I received a call from a guy saying he is calling from Citi bank and they are providing 0% interest for personal loans we just have to buy the hdfc life police and give them the details they will then approve the loan and give us the money I removed 2 policies since I wanted a loan to buy a house but when I understood it was a fake call just to sell the policy me and my husband went to the hdfc life office to return the policy we were being told that the grace period is over and nothing can be done I still receive a call from that number saying that we are processing your loan but due to system issues cannot realize it

      Amount 28 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

        Amidst more confusion and utter regret, I put to your kind notice the malign tactics adopted by Mr.Gaurav Chudasama – the Manager, HDFC Home Loan Limited, Jamnagar. The synopsis of the case is that I am a customer bearing No.[protected] and have secured Home Loan amounting to Rs.13, 00, 000 on 23 march 2017 contact for reduce of rent in my above home loan I have proceed and fill up a form and issue cheque of rs 1570/- (net and lean) after 3 days I inquired about cheque why not comming in clearing and last I have required on 31/03/2017 I shocked and found that bank has return my cheque
        with reason that ink is spread on amount of cheque, I immediately contacted Mr.Chudasama and asked as how he has happen Upon my presentation, instead of accepting his blunder, he was furious and exhibited all his arrogance saying that we are not bound to say who has done this negligence you give me cheque otherwise we sending for clearing if return you got penalty I was very perturbed because o[censored]nbecoming attitude of a Officer of a prestigious Bank. I shall, therefore, request you to kindly make a deep routed inquiry and take sterner step against the responsible officer to set an example and also to safeguard the brighter image of the Bank.           I took one personal loan from HDFC bank in Aug 2014. I don't remember my loan account number, and without account number I would not be able to get the statement.
          I called HDFC customer care many times (since last week I am chasing them) and each time nobody knows how to furnish me with me loan account number or its statement.

          They are just passing the ball from one person to other, even I visited nearest branch also but again same result.
          Moreover there is no option available on website to raise a complaint or query for my problem.

            I got call from [protected] neha from hdfc finance services and told me that hdfc finance service offer me loan on 0% roi. She called me multiple time and i also try to digest how's this possible? She explained me as this is possible as they will take policy from hdfc life insurance and against this policy they will give me porsonal loan without interest rate. Even i also asked my relationship manager and inquire about the same and she told, no this kind offers are not genuine, this is fraud and do not share any details with them.

            I clearly said i dont want this loan but they are calling me and following up for loan and policy.

            Please be aware from this kind fraud call and save your money.

              My policy number 15620704. Hdfc offficials told me lies saying you have to pay for five years and sold this policy after i came to know i had to pay 11 years. I came to know that i got cheated after paying three years. I have paid 1.5 lakhs now they are saying my surrender value is 71k. Is it good for u cheating retired employee like this? See like helping me to come out of their cheating

              Call for lapse policy No. 10085328 by sonia by her mobile no. [protected] and asked me to contact rajeev sexna at [protected] for details. I had never bought this policy and this is an spam . proper action should be taken against culprits
              I also paid approx 1, 58, 000/year for 5years. In total I paid 7, 76, 020. Now they say I get approx 7, 43, 000 if 6% bonus is declared. Their usless agents intially claimed 12% bonus would be given. Whenever I call their customer care number and ask what’s the avg bonus declared in the past, they say we don’t have that info. As per my analysis(google) they have never paid bonus greater than 6%. I also ask them what’s the difference in amount I would get when I opt for ‘enhanced cash’ & ‘enhanced cover’, once they said slight difference again when I spoke to other lady she says no difference. They don’t have updated info, bluddy hell. If they can’t tell perfectly how would I choose between ‘E cash’ & ‘E cover’. Such a useless policy I say. And here in this forum ‘HDFC customer care’ responds send us a mail. your people are not knolwledgable what the hell they going to reply. Who the hell on earth would accept less money than what he has paid. It’s a common sense. ‘HDFC life’ is just fooling us.
              And they say it’s ‘sampoorn samridhhi’. means it’s a complete gain to ... ?? Only to HDFC life. How the customer is gaining through this? Can you pls explain. Be sensible at least while naming a policy.

              Hi, if policyholder have any unresolved issue with respect to your HDFC Life policy. Kindly inform to the customer that write to us at [email protected] from his / her registered id to have the same look into and addressed.
              Initially while opting for this policy your agent (who sold this to me) said its 'Sampoorn Samriddhi', means you get good returns (obviously more than what you pay) and the insurance cover. Gain in both ways. Thats the only reason i opted for this. If i would have known i would get lesser money than what i pay, why on earth i would choose this senseless policy.There are hell lot of policies & good return options in the market.

              Please do something about this. This is really disturbing me and making me feel that i am totally cheated/fooled.

                      This is to inform you that I am a very old customer of HDFC Bank. Details as below:

                      Problem is that on 1-March-2017, Rs.575/- was debited from my A/c(A/c No. : 5010******0924) for “DEBIT CARD ANNUAL FEE-Feb[protected]”. This is totally irresponsible job at your end. When I have opened this A/c, Their branch adviser asked me that Debit card annual fee will be approx. Rs.172/- but now Rs. 575/- debited from my A/c. I have reached at my home branch but they have refused for REVERSE my amount. So that’s why I have made HOTLIST(blocked my card) from my net banking.

                      I need reverse my amount ASAP otherwise I have to close my 2 Bank A/c’s with all credit cards, FD & RD.

                      Can you please look into this matter ASAP & revert back to me as early as possible so that it will be easy for me to take decision for closing my all A/c’s.

                        Hi,

                        My debit card was expiring in March 2017 and I had been chasing the branch rep to request for my renewed debit card for the last two months. She kept telling me that my debit card will work even after the expiry date, despite my repeated insistence on being issued a renewed card. As expected, my card returned the message 'card not valid' when I used it at the HDFC ATM today on 1st April. I spoke to the same branch rep (Ms. Abha Kothari) to inform her about the card being rejected and she asked me to speak to a phone banking customer care rep to follow-up.

                        I made the phone banking call today at 6:45 pm and spoke to some Mr. Prince who was absoluely unaware of the bank policies and was totally incompetent in handling customer requests. He started by telling me that since I am a preferred HDFC customer, I will be issued a Platinum card and will receive it within 3-4 working days. Then he put my call on hold to check with his senior as he was not sure of the process. Later he confirmed that it will take 4-5 working days to receive the card. Again he put me on hold and a third time reverted that it will take a week, so I should collect the card over the counter from the branch instead of waiting for the card to be couriered to me.

                        I had lost my patience by then and had no confidence in this person being able to provide me the correct information. I asked to be transferred to the concerned manager to explain my case, upon which he put my call on an indefinite hold. He never came back to speak to me or to transfer my call, despite me waiting on hold for 10-15 minutes.

                        This is absolutely ridiculous behaviour. And your customer care staff just dont seem to bother. They are rude and incompetent. I have been an HDFC customer for over a decade but now with this experience and similar such experiences in the past, I wish to close my bank account and discontinue banking with HDFC.

                        I am hoping to receive a revert on the above complaint asap and hoping to see the concerned executives taken to task and corrective action issued against them.

                          I was an employee in HDFC BANK and do have salary account products code 102 but I quiet my job in september 2015 and bank did not clear my all due as salary they assure मे that your salary will be credit and today I got my salary credit to my account but it's showing negative balance.                             I had to open Nps account, I tried calling hdfc security people mumbai 15 times while filling the form but no one pick up the phone.Again I tried on different day still same thing happened.I couriour my form then I got the rejection mail.Again I tried to call them but still same thing is happening.still that process is in continuous state and I don't know when my nps account get open.suggesion:i[censored] don't think you are capable to provide service then please shut down.
                            HDFC Securities customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            Their website has an option where one can enter the his/her details and they immediately get in touch on request received. I opened my account doing this and din't face any trouble.

                              My A/c No. is [protected] Was open by my company on 2012, i left the organization on 2013 Sept. after that no transactions happen in this account.
                              Now on 2017 ask any hdfc a/c, So i check from HDFC it's open or closed yet. it's still open, i got the salary and seeing approx 13000 Rs. has been deducted from my account like AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS and INST-ALERT CHG INC ST & EC.

                                Today company credited 3000rs amount in my hdfc food prepaid card, after that they debited 410rs and told kuwait plaza mudhir nilayan claimed 403 rs on 15th march 2:20pm. Actually my balance is 1 rs as per march 10th 2017, how come they gave 403 rs to customer without i purchased from my card, even i didnt get message and email.
                                Please help me to get the 410 rs amount

                                  Hi Team,
                                  I have been using HDFC Account Since 2010 and Card is using since 2013 but never face the problem but since last 6 Month i am facing lots of Problem Aditional Charges Amount Deduction Without any information.

                                  Last Few Month lots of amount has been debited without information but never complained. Last Month 10 K Debited but i did not complain but this month 57K has been debited without any information and when i called to customer care they asked me to call on Collection team as we can not do any thing. I dont why Customer service is there if they can not help..

                                  When i Called[protected], 02 they just disconnecting the call.

                                  So if customer can not Connect with HDFC. Please suggest what should i do..

                                    There was an offer on Iphone 7, i[censored] buy Iphone 7 through HDFC credit card then you will get 6000 cashback. I have contacted HDFC PhoneBanker/CustomerCare Exeecutive multiple times to enquire about this offer and they told me that offer is applicable on Iphone 7. After taking confirmation from Phone Banker, I have purchased Iphone 7 through HDFC credit card because my credit limit is 50k and iphone 7 price was 53k, Exceeded amount of 3k above my credit I have paid through another payment mode after taking confirmation from ur executive and they told me still u will be eligible for cashback. All these queries, I have already explained to the Phone Banker and HDFC abnk executive and they told me the offer is still applicable, u can do payment of exceeded payment via another payment mode. Now, I have purchased the phone and they are saying we won't give you confirmation that you will receive cashback. I have already done the payment and my credit card limit is exhausted because of buying Iphone 7 and still after taking confirmation from ur phone banker HDFC people are saying u are not eligible for cashback. Because of Fraudulent Information Provided from your side. I am 6000 bucks down.

                                      Sir I had taken a health policy no[protected] in the month on 23/02/2016 . Then problem started in my body in the month of September/October 2016 like gripping of hands, climbing of stairs from March/April 2016.Then I went to AIIMS New Delhi in the month of November 2016. There doctors asked me about my past history while discussion then I told them there was hardness in my finger tips and all.but It was my feeling only which I was discussed I did not know that I am suffering from so and so disease. Then at AIIMS my tests were conducted and then finally they diagnosed it is CIDP after that my oral treatment was started but I did not get any relief so In emergency I admitted at AIIMS and IVIG was injected. The cost of which is Rs. 150000/-. and some test was also done.Finally I applied for reimbursement . After seeing discharge summary company rejected the claim because doctors written paraesthesia on the basis of discussion but there is no proof because company did not ask any medical test report before giving policy and I was also not aware this hardness of finger due to this disease and that hardness is only in winter season. and this IVIG was given due to CIDP which is diagnosed not due to paraesthesia. So I request you to take into consideration as patient is mentally stressed due to this.
                                      As after taking even medical insurance no use.

                                        To day i had visited your hdfc ergo general insurance br in coimbatore (l & t building, race course) to renew my car insurance policy no: [protected]

                                        And i've paid 3395/- by cash to mr sekar (your staff in coimbatore), and asked for receipt, he said the policy (soft copy) will be delivered to your email by 1 pm, along with the receipt.

                                        But till now i had received any communication regard to my policy

                                        Would appreciate to have it done immediately
