Hi,

On 2nd december, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number [protected]. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst 241117-mir[protected]". I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?

I have done tata sky dth recharge through payzapp on 30th october of 2000₹, at that time payzapp has 10% scan & pay offer maximum casback 200₹, minimum transaction of 100₹ but i haven’t received my cashback.

Hi,
I received a new hdfc credit card which i am not using. It's not been activated at all.
I am receiving a bill of rs. 4000 approximately without even making a single transaction.
It was a free card and there are no annual charges on this card.

There's some insurance policy allotted on this card which i didn't asked for. And has been assigned without my confirmation. I have called multiple times to hdfc...

I have a current account with bank, pune fatimanagar branch, we travel a lot and today in up. While transferring to my own savings account it says declined due to kyc. The bank dint even send a mail nor sms nor call intimating kyc requirements. All they say is rbi did this not we. And i am stranded in an unknowing state without funds. And the bank is not at all helping in any way and says you have to personally come and visit home branch...

Please note that since more than one month hdfc bank not giving service for my credit cards unable to pay online payment. I had already called several times to customer care no. [protected] but everytime i got reply that within 72 hrs complaint will be solved. I prefer do not use hdfc bank credit card if you are thinking to buy or applied for the same.

I had try to withdraw rs: 10, 000 by using my hdfc atm card in an sbi atm counter - edavanakad on 1/12/2017 at 14:11:15 hrs.
