This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

An amount of rs 724.24 has been debited on 11th dec 2017 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges depository charges nov17 [protected] on demat account. I have never used this account.

I am aghast to see this has happened second time inspite of me not using the demat servies and when the account was given to me it was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers.

    I am not signed or accept any sheme on buying credit card. But you active one assist plan to my credit card without my knowledge. Now my account balance is automatically reduced. So you will re-access the reduced amount and otherwise i will go to consumer court.

      Hello,

      On 19th december 2017, i transferred 3000 rupees to a wrong icici account from my hdfc payzapp account. It was supposed to be sent to my account[protected] but it got transferred to another account[protected].
      Transaction id[protected]ta78zv6.
      Hdfc payzapp team said, as the transaction has completed, they cannot raise the request and icici bank has to support.
      I visited both the banks on 21st december 2017 and told them the incident in details and i complained through letter regarding this issue.
      But no bank is ready to take the responsibility and solve the issue.
      Icici bank customer care gave me the details of account but said as hdfc is the initiator of the transaction; they have to raise the request.

      Hdfc bank said, as the transaction has completed, they cannot raise the request and icici bank has to support.

      Please help me and refund the money or at least contact to that person and ask him to send it back.

      This is with regard to the previous mail which is have dropped you on 19th December 2017. The Beneficiary bank (ICICI Bank) needs my bank, HDFC Bank (PAYZAPP) to cooperate and provide sufficient support for the easy and safe recovery of my fund of Rupees 3000.

      This is so ridiculous that when the beneficiary bank (ICICI Bank) is ready to support where in HDFC bank (PAYZAPP) is lease bother not cooperating with me.
      I would request you HDFC Bank (PAYZAPP) to create a case and provide me with sufficient information which is required for the ICICI bank to proceed with the easy and fair recovery of the same.

        I've contacted customer service today regarding inquiry about my credit card and the customer agent talked to me rudely by giving answers which is irrelevant to me. He interacted as if he is offering credit card to me. I'm extremely dissappointed with the service. I like hdfc bank personally but this service made me to think alternative. Feedback should be given to the agent and let him know that customers are important first.

          Got these messages:

          Your hdfc bank credit card will be charged with plan fees of rs1399.
          Send stop oa to [protected] in next 48 hours to opt out

          15/12/2017 dear customer! We have taken your request. Your hdfcbank-oneassist plan will not be activated.

            Hi i was having a salary account with hdfc with the branch of (12, the shopping mall dlf kutub enclave phase 1. Gurgoun. Haryana 122002) two years back. I left the company now i want to change my branch to (Unitech cyber park sec 39) where i am working right now my company salary account is with it.

            I want to change my address because the address which is mentioned in my netbanking account that was of the previous company and because of it i am not able to get my bank kit my debit card, passbook and other things.

              Respected sir/m'am/support team

              I have been your customer since 2006. Earlier i had home loan and now my salary account and hdfc credit card.

              I have been happy overall with the service provided except the worst experience i recently had with hdfcgastag.

              On 16th oct i applied online for hdfc fastag by paying 700 rupees. The fasttag got delivered somewhere in the month of nov. Before i began my holidays in dec i recharged the fastag by 800 rupees.

              When i arrived at first toll the error shown was blacklisted tag.
              When i tried to contact the customer care at [protected] nobody picks up. I must have tried atleast 50 times and was really worst experience.
              I the narrated all issues to amol shinde who is my relationship manager
              He doesn't have any idea and asked me to. Call the same non existent customer care which has never served any customer.
              On the hdfc fastag contact us page there is another no for hdfc roadside assistance. Assuming both are related i called the no. They provided me another no. Which turned out to be icici fastag call entre no and they flatly declined to support hdfc customer.

              This is really bad experience. I am going get this infomation to all my friends through fb, twitter as well as to national highway authority and rbi.
              This is the worst experience with hdfc bank and if not addressed i will definately move away from all hdfc products i am currently using like salary account, credit card and homeloan.

                I have an account with gadag branch. I hd locker before 3rd april 2017. I have closed locker on 4th of april 2017. But the bank debited rs.5000/- for whole one year i. E apr1 2017 to mar 31 2017 as i have used only for 3 days. Using 3 days locker why should customer pay for one year rent i. E in advance. Please solve this issue and help me to get my money back.

                    Every morning i usually check my account balance through net banking. On 21st dec 2017 when i was checking balance it shown me balance 2000 less than expected. Then i request for account statement then i came to know on 17th dec 2017 rs 2000 was deducted for rd account via atm. When i check my account balance on 18th, 19th, 20th it was correct but suddenly on 21st dec it got deducted and shown me rd account transaction done on 17th dec 2017.
                    Then through net banking i liquidate rd account balance to my saving account. But i was shocked that bank can transfer your account balance to any other account without account holder permission.
                    But i am still in doubt whether my rd account is closed or not. I called customer care team of hdfc but they told account is closed but i am sure they will deduct amount in next month also.

                      My EMI for Auto Loan was regularly deducted from my Axis Bank account on the due date i.e.7th of every month but in November 2017 I was penalised with a sum of Rs 649 for not maintaining balance though I have deposited sufficient amount on the same day, in afternoon. Unfortunately, this month my account got freezed due to KYC query without any intimation. Having more than sufficient amount in account and EMI not deducted on the due date make me shock. I called up to Axis Bank and learned that resubmission of KYC documents is necessary although I have updated it last year. Freezing a very much active account without any intimation is not acceptable. After resubmitting the documents next day, I was informed it will take a week to activate my account as it is strictly under the control of Central Office. On the day itself I called up HDFC Bank and requested for alternative means of payment as my account have been freezes. They told me that it is not possible to pay by cash until the generation of list by higher authority. So I have waited. After few days, I received a call from Customer Care service for making the payment by cash. Next day, i.e on 19.12.2017, the amount was paid along with a penalty Rs 649. And today i.e 21.12.2017, they have deducted the EMI again from my account. When I called HDFC, they replied it will be redeposited again after someday. Fine, I can wait for the redeposition of the sum in my account. But my complaint is HOW MUCH PENALTY WILL YOU PAY ME FOR YOUR NEGLIGENCE??? Kindly go through the matter and refund my money along with charge for debiting twice as soon as possible. This is my humble request to HDFC BANK Ltd. Please make your customer happy always.

                        I applied for home loan to HDFC. The coordinator of my home loan was Mr Rahul, HDFC limitd, SCO 14, Sector 14 Gurgaon.

                        Demand from the Signature Global (builder) was Rs 5, 48, 218 after adjustment of 5% payment made to the company. The coordinator above Mr Rahul asked me to pay builder the balance 5% amount i.e. Rs 147, 779.00 then only the loan will be disbursed to the builder. I paid Rs 147, 779.00 to the builder.

                        Disbursement of the balance 90% of the demand by the builder i.e. Rs 400, 439 was to be done by HDFC to the builder.

                        However HDFC disbursed 100% payment i.e Rs 5, 48, 218.

                        Thus HDFC has disbursed excess amount of Rs 147, 779.00 to the builder on which I am made to pay the Interest HDFC.

                        In view of the above it is requested to kindly take back excess disbursed loan amount i.e. Rs 147, 779.00 from the builder and revised interest on the amount of Rs 400, 439.00 from me be charged.

                          Hello Team,
                          This is in regards to the transaction failure, which happened on Nov 3rd 2017. If you look into the transaction details or the attachment that I have sent you, on that day I have initiated a transfer of Rs.2500 where in the status shows that it was failed. Since it has showed me failed status to send the amount, I have sent the amount to that person through another mode.
                          Now When I called Payzapp customer service agent, he says that the transaction happened and the money has been debited from the account. How can the app shows me a wrong information. It looks like I have paid the amount twice. This is ridiculous. I want my money back. You showed me status as failed and deducted the amount.
                          Request you to take necessary action on Payzapp, so that the problem will not be repeated.

                            I had tried to book a few train tickets on irctc.co.in last Tuesday (12-Dec-17).
                            The transaction failed but my money was deducted. When I had contacted the irctc customer care I was promised a refund within 3-7 working days.                                 EMI for someone's loan account#51225505 is getting deducted from my Savings account#[protected]. this happened 3 times and a sum of Rs.17, 706.00 had go deducted from my account. Due to this, my account was in negative balance and my EMI's got bounced and I had faced many personel issues.                                 I have applied for hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr018401. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

                                There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                                [email protected] phone - 0120 38883888 Within a day of my complaint, I got the above mentioned email address and I mailed my signed form, RC, payment proof and ID proof to them and within 30mins I got a call from them and in no time they issued me Fastag #. Really fast and best part, they delivered it on Christmas. Appreciate the speed. Thank you.

                                My hdfc swipe card machine not working. please visit our address and check the machine. we face to much problem.
                                Thank you HDFC team for your resolution. Honestly, this is the fastest anyone have responded to a complaint. Within a day, it was resolved and in two days, I have received my Fastag. Thank you again for your support. For me its a 5 star service.

                                    So i have send document 2 times nad drop mail 30 time but no one has pickup my call and if any one pick the call they will take personally i have sended all valid document whenever demanded and i have proof after that i received letter claim reject so that fully wrong how can reject claim. If you will not take seriously then i have to go higher level and drop a letter in pmo office against you fraud. Unexperienced employee
