Dear Sir,
I got welcome kit as per your normal practice which having Phone Banking PIN, Net Banking PIN.
Same also having account No. [protected], but while trying to change my Net banking password, I am unable to complete the job. I tried to discuss with customer care executive on [protected] to find out the reason and for necessary action to resolve the issue but still status remain same, as per him account is BLOCKED. They have not done anything to unblock the same. After that I visited your Local Branch (Indrpuri, Bhopal), here another story I got and as per branch executive, which customer ID[protected] I am using till now is wrong and actually ID is 33185991, But When I requested to your branch executive, I have doubt on your wording and to cross check please change my net banking password with your new given ID[protected] but she also unable to complete the activity and found that mobile no registered is wrong.
Now, I am not in position to do any bank transactions.
Please note- I have not received Debit Card till now and as per your branch executive, she is unable to accept by request for issue Debit Card.
Would requested, kindly rectify the matter so I am able to use Net Banking.

Thanks for your call & attending my request and now hoping matter will be closed by tomorrow or day after tomorrow. As suggested by you, I am coming to visit the Branch with relevant documents for necessary rectification.
