Dear Sir,

I am using HDFC Credit Card for more than 3 years, last year because of some personal use i cornered to use my card upto the limit Rs. 50000, since that time i'm making partial payment of Rs. 2000 to Rs.4000 etc. every month. I've already paid all my emi's as well as i paid more than what I've used, but till date i am unable to clear the amount.

I called up HDFC Credit Card Customer Care so many times...

I have complaint number 1240772.
I have received sms from HDFC bank on 21st - 900 Rs has been refunded/credit to your card. But i am not receive 900 Rs yet.. please refund my Money 900 Rs ASAP.
kindly take action.

Also i am trying to call customer service HDFC but they are also asking multiple questions. and not responding correctly or not solving the my query.

There was an unauthorized deduction of rs 650/- from my HDFC savings bank account twice on Dt-01/01/2017 at 04:02 PM With reference no-[protected] and on Dt-27/01/2017 in 07:47 PM with the same reference no.The merchant name is SRINIDHI CATERER which is completely unauthorized from my side.Kindly revert back with a solution ASAP.

How come this transaction happened if i have not share any information of my card. I am also not using auto pay kind of stuffs.

Your branch of sharanpur road nashik, maharashtra, is not allowing us to close the account, and always ask us to bring the different documents, and giving lot of reasons .
hence kindly look in to the matter, otherwise we will have to launch the complain to RBI.
