As per last statement i get redemption process fee rs75. Two times on date of 27/2/17 and 4/3/17
For generating vocher. Its not good for using voucher generation rs 100 ur debitting 75 and sevice tax it comes around 85 to 90 rs. As i early i spoken to your customer care they told for generating voucher there is no charges. Now they charging me. Earlier it was not charged. Can u justify me please why u make us give and take policy.

    There is no progress.I have tried everything from my side . I have mailed [protected]@hdfc.com, nitin.[protected]@hdfcbank.com and [protected]@hdfcbank.com not one give valid response also talked to customer care they said your amount is credited to beneficiary account but it's not credited. without solve customer care close complaint No which already mention . how could do that if not solve complaint.also talked to HDFC branch .they said your amount is credited but not received. My Mom already talked with him two times but they do not response.They said solve this to Hdfc. So what I do You said talked to SBI Bank and SBI bank said it's not my job talked to HDFC .
    .I have attached passbook and statement of beneficiary account of my mom and also my account transaction detail for your understanding . it's almost 1 month completed of transaction .
    I don't know what I do. Please refund my money.

      First of all...HDFC is the worst bank ever. Unfortunately I have my salary account in this bank.

      I have an ECS of Rs 1500 which gets deducted on 10th of every month.
      Unfortunately i was not able to keep sufficient balance in my account and as a result the ECS was unsuccessful.
      Now i have been charged for that. On 14th Rs 230 has been debited from my account for keeping insufficient balance.
      On 16th again Rs 402.50 has been debited from my account for ECS return charges. Why 2 times my account is debited?

        Today i received multiple calls from the number [protected].The lady on the other end her name she said Shilpa and was claimimg from Hdfc, which i know ofcourse she wasn't. The way she called again and again and was asking my personal information was very annoying and disturbing for me .As it could happen to anyone and her group can scam innocent people anytime so i request HDFC to it on a serious note and take a legal action as she was using their name.
        When i told her are you really from hdfc she said yes.Then i replied let me investigate who you are as HDFC or any bank never call the people the way you are calling and asking the personal information, she immediately hung up on me switched off her number.
        So again i request HDFC to seriously look into it before it turned into a cyber crime as they can trap someone.

            mene jab apna ministatement atm se nikala tab pata chala
            hum bankmanager se bhi mile to wo kehta hain humare yahan 10000 se kyada customer hain hum sab ko call nahi kar sakte agar aap 2 ya 3 month apna 25000 rs balance per day ka maintain karenge to me ye aapko waive karvane ke liye request karronga and 690 rs 1 charge to aap maintain karoge to guarantee se me wapas kara unga
            abhi aap hi bataon ki hum jyada balance bank me kese rakhe aisa charge wrongly debit kare to so plz hume humara 690+690 =1380 rs pura apas mile aisa karvaye

              Hello
              I have HDFC bank credit card number ending with 3613. My payment due date was 24/02/2017 and for which i went to HDFC bank, Parle Point Branch, Surat where i deposited cheque of amount 73000/- on 21/02/2017. I asked bank officials and they said me that sir your cheque will be cleared by 24/02/217 and you wont have to pay any finance charges. Now when i received my bill i have been charged amount of 3352.98/- and service tax of 469.41 on it. Hence totally i have been charged 3822/- as finance charges. I have my passbook of Denabank in which it shows that my cheque was cleared on 24/02/2017 and still i have been charged. In bill it shows that my amount is credited on 28/02/2017 even though my cheque was cleared. for the same i talked with customer care on 25/02/2017 and they responded saying that your amount has been received as its shown in system.
              But still HDFC bank charged me wrongly and i complaint for reversal of this with complaint number [protected].
              Now when i call customer care on 16/03/2017 regarding reversal of finance charges they ignore it and not ready to take any action as well as not ready to take complaint also.
              I have my bank transaction details of denabank.
              I want reversal of finance charges.

              Please i request you to refund the wrongly taken charges. 3800 is big amount for service person like me.

                I would like to show a lot of disrespect to HDFC as these guys do not inform anything before making a decision..
                I understand i was stuck in credit card issues, they blocked my acct with no prior information & took my entire salary..Not only that, they have blocked my Current Account ... how will i make any transactions..? ???? Do you guys understand how much i suffered with all these.. and when savings account was blocked & released, why is my currecnt account still in block status ??

                And regarding credit card, when i wanted to settle it they never called me for settlement instead blocked my account ? ?...why ?

                To reach to a customer care rep, i have to try so many numbers & many times... still i dont get connected ? ?? why incorrect numbers are listed on statements ?
                Cust care rep gives me number collection team number, where it just rings & gets disconnected ? ?? is this the way?
                Guys tell me how will someone talk to the bank when in need, ..

                sorry this calls me for a disconnection with HDFC..i surely will make a decision of nothing is done about it in 2 days.. i want a call back, relese my account & give me right collection team number

                  At the payment time I had swap my debit card there on mswap machine.l, but due to system issue I have charges for 3 time means total 7500rs.2500 they transferred me in my account after the verify

                    The transaction (i[censored]nclaimed) will be reversed to your account as per VISA / MasterCard turnaround time of 16 days.

                    Incase, if transaction is not reversed on 16 day, kindly submit a Charge-back complaint along with the proof immediately that you attempted to resolve the dispute with merchant i.e. any e-mail communication or letter, etc.. Please also fill in and submit the Card holder Dispute Form. Please note that to initiate dispute for the below mentioned transaction a signed customer dispute form with exact nature of dispute as the same is must to take up the matter with the acquiring bank.

                    Kindly provide the dispute form duly filled and signed by account holder in this regard. You can send the duly filled and signed CDF form on the Fax number or address mentioned on the form or e-mail us the scan copy.

                      Hi, I am using HDFC credit card and you people are charged 991rs extra to be paind and this is the first time i am using, the bill got not generated so how I come to know that, I am requesting credit card amount to be refunded, you charged more amount on this.otherwise I am going to block my credit card.I dodnt get a message or mail has not received for this.

                        I am very disappointed that HDFC bank imposes extra charges for any cash withdrawal or deposit for more than 25k in other than your home HDFC branch. No other bank impose this rule. I asked for clarification from the customer care executive, and she told me that I can't tell why other banks don't charge fee on such transaction. Well HDFC, hats off to you. Keep looting people like this. But not me anymore, as I have decided to close the account as soon as possible. Thanks for being so considerate.

                          Hello..i am ashish h.kotadiya and my car loan account number is 30204730. i got monthly installment of 11580rs and i always pay at time to time till date..but there were no any message from hdfc bank for remember the installment date or due amount from account last month. so i just pay my installment by check of another bank..but there are two time installment amount deducted from my hdfc account and also from another bank(union bank of india) at[protected] and[protected]. and also i got 200rs charges for late payment and also rs.11508 is cradited revered after 6 days from received date.. so i just want to know that whats the justice in this matter... my amount is deducted 2 times and my money is blocked for 7-1 to 6-1 which is 10 days.. and i charged for this type of mistake which is hdfc system fault.i just complaint for this also at nizampura branch of baroda . but ther ia no any reply from that.. so i just complain for right justice that if bank got my money 2 times and charged for that also which is purely injustice to me.. and also charged of 272rs also.and my 10 daya money deposited without any reason also...so please solve the problem and money reversed for this type of quarry..

                            I have a credit card endings with 6370 from march 2016 with 50, 000 credit limit. I pay my credit card bill every month from last one year more then minimum payment. I try to pay my credit card bill for feburary month 2017 then i checked that my credit card is -5000 because HDFC suddenly decrease my credit card limit from 50, 000 to 44, 000 without informing me. HDFC bank don't even inform me regarding decrease my credit limit through message or email. Then i talk with customer care and they told me that HDFC decrease my credit limit because my last 6 bill payment are not good then i checked my last 6 month payment on credit card and every month i paid more then minimum payment. Now HDFC charge over the limit fee which i never use my card over the limit and because of that my CIBIL SCORES are also effected. So, after that i refuse to pay my credit card bill till then increase my credit limit back to 50, 000 and remove all over limit fee, late fee and other charges and i want my cibil also back on same track because i am not responsible to pay for that. and t Now HDFC threatning me again and again to pay my bill with all charges.

                            Kindly take some positive action as soon as possible.

                              I have account with nri in hdfc bank created in banglore branch.
                              Now i want to withdraw some 5lac cash from hdfc bank from my home town as i came from dubai for vacation. As per rbi their is no rule for cash withdrawal but as per hdfc bank they are not allowing me to withdraw amount as they are saying my account home branch is banglore. And they are saying their is limit on cash withdrawal as per rule.
                              1. Please advise why banks are not following rbi rule.
                              2. Why banks are asking us to go home branch as both are in same state only. Even i have all proofs with me (Adhar, passport copy etc)
                              3. If i withdrawal more than 25000 in my home branch they are saying it will be fine/charge on every 1000rs transactions.

                              For nre customers we have chaque book in my hand even though asking us go own branch/banglore and previously many times i have withdrawn cash from my home branch without any charge/any question on my withdrawal.

                                On 2 march a transaction was made by mistake of 15, 000 from my account to my mother's account in boi which actually was dated for 8 march.
                                Just wanted to get to your notice that the returned transaction on the 2 march has not been credited to the account.

                                  I’m still waiting for reversal of finance charge & late fees.
                                  I’ve mail you on 6.3.17 but not get any response.
                                  My credit card no. Is [protected]. I received statement on 5.3.17. There is some fiancé charge rs.3766.92/- & late fees rs. 700/- include. I don’t understand why?
                                  I’ve deposited the cheques on 22.2.17 & it is clear on 24.2.17 pls. Find the attached screen shot of sms which my bank send to me & deposit slip, but in your statement it’s showing 28.2.17. My bank pass book is the, another proof, which shows the 24.2.17.
                                  Should i pay for holidays during the period? Check my payment history only one time i had pay finance charge two three months earlier, i don’t have any issue cos i know there was my mistake.
                                  But this time it is no acceptable. I request you pls. Reverse above charges.

                                    I applied for 1 lakh rupees credit card but received 30000 rs card so i cancelled the card with out using it. But they are asking me to pay insurance amount of 1500. Also they are not closing my account. Can you pleas ehelp me to close the credit card account.                                       I am not able to understand that how it is possible to terminate a confirm employee without any prior notice who has loyally served the organization since last five years.
                                      This is the company who had terminates its employees without any prior notice.
                                      I want to raise a complaint against Hdfc life.
                                      I am working in hdfc life's from last five years, in this period i have given my best to this company but now i have been harassed by my seniors from last three months.I was sitting in hdfc branch Adampur.But now bank has given to creat trouble in my present career.Branch staff Mr.Sanjeev kumar and BM Mr.Vijay Kumar sourced and closed some NRI cases and confirm that the verification has been done by the customer.
                                      I have never met with the customer even i requested to BM and My TM to meet the customer but they denied and ordered me to login the cases.Please guide where is my role.
                                      No body is bothered to clear with me as i have time and time again that i am not involved in this case at all but they have made a judgement and proceeded on their own and terminate me.I had requested to seniors to reinvestigate this case as i think i am being escape got where the error lies with the bank and bank employees and not with me.
                                      they terminated my services without any prior notice even i requested for the reason and also requested to not expel me as i have no other source of livelihood, but they refused to do so.
                                      I have approched the Hdfc life Seniors several occasions to withdraw my oral termination/expulsion order with immediate effect and also reinstate me, but they had not paid any heed to me neither needful is done nor satisfactory reply is given to me.
                                      I have already submitted complaint against this issue with assistant labour commissioner at jalandhar office.
                                      that in this manner there is a great illegality and arbitrariness on the part of Hdfc life and Hdfc bank.
                                      It is therefore prayed that kindly accept my complaint and the opposite parties may kindly be directed to reinstate me after setting aside my expulsion made by opposite party.
