I got this msg from hdfc as i have returned the order to myntra. Still i can not see the amount reflecting onto my account statement.

Hi hdfc care support,

This is with regards to the security concerns using net banking.
(Please take this into account as a suggestion)

When transferring amount to the added beneficiary, it doesn't ask for any otp/verification.
Ideally it should ask some security verifications, also when transferring amount to the added beneficiaries.

Please let me know why there is a lack of the...

I applied for hdfc fastag on 27-oct-17 and my application reference number is hfr006713. Even after 1.5 months, i did not receive my fastag. I already pais rs300 online. After 2 days of application, i got a mail from hdfc to send the documents as email since there server was not working. I sent the documents immediately and after that no response from hdfc. The toll free customer care is of no use. Nobody attends the call in the contact number...

monthly fine for the salary account

Hi sir,

I have hdfc bank account opened in syntel as a salary account in 2010. Main branch is tiruvanmiyur, chennai. Accnt num is [protected] - raghuvamsinathreddy.
It is salary account and i was assured by hdfc agent that i don't have to maintain minimum monthly balance for this account. Currently i am not using it because as i moved to another company and they have asked me to open an account in different bank....

money debited without any information

I came to know that my saving account has been debited for rs. 118.00 on 02 dec 2017 towards adhoc stmt chgs incl gst 241117-mir[protected].

I don't remember going to any branch for requesting any statement.
I want to understand why this amount is taken from me. I tried calling the customer care number but did not receive any proper response. Please help.

no information on submission of rekyc after months

Dear hdfc bank,

My customer id 63560492; i had submitted rekyc through email on oct 30th 2017 to branch manager as there were no changes on my address.
I have been advised to submit online for faster completion, and i did the same on november 1st

Later when i called customer care, was able to get someone after 30 minutes and been told that they didn't received through online.

I got salary account, [protected] with hdfc bank ltd since mar2015, resigned from employer and same has automatically migrated to regular savings account of mab 10k without any prior authentication of me and started to charge my account monthly 600rs almost 20k rs. credit card payment issue

I am using a credit card since 3years. My total dues was Rs.28138.08, and I have paid the amount through net banking from a/c [protected] on 30-Oct-2017. My credit card is also link up with this a/c. This month I see due amount is Rs.846.13 where as I have paid all the due balances....

imps transfer amount deducted but not credited

I transferred 15000 from my hdfc account to andhra bank account through imps. Amount is deducted from my hdfc account but not credited in to andhra bank account. I have sent 2 hours back still not credited.
Please solve the issue as soon as possible
