Iam kuchimanchi kishore, i applied for hdfc bank credit card on 29/11/17. On 1 dec i got reference no[protected]s3. After 3 days when i verified i got that my card was disapproved, though i got verification calls and physical verification also done. On 11 dec i got a call from hdfc bank he asked for my itr acknowledgment which is self attessted. He said if you submit this your card will be approved. Immediately i provided them the documents. On 15 dec i got a message that your application is in reprocess request and status will be communicated in 7days. Later 19th dec i received another msg stating that process is completed, chech site after 2 days. Today when i verified my stastus
Disapproved. Stating in remarks they said disapproval of credit card application does not reflect your credit standing or your financial stability. I wasted my time but my card was rejected without valid reason. I want a valid and clear reason for my card disapproval according to rbi norms and i want my documents back or else i will file a complaint in consumer court.

    Respected sir,

    I have been mentally harassed by the collection department & through home visits by collection people multiple times and phone calls on daily basis by hdfc credit card delhi department.

    If bank is charging very high interest rates to the customers then what is the reason behind torturing & mental harassment to the customers.

    I have been a very loyal customer to the bank and have bank account, credit card, medical insurance & in past life insurance also of hdfc only. I have been out of job for last few months which i have explained them multiple times and trying to pay the minimum amount.

    Unfortunately, i wasn't able to pay one month minimum required and bank has started torturing by multiple means.

    I have already told them that i will pay them in between 25'december2017 and 30'december2017. But they are calling me daily and visiting home. Today three different people called three times and shouting over phone & saying we will keep calling you multiple times per day.

    Please suggest as i can either suffer the mental torture or pay the interest. I cannot do both.

      Here are my hdfc fastag details.

      Customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]

      When i tried to use my fastag on toll. It gave this msg "blacklisted". Now how come its not working. Even i have recharged it with rs. 100.

      Worst thing is that no one is picking call on this number.[protected]

      I guess no one is working in call center to attend a call.

      Jago hdfc jago. I have paid you rs. 300 + rs. 100 (Recharge amount)

      Whats the use of fastag. If i cant use it.

        Hi, i am amar gopal mallick purchased a money back policy (Policy no[protected] from hdfc life on 2007, which maturity date was 21/11/2017.
        Till i am not getting any amount of money regards this policy. Whenever i call to the customer care number they are convenience me for wait atleast 7/10/15 days for paperworks and maturity payout process.
        Today when i contact local hdfc life office, i am not getting any positive response.

          In the month of october 2017, an unauthorized transaction of rs 4500/- was allowed to be made through my hdfc credit card without asking for an otp or any other confirmation. Hdfc executives calls me to ask if this transaction is genuine as there was not authentication through otp or any other form, i denied making the transaction and asked to rectify this at the earliest. But to my surprise this hasn't yet settled till date (Dec2017). All that amount along with finance charges and late payment charges is being charged and today rs6500 is the outstanding. I request to kindly resolve this at the earliest. I have written to hdfc previously about this issue but there is no significant action taken.

            When i opened account in hdfc i was told about the credit card and was told that it can be used in domestic airport lounges 8 times a year and if your wife is with u it will be counted as 2 times if 2 using etc now they say rule changed wife will be charged for using lounges too bad these changes they don't say when we join am planning to cancel the credit card and account

            We infer from your e-mail that you have accessed the lounge using your priority pass. Hence, applicable charges has been billed to your credit card account. We wish to inform you that effective May 25, 2017, there is a revision in the lounge access program on your Regalia First card. All domestic lounge visits using Priority Pass shall be charged as applicable. Further, the changes in the priority pass programme were intimated and communications were sent through the below modes. The same is not in isolation to your card account but is followed as a standard procedure across all card accounts. Website of HDFC Bank, SMS communication was triggered in the month of March 2017, E-mail communication was sent in the month of May 2017 and via June and July 2017 statements. Please visit our website for further details. Based on your request, we have reversed the Priority Pass lounge fee of Rs. 3585.60 billed in your December 2017 statement. The corresponding GST remains payable by you. This credit will reflect in your next monthly statement. Also, we confirm any further Priority Pass charges billed to your card account remains payable by you.

            Yes I got information only last month so my concern was promptly taken care of as I was not aware of new changes before and also I was not told about it when I had got card last month I was told we can use credit card only in airport lounges ie 8 times a year ie domestic so I was told that if accompanied by wife then it will taken as 2 times so 6 remains etc

              Hi,

              On 16th december, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst 121217-mir[protected]". I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?
              How can a bank take money from my account without my knowledge. I want my money back.

                Myself, deepti rajopadhyei went for shopping on 12th dec 2017, there i purchased products of amount 1308 but that shopkeeper deducted 13080 instead of 1308. Also he reversed the payment immediately, i. E from merchants side payment is reversed.

                As per merchant hdfc bank is not giving me my payment which is wrongly deducted.

                Phone banking people are not guiding properly, i went to hdfc kapurbavdi bank they promised they will respond even they took my no. But still there is no response.

                To deduct the amount it takes 1 minute but bank is taking 16 days to reverse the amount it is not fair.
                Applied for FasTag and got the wallet activated. How do we get the Tag. Should we collect it from any office. Will HDFC be sending the Tag to registered address?
                The toll free no is never reachable. Where do we get the FasTag from? No proper info on delivery of the Tag.
                How had donre rd from my ac of amoun 2000 monthly so pls enquier it ho has done this offence and cancelled it so without my perission this trancatin has done and i have not done any rd fro my ac of hdfc bank

                  As a hdfc account holder, i would like to close my account. I was holding that account as a salary account. Right now i had changed my company and i am using some other card as salary account which is provided by my current company. Because of this reason, i can't maintain my min balance in this hdfc account. So that i wish to close my account.

                    I had applied for a hdfc fastag on 23/11/2017 and just didn't care about it anymore coz the customer care number was not working and so on.

                    All of a sudden i got a courier with this tag. I called the care number and someone did answer my call this time and found how to login and recharge my card and tried using it today in a etc lane and to my embarrassment my car was stopped as my fastag was blocked. Really!!! Omg!

                    My card wallet has an opening balance of 100.00 and the card is blocked even before i could use it.

                    Again tried calling[protected] and[protected] but no one takes the call. I think "it's hdfc fastag's who cares for a customer" number. Thanks again team hdfc.

                    My fastag sequence number is 13058.

                    Can you really provide a customer care number that is answered or can you share a mail id to reach the unreachable hdfc fastag team.

                      Applied credit card through hdfc, collected all the docuements requested.
                      Payslips, aadhar, pan, company id proof..
                      Your credit card application reference no. [protected]si
                      Got calls from various agents informing that my card is approved an will be dispatched in a week and requested to subscribe card security plan and etc.

                      When i opened my email id here is the suprise message "we wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank."

                      What are you guys are doing? Should i trust you? If so why did you share my details to agents for rest services? Please explain yourself and look after it...

                      I have several accounts at hdfc but most cumbersome thing is they do not provide in bank statement name of party whose cheque is deposited they mention only cheque number, which is not in other banks.

                        This is against transactions made on swap machine on 14 dec 2017 at mahabaleshwar of rs 25k, 4k and 10k I.e total rs 39000/- to club jiva (account in HDFC Bank Mumbai) from my canara bank debit card for rs 29000/ (25000+4000)and union bank credit card rs 10000/-, as some concepts were not clear I had to cancel the agreement with them, and they agreed for the same and made the transactions VIOD SALE within 10 minutes, but till date I have not received my money back to my accounts. As the A/C is on Holiday kart pvt ltd with ac no- [protected] at juhu branch, pls resolve it at ur earliest..Rajesh Telgaonkar

                          An amount of Rs 300 was paid for the same . After that am not able to track my application .The toll free no. does not work neither email id or physical address.It seems like a fake site. i have given my vehicle RC book copy and all relevant ID proofs . Now because of this am not able to apply for FASTAG through other banks.

                            with due respect i would like to state that my father (satyavan Bhardwaj) had purchased a life insurance from your esteemed organization on 19309961 the policy no is as mentioned.

                            the policy premium was of 30000 and we made the policy premium payement on due date 18 may on 22nd may my father expirienced sevear pain in heart and on diagnosis at rml hospital it was diagonised as a major heart attack but after operation and stud fixing he got recoverd and was released from hospital.in 30 th of may he again felt the same problems and that time angioplasty was done, and released from hospital well on 13th june a routine checup was done and all was found satisfactory, all reports i am attaching below, and earlier also

                            i have submitted the same.

                            on 14th june around 6pm again he felt chest pain and while driving him to esi hospital but before we reach there he got expired. on 15th the final rituals were performed and cremation was done.

                            after that we applied for the death claim o[censored]r policy, and after few days one investigation officer from ur organisation visited us and investigated with our neighbours and found that my father met with and accident and he wants to see the reports.but that was a minor accident and his leg got fractured so didnot thought to keep the pepers .

                            but he asked us the same papers again and again.then after searching a lot i found few papers of handa hospital bone specialist which i submitted to him.

                            then he asked us the hospital papers and we submitted the same, then he told us that i want to tell u something frankly that if you want i can help u out with your settlement as u have messed with a private policy (aapne private agency se panga liya hai), , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

                            i[censored] can give me 10, 000 rupees so i will help u with your policy settlement that to within 20 date, as our company closing date is 20th. you can pay me when you will receive the money, but i straightforward declined him, he even gave his contact no to me.

                            after somedays i received a msg that kindly submit your documents near ur hdfc life office.so again i sent the documents.

                            but few days back on 08OCT i received a msg stating that 30131.16 rs has been transfered in my mother's account. i am unable to understand how and why it happend when i have submitted all medical reports, i was expecting the total sum assured 2, 10, 000. with other policies

                            Why people again purchase hdfc life policy, sir please help me,

My account has been debited but not credited on receiver end. I had registered a complain. Refno is 1450561. I got a message that, the query on review & i will get an updated message within 15 days. But still not received any information.

                                  Hi i have already rajistered a complain on 14th of december. I didnt get any respond till now. I am discouraged by today incident.
                                  Today when i went hdfc home branch which is in (A12, the shopping mall dlf kutub enclave phase 1. Gurgoun. Haryana 122002). I ent there because the customer care representative told me to visit directly your branch for waving off the negative balance. Its been more than 20 days that i m not getting the solution from hdfc side. Finally when i visited the branch directly i went in the morning somebody from bank told me to meet "ashish" the branch manager. The moment i told him about the problem i am facing to wave off my negative balance he bluntly denied without even checking and asked me to leave that they cannot help me onto that. I am really disappointed by the beviour of hdfc bank dlf phase 1 branch. They even dont know how to behave with a customer.

                                    On 18 DEC, rs 177 had deducted from my HDFC account number [protected]. When I checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — HDFC bank — 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC GST 121217-MIR[protected]. I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they do?
