This complaint is with regard to refusal of my documents by hdfc salesman.
I have submitted all my documents to this salesman last week to avail home loan in hdfc bank. However, this salesman is now refusing to give back my documents is also not responding to my calls and sms. I try reaching him everyday but he doesn't respond. Request you to handover all my documents to mail immediately. Any misuse of my documents has to be barred by hdfc bank only.

    6 years ago I started correcting all my documents so they contain the right name, address and birth day. And since 6 years I try to get HDFC Life to update this data on the life insurance. First they said "No problem mdama, we'll do it, don't worry", but nothing happened. Then later they started to send me around in circles from one office to the next to email and back. Their customer service is crap, unhelpful and incompetent. They only do something when they want money.

      Hello,

      My account was closed on 04/02/2017 without my consent. I visited the branch and I got to know that my account was closed.
      Upon the request they gave me the details of closure of my account.
      So On that day I visited the branch from where my account was closed I requested them to produce me the documents where I requested for closing the account. They provided me with the same but I was stunned to see the signature on it but I requested them to start the investigation but they refused to do soo ???
      I am sure that I did not close my account.
      I drafted them emails but there was no action nor email reply.
      Once I received the email from the manager that we can just give the letter that your account is been closed on so and so date which I already had latter in 10 mints I received the text message that your complain ticket is closed??
      Is this service that they provide whereas the other bank actually investigate the matter and help the customers.

      I received a call from Mr -------- stating that he can provide me the documents of the account closure.

      I fail to understand that I know that the account has been closed. I just want the answer how it has been closed without my consent. Under section 464 in the Indian penal court forging somebody's signature is a crime . Still You people are taking this lightly as if nothing has went wrong and closing my case . Is it fair enough to satisfy a customer who is placing her plea to sort out the matter . Can someone really relay on your bank . Today it is savings bank .. can you give me the confidence that no other documents will be signed by him and produced to you in future without my consent and your bank employees by tallying my signature proceed with the same.

      Please do not play merry go round with me. I have already filed a complaint against this matter of which copy of the same will be attached soon.

      Please sort out the matter at the earliest.

      I Mrs ------ is holding saving account in your bank with account number [protected]----in your[protected]West). I visited the branch today i.e 22nd February 2017 to enquire about my account and I was dejected to hear that my account was closed on 04/02/2017. I informed the branch that I haven't requested for a closure but then they showed me a letter which contained signature of myself and my husband for the closure request.

      Sir, I write to inform you that I haven't signed any application form and I am not staying with my husband from the last two years. I just want to ask that when a bank receives application for closure and I was not present physically, Is there
      any rule for confirmation for the account closure. I am the first holder in the account inspite of that without confirmation the entire fund was transferred to the second holders account. That is my husbands account .

      Sir, I agree not staying with my husband is my fate
      But closure of account without my consent is who's fate ???? If the matter is not resolved I will be forced to go to the consumers court.

      Kindly look into the matter. If you need any kind of verification or co operation I am ready to extend.

        Mr. Nishil Narendrabhai Madhani was having loan against commercial vehicles from your bank. (loan Agreement number -3438919 & 3438922). I (Kishor Punjalal Shah) was guarantor for his loan.
        Now Mr. Nishil Narendrabhai Madhani has fully paid up loan (Ref. No. 3438919/1/ADF13862/311216/C/001 &[protected]/1/ADF13862/311216/C/001)
        He has received closure advised also and there is no liability pending for him.
        It has came to know, that you have put some remarks in my CIBIL score and you have not rectified my credential in CIBIL till today.
        I request you to do needful earliest to rectify my CIBIL score.

          Amount 25 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

              I paid rs 1000 to pay tm on 17 jan. 2017 thru hdfc credit card no.[protected] but money is not credited t0 pay tm a/c so far inspite of registering complaints to paytm and hdfc bank
              transaction date[protected] transaction settlement on[protected] amount rs 1000/-merchant name -paytm noida india authaorisation code 022284
              I hold HDFC bank credit card No: [protected]. I am having issues with the bank for the last 2 months. In the month of Jan I dropped the due amount before due date. But got a call saying that the payment has not been received. They asked me to do net banking or deposit cash. Which I refused so they sent their agent and the cheque got though.
              Again in the month of Feb I dropped a cheque before due date at HDFC, Broadway branch, Chennai. But they called me up saying that payment has not been received. (I am a card holder for over 10 years, If you go through the record you will never find a default). Was asked to do net transfer or deposit cash in bank. I refused. So they sent their agent. I issued a cheque on 20.02.17, against receipt no : [protected] for Rs 1100/- but again I got a call on 22.02.17. saying that the cheque has been returned by my bank due to some mismatch. When I asked for more info was told to clarify with my ban k or wait till i get my cheque by post with exact reason for return.
              I clarified with my bank and they said they have not returned any cheque. o again the same story deposit by netbanking or cash, I refuse so they send the agent again on 22.02.17. . I issued a cheque on 20.02.17, against receipt no : [protected] for Rs 1100/- but again I got a call on 28.02.17. saying that the cheque has been returned by my bank due to some mismatch. When I asked for more info was told to clarify with my ban k or wait till i get my cheque by post with exact reason for return.
              They said that 28th was the last day for accepting cheques. Hence asked me to pay a minimum due of Rs 400/- in cash at the bank. So on 28.02.17. I paid cash of Rs 400/- at HDFC Broadway, Chennai.
              My question is I was told that both the cheques were returned by the bank due to mismatch. Which were supposed to be returned to me. How come the 2 mismatch cheques get passed on 01.03.17 and the other one on 03.03.17. My bank confirms that it has not returned any of my cheques for any reasons.
              Hoping for a explanation from your side.

                  Account showing negative balance.

                  I have not been notified for any non-maintenance charges on my account and now when I checked my account it is showing negative balance. I even have account in ICICI in which even if I have[protected] there are no charges like these.
                  HDFC is unnecessarily imposing charges to maintain a minimum balance.

                    I had submitted the request twice at the dwarka sec 05 branch to miss harsha in starting january 2017 and on Feb 20, 2017. Still now my account is not yet closed. I am experiencing realy poor service given by the branch as they did not help me on 3-5 visits and the same escalation given over email many times.                       Hi,
                      I have a credit card of hdfc since 2014 and i am my all my current dues on time and apart from that some more amount to decrease my outstanding but later i came to know that they are charging financial charges of rs.720. I talked to hdfc executives multiple times and mail them regarding this. Whenever i complain them they deduct that financial charges. Neither they told me the payment date or complete outstanding amount for which they are charging financial charges so, i was not aware of the date of payment. That's why stop making payment of my outstanding last 3 months. Now they have blocked my entire salary which was credited to my account day before yesterday. My credit card no is - [protected] and my mobile no is [protected] in the name of prahalad singh. I have made a complained to hdfc credit card department and got a docket no allotted to me is hbl=[protected]. Kindly do the needful

                              Dear Sir/Madam

                              The bank carried out my automatic debit payment (for billing of Tata DOCOMO CDMA postpaid Mb. No. [protected], Account No[protected] from my account on 27th Feb 2017 even though i had deleted Biller from my HDFC net banking on 20th Feb 2017 and found no pending biller notification.

                              After complaint HDFC customer care center which ref no. is DELC[protected], they did not resolve my complaint and told me to contact Biller for the refund.

                              Plz take all necessary action in this matter.

                                HDFC Bank — Unable to add money to paytm wallet using my hdfc credit card

                                m unable to add money to Paytm wallet using my credit card. I'm getting the error "We regret to inform you that the service of adding money to your Paytm wallet is currently not available on your card. You may still continue to transact on Paytm with the same card for other services such as recharge, bill payments, travel & movie bookings and shopping."

                                I am also unable to add money in my paytm wallet using hdfc credit card all other services like swaping card shopping online etc is working but paytm money transfer is not working please suggest me any solution. Thanks

                                  I submitted the cheque(000120) for clearance in my account [protected], at HDFC Raopura, Vadodara branch. As the cheque is bounced, it was ought to be deliver at my address in Patna. But its already more than 15 days and we didn't get my cheque.
                                  As per branch the cheque has been delivered to my address but failed to provide the exact date and the signature of the courier which delivered to my address. There is no issue with the address as we are having communication on the same address with HDFC credit card team.

                                    this is sunil singh bisht.

                                    I have been charged with Rs. 800.74 on dated 25-Nov-2016 of debit card annual fee which is incorrect as I don't have such an platinum card. You need to check the details of my card first then charge accordingly.

                                    Now you have to reimburse the entire fee or I'll raise a complaint to consumer forum as well ask for compensation due to my mental harassment(I'm trying to call at your customer care no. since 1 month but they don't reply me and 'coz of that I'm in depression). You people are making me ill.

                                    Apart from that you have charged NEFT charge on dated 20 Feb, 2017 for the declined transaction of dated 17 Feb, 2017.

                                    Just reimburse my money to me within 24 hrs or I'l' sue you.

                                        Please refund the TDS deducted during making payment of money back for my policy no 15832561.I had submitted my PAN NO AUKPK9587E during start of policy at abohar branch of hdfc life.The branch had not updated my pan no I.e this had happened and your company named hdfc life deducted TDS @ of 20%.This mistake was made by your company.I have no default in this regard.so please refund my TDS deducted by your company.
