I have already submitted so many times "first diagnostic report with consultation paper for chronic kidney disease", but continuously they show me same query again & again. I also attached file that can show to you many times i responded to the query.

I also called customer care number on many times & discuss with them.in that they said to me again to submit same query.

I am very harnessed and bothered due to this type of treatment given by hdfc ergo to me.

I am from last two years regularly your policy handler & this is my first claim.

Waiting for your positive response kindly do need fully.

    Requested a debit card upgrade over call on 9th mar, 2017 but nt recvd it yet. Been to branch, called cust care, personal banking desk but fr no avail. Card was dispatchd thru bluedart bt they nevr attemptd delivery. Personal bankng desk is disconnctng calls[protected] spoke to harsha, shalini and they promised to call back but nothing.

    Yesterday, i sent an email t [protected]@hdfcbank.com nd [protected]@hdfcbank.com, immediately recvd a callback frm [protected]. this person askd me fr my credit card number if i want t get my debit card issued. i denied nd he disconnctd sayng my debit card cannot b sent then.

        Dear hdfc team,

        This is to bring under your acknowledgement that myself lalit mohan kushwah
        Working with ibm, pune applied for loan on 20th feb of rs 6.00 lacs through hdfc bank by agent ravi. Loan application no[protected]

        After that i received a call from mr. Ravi and mr. Sharukh as loan agents of hdfc bank. They
        Informed me the whole loan procedures of personal loan and other important details as interest rate11.49% and rs 1999 as processing fee. After that without any approval of disbursing loan, they collected my documents. Before the approval of loan confirmation, ravi asked me to fill a loan application form with four post dated cheques to get approval fast. And also they told me to for signing on papers on personal loan application form and because of easy procedures under it, i signed the documents.

        15th march evening, i got a approval message of sanction of my personal loan. Then on 16th march, hdfc bank employee called me for my final confirmation and they added that your interest rate is 11.49% with processing fee rs 10, 700 for personal loan amount rs 5.00 lacs. After hearing this, i denied for that extra processing fee and also not to disburse the loan and instruct him to keep on hold until i will give you any confirmation and cancel the loan.

        Immediately i called to mr. Ravi regarding extra processing fee charging by bank. But instead of
        Rectifying these all things, he told me the two policies. First one is interest rate 11.49% with
        Processing fee of 1% on loan amount and the second policy is interest rate of 12.49% with processing fee rs 1999. But instead of doing help to rectify the things and against wrong statements given by him, mr. Ravi
        Give confirmation of disbursing the loan amount without informing to me and hdfc bank disburse the loan amount rs.4, 93, 750 after deducting processing fee in my icici bank a/c no.[protected].

        After this i lodged the complaint against mr. Ravi as complaint no. Pun[protected]. I informed
        Mr. Nagesh hdfc bank manager who gave the approval for my loan to take actions for the false
        Tatements which are given by ravi but he did nothing.

        I again called to customer care number and they told me that your loan amount get reversed back
        Within 15 days and you will not have to pay even a single rupee and also they suggest me to go hdfc retail office pune.in retail office, banking officer was saying that you have to pay processing charges and added that they need confirmation from mr. Nagesh for cancellation of loan. I called mr. Nagesh for cancellation of loan, but directly he denied for confirmation and he is protecting his agents and also he said in any circumstances, you have to pay processing fee.

        I have called to mr. Rahul who is senior manager of mr. Nagesh. He is also telling that i need to pay
        Processing fee for cancellation because i have filled the agreement form which was signed by me without knowing me while mr. Ravi told me that it was just normal application form.

        By this whole incident, i am very shocked because o[censored]nfair practices made on me by hdfc bank
        Employees and agents. Without my concern they reimburse the loan, then why i should pay the
        Processing fee while i didn’t avail the loan. It appears that hdfc loan department is fooling people without giving complete information. Now, these days i am being harassed by your employees very badly because they are doing these practices on their convenience and asking me for processing fee. But it is not my fault and i will not pay even a single rupee as processing fee. It would be great if you can help otherwise i will forward this complaint to banking ombudsman and rbi within two days.

          Its my first dealing with your stupid bank.

          I got two wheeler LOAN before one month and at the time of explaining details your sales man (Vikas) who is sitting in Cargo Honda (Jalandhar- Punjab-144001) advice me that we will charge 11.5% rate of interest per annum. When now day before yesterday i got file it is 23.7% per annum rate of interest charged. I had word in bank before one month there was a guy also who said yes sir only 13% rate of interest charged. All fake commitments done while selling LOAN. Mr Vikas took 15000/- down payment from me and submit only 10000/- to dealer. Dealer called me and asking for 5000/- balance amount. Mr Vikas (Your **** Sales man) said you LOAN amount will be 47500/- but when i got file it is 52000/-. Then he said 2500/- is file charges (What the hell is he saying after LOAN disbursement). Need proper clarification on this and closure of this LOAN as soon as possible. Need strict action against your sales man who is giving fake information. He did fraud with us and i want strict closure in this case.

                I do have a card with 35000/- limit.
                From the past few months I am not able to make payment due to job lose.

                How ever hdfc sent a notice to pay 57000/- that means 22000/- extra.

                If you calculate the whole late payments and interest charges on my card I paid will be nearly 25000/-

                Now I don't have a job I need 30 days of time to pay.

                Will you give me final settlement for the amount which I have used 35000/- not 57000/-.

                I am ready pay final settlement offer amount within 30 days. Which is lower thatn the amount I used by considering my situation of job lose from the past few months.

                He tried to see me ULIP without ever using the word ULIP. I have lost all respect towards HDFC bank now. I have been with HDFC for more than 18+ years and this is how they treat you

                If any RM from any bank asks for your time, tell them not to waste time if they are selling an Insurance/ULIP product.

                  I have applied for Housing Loan from HDFC they promote to give loan in 48 hours whereas it s been more than 48 days i applied for loan and they are still running for the documents.

                  They have mishandled the important documents of Co Applicant like

                  Today was ultimatum given by Builder to pay as last day as i have committed several times to Builder as per HDFC Ltd commitment. Builder said he has to allot the flat to someone else by refunding my share and i will lose this apartment.

                  Also when i called Ahmedabad Office today morning concerned sales person not picked my call. In Dubai office they just asked me to send email and only the have passed the responsibility back to Ahmedabad office. In evening i have again called to Dubai office they said me to called tomorrow. When i called on general customer care of HDFC they put me on hold with waiting and i end up with spending credit of AED 39.00.

                  I am really disappointed with this response from HDFC with no any answerable person with calling them as biggest name of India.

                  I left with no option i have no money to pay to builder as of now. I feel like situation as if this loan has been taken FOC with FOC processing fees even HDFC is promoting it to free they charged me INR 11, 500.00

                  I can not arrange same documents again from my employed as it is very difficult to get these type of documents from my comapny's HR department so i can not go for loan from any other organization.

                  Please consider this and help out me to stand with my rights.

Every time i have to deal with the cashiers. they doesnt cooperate. they dont have good behaviour. Today i had to deposit Some cash in my account. When i was depositing cash in the account. they said we dont accept Rs 10 Note. Is Rs 10 note a valid Currency?. What i got from my customer, I will deposit that money.                         My Current Bill reflect the FINANCE CHARGES of 1, 154.29 RS against my last generated bill on 39453 Rs for which my due date was[protected] and min due amount was 5064.58 and I paid 15.570 RS before my due date and rest amount was paid within next 20 days still you are charging me amount of 1, 154.29 on the name of Finance charges as this was informed by your sales person I get 50 days time to pay my outstanding amount but today I when called customer care they said you have been charged this amount because you have not paid the complete amount of 39453RS on the due date and when asked that I paid my minimum due amount and paid rest amount within next 20 days still why this has been charged will I get this amount credited back the CCE informed me that I need to pay total amount on due date or else they will charge the finance charges and this amount is non-refundable, not sure if this need to be done why you mention that minimum due amount in your bill statements and you're your sales person give wrong information . Actually, by mentioning this minimum due on the statement you are confusing the customers and cheating them and taking extra money from them because customer thinks that he had paid the minimum amount and can pay rest amount within next 50 days and if my payment was due i received SMS call or email from your which i keep receiving from HDFC people to sell your other services I think you can send an email at least informing customer about all this **** of finance charges and ask them to pay the complete amount.

                        I will make sure that in my circle and via social media/blog I let the people know not to go for HDFC CC because no matter you pay your bill (which am doing from past 10 months ) they will take out any **** reason to charge you extra amount.

                        You guys sucks !!

                          I have purchased the HDFC Life Click2Protect Plus through online on 5th December 2016.

                          Due to their slow process i have cancelled the policy on 5 th February 2017 that time they said my money will be credited in my account with in 10 to 15 days.

                          Its been 40 days still i didn't got my money back and also not correct answer from the customer care of HDFC LIFE.

                            My credit card number ending 5263 is a regalia card. Membership fees of 2862/- was charged in feb 14, 2016 which went unnoticed and now again on feb, 14, 2017, an amount of 2875/- has been charged.

                            I have not signed in any application nor i have accepted through any other medium with hdfc bank to issue a paid regalia card. The bank has issued by themselves a paid card in leu of a free world card ending 6164 earlier and now i am being looted membership fees.

                            I have been trying to revert the membership fees for both the years charged with the bank. Regarding the same i spoke to deepti supposed to be supervisor/ manager of hdfc credit card customer care and she opened a complaint # [protected] and soon closed the same without satisfactory response. She however said though the complaint is closed she will still follow up with the back end team and provide resolution for the same. No response yet. I send an email to [protected]@hdfcbank.com and no satisfactory response. They simply say regalia card is a paid card and membership fees have to be paid. However, they dont seem have any prood that i requested for regalia card which i never did.

                            However, hdfc bank credit card division is running this scam o[censored]pgrading free cards to paid cards and charging membership fees without informing customers. I request consumer complaints forum to take this forward so that others dont fall into this scam.

                              Dear Sir,

                              My name is Rizwan Hasan and I am having a saving account number [protected] with Muradnagar, Ghaziabad Branch. On 19.03.2017, around 03:30, I have received 2 consecutive SMS from HDFC Bank stating withdrawal of Rs. 10, 000 in each transaction using my HDFC card at Ansari road Daryaganj around 3:3 but ATM card was with me at that time. I was in Mohan nagar Ghaziabad at that time.

                              I immediately checked through the net-banking and withdrawal was done through some ATM in Delhi. The customer care guy informed me the ATM ID of the ATM. The ATM ID is 8271. He told me to register a FIR and to visit nearby HDFC branch with FIR copy.

                              I have already filled the dispute form with HDFC Bank Branch sco-39, Sector-56, Gurgaon on 17.03.2017.

                              I would like to assure that these transactions were not authorised by me and my ATM card was with me all the time. Please look into the matter on urgent basis.

                                [protected] with hdfc last year i applied for transfer of account from bidar (Karnataka) to bareilly. (Up). My address is not updated properly it's showing state as karnataka, rest details are ok. It is requested to update the state also. My atm card is due for renewal, my wrong adress may pls be corrected at the earliest

                                  I opened the salary account 2 years back and left the company after that. for the past two years Iam not using that account and I visited the branch recently and found that there is penality. I spoke to the bank person he said they can wavier the charge upto 5 thousand. Then I deposited the amount into the bank. Now the bank manager is denaying to reverse the charges. I large a compilant in Customer care they are also help less and not providing the proper solution. Can you please let me know where I have to file this compliant.

                                    I Have Deposited a Kotak Mahindra Bank A/c payee cheque at HDFC ATM Center Baner pune, of dated 15/03/2017.
                                    on 16/03/2017 i have received sms stating that "INR xx(Amt) deposited to ac no xx . clr bal is xx.
                                    when i check my account it was not credited.
                                    next day 17/03/2017 i got another sms "chq xx for INR xx deposited on ac no xx has been returned unpaid due to payment stooped by drawer" is that chq got bounce. i visited hdfc bank they mentioned payment has stooped by chq drawer. but when i take out my bank mini statement it was mentioned as CHD and next day CDR. will you please help me on urgent basis.

                                      I opened hdfc salary bank account and opted for hdfc credit card as well.
                                      On 17th march i activated my credit card and withdrawn rs 2000 just to check if my card is working fine or not. On 18th march i got my statement of rs 2348 adding cash advance fee 300 and service charges.

                                      I got a service call from hdfc bank department for 3 times informing that how much money i can withdraw from my credit card and what is the limit but no one talk about hidden charges.

                                      Called customer care and they told me that the information is there on website.
                                      I aggreed, the information is there on website but while informing about my limit of credit card and cash withdrawal and insurance i can opt for why the information for charges wasn't revealed?

                                      And the fact that i was just checking my credit card if its working fine and it was my 1st transaction and i got charged extra.

                                      Very disappointed with with this, please reverse my cash advance charges else i would like to pay this one time bill and will not be interested to continue with hdfc bank either credit card or salary bank account.
