wrong amount withdraw

20000 amount withdraw from sector-4, gurgram atm but i received 8 no’s of two thousand note, 3 no's of five hundred & 6 nos of one hundred note,, but i receive only

unethical behaviour

Hi this all is still happening. I have too received a call offering loan against policy. They were asking me to pay 10% of loan amount in advance. I said i need only 2lakh. They said you need to apply for min 3lakhs. They are quite smart. They will ask you for your pan card number and all. kyc not handled properly at bank

We got e-mail about submitting kyc documents a month ago. All the documents are uploaded to website and emailed. No repose on receiving the documents or review of documents. 10 days later there is another e-mail to update kyc details, same again we uploaded documents to website and emailed them. 2 days our account is blocked with no explanation.

cancellation of one assist membership

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 4789 without my concern on date:01/12/2017 for oneassist mfee. It shows in my unbilled amount.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So -

I had applied fastag from hdfc bank on 3rd nov.
It was intimated by bank that i would be getting fastag within a week's time. Until now there is no information about the same (Whether processed, held, etc). The amount has been deducted from the account also.

When tried to reach customer care [protected], i always get a message stating "number busy". There is no e-mail address also to contact the customer care.

Hi hdfc care support,

This is with regards to the security concerns using net banking.
(Please take this into account as a suggestion)

When transferring amount to the added beneficiary, it doesn't ask for any otp/verification.
Ideally it should ask some security verifications, also when transferring amount to the added beneficiaries.
