    Amazon.in had initiated a refund on 9th March 2017 and said that it would be refunded before 14th March 2017 and that amount is still not reflecting in my account, It is kind off concerning about the fact that banks do not work on this at the earliest, we pay and we have to wait. Could you please look into this and get me the refund at the earliest.

      am complain to your credit card department from few last month's but not any stick action taken by you side they harassment me and cheat and fraud with me by debit fake unnecessary charges from my credit card account now your credit card executives call me and misbehave and abuseed with me very rough behavior of your executives they Said they I'll hold my salary account now your executives once again charges from my credit card amount of Rs 3927.66+ Rs 6614/- fake charges of last month refund my money immediately am not use credit card in last month but your executives charges me Rs 3927.6

        I am not happy with HDFC service. Every month extra charges added my bill.Please remove the extra charges and send me final bill. One asset service is added I m not interested to use it. Please remove that charges too. I am not receiving any alert messages or mail before last day of your bill. Every month I have called customer care for alert messages. But still not getting any message.

        HDFC had charged me 1, 379.93 inr for account [protected].

        Now they told me that you need to visit the branch.

        If HDFC Charged me for the account then they should give me intimation.

        If i had left the employer then HDFC should closed the account immidiately in 2015.

        for entire one year till my credit card payment they had activated.

        Why the online banking takes so much of time to add a beneficiary and after adding it says IMPS transfer is not possible for 48 Hrs. is this some kind of joke. It's that ally not acceptable

          Hello Sir!!
          My case is regarding the Credit Card issue. I am HDFC Credit Card last 3 years and making payment on time. Due to lack of banking terms, i was unable to pay my outstanding dues but i was paying my minimum due before time every month but suddenly they blocked my entire salary and asking for the full payment in one chance. Multiple times i have mailed them and asked about Financial Charges and Service charges which is approx Rs.1400 which i was paying every month but one day when i was discussing with their executive i came to know that i am paying only interest not my outstanding. i was shocked that last 3 years i was paying only interest. So, i stopped making payment and asked their executives to deduct my financial charges. Whenever i mailed them they have reduced it and console me that this will not added further but still it was added in my next bill. So, i delink my credit card payment from my salary account and didn't pay for last 3 month. If i have to run away with the amount then i do it once getting the card not after 3 years. I tried to make them understand but they are not ready to listen my points and blocked my card as well as my entire salary from HDFC Salary Account. My question is if you have already hold my entire salary which is more than your outstanding then why are they calling me every alternate day and asking me to make the entire payment otherwise you will deduct it from the holding amount. Now, they are crossing their limits and saying that "why did you swap the card when you didn't have guts to pay it back"? Is this the gentle way of talking? In reply i also said that if you have guts then go and catch the Vijay Mallya who is real defaulter with Rs.7200 crore. Now, i want that HDFC should teach some manner to their staff and take necessary steps against my issue. They are calling from [protected]. I want that you mail HDFC Bank LTD. and ask for the necessary step.

                  I am hdfc bank credit card customer. Now few things to be stated before complaint,
                  1) While applying for credit card I had clearly mentioned that all the physical statements must be sent to my resedential address and not on office address.
                  2) i had provided all the documents asked.
                  3) Despite of providing all documents they entered my E-mail totally wrong.

                  Now when I call them to ask for changes in address and e-mail, no one responds properly.They asked me to send a request form.Which I sent(I am taking this headache because HDFC employees mistake, Why I am made to pay for their mistakes?)... Now they are saying that there is a signature mismatch And I should send one more application(My signature is not changed from past 15 years.)...

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I (Lipika Gogoi) received a Ph Call from [protected] at 05:59Pm om 10.03.2017 where they introduced me as a HDFC Employee for upgrading my ATM Card. He asked me my Debit Card Number and also asked OTP Number. Unfortunately I believed that and I gave OTP Number. Then they disconnected their Cell Phone immediately. I got a Message from HDFC withdrawing Rs. INR 19, 950.00 in MUMBAI at MPESA on[protected]:18:03:39.
                    Sir, I request you kindly take this matter and take necessary action against Fraud and refund my money as possible.

                      I Deposited 1 Lakh in my HDFC bank account, that too this was deposited for starting a HDFC Life 15 Years poliicy with them
                      and they have deducted INR 741 from my account wwithout any prior intimation, When I checked with customer care they are giving
                      the reason for every 50, 000 deposit there will be charges of INR 50 but that should sum up to INR 100 only right ?? . There is no answer
                      for extra charges and they are asking me to wait for 7 working to get this issue resolved.Even the customer care service is pathetic I had to call
                      three times and wait very long time to raise a complaint. This is looting customers by so called second largest private bank, which has substandard
                      employees in their branches who are not even trained to inform customers about such charges.

                          i have hdfc bank cc a\c at utc building, ring road, surat. i was inform your hdfc bank utc building branch for my cc will close as on 13.01.2017 & after i was closed my cc limit as on 15.02.2017 i was completely paid your cc amount as on 15.02.2017 & after 3 times i was gone your hdfc bank utc branch for my property paper release & i meet bank manager & chirag pistoliya rm at branch & naresh ji senior of chirag pistoliya but they all with bank manager my property paper not releasing for reason on demand for four clouser charges on cc limit @4% but this is not applicable for renewal i was last 8 year hold my cc a\c in your branch. for a\c close matter of my cc a\c not approved by head office.

                          above matter i have consult my legal advisor & above charges is not made on my cc a\c fou four closer so plese solve above matter & release my property otherwise i will take legal action against hdfc bank at utc building, ring road, surat.

                            Hi,
                            My Name is Satpal Singh. I had Join a company in Kolkata in year 2013 and that company opened my salary account in HDFC bank and didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job after 1.5 year because of my brain disease and moved to Punjab in emergency. My all family members were in Punjab so we were not able to inform the bank to close that account in Kolkata. But i have reached the bank in punjab to close that account but they told me that the account will be closed automatically after six months and i had never used that account till now. But when i joined the new company in 2016 and they have asked me to provide the HDFC account and I told that in previous company I used the HDFC account but i'm not using that from more than 1.5 yr and when they checked my account balance it is showing negative 7K approx. I'm totally shock with the negative balance. The HDFC bank refused to open a new bank account as i'm already having it. They have advised me to go to Kolkata and close that account. But it is not possible to again go to their and make this request. I have reached the customer care to close this account but they are asking me to clear the negative balance. It is not possible me to pay this huge amount.
                            Moreover i have a credit card also which is issued by my previous company with HDFC and i'm still using it.
                            Can you please suggest me any way that what should i do. Can it be waived, so i can use this account again with my new company or i have to pay the penalty.

                            This is to inform you that after the above request to clear the Unhold balance from my saving account, they had clear the balance and it comes to zero in last week of Mar. Accordingly i had request my current Organisation HDFC bank person to convert my saving account to salary account. In first week of April i got a salary we was credited in the HDFC account successfully. But today i can see that they had deduct the amount 6721.75 INR from my account for non maintaining minimum balance and other charges related to 2016.

                            Can you please let me know if previous the unhold balance has been cleared from my account, then why you have deduct the charges now. Moreover when the unhold balance was cleared then I had personally visit the nearest Branch to confirm the balance and that time the bank person says that they are not seeing any pending charges to my account and its zero now.

                            Please suggest me any way that what should i do, so the deduct amount can be reversed.

                              Not able to see premium policy receipt

                              I have paid 9700 as premium of my HDFC life click 2 protect policy number 16754579. I have received mail of receipt but password protected . Document are not opening even after inserting date of birth as my password which is suggested in mail. So I don't have my premium policy receipt. I need a premium policy receipt. So please send me hard copy to my address or send me another mail which I can access....

                              My account no. is [protected] and i opened account before one year ago. i had done no transactions from atm card.but recent i talked at my branch about card and said ita a normal card and charge is only 115rs per year and please use for online transaction and cashless system.. so i just try to know balance only from atm. and not done any transaction from atm card..but directly 575 rs is deducted from atm card. so how i can trust from hdfc bankers which gave me wrong information. i charged of 575 rs just because of listen bankers request for cashless transaction.. how i tolerate this without use of atm card.. please check if i m using this atm anywhere..so please give me refund for this.. i dont want this type of any atm card which charged without transaction..

                                It seems that HDFC bank is regulating it's own rules other than RBI. We all know that after banking hours for public convenience, it take a little bit more time for closing the counter and submitting reports. But HDFC bank has its own timing for their employees, this bank is pressurising their employees to stay late night and load them with unnecessary MIS reports, and this work is allotted to them after 7p.m. This is really an exploitation to employees and their families too. Our family members who are working in HDFC bank are so much depressed which is leading them to take severe step in life. If anyone wants to check this, then one can visit New Delhi (south Delhi branches specially - including NFC, Kalkaji, Pamposh, Sarita Vihar, Jasola vihar, nehru place, etc branches). You can see how these employees are exploited which is affecting their personal family life.

                                  To day I went to your HDFC Bank at Laketown Branch, Kolkata for depositing some amount of cash to my son's A/C at 12.05pm, I am sorry to say that you should give proper training some of your staff of the said branch how to give the services to the customer. Pl find, below some of my observation:-
                                  1) Always avoiding tendency to the customers.
                                  2) Very very slow movement intentionally .
                                  3) Rowdy behaviour, always talking among themselves ...

                                    I applied for opening of HUF account and submitted all the documents at The Mall, First Mall Branch of HDFC Bank at Ludhiana on January 31, 2017. As present I have saving account in same branch (A/C No. [protected]). I am repeatedly visiting that branch to remind the staff regarding opening of account. But every time I am informed that account will be opened soon. About 15 days after the submission of forms I was informed that account could not be opened because of ‘Audit of bank’ being in progress. Exactly one month after submission of forms, I was informed that one of the employees have taken my application forms to her home and forgotten, so this is the cause of delay. Now more than one week have passed even after that incident, still today I was informed that application is in process. The level of HDFC Bank have fallen below that of even public sector banks.

                                      I Sahil Bhaskar had a salary account no. [protected] in HDFC Bank, R.S Tower, Hall Bazar, Amritsar. I had left my job and I had applied for closing my salary account and my account was closed by Mrs. Rajwinder Kaur On Date:[protected] but after closing my account when I reached home i received a message which was containing a notice that Your Cheque Book has sent but i had not applied or requested for Cheque Book.Today Dated:-10/03/2017 I visited Bank again for the query of my cheque book that where it is sent, but there was no Brach Manger Or Any Concerned Authority with whom i can discuss about my problem after wasting a lot my time at the bank i met with Mr.Mohit Kumar and told him about the problem after listening he said there is nothing to worry. So I said that i had written an application for Cancellation of my cheque book in the sense that it can't be misused by anyone and told him to kindly accept the application but he refuses to accept it.
                                      So it is hereby i am requesting you to kindly cancel my Cheque Book for avoiding it misuse.
