authorization . And I don't want this membership so

    Called Up the above mentioned Number at least 20 times during
    the last 3 days and every time I did that the executive at that
    end just kept disconnecting the line. He or She just hung up.
    Very frustrating. This I did because I got an email from HDFC
    Life promoting your New Immediate Annuity Plan.
    Is your staff or your outsourcing call centre not ready to
    provide service.

      Dear Madam/Sir,

      This is a very serious complaint against HDFC Ergo general insurance company. We had bought our new duster vehicle in March 2015 covered by Reliance general insurace. When it was due to pay next insurance in March 2016 (March 25th 2016) we planned to take HDFC Ergo general insurance as their charges were comparatively lesser. The agent of HDFC insurance came and we gave him our previous reliance insurance for details. He calculated and we gave him the cheque they quoted for. Hdfc came back telling that Reliance are not giving the certain docs, are stating that we have claimed insurance with them. Then we talking to reliance insurance rectified things and forwarded the NCB from reliance to HDFC. Now HDFC guys come back and charge Rs. 626 extra stating we have covered 25% of NCB, this was the mistake made by HDFC people instead of covering 20%. They force us to pay Rs. 626/- instead of them rectifying the NCB to 20%. When we don't pay Rs.626/-, they have cancelled our insurance policy in the month of May-June 2016 itself. We unaware about the cancellation make multiple trips in the month of of August to December, luckily nothing happens to us or the vehicle. Now my question is, is it not the responsibility of HDFC to intimate through phone call about cancellation followed by a letter. If cancelled May-June, why did not they make an immediate arrangement of paying us our remaining balance amount back to us.

      The above mentioned cancellation comes into picture only when we have to make the following years payment. I call up to HDFC customer care and arrange for a call
      with the Senior and Sasikala calls me up on 21st March 2017 evening, when I question her she doesn't have a convincing answer and very intelligently makes the modification of showing the policy expiring on 11th March 2017(actual date of expiry should have been 26th March 2017) considering the Rs. 626 that we have to pay. Now pissed of with this when I go to other insurance agency for renewal he tells tha HDFC guys have made your NCB zero and you will have to go for a fresh policy which will cost us more or left with the only option of going ahead with HDFC itself for more amount than other insurance agency quoted. Which is a clear cut backstabbing to their(HDFC) customer.

      Request you to take the action against HDFC General Insurance and do justice to us.

        Hi Team,
        I have used credit card for filling petrol on Dec 31, 2016 . The transaction amount was of Rs 300 but hdfc bank charged me Rs 313.50/-. When I have complained to their customer care team they have mentioned we have no instructions received from Govt. and customer needs to pay the additional charge.

        I have attached screenshot of my credit card statement and email communication with hdfc bank's customer care team. Let me know if you need any additional details in this regard.

        Indian govt has already declared that consumers need not to pay any additional charge in petrol pumps when paid via cards. Also petroleum minister recently declared the same. But these banking sectors keep on pushing these additional charges to consumers which is a cheating. Please take necessary action.

          Sir,

          My bike Passon pro has been stolen from Wankaner(Gujarat) on 01/05/2016, and Police registered my FIR after two months becouse they were not ready to take my complain instantly So, i complained it to grievances cell, Gandhinagar and SP Cell, Morbi. Sir, I am attaching my application and documents with this complain.

          Now, HDFC Ergo made my claim as "NO CLAIM" on the basis of late FIR, I talk to the insurance official but they are denying the documents proof and saying there is no claim after late registering of FIR.

          Please HELP.

            I am akhilesh sharma, i was having a hdfc credit card without taking the confirmation from my

            End bank have activated the credit card, which i have received on 25th april 16. And the details are
            1. Card no. 8183
            2. Card no. 5244 and it was fully closed on 29th dec 16, also have the noc certificate from the

            Bank.
            This is for your kind attention that later one week back, i had applied a personal loan from hdfc

            Bank but it was rejected due to low cibil score. I humbly request you to kindly look in to my

            Concern and resolve my cibil score problem at the earliest to get a personal loan from hdfc

            Bank.
            Request you to please look into the matter.

              Maine apne account no. [protected] se[protected] ko debit card sa dwara through net banking finance department ko 45000 Rs ki payment ki thi. Mere account se paise usi samay with tax kat gaye thi lekin payment data bank dwara load na hone ki vajah se payment finance department ko nahi pahunchi aur maine jo sale deed apne plot ki karwani thi, finance department ko payment no pahuchne ki wajah se stamp paper generate na ho saka or meri ragistri na ho saki. Main kai dino se hdfc bank branch shahabad, kkr mein chakkar laga raha hoon, lekin meri koi sunvai nahi ho rahi. Aapse prarthna hai ki kripya mere above said account se jo payment 45000 tax sahit kati gayi uska data load kiya jaye taki main jald se jald registri karwa saku.

                My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account
                After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost and i never requested for a new one).
                I logged into my account for some reason and i see that i have rs -2776 in my account.
                I request you to please take action against this bank..
                They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                    It shows on hdfc bank net banking that mtnl tractions has failed and yet I was billed for the same.
                    my mtnl line got disconnected due to nonpayment of bill. I had to pay the bill manually via an ant other card to get the service restored
                    now hdfc bank customer service tell me they have made the pay mint and I have to run to the aces of mtnl to get the second payment of my bill which I have refused .
                    bad experience with the service team who promised call back since Jan 17 but even after two branch visits no call back.

                    they have also reversed the late payment charge of Rs.400.00 plus taxes levied on my card account for the payment made on time at their bank (proof of stamp available).

                      Sir, For the past 4 years i ham connected with HDFC bank for my personal loan and two wheeler loan also.
                      My revised personal loan number is #41792627. I have missed the March months EMI due date on 4th march as i am into some urgentr financial problem. For the past 4 years i am paying my EMI regularly. This time i missed as i am into a serious family health problem hence could not arrange money during my DUe date.
                      One of your Customer care agent Mr. Gangadhar D, had called me and alerted me about the due date, i said to your agent that due to cash crunch i couldnt pay the money, but i will pay the money by March 30th, still the customer agent mr. Gangadhar D is calling me and threatening me always. because of this behaviour of your customer agent i wont try any new services or product from HDFC hence after. I was your customer from past 4 yeras. I have also pai all my dues of Two wheeler loan too.

                        I have changed my job recently and i'm have problems with the payments i have always stayed in touch with the bank guys. There is this guy named Ram from Hdfc Bank HAL Old airport road branch. He is using foul language and telling me i'm doing fraud by not paying my emi and he will talk in a rude way only to my type of people. He also is threatening me and telling me to come to the bank and then he will talk to me there. And tells me don't come empty handed bring the money.He tells me you cant pay Emi and you are talking so much.

                          On 08/02/2017 Withdrawn an amount of Rs.5000/- from SBI ATM ID 727132 but the amount came out from machine an amount of Rs. 500/- only.
                          On 17.3.2017 i had called the customer care representative of HDFC bank and the officials assured me that your case seems genuine and i shalll get the amount credited in my account on 19.3.2017 but till now amount couldn't be credited.

                            Praveen kumar, HDFC bank teller, geetanjali marg branch, new delhi.
                            The guy refused to make DD and asked me to get it done at my own bank.
                            There was no signing authority in the bank, No B.M, no R.M.
                            The way he responded was never expected and I was ashamed I front of more than dozen people in the branch.

                              On 14th Feb. 2017, I had visited to your HDFC life Mulund branch, Mumbai and there your HDFC staff Vaishali Jadhav who was present started explaining on HDFC pro growth. She explained the details and when I got the mail what she had stated and what we had got was there was lot of difference . I stay in Bangalore and we send an authority letter along with my Father in law to cancel the policy to the branch, staff misbehaved with my father in-law and started saying that it is only 1 lac what is it for you. She refused to cancel the policy when it is clearly mentioned that the policy can be cancelled with in 15 days .

                              We went to Bangalore M.G Road, Nagaraj who was attending us mentioned that Bank statement and application form for cancelling the policy is sufficient . We gave the details to them and acknowledgement was given for cancelling the same . After 1 week we get an email that we cannot cancel as Pan Card is missing . All these details and proofs was submitted at the time of opening the policy.

                              Still also we went to Bangalore Silk board branch and we gave the PAN card copy for cancelling the policy Application number[protected] and she informed that it is completed .

                              After 1 week we get an email that your request has been processed . it is 24th March and still we have not get our funds back . It is more than 1 1/2 month and we have not got our funds back . I am preferred customer for HDFC bank and they deduct 115 Rupees per quarter from my saving account . Is this is the service they provide for their preferred customers. I am disappointed by the service provided and hence raising a complaint to get my money back .

                                Hello,

                                My name is Anjali Bajpai and i am using HDFC credit card since last 5 years.
                                Since right now i m jobless i was not able to make the payment since last 2 months.
                                Since last 15 days, I am using threatening calls from Collections Department of Axis Bank.They are calling the person whose number I have given as reference my credit card application and threatning him as well.

                                  I am hdfc credit card user. I have been charged with 575 for renewal mem fee incl st & cess which i have never been informed about. The card has been issued as free for lifeline. It just ridiculous to free card.
                                  Requesting you to explain what would have caused this charge on my credit card account. ​

                                      I am using personal loan service from HDFC. Since last two year .

                                      Due to medical emergency in this month I was not able to pay Emi for the month and I called up HDFC. And mailed also about the reality and informed that I will pay outstanding by last working day of month as I will get salary on this day.
                                      On call Hdfc agreed and unnecessary in background they triggered ECS 3 time in month on 6 the 9 the and now set on 24 the march which charged me as ECS return 450/- Everytime .

                                      On what rule basis Hdfc trigger ECS more than 1time I n month without informing to customer and charging separately .

                                      Please assist as I already facing financial issue and due to Hdfc I am losing money.

                                        I am a customer of HDFC bank for about 10 years and I am really shocked to see and experience their deteriorated and sub-standard tactics to befool customers and elicit money!

                                        I have zero transaction made on my credit card and they lieved me a late fee of Rs. 500 on one of the previous transactions ( as I was 5 days delayed in the payment). When I contacted the customer support in this regard, they assured me that as this has happened for the first time, they shall lift the penalty on grounds of long patronage with the bank...however to my dismay and utter shock, they did not remove the panelty and instead kept charging interest on the Rs. 500 late fee and now the amount stands out to be Rs. 5000/- Really???? Do you think that customers are crazy?

                                        How can a bank charge interest and subsequent penalty on a late fee charged--that was agreed to be lifted!! This is purely insane! And to add-on to my grievances, there is no answer on any of the numbers provided ever!

                                        I have all the details with me and in case this issue does not get resolved amicably, I shall raise a litigation on defamation & fraud case against HDFC Bank.
                                        Enough is Enough! If you do this to a loyal customer of a decade how can anyone new trust you???

                                        I am going to close all my accounts in this bank and opt for a better bank for my employees and company.
