    Unable to add money to paytm

    Today I was trying to add money to my paytm wallet using my snapdeal hdfc credit card but transaction got failed showing that "We regret to inform you that the service of adding money to your Paytm wallet is currently not available on your card.     Last week I received a call from cell number [protected] by Mr Aditya Sharma, confirmation department about a hdfc classic assure plus plan, policy number 10085328 dated 23/03 /2010. I was asked to contact Mr Rajeev Saxena on cell phone number [protected] about the said lapsed policy, which I had never taken. Fortunately I was busy and outstation and I received calls from Mr Sharma today asking me to call Mr Saxena, from the head office, which I have not done.
    I do not know how they had all my details like address, date of birth etc.
    I was fortunate to have seen these complaints.
    Please take necessary action. On linkedin Mr Saxena is shown to be working with hdfc insurance.

      There is a balance amount of 2, 500 to be paid for the CC, the customer care manager says that she will slipper me and slap me. what kind of manager do you have. who speaks to the customers in such a manner. I need a proper response or else I will not pay the amount. - hdfc richmond circle branch, laghbag road, SL chamber building - I have all the call recordings. They were really polite when they had to give me my card, then they get some slum girl and her raged manager to shout on the customer. (I need to know if this is the way these HDFC guys talk to us.

          Hi,
          Hdfc running strategy like they are advertising policies with extra benefits by their registered agents.
          One of the agent is:
          S. B. Insurance brokers pvt. Ltd., address : d 2 sector 3 noida noida uttar pradesh,
          Code : 00634272, license no : 230
          These guys explain the policy with extra benefits.
          • 40% cashback,
          • mediclaim of 3 lack for 15 years.
          • amount can be withdrawn in 6th year after investing a fixed amount for 5 years.
          I have purchased a hdfc life sanchay plan from these creepy people and got nothing as benefit.,
          When i contacted hdfc for the same, and explained the issue, they denied to provide any help regarding this. This is the reply i have received.

          We have done a detailed investigation of the facts presented by you and wish to share the following:
          • we would like to inform you that the policy was issued post the documents and consent received from the policy holder to issue the policy.
          • as we have not received your cancellation request within the free-look period, we wish to inform you that we are unable to process a refund of premiums paid towards this policy. The provision is also mentioned under ‘option to return/withdraw’/’cancellation in the free look period’ section of your policy document.
          Based on the above facts and findings, we are unable to treat this as missale.

          I have received call from[protected] from noida and they claimed that they are calling me from mayur vihar hdfc bank.
          Two people contacted me to take me in confidence, there name is not real:
          1. Harshita : [protected]
          2. Arun aggarwal.: [protected]
          But, on my insurance documents, name mentioned is sonia nagpal from s. B. Insurance brokers pvt. Ltd.

          Guys never take any service from outsiders banks as they are just running lot of scam to steal money from innocent people. Govt. Is involved with these market stack holders and cannot help in any way. They are taking the advantage of technology and rolling people with false commitments.

          As I have all recording of calls I received from S. B. Insurance brokers pvt. Ltd, I am filing a case against HDFC in consumer court. There are lot of customers who has posted same complaints which proofs that this is the strategy of HDFC Life Insurance Company.

          I am also, Submitting a case in court to stop such services where lead is getting generating by HDFC registered Agents by mislead customers.

          I know, I will have to spend on this, But I will be happy if I will be able to stop these crappy business running in India.

          I will never use any service of HDFC in future and never suggest any one to go for HDFC.

          I have replied this email with the sound recording I have done while speaking with HDFC.

          How do I attach those recordings here ?

          I want to cancel this policy and refund my money back.

          How do I proceed further, Do I need to address this case into court ?

          Interesting thing is that there are lot of same complains and still HDFC denies that. HDFC knows all scams they are running in the name of agents. I will collect all complaints from internet and post at place and run a campaign to boycott HDFC for all services they provide.

          Please help me.

            I was charged wrongly by the bank for merchant - Spencer's. I was charged twice for failed transaction for 1472.50 each. Total money deducted wrongly was Rs 2945 but after putting up dispute form 1193746, only amount of one transaction 1472.50 was refunded. Still Rs 1472.50 is pending for refund by the bank. This thing happened in December, 2016 and after that I have followed up and escalated so many times but everytime they tell me to wait for some days. Its been more than two months now following the bank.

              I am owning a credit card with above number and I am using HDFC bank Credit Card Service for more than 5 Years. I am a Regular on payment of the Credit card bill. But the last statement of 20094, there were some issues in the payment on time as I was on Out of state and I dont have internet connectivity. So I could not be able to pay the charges on time, as I am being a regular payment the late fees of 700 and Othere intereset charges and other charges total 1428 has been applied to me.

              I would request from my regular payment and good history I would request you to reverse this late charges and I will rest assure that the payment would be regular from now onwards.

                Sir i got the gold loan the above said branch on 07.05.2016, first 6 month interest is deducted in my load amount, today is my last day to pay the interest amount, I will interested to renew my gold loan so that urs people told to me the interest and renewal amount is 5, 900.00Rs
                Loan amount is 34900.00- first six month interest is 2005.00, loan date 07.05.2016 - 07.11.2016, now 4 month interest is balanced, how he told 5900.00Rs and why i will pay advance interest in six month. (So that i will pay only 4 month interest only know). How he calculated the amount in 5, 900.00 Rs, Pl dont get to-much of amount.
                I will need full details of this flow otherwise i will go to court.

                  I have just Incorporated Pvt Ltd Company, I got a call from Deccan Branch, Pune HDFC Bank for opening current account.

                  I have opted for SmartUp Plan which needs Zero Balance for 1st six months which is meant for Startups. Harshad Saklecha (Assistant Br. Manager - Current Account) insisted me to go with Smartup Plan and promised it will be opened within 5 working days.

                  I have submitted all documents on 13th Feb to Assistant Manager and had meeting with branch manager also at my office on the same day. Surprisingly both manager and assistant manager was not knowing about plan when I asked some questions! They said give us 1 day we will let you know about all your queries. I didn't got any call from them so I called Assistant Manager 3rd day, he said that account cannot be opened since that account is meant for Startups from Rural areas that really made me laugh like anything. So I insisted to send me all documents I don't want to open current account at HDFC Bank. He said give us 50K Cheque opt for some other plan we will open your account. I said why I have to opt for another plan, so I called Kothrud branch of HDFC Bank, Pune they said that plan is for startups irrespective whether it is rural or urban area. I called manager Mrs. Thakur why such things is happening she said we will open account give us some time to check with product team of HDFC Bank. I got a call from Assistant Manager that we will open your account till Monday i.e. Today 20th Feb. But when I called him today he said it will take one more week i.e. 27th Feb. When I said give me number of your Manager I want to talk to her he said "Nahi de sakta abhi bahar hu".

                  Manager & Assistant Manager

                  - is not aware about the Current Account Plan which are there in HDFC Bank.
                  - don't take any follow up with the Client
                  - not capable of talking with customers - Rude & Least Concern

                  HDFC Bank is really pathetic, worst experience I ever had.

                    Hi,

                    My complaint is regarding the HDFC Credit Card that I owe since past few years. First of all I was miss-sold the product saying there is no maintenance charge on this card which i discovered on my statements. The problem started when I spend this card on my son's medical treatment who's just 7 months old and was admitted in NICU. Yesterday my mom called me and informed me that she has received the call from my credit card company asking her to make the payment.The agent discussed entire account's information along with the minimum due and late fee with my mom without my authorization. I called the customer service department and spoke to supervisor to report this issue. They apologized and promised me that now they'll not call her and share my account's information. Today, again first they called my number. My wife picked up the phone and informed that I've made the complete payment. They acknowledged and documented the information. Just few minutes after the conversation my mom again calls back and informs me that she again received the call from the bank asking for the payment. WHAT IS WRONG WITH HDFC?
                    1-My information was shared with someone whose not the card holder and whom I have not authorized.
                    2-They called my mom again after mentioning and raising the complaint to not to call her.
                    3-My wife informed them I've made complete payment still they called my mom;'s and asked for the payment.
                    4-They violated my rights to keep my personal information safe.
                    5-Fake commitments from supervisor. My mom still got collection call.
                    6- Advisor gave me direct number for collections team today which are always busy.
                    7-Cant rely on any information shared by customer service team.
                    8-Incorrect and incomplete information shared with me.
                    9-No direct number on website or anywhere to deal with collections call directly.
                    10-Complaint process is slow and unprofessional.It takes 10 working days for address my issue. By them I will forget what all was said on the call.

                      I have a current account by the name shri DATTA SWAYAMBHU fab design in bicholim goa branch. I was having a cheque of certain amount given by my client dated 17th Feb 17. Since 20th is holiday & since i was in panjim, I rushed to nearest branch before 11 am of 17th feb . In order that the cheque should get cleared by next day evening.
                      Since its a current account, the cheques given to my suppliers were suppose to be presented on 20th. But I was suprised to when my supplier called me on 20th saying that I do not have enough balance in my account. I called my home branch & was suprised to hear that the cheque was sent for clearing on 18th Feb.
                      This is really a carelessness from your staff for which I suffered & such type of s-queses are not accepted in business transaction.
                      If any such mistakes happened from any of your account holder, you are ready with a chart of charges to be recovered from your customer.
                      Same type of mistake had happened from me before a year back for which you deducted almost around 5000 rs. From my saving account.
                      Even after several request and clarifications that the mistake was happened just because of server problem, no one from your end was interested to resolve my complaint and reverse the amount.
                      Please let me know what action you are going to take against that branch and I also request you to reverse my amount debited before this ( amount was transfered to your bank from sbi but not credited to your bank due to your server problem & cheque was returned for the reason of insufficient fund). This time I will forward this complaint to consumer forum if I am not getting solution for this complaint as well as last complaint filed with you.

                        Hi, I am using HDFC Credit Card for the past 2 years. When i got the new card they called me and asked for the EMI conversion of the Outstanding amount even though it is around Rs. 3000. But now i am calling them for the past 3 months and asking for EMI conversion of my Outstanding balance. Every month i am getting the same reply EMI conversion option is not available for your card.

                        So HDFC will provide EMI option only for the new customers to impress them. What about the existing customers?

                        I was using the credit card from 2013 and it expired last year. I have been paying the outstanding amount but when I am trying to close it, they are ignoring and I am unable to get through customer care.
                        Yesterday I was going in HDFC bank for opening account.
                        but the manager ask me your account is not open because we are eligible only 20000 to 30000 balance people required.
                        It's been a month now I am contacting bank they have took all the required documents for processing the new current a/c in anjuna branch, goa . But account is not yet opened & branch is also not providing proper information.
                        HI i want to surrender my Credit card because i have no need of this.

                          On 01 jan 17 an amount of Rs 500 was deducted from my account during the money transferring to paytm but transaction was failed. And same happened on 17 feb 17 where Rs 200 was deducted during same transaction.
                          I am having salary account in your bank. If this type of inconvenience continues. I may think to change the bank.
                          You are requested to expedite and resove my complaint at earliest.

                            I was sleeping and woke up after the call reached my phone by the rep from HDFC asking for my non payment of my card. I told her very politely that I had a lot of crisis this month and wasn't able to pay but will need to make a payment at the End of this month once I get my pay.
                            The rep dint acknowledge that and she was very harsh is repeating saying that I have to make a payment and I would need to do it immediately. I told her that I had no cash left in bank as I had unexpected expenses this month but will pay in full on 28th but I was astonished that she was so aggressive and i asked for her manager but she was still worse not even wondering what the person is saying they kept talking like goons this is unacceptable.

                                Unable to load money in PayTM Wallet since last day.
                                Even unable to Pay the Electricity Bill and Postpaid Mobile Bill.
                                And showing "We regret to inform you that the service of adding money to your Paytm wallet is currently not available on your card. You may still continue to transact on Paytm with the same card for other services such as recharge, bill payments, travel & movie bookings and shopping."
                                Even Bank is denying for any failure on their behalf.

                                  I had made payment proper time only. But also Hdfc credit cards adding extra charges with outstanding balance. Every month increasing bill but not decrease anything. Several times I compliant to their senior officers and all email id, but no body taking necessary action for this. So please take immediate action for whole Hdfc credit card section, customer care and bank people. Otherwise they were not take any action for this. And also why they are cheating people too.

                                    I am the customer of The HDFC BANK and they are not accepting the 10 ₹ coin they giving the excuses that the RBI had not yet give any guideline and clarity for accepting the coins and he said that i can complaint anywhere but i will not take these coins and he said that the RBI is not accepting the Coins there are some rumour that the 10 ₹ coins are fake kindly give me the guidelines about the 10 ₹ coin and i also want the clear reason why the bank is not accepting the coins, in News the RBI says that the bank will accept these coins but they are not accepting.

                                      I have stopped recieving my credit card statement from HDFC Bank.It has been happening for the last 4-6 months.Every time, I do need to send emails in order to get my credit card statement. I have informed them in writing about the incident but it is of no use. They only send me the e statement of the credit card. Unfortunately the collection department of HDFC Bank Credit Card used to call me and asked me to pay the amount. Even I am unable to view the statement online using net banking.I think it is their responsibility to send the statement to me, so that I can pay the amount within due date. They can't call me and ask for the payment when they are not able to send the statement.
