I have applied for hdfc fastag on 28th nov 2017. I hv received a message saying my fastag is activated and till now i haven't received the fastag tag.
Tried contacting the hdfc customer care and no response from them after continuously calling [protected].

I hv also tried road side assistant no. For information but that foolish people also not have any information such rascals. And also shared with me wrong no.

I have paid them 300 rupees and i'm not sure whether i'll be getting the fastag.

My application reference no. Is hfr013712.

    Hi

    My name is himanshi khanna.
    I had a salary account in your bank. And it is to inform you that your representative opened a deemat account along with it without letting me know.
    I had multiple calls with your representatives to close the account but have not found any solution for it.
    In fact, the bank is keep deducting money from my account.

    Also i requested your representatives to close my salary account as well as but they have still not responded me back.
    Even money is continuously getting deducted from my account regularly.

    Please close my all the accounts from your bank as i don't want to continue further.

      I had a very worst experience with my hdfc credit card since the month of april and tried calling n number of customer care analyst and shared n number of emails with hdfc but none of them provided solution for my issue and now i ended up with unneccessary charge of 11580 for my blocked credit card.

      I m totaly frustrated with the service and i donot want to continue the service with hdfc.

      Please call and provide solution for the same.

        I am retired staff of bpcl senior citizen based at bhopal. I don, t wanted to open demate a/c but staff insisted & opened my a/c. I didn't made any transaction as i am not interested. Last 2 years i am trying to close the a/c visited several times filled closer form several times last 20.10.2017 each occassion staff promise to close with in a week time but in never happened

        I request authorities to close my account failing this i have no choice but to take lagal action against hdfc management.

          My name is seshagiri rao a, i took the personnel loan of 1.5 lac from hdfc bank through sales person named shri. Sai lekha from ranigunj branch of secunderabad. From last 1 month she called me to offer the loan, i had a requirement hence i was approached her to take the loan of 1.5 lac. She was told me that rate of interest is 13.55%, 72 hrs disbursal time, no processing fee &no doccumentation charge and only gst will apply. But, after taking the loan rate of interest is gone to 14.25%, processing fee is 3000.00, gst is 824.00, time taken for final disbursal is 11 days. I was given complaint to her sales manager raju but no use of it. Now i request the hdfc bank officials please go through my complaint and take action against the person who is given false information to the customers before taking the loan.

            Res sir,

            My self rajendra shukla. My account no is [protected] which is nro account and salary being regularly deposited in your bank hdfc, roshan plaza near mahesh building rani bazar bikaner rajasthan.

            I regret to inform you that in spite of repeated request for regularly crediting my salary, you are not crediting the salary as soon as depositing it from my employer. Every time i have to call you and remind you for crediting it to my account and thereafter only you are crediting it to my account. Now my employer has depositing my salary on every month
            8th or 9th date and the same has been already credited to other employees who are having other bank account. The other employees who are having other bank account getting salary credited in respective account regularly whereas hdfc is badly failed to do it for their esteemed customers.

            You are requested to please arrange to credit the salary without any follow-up regularly

              HDFC Bank charged me Rs 1421 for late payment charges before that they are not communicate to me. Also customer care service not respond well. Also from last six month I was not used or transaction on credit card but they not charged me for late payment.
              Also I am tried to contact to HDFC Branch but no one is known about how to resolve the issue and where to I go.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                Thanks for the information.
                Your inability clearly shows the gambling that you have played with the debit of reward points from my card. I think more than 1000 reward points have been debited from the total reward points credited, without any reason, since card inception till today. And this is only the reason you are showing your inability to email me the system generated soft copy of My Credit Card to me.

                In addition to this, I do not need credit card statements since inception. Please do not send them through courier as I do not want HDFC Bank to pay the cost o[censored]nworthy things. I already have the printout of all credit card statements since inception. I only need is the reward points statements of credit and debit since inception.

                I, being the holder of the card, want to have the system generated soft copy of the reward points details in the format as provided by me in the last email. If you can not provide from the card inception, then do send me at-least as much as you can or since last 1-2 years of reward points credit and debit statements.

                I hope you can understand the cause for this requirement and will provide as much possible reward points statements(credit/debit) at the earliest.

                  I have received one bill of my credit card. One was on june or july 2017. When around 1500 amount has been deducted from my credit card balance and i had to pay for it and got to know it was not a transaction. Reported this long time back. They raised a complaint but it was never resolved. Agn i have spoken with one of their phonebanker and he told me it was due to my non verified card. She connected the phone and completed the verification and as per her no money will be deducted from account but still it got deducted from my account. Which is 1899 /- on my november 2017 bill. I want to raise a complaint against this type unwanted transaction of hdfc bank. Please return my money back.

                    As my credit card is showing the 3000 less in the account as compare to massage sent from the bank two days ago. My online statement shows no deduction of Rs.3000 from the credit card account so for this deduction i didn't get any update from the bank. I contact customer care on[protected] from my registered mobile but they wasn't pick the phone from more than 20 min and every call was chargeable also. Also mailed them but no response from then with in two days or till now as mail was sent on 8th of December.

                          With due respect i would like to inform you that i have being using hdfc account as my salary account but i left the organization and i thought i would carry forward the same account in the next organization as my salary account but unfortunately hdfc converted my salary account in savings without my knowledge and permission. You should have informed me about the same and on the top you have charged me 4, 287.65. I don’t know for what. It was a salary account where i don’t have to maintain it. I could keep it as zero balance. I am ready to use this account as my salary or savings account but i want this charges to be waived off as soon as possible since it was without my knowledge and permission i am accepting this as a gesture of good will.                               abm charges in hdfc bank

                              Hello,

                              I am 8+ years old customer of hdfc bank. My account no. Is [protected], i also have credit card with hdfc bank but in last few months i am watching that hdfc bank keep deducting some charges called amb charges.in starting of a/c the hdfc person told me that it is zero balance a/c but then why hdfc bank charging me again and again?

                              As per my knowledge reserve bank of india has not issued any guidelines...

                              Cancellation of one assist membership
                              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 8680 without my concern on date:07/12/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

                              Rude behavior of deputy bank manager Mr.Sandeep Singh.
                              This Employee are very bad behave in customer.
                              Dont have respect for customer, his behaviour is not tolerable he is rude and misbehaves with Customers.

                                My emi date is 4th of every month for rs. 3641/-, in the month of sept. 17 emi was not deduct. Than i have paid online emi on 11th sept.17, than 13th sept 17 bank deduct emi. So two time emi paid to bank. I have call to bank executive please adjust same. But he told that one emi will get refund. On 19th sept. 17 i have received rs. 2992/-. So why deduct my rs. 649/-.in oct 17 emi deduct bank on 4th oct. Than nov 17 last emi was not yet deduct bank. Than executive call to due to last emi payable to bank. I have told to why deduct rs. 649/- in the month of sept.17. He told insufficient balance in your acc. I have told already all month more than rs. 20000/- available in my account in full month. He asked share sept 17 to nov 17 bank statement and asked if available balance than i have refund your amount. I have already 3 time bank statement to miss. Sangeet singh (Sangeeta. [protected]@hdbfh.com) and miss. Bhavana shetty (Bhavana. [protected]@hdbfh.com), but till date not any reply receive from bank. Hdfc bank executive continually harass to me, my friends, wife and my office colleague. I have inform to bank executive i agree to pay emi after refund my deduct amount rs. 649/- or i will adjust this in last emi and pay to bank. But he was not agreed. Please look in to matter on priority basic. And refund my deducted amount at earliest.

                                  I am facing problem with hdfc bank. I have transferred funds through neft netbanking rs. 40000/- on dated 05/12/2017 reference number: n[protected] to sbi beneficiary. The said amount has been not credited to the beneficiary account due to beneficiary bank ifsc code changed. The beneficiary sbi branch said your amount will return to same account within 48 hours because ifsc code not matched. After 5 working days i contacted hdfc customer care and share my problem that my neft amount not reversed to my account. But till now my neft amount not credit to my account.

                                    My loan acc no is 41942447
                                    My name is p muruganandam
                                    My check got bounced on this month (Dcember) due to insufficient amount, actualy the bank deducted my money suddenly, but on the day only i put money on my account, help me to settle the problem
                                    Now i have amount in bank, so when you will take it or what i have to do, guide me, i am new i dont know the procedure.

                                      I had canceled the order from flipkart and they have refunded money to bank which is debited from my debit card. I also received sms that "ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 1315 for rs. 219240.00 has been credited/reversed by payuind on[protected]:21:35:06" but till now i didn't receive in my bank account.

                                      Did you get the refund? I am facing similar issue.
                                      I have to get back my refund from caratlane and they have refunded money to bank which is debited from my account. I also received sms that "Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 0595 for Rs. 2280.00 has been credited/reversed by PAYUIND on[protected]:10:09:14" but till now i didn't receive in my bank account.
