So i have send document 2 times nad drop mail 30 time but no one has pickup my call and if any one pick the call they will take personally i have sended all valid document whenever demanded and i have proof after that i received letter claim reject so that fully wrong how can reject claim. If you will not take seriously then i have to go higher level and drop a letter in pmo office against you fraud. Unexperienced employee

    My self om dwivedi. Nd i hail from allahabad. I have a big concern towards ur hdfc bank regards services... And misbehaving by your hdfc bank staff with me... Nd. Main matter is dt... I went ur hdfc bank civil line alld (0226) branch. Here i met mr. Shishir srivastava (Bm). And manoj pandey (Abm). Anjana yadav (Pb). Ravish asfq (Bbm). Cluster head ajay gupta (Ch). Those staff did same things with me... Like misbehave and talking very uninteresting tone... Basically i went to hdfc before 10 days and there i want to open my sb a/c with ip amt 20k and all kyc and another formilites done... Yet they told me next days... We are not able to open your a/c... And... I try to discuss with all guys... They just try to pass on nd just pass on to each other and i went there many times nd meet many persons.... I don't know wt is the reason... They didn't explain abt that and also talked very high pich tone... I nvr expect with hdfc bank ltd... Through dis nonsense type of behavior of his own staff... I would like to say that... Kindly listen my request as per concern and provide me exact resolution towards my concern and also take an action of that staff which names are already mention above lines.

        My hdfc credit card no.[protected].
        1) i received hdfc advt. 2 call at the early hours of 4.42 am and 4.43 am on 21.12.2017. They disturbed my sleep and what is the need for making advt. Call at the early hours.
        2) at 4.58 hours i received a message (Sms) stating that rs.22012.44 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending 2653 on[protected]: 04.42.38 at total visa [protected]: avl bal - 181349.56, curr o/s - rs.22650.44
        Please confirm what it actually meant for

            Your trx is debited to hdfc bank credit card for rs. 6899.00 in gurgaon at guesthou1254928 on[protected]:05:30:19. This is not an authenticated trx as per rbi mandate effective 1 may 12.

            Not sure how this transaction happened. I need refund for the transaction

              Dear sir/madam,

              This is to bring to your notice that hdfc bank limited, shyambazar branch, kolkata (W. B) has been harassing the consumers like us for no fault of ours. As on 17th nov'17 we got to know that super avenue service station accounts (Current account:xxxxxxxxx0024 and xxxxxxxxx0056) are sealed/blocked on phone inquiry we got ambiguous replies (E. G a/c blocked due to aadhar not linked, however the same was linked long back), on further ascertaining to the bank we got to know for the outstanding esic dues the account was sealed.

              As on 30th nov'17 we have received one letter from bank that rs 49198.00 is debited as on the aforementioned date from account for esic dues (Note: the dues of esic was rs 61993.00 + interest rs (10*17.45)=rs 62167.50 and the bank balance was rs 68047.00), kindly notice even after having adequate funds in account they did not remitted the dues.

              Rs 17.45 per day w. E. F 14/11/2017 interest will be incurred till the date of remittance will be levied.

              Till data as on 20th dec'17 super avenue service station account is not unblocked for the reason unknown to us. Despite providing proper letters from esic for revocation of sealed account hdfc bank refusing to unseal/unblock account adding to that representative from super avenue service station are harassed and mistreated by bank employees.

              Kindly also note there is no bank manager we could contact, as per the employees there is no bank manager for hdfc bank limited shyambazar branch, kolkata, only an alternative for bank manager is there whose name is supposedly mr rishiraj garai (Not sure whether it is real name or not as he could not furnish us with employee id) there is another bank employee whose name is supposedly mr abhijit nath from whom we are subjected to extreme harassment even when we were depositing money in our respective account. Both mr rishiraj garai and abhijit nath extemely tormenting and abusive. I hope this is how they deal with customer to extort money with out any notice or intimidation.

              Kindly note we are facing huge losses due to the unforeseen and deliberate act of sealing the account linked with business.

              Please take strict action against the bank and their highly abusive employees
              And help resolve the above complaints made at the earliest.

              Why we were insisted to visit the branch when the same was visited few days back where we gad to encounter harassment and threat by the same person named Mr Rishiraj Gorai.

              It is a humble request to send over the detailed statement over registered mail id along with the explaination over the authority of debiting money without prior notice to the owner of the account and not revoking the account.

                My name is hardik. I am using credit card of hdfc bank. My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. I have been charged rs. 135 on 11/10/2017, rs. 99.38 & rs. 73.72 on 18/10/2017, rs. 91.62 on 18/11/2017, rs 86.81 on 18/12/2017. These charges are without any reasons and information asked by hdfc credit card. I was not informed about any such charges while taking card. Also every month new charges are taken by hdfc.

                I want refund of all these charges immediately. Such kind of credit card companies cheating and looting customers.

                We wish to clarify that the referred charges have been levied in the Credit Card account towards the Finance Charges, Late Payment Fee and EMI interest billed to your card account. As per the current Finance Bill, all fees and transaction charges levied in your card account will attract a rate of GST @ 18%. In terms of these guidelines provided by the Finance Bill, the Bank will be levying the GST accordingly. We would like to clarify that, effective July 01, 2017 service tax rate of 15% is replaced by Goods & Service Tax (GST) at 18% and thereby like to confirm that GST component once charged will not be liable for any reversal. GST is a government initiated item and a government guideline on taxes, as a bank we are abiding by it. Hence, we regret our inability to reverse the same.

                This is to inform you that no such charges were told to us while taking card. Moreover all theae financial charges a d lete payment fees were wrongly debited from our card which are refunded by hdfc on making complaint. Then why we would bear GST on such charges. Gst is also wrongly charged for txn.
                We want refund of all such charges otherwise will make complain in consumer court.

                  Iam kuchimanchi kishore, i applied for hdfc bank credit card on 29/11/17. On 1 dec i got reference no[protected]s3. After 3 days when i verified i got that my card was disapproved, though i got verification calls and physical verification also done. On 11 dec i got a call from hdfc bank he asked for my itr acknowledgment which is self attessted. He said if you submit this your card will be approved. Immediately i provided them the documents. On 15 dec i got a message that your application is in reprocess request and status will be communicated in 7days. Later 19th dec i received another msg stating that process is completed, chech site after 2 days. Today when i verified my stastus
                  Disapproved. Stating in remarks they said disapproval of credit card application does not reflect your credit standing or your financial stability. I wasted my time but my card was rejected without valid reason. I want a valid and clear reason for my card disapproval according to rbi norms and i want my documents back or else i will file a complaint in consumer court.

                        Respected sir,

                        I have been mentally harassed by the collection department & through home visits by collection people multiple times and phone calls on daily basis by hdfc credit card delhi department.

                        If bank is charging very high interest rates to the customers then what is the reason behind torturing & mental harassment to the customers.

                        I have been a very loyal customer to the bank and have bank account, credit card, medical insurance & in past life insurance also of hdfc only. I have been out of job for last few months which i have explained them multiple times and trying to pay the minimum amount.

                        Unfortunately, i wasn't able to pay one month minimum required and bank has started torturing by multiple means.

                        I have already told them that i will pay them in between 25'december2017 and 30'december2017. But they are calling me daily and visiting home. Today three different people called three times and shouting over phone & saying we will keep calling you multiple times per day.

                        Please suggest as i can either suffer the mental torture or pay the interest. I cannot do both.

                          Here are my hdfc fastag details.

                          Customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]

                          When i tried to use my fastag on toll. It gave this msg "blacklisted". Now how come its not working. Even i have recharged it with rs. 100.

                          Worst thing is that no one is picking call on this number.[protected]

                          I guess no one is working in call center to attend a call.

                          Jago hdfc jago. I have paid you rs. 300 + rs. 100 (Recharge amount)

                          Whats the use of fastag. If i cant use it.

                            Hi, i am amar gopal mallick purchased a money back policy (Policy no[protected] from hdfc life on 2007, which maturity date was 21/11/2017.
                            Till i am not getting any amount of money regards this policy. Whenever i call to the customer care number they are convenience me for wait atleast 7/10/15 days for paperworks and maturity payout process.
                            Today when i contact local hdfc life office, i am not getting any positive response.

                              In the month of october 2017, an unauthorized transaction of rs 4500/- was allowed to be made through my hdfc credit card without asking for an otp or any other confirmation. Hdfc executives calls me to ask if this transaction is genuine as there was not authentication through otp or any other form, i denied making the transaction and asked to rectify this at the earliest. But to my surprise this hasn't yet settled till date (Dec2017). All that amount along with finance charges and late payment charges is being charged and today rs6500 is the outstanding. I request to kindly resolve this at the earliest. I have written to hdfc previously about this issue but there is no significant action taken.

                                When i opened account in hdfc i was told about the credit card and was told that it can be used in domestic airport lounges 8 times a year and if your wife is with u it will be counted as 2 times if 2 using etc now they say rule changed wife will be charged for using lounges too bad these changes they don't say when we join am planning to cancel the credit card and account

                                We infer from your e-mail that you have accessed the lounge using your priority pass. Hence, applicable charges has been billed to your credit card account. We wish to inform you that effective May 25, 2017, there is a revision in the lounge access program on your Regalia First card. All domestic lounge visits using Priority Pass shall be charged as applicable. Further, the changes in the priority pass programme were intimated and communications were sent through the below modes. The same is not in isolation to your card account but is followed as a standard procedure across all card accounts. Website of HDFC Bank, SMS communication was triggered in the month of March 2017, E-mail communication was sent in the month of May 2017 and via June and July 2017 statements. Please visit our website for further details. Based on your request, we have reversed the Priority Pass lounge fee of Rs. 3585.60 billed in your December 2017 statement. The corresponding GST remains payable by you. This credit will reflect in your next monthly statement.                                 Yes I got information only last month so my concern was promptly taken care of as I was not aware of new changes before and also I was not told about it when I had got card last month I was told we can use credit card only in airport lounges ie 8 times a year ie domestic so I was told that if accompanied by wife then it will taken as 2 times so 6 remains etc

                                  On 16th december, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst 121217-mir[protected]". I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?
                                  How can a bank take money from my account without my knowledge. I want my money back.

                                    Myself, deepti rajopadhyei went for shopping on 12th dec 2017, there i purchased products of amount 1308 but that shopkeeper deducted 13080 instead of 1308. Also he reversed the payment immediately, i. E from merchants side payment is reversed.

                                    As per merchant hdfc bank is not giving me my payment which is wrongly deducted.

                                    Phone banking people are not guiding properly, i went to hdfc kapurbavdi bank they promised they will respond even they took my no. But still there is no response.

                                    To deduct the amount it takes 1 minute but bank is taking 16 days to reverse the amount it is not fair.
                                    Applied for FasTag and got the wallet activated. How do we get the Tag. Should we collect it from any office. Will HDFC be sending the Tag to registered address?
                                    The toll free no is never reachable. Where do we get the FasTag from? No proper info on delivery of the Tag.
                                    How had donre rd from my ac of amoun 2000 monthly so pls enquier it ho has done this offence and cancelled it so without my perission this trancatin has done and i have not done any rd fro my ac of hdfc bank

                                      As a hdfc account holder, i would like to close my account. I was holding that account as a salary account. Right now i had changed my company and i am using some other card as salary account which is provided by my current company. Because of this reason, i can't maintain my min balance in this hdfc account. So that i wish to close my account.
