We have a. Current a/c no. [protected] in your hdfc bank ltd, branch rajesh colony, jagadhri. Distt. Yamuna nagar. We have facing a problem in rtgs and neft. The bank staff miss shipra oborai dealing hand not corporate us and they make rtgs entrty approx time 3 to 4 hours and same entrty we make from sbi jagadhri with in 10-15 minute for this we have problem for banking transaction. So we have very upset regarding this type of behavior.

Please solve over problem otherwise we have change our a/c to another bank.

    My name is sagar sethi. I had processed my loan with hdfc. My file number is[protected]. This is an internal adjustment case from hdfc goregaon, mumbai to my branch sector 14, gurgaon branch. The disbursement is done on 30th august 2017. After the disbursement. I have to wait 15 days to get document which have to received from goregaon branch required for transfer process because hdfc have all the property original documents. On place of transfer, lawyer assigned to me mr. Kamal kant gupta, send his representative named gulab singh, who have to got all the documents. He said he forgot to pick original possession letter from bank, will submit next day. The processes from seller and me is done, atlest we thought that.
    But after 10 days when i followed back from the builder for my transfer status, they told me that they still not received missing document. When i cross checked with hdfc they told me to contact lawyer. When i contacted mr. Gulab singh he said he will do that. Then i contacted branch manager mr. Alexander, he told me that they don`t received original possession letter from the goregaon branch. I waited 15 more days and then got response that "your seller don`t submit original possession letter to us". Some how i arranged a fir for possession letter. But than i got call from bank that they found possession letter and submitted to builder. Still i thought its over. Waited till 20th dec. Contacted builder they said "we already told your lawyer that tpt agreement you had submitted is incorrect. We already requested lawyer to resubmit that 15 days ago". Contacted lawyer he said yes go to builders office collect tpt and submit that back i will do rest.

    So my issue is that i had taken loan from hdfc ltd. So why when ever i called hdfc helpline they said we had mailed in leagule department, contact the lawyer we had assigned you and that guy gulab singh is with a very bad attitude. He does not know how to talk.

    Why i have to follow up every time.
    Is this the duty of hdfc to help customer?
    I am paying interest on the loan from day 1. I paid 4 emi`s to hdfc and still not got property transferred to my name. Please help me. I am fed off to contact customer care.

    I am chasing for NOC of my credit card account after settlement from four months but no one from HDFC bank is providing the same. You can escalate to whomsoever but no one will resolve issue even though name of bank will get spoiled.
    Very shame on Rajendrakumar Taliwal and team.

      Hi this is jivesh sharma,
      Actually i am using credit card of hdfc from last 2 years
      From last 8 month i was unable to pay in full as my family is admitted in hospital so there is huge amount charged in statement by bank
      Due to financial issue i am not able to pay the full amount
      Now i am trying from last 4 3 month to settle this debt and agree to pay principal but collection team saying that only 15% can be waived off and first you need to pay 25k so that your settlement can be process.

      Pls help

        Have hdfc credit card. It is ending with 4761. I have called to customer care regarding emi conversion for my next purchase. Customer care executive told me you can convert your total purchasing amount to emi. As per his assurance only i have purchased around rs 18500. After that they are telling your card has't have emi offer. Now how can i pay that much amount at a time. And some customer care executive does, t have clear knowledge about offers. They are looting the customers money.

          Sir 15 days ago some body called me and told ur profile is selected from hdfc bank from delhi and he said u pay register amount 2500 like that and am paid after teo days again called and he conduct telephonic interview and am selected after he said pay 3000 for document verification and again he called me and said paid to 6000 for training purpose like that and 2 days after he called me and told asked me pay 5000 for 1 year bond and after hr called me and he said pay 3500 for hr fee like that and am paid full amount after ill call to them he didnt pic the call he said 22 nd is my joing date like that am called that day also but he switched off their mobile sir am very poor family and my father is no more sir plz help me...

            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr019382. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

            There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

              I have made a payment of rs 5000 through swipe. But due to somw technical error, same got failed but amount debited from my hdfc bank a/c. Nor the other party received the fund. Please confirm what to do in this situation, and where is my fund either its in my bank or in others?
              Last time when my payment got failed it was reversed immediately. Please respond back.

                I want to close my account. Bcz its showing negative balance and from last 2 year i'm not using that account even one time how its going in negative balance. Its showing -4158 negative balance. My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 2 years back and i never requested for a new one). I logged into my account for some reason on 1st dec 2017 and i see that i have rs -4158 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank. I want to close my account

                  My credit card xxxxxxxxxxxx6725 is blocked and a new card is due due to unauthorised transactions. I have cleared all the due of nearly 18000/-but i still got a statement for rs 1951.03/-. I have cleared all the payments. Could you please clarify. I have not recieved my new card yet. Asap. Why was this charged. My card was blocked by me because o[censored]nauthorised transaction before. I want all the details whether the previous unauthorised transaction was reversed or not.                     I have made an incorrect imps transfer due to mobile typo, instead sending it rs.4374 to my icici bank account ending with *364 i have sent to *564 on 19th sep immediately visited icici on the same day and finally they reversed the transaction on 22nd dec but i have not received the amount in payzapp. Called payzapp customer service no proper eta or response.

                        On request from hdfc bank, i agreed to accept it's newly launched dinner club credit card in 2014. I used it for three months with monthy payments on time. But after three months bank started calling me for money, which i had already paid. On being asked for my statement they started giving excuses. Firstly they said internet server is down so statement is not being generated. Later they said since i use credit card so i must know my expenditure details and i must not ask for statements. Later they started requesting me for money without statements. Girls started calling me for undue favour if i pay. The bouncers called me with slangs. They tried all nonsense way to make me pay but never released my statement, even after repeated online and verbal requests. They even threatened me of bad consequences if i don't comply with their demands. They threatened of taking my matter to court. And falsely sent a message that i should report to this hazari court on 27 may 15, room no 107. However nothing invoice i received from court ever. Rather all details of court they provided was wrong. But the fact is that every coming day hdfc bank is caught being indulged in illegal affairs like cheating customers money by various means, hawala etc. Now they have closed the matter but i want to open it and take it to next level. So kindly clear your side in written.

                          I don’t think gst is applicable when nothing has been purchased and here there is mistake of bank. They deducted that amount from my card without having any confirmation. I am not a fool to pay any insurance policy premium which was due in the month november still i can see that amount got deducted from my card in the month of october only which should not happen.

                          If you want that i should file itr for this i can do that also and there will be legal action on bank how they process any transaction without having any otp confirmation from customer. This is really a serious threat to use hdfc credit card.

                          As a good will still in that month i made a payment of almost 85000 and due amount was something around 87000. I think you should check this out.

                          Pls arrange call to discuss this thing as well as send me your escalation matrix.

                          I don't understand where is my mistake in this. They had deducted amount from my card without any confirmation and even for that policy which was due in the month of november. I was just checking on their website about the details and i was trying to make payment also but on that day on the screen i got that transaction got declined and later in my statement of hdfc bank they had mentioned that 64000 which was policy amount it destroyed my monthly budget still i had made the payment of almost 85000 to them in that month. Now they are putting some charges of gst and all mentioning that i didn't made the full payment before due date. I want to understand why should i pay gst when i didn't made any mistake. They should have confirmation of any transaction before processing any payment. This is really serious threat to use hdfc credit card.

                          Please note as per the recent amendments, the Finance Bill have widened the scope of banking and financial services which are eligible for the levy of Good and Services Tax (GST ). As per the current Finance Bill, all fees and transaction charges, levied in your card account, will attract a rate of GST @ 18%. In terms of these guidelines provided by the Finance Bill, the Bank will be levying GST accordingly and thereby wish to reiterate that GST component once charged will not be reversed. The tax is paid to the government and as a Bank we are abiding by the government's guidelines.                             Hello team,

                            I had very bad experience with payzapp, my money got deducted while transfering money from yesbank crdit card to payzapp, but money not reflected in payzapp, even no customer care and no one is responding to give complaint, hdfc bank has responsibilty to return this money to my account if payzapp is not working, still why you are maintaining this worst app, i am planing to complaint this issue to rbi if issue not resolve in 24 hours.

                              As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

                              Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1899. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

                                  Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got app no. [protected]w. I got all verification done. I got multiple calls for verification. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. We wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications)..
                                  As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. I want reason for rejection. My cibil was all clear. If i will not find reason for rejection, i will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got affected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I have credit cards from 3 different banks. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards arvind p.
