dad are not educated so they don't have any knowledge regarding this policy.my 2 installment are paid and when my dad told me about this all policy was lapsed..its not our fault your insurance company staff told us they will come every year to collect cheque...

I had bought policy(sampoorn nivesh)online from my Mobil app on 16/12/2016 and the application no is[protected] and my money was debited from my account but till date not received any documents and its very difficult for me to communicate as I'm in UK at the moment experienced a very bad service from hdfclife as never expected have more policies thinking of withdrawing them....

This is poor response from HDFC bank. No response from escalation dept .
Raising so many tickets, they are not responding.

Without my authorization, the bank deducted 28.75 Rs. for fuel surcharge.
Even central govt said no bank should charge additional charge if cards are used in fuel stations. Even other banks giving offer if we use cards.

What is wrong with HDFC.? What is digital...

On 27th Jan Using PAYZAPP mobile app I have recharged TATAsky DTH account. The money got debited from my HDFC bank account and I got a msg also received a message from Payzap saying transection is successful.
