Rs 591.47 hasbeen deducted from my account and simultaneously my registration fee is not done..please refund me that much of amount.help me

    Hi i am praveen from coimbatore, i lost my hdfc credit card along with my wallet on nov 19, 2017 and it's been a month i had given my address details along with signature mismatch form actually sent them twice but still they say signature mismatch, even though i had submitted my signature mismatch form with present id proof with the same signature.

    This is worst experience i ever had with a bank in my entire life.

    And i don't hold a hdfc account, they don't do proper investigation simply pushing the application.

    Please raise an serious action on this, it's not only to me but am seeing this issue faced by lot of other people as well.

    To your kind attention i did sent the address change from again with a signature mismatch form with my matching signature as per my passport.and even i had attached my passport copy..again that had been rejected from your end..i cannot keep sending you the same.

    The second time i had sent an signature mismatch form, address change form along with the passport copy. I really can't send it again and again.

    Here is the second tracking number "ET[protected]IN" through speed post delivered on 11/12/2017

    I want this to be sorted out by tommarow, please do give me a cal i cannot keep sending you the documents.

    Please do understand the consumer's concern too..i had sent it with signature mismatch address change along with my passport copy.

    First review the documents properly and get back to me.

    Only problem is with hdfc bank if this is not sorted out by this week i will sure take screen shot of all complaints of the same and will post this on fb.

    Because it's not only me having the same complaint, lot of other people are facing the sane issue that too only from hdfc bank.

    I had lost my card and since i did not know my card number i couldn't make the payment as well, hence i asked for waiver on my late fee or some time but still the bank charged late fees on my card..and you haven't done anything to convince customers.

    The worst back-end team and customer satisfaction team.

    I even lost icic but that got resolved within 10 days with address change. I raised reissue of my card on the same time for icici as well.

      I have been holding hdfc bank credit card superia,,, number -[protected] valid from 12/14 to 12/17, in the name of krishan kumar sood, resident of, 120 siddharth enclave, new delhi 110014., as my billing address.
      I have always been getting my credit card statements and have been paying in time. (No default, whatsoever.).in november 2017 i have made a payment of rs. 105702/- on 20.11.2017 (As per my billing cycle), as demanded,. But i have not received the itemised statement,
      I would make payments, as demanded again,. For december 2017, as per my billing cycle (Which normally falls due on 26th date of the month.
      Ihereby request to send me the itemised statement, as usual,,,,,,.

        Amount 29.50 is getting deducted with the description nwd dec chg (Atm withdrawal charges) even though my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc. This was my first atm transaction in this month. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

        I have made a transaction of Rs.399 from my HDFC bank account to paytm wallet on 10th Dec 2017 . Money got deducted from account but it dint credited to my paytm wallet . And the status of the transaction is "Paytm loading". So how can I get back my money either to wallet or to bank account ?

          My name is peterson pius, i hold an nre and an nro account in hdfc.
          My hdfc account has been frozen for more than a month; hdfc bank claims that they want the kyc information renewed before they can unfreeze my account.
          Despite submitting the required documents 5 times now, through different mechanisms,
          Emailing to - [protected]@hdfcbank.com and
          Hdfc website - netbanking request confirm kyc details download form scan upload.
          My account is still frozen.
          I spoke to the call center thrice (After waiting almost an hour on the line every time) first and the second time, they told me there is an existing rule from rbi that accounts should frozen until kyc documents are renewed, but last time i checked there has been no such rule. I informed them that i have submitted the documents anyways, the third time they told me they have not received the documents and opened a complaint case number 06427096 and ([protected]@hdfcbank.com) ref no-tw[protected] for me. However, there has been no help from them yet.

          I have an ecs attached to my hdfc bank account and i have lapsed two due dates of my loan due to irresponsible service from hdfc bank. This bank has made lives of nris really difficult. I would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible and a compensation for the loss i incurred due to them.

            Hi team i am using your card from last 2 years vide your card ending number 3686 international diners club card. From last 2 months i am not able to pay amount on time due to some financial crisis but you guys messed up my life. It's only delay of 7 days one of your agent sending my warning messages. I am also attaching up here snapshot. When i called this number [protected] one of a lady picked up the call and start using abusive language and harassing me that we have full rights that whatever we can do with you and saying to one of his member picked up this guys. I was in office otherwise i will teach that lady a lesson because i also know how to handle these vulgar peoples

            My concern i am a regular user of credit card is this your service when i already requested?

            I have not been asking for settlement or any waive of in my account but you guys messed up my life in only two months,

            I am requesting you to deeply look into this matter and take necessary action against this otherwise i will go with senior authorities in the case of mentally harassing and using abusing languages.

              credit card status showing in process. how many days will take time for approval

              I applied for hdfc credit card. All necessary documents submitted. Residential and office verfication were done. I got confirmation call, otp verification, email verification were done. While tracking it is showing in process. Mine application :[protected]s2. Kindly let me know how many days it will take for approval. What is next process. I applied on dec 2. Hdfc people responce is good.

              I have made a transaction using hdfc credit card to avail an offer in flipkart which lasts today. The bank however failed to process the transaction successfully due to which i am not able to avail the offer, in addition to that customer care people are not even bothered to respond to any of my calls continously since 3 hrs. When i have no complaints customer care people calls repeatedly and disturbs me but when i am in real trouble and need their immediate assistance, they failed even to respond my call. This is how hdfc bank works. Simply playing a blame game with customers

                  On 15-dec-2017, i tried to make a transaction at 'sri udupi park' for rs. 340 by using my debit and the transaction was not successful due to some technical problem and then i had to punch my debit card again. So 2nd time the transaction was successful and i got my bill for rs. 340 only.

                  Later i checked my hdfc account transaction details and found that i have been charged twice for the purchase for the same amount and i did not get any refund for the same.

                  The cheque/ reference no. For the 1st transaction is[protected]
                  And the 2nd transaction is[protected].

                  Please look into this matter and refund the overcharged amount of rs. 340 to my account.

                    Around an year ago, hdfc called me
                    "sir we are giving you the new platinum card"
                    And they gave me the new debit card and asked me to destroy the older one over phone call. After almost an year, i got a message that 8000 rupees got debited from my account with old debit card. I called hdfc they said that why wouldn't i get the older card blocked. Is this my responsibility to get it blocked, i din't even consider to destroy it, but they told me that card should be destroyed but they never told me that it should be blocked as well.

                    How is this my mistake, i never asked for new card. Hdfc told me to destory the older one but they never asked my to get it blocked. As a regular customer how would i come to know that card should be blocked even after i torn it and threw it in dustbin.
                    And the question is how the hell the card can be used, it's a major bug in the functioanlity of hdfc.
                    I have been the customer of hdfc for last more than 6 years.

                      I came from canada and i was withdrawing money from amritsar loharka road hdfc branch $200 which is indian 10000rupee. This friday morning happened. There was no money in atm i showed receipt to bank manager but now my canadian bank shows i withdrawn 10000 rupee. Please solve this issue i am here three weeks more.

                        I am rajendra madhukar gajare using your hdfc credit card from december 2014. My credit card number is [protected] valid from 02/14 valid through 02/17.
                        When i had applied for the credit card i was staying at pimpri pune.
                        I am also working in bank and undergoing frequent transfers for which i need to change my address frequently
                        My above mentioned credit card expired in february 2017.
                        After expiry of my credit card new card was issued and it was directly dispatched via courier to my old address of pimpri pune. It was not informed to me before sending of new card i. E.in advance, after dispatch of new card i received sms and email.
                        There was no arrangement for delivering new card at my new address. I contacted your customer care and come to know i need to change my address by submitting kyc documents. Immediately i sent email to your hdfc card and informed you that i was unable to make any payment, enquiry and transaction since you replaced my credit card. This e mail was sent by me on february 2017 itself which you find in your record due to my transfer this mail copy is not with right now. My credit card number and login to your net banking for access of credit card was also changed.
                        I was unable to check statement and make any payment with number of my old credit card since i was not having details of my new credit card.
                        Subsequently i sent all required forms for the change of address dully signed to your bangalore address via drop box located at your hdfc thatte nagar nashik branch in february 2017. I had enclosed my pan card, banks identity card and aadhar card along with current light bill. Then i received email and sms that hdfc is unable to change my address due to difference in signature.
                        It is your service deficiency that for such small request of change of address i needed to write to your banglore office. I made enquiry at your hdfc branch located in gangapur road nashik 2-3 times but there was no satisfactory reply. No specific person was there in your branch to attend credit card related problems only i got information to send request to your banglore office
                        I was not in emergency for use or need of your credit card and being banker i was very much busy during the month of march 2017 thus i was unable to follow up with you but i am getting your sms and email regarding outstanding in the card. If any dues were outstanding in february 2017 i am agreed to that dues but i in doubt that you have applied some charges to my account and outstanding has increased as per sms and email received. I had clearly informed you through my email that there is your service deficiency and why should i bear charges for the same???

                        Now i was not at all interested in your credit card you have decreased my limit even if you make my limit 0 repeat zero i don't have any problem because am not using your card rather you have not delivered me new card. I had provided all my identity proof and residence proof still my problem not resolved. Even though my signature was deferent you should have contact me and on basis of cross verification and all kyc documents provided by me you as hdfc bank should have taken prudent action. But there was not action from your side and my problem is still unresolved.in this condition you have applied charges to my credit card which also have affected my cibil record
                        Please reverse all the charges applied after february 2017 as i was unable to access payment side due to replacement of card and arrange issue me new hdfc credit card.

                        I have sent this mail repeatedly in month of september 2017 and october 2017 but you have not replied positively. I have came to know that you have office for credit card located above hdfc branch thatte nagar nashik nobody informed me about his. I just came to know this in november 2017 regarding your office from my personal sources.
                        While offering new credit cards all of your representatives were available but not when it comes to service nobody is helping

                        your customer care and replies from email are not satisfactory they are not even trying to understand my issue .This is very pathetic and harassment to me as customer .I have used your credit cards for more than 1 year and repaid all of your credit dues regularly for 1 year .I have used 1 lakh amount regularly am also using present credit card of SBI .You should at least consider customer relationship and value but you also don't care for this relationship this also insulting when you send me advocate notice for the amount of Rs. 6, 000/- .When I have repaid your 1 lakh regularly, Rs 6000 is nothing for me .My intention for non payment is not of default it is just to prove your service deficiencies. In addition to this you are adding late payment fees each month and sending me legal notices, frequent calls treating me like defaulter..Why you are giving me treatment like defaulter ???
                        Please resolve my issue reverse all the unnecessary charges applied to my credit card account at earliest also my CIBIL has been affected negatively due to your Non co -operation because of your service deficiency am getting problems for my other credit card applications and loan application you are only responsible for this because I have informed you all the issue time to time .
                        I am also sending copy of this to RBI (under banking ombudsman) for their kind and necessary action .

                          I applied credit card going to bank member but i forgot my mobile and application number so 3months going to bank but credit card not received then there manger again applied my card application via form fill up and i received application number receipt after few days i submitted my income proof but now after 3 month there no any message no calls and hdfc bank member don't know about my credit application and now when i login my net banking and goes to card option for credit card details its says your request cannot be processed temporarily. We regret the inconvenience caused in netbanking card option cannot be opened last three months what is problem card option please help me how to see my credit card option and

                          I have hdfc credit card, I never used it till now. I received statement with late fees and one service was activated without my permission and it got deactivated as well.I have paid 3500 rupees unnecessarily because I wanted to close my credit card permanently same I have confirm with customer care and they have mentioned it is blocked still they are applying late fees again and again.I tried to close using net banking under credit card hotlisting but that option is not avlailable for me even though I have paid all pending fees. Next month again I received statement with late fees now it went to 1600 plus.I have written one mail with complain but they are asking me to clear due amount first but why I have to pay that amount and what is a guaranty that after paying I will be getting that option available.I will not pay any amount now.

                            I have been a very loyal customer to hdfc bank since more than last three years and have been using both debit and credit card services and had never delayed any payment.
                            There was a fraud transaction that has happened from account on january 12th for rs 22000. Since then i have been facing mental torture every month for the payment of amount which i have not even done
                            Along with the above amount there were few transactions that i have done and did not pay as i was waiting for my query to get resolved completely.
                            Since february till august i was continuously getting calls to just clear minimum dues unless my queries are resolved, so i did as they suggested and my due on kept increasing due to bank late fee charges for the amount which i have not even used.
                            On august 2017 i was asked from collection department to clear the amount which i have used and i was told that my query for fraud transaction will be resolved sooner and late fee charges and all will be waived off.
                            I keft following up with the bank and it was really a mental torture for me to explain everything during every single call i have made but my concern was not resolved.
                            I am holding a salary account with hdfc as well so today morning i have received an sms saying.
                            "inr 38, 961.73 dr to a/c no xx4334 towards fund trf dm-489377xxxxxx0506 val 16-dec-17. Clr bal inr xxxxxxx"

                            Request you to kindly revert the entire amount to my account or i will take a legal action here.
                            Also i want to know the reason why i have not received my email statement for the month when this fraud happened.
                            Instead of helping here you guys have charged more amount on top of fraud amount.
                            I am ready to bear some part of fraud amount if it is proven that it was not a bank fault.
                            Please revert the amount within 24 hours or i ll sue you for the mental torture and trauma you guys have given me along with the deduction of 38000 inr.

                              I got an amount of inr 1980.60 deducted today without any reason. It says. Dc intl atm w-d markup+st[protected]mir[protected]

                              How can you deduct money like this? Can someone clarify this?

                              This is a really bad behavior of bank, without notifying deducting amount from customers bank. I trusted in this bank and thats why do all my transaction with this account. Going forward, i think i will choose a better bank with better services!

                                Hi hdfc bank team,

                                I have pre closed my previous loan in the october 2017. At time of closing the loan 1 emi return charges are debited from account. Now as on 21/11/2017 these charges are again debited from my account after closing the loan.

                                Please clarify why below amounts debited from my account my knowledge.

                                21/11/[protected] emi rtn charges - september[protected] were debited whereas these charges were debited at the time of pre closing the previous loan.

                                  I got 4 messages simultaneously that my hdfc credit card got debited from itunes store for rs. 7900. I have not registered my card on itunes so how can this happen. I did blocked my card immediately. And please refund my amount as i have not done any purchase from itunes store and it is not even showing any purchases in the itunes store.
