I was credit card apply on 16th dec 2017 then i had recvd my credit card reference id-[protected]e1.18-dec-2017 received message from your side credit card application is approved. Then 20th dec i had receive msg from your side "we have complete all process". When i am online tracking credit card status is "disapproved". I don't have received any (Msg/mail) your card is disapproved.

I had purchased mobile from flipkart.com then cancelled but cancelled amount did back to my account. My statement showing transaction to airtel payment mumbai is 19000/-totally unknown and mobikwik system 20000/-so my request kindly investigate over the matter. I think hdfc credit card is not secure to use.

The payments were going from my account directly for many years. Suddenly last month the payment was not made to my phone, resulting my dis connction of phone and
    Embrassment. I requested my bank many times but my compalint is not redressed till now. Nor they are telling me any reason for denying payment. I request you to take up the matter with the bank

      I deposited a cheque myself in a hdfc branch, got the receipt stamped, waited for 15 days, nothing happened.
      Today when tried checking the status via sms it says "invalid cheque", no reason mentioned.

      Tried talking to virtual relationship managers, nothing worked out they told to visit that branch to check the status.

      What the hell, if something went wrong who will convey that, is it customers job to first drop the cheque then visit to get the status updates.

      Why you then speak this fuzz of mobile and internet banking.

      I have a current account with hdfc bank and i want to close this account from previous one year but the bank is not accepting my application and charging me with non maintenance charge. bank manager mr. tiwari is not picking my phone since past 6 months i have visited the branch at least 10 times and their no solution to my problem
      HDFC Bank limited Anna Sakai Chennai, Tamilnadu sent me amount Rs 18000/- and Rs 8720/- with reference no 74332747332720554486953, and 74332747332720554386961 dated 27th Nov, 2017 to my SBI saving a/c [protected] as refund by Club Mahindra Resorts and Holidays. But till today I don't get any amount.

        I was travelling from jaipur to sikandara on 25 dec 2017 at around 3 p. M. My vehicle has fasttag. When i was crossing rajdhok toll plaza from fasttag lane your counter person told that your system is not working and toll amount has not been deducted from fasttag and he told me to pay in cash and i paid to him. Receipt of that i m attaching in mail. While after one hour i got sms that toll amount was also deducted from my fasttag. Transaction id of amount deducted from fasttag is [protected]. I already reported issue by call on number [protected] but till now i haven't got my refund in fasttag till now. Please look into matter and make sure these incedent doesn't happen in future

              But this is unacceptable. Bank people did not give any information on this charge at the time of cash withdrawal. If I was aware of such charges, I would withdraw money as small amounts in different days.
              I am totally dissatisfied with this action from you.

                reversed transaction not credited

                I have cancelled a order on flipkart, i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

                Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 3771 for rs. 88090.00 has been credited/reversed by payuind on[protected]:02:21:00

                I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared as it's a large sum please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the flipkart has done...

                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number in the form of emi's without my concern in oct 2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So i requested to cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-. When i call hdfc customer care, they are asking to contact one assist people. I received a call from one assist people and they said they are going to send the welcome kit, but i did not received any courier. I called to one assist customer care and requested for cancellation, their executive said they are going to provide me discount of 299. I said am not interested but they took it as i am accepting the discount. I called them within short time immediately and asked to cancel the policy. They said they raised request and within 7 working days they gonna cancel it. But again on 26 and 27 dec 2017 i got two more emails stating that

                Thank you for the interest shown in applying for oneassist membership through your hdfc bank credit card.

                We wish to inform you that basis your written consent given to oneassist, your hdfc bank credit card bearing number # xxxxxxxxxxxx1857 has been debited towards the membership fee, as per the plan opted by you.

                      i want to make here a complaint against the employee of hdfc bank and his name is unnikrishnan branch manager of kunnamkulam branch, kerala.
                      This person has intentionally delayed my homeloan upto 5 months, finally he is telling that legal documents are not clear you will not get this loan. He can tell this thing in early why he is taken this much delay, and this been a very bad experience for me with hdfc bank and this issue made me very unsatisfactory with the service offered buy hdfc.

                      As a solution Plz take any action against this manager irresponsibility.

                            A customer representative of hdfc bank called me on phone for the verification of adress as i had applied for new credit card. She was a lady and her way of talking was very bad. Even she said words like tum, tere father k name kya h. When i asked her about her behavior then she cut my phone. Even i tried to call her but she did not attend my phone. Telephone number from she called [protected].
                            I just what type of training you have given to ur representatives. They do not have any professionalism. Customers are assets not liabilities of bank.

                              I applied for fastag for two of my vehicles. Money got deducted from my account and i got sms message saying my fasttag is activated.

                              Its been more than 15 days and i have not received any communication from hdfc on how i can get the actual fastag.

                              I called up customer carte number[protected] but nobody picks up the call. This is not expected from a reputed bank like hdfc.

                                  I am a new user of credit card (Not a primary customer).
                                  When i try for credit card net banking register and submit, i get a following error message.
                                  "we apologies, but this facility is temporary unavailable"
                                  I already complained but no response from one week.

                                    My daughter applied for new account opening during her recent visit to india. The official in magarpatta city pune branch (A badly supervised and ill informed trainee i believe) said it will take max 7 days.
                                    The process is still incomplete after one month in spite of full compliance of documents on day one and numerous visits for follow up.
                                    Bad news is the accounts are opened in some different branch without our consent.
                                    High value check deposited is not cleared after 8 days.
                                    It was worst experience with hdfc bank.

                                      I received this message yester day...

                                      " dear customer, mandate reference number hdfc[protected] issued to banyantree service limited with value rs. 100000.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your bank.

                                      I haven't made any mandate to bank...

                                      Please look into the issue and resolve...
