I've applied for hdfc credit card (Application reference number
[protected]s1), i was told that i would be receiving my credit card within 12 working days and they came for verification on 02/12/2017 and they said the card will be processed and dispatched in one week, but still now i'm finding the status 'in process', please help me get the credit card as soon as possible.

    I am highly dissatisfied with the facility provided by hdfc bank to update the address through net banking. I intend to update the address of my savings bank account and uploaded the signed copy of my aadhaar card towards the same. The webiste displayed a message stating the address will be updated within 2 working days upon successful verification. The 2 working days are already passed and there isn't any update about my request. Is this the kind of service which you are proud of?

    On top of that, my account has been blocked due to kyc documentation and one of my emi is missed (1st time in my 10 years of banking with you) and this will affect my credit history. I am completely pissed off by the kind of customer service or rather disservice.
    I want my address to be updated asap so that my account becomes active

    Note: i am an nri and have your customer service personnel to use common sense and stop dishing the standard statement "please visit the branch to update the address"

      late fee and finance charges reversal

      I have been charged late fee and finance charges for my credit card for october, november & december where in the reason for delay was bills not received on time. I had issued cheques in all cases and the clearing took time. I and my family members are preferred customers of hdfc bank from years and we also have our company corporate account in hdfc bank.       Hi,

      I am hdfc bank customer. I have withdrawn rs. 10000 from hdfc bank atm in united bank of india's atm in farrukhabad on 18 nov 2017. 10000 amount was deducted from my account but no cash come from atm. I have waited there 30 min. But no cash come.

      I have registered complaint against this disputed amount on 21 nov 2017.

      And they said that they resolve my issue with 7 - 15 working days. I have called many time on hdfc customer-care, they always replied that my complaint was in process. After 21 working day i called them and ask for my money. They check and said that my complaint is still in process. I have requested them to register another complaint again my last complaint.

        I really feel bad for stating that hdfc bank is really bad service provider at all. Requesting all not to open account in hdfc bank. I have done a transaction from flipcart, wherein order was not placed, but amount was deducted from my account.
        Most disgusting thing is, they dont care for customer.. That they don't entertain in bank, and ask to contact customer care, wherein they dnt revert back. 15 days back i have drop a complain on this. They just only generate transaction id, and again then no revert.
        They think we peoples are fool, roaming behind them. They think we dnt have any other work, so we can waste time behind them.
        Even i tried reaching customer care, but they say "just wait we are tranfering the call, and they disconnect the call".
        So 3rd grade bank.

          I am not getting response on this incident from you and from your mail id so i am pasting here

          1) what kind of training you provide to your agents, why they dont respond customer calls or messages if any question
          2) can you elaborate the benefits with some rough figures, or percentages
          3) for policy no. Xxxxxxxx - the lock in period is 2 years, if you want i can send the screen shot from the policy document, and my questions were what is gsv and ssv and if i surrender how much i will get or its like i pay 1l for 2nd year and i get less than that 1l then what is the use of paying 1l in 2nd year
          Plz chk the chat agent also told it is 2 years

          4) thanks for deactivating ecs, the agent also did not tell if i pay yearly i will get a benefit of 5k per year - that kind of guidance they are providing
          5) how do i change the frequency of the payment, why i am unable to do that online - this is the only option i see in policy document which customer can change, why system is not allowing
          6) how can we change the paying term to less
          7) agent told it is life long policy but i came to know that it will cease after the policy term, is it not misguiding the information and cheating by agent - what kind of actions you will take from hdfc to agent for misguiding and forcing customer to take policy
          8) agent told i will get more than 36 lakhs but i dont see that in policy document
          9) i see some bonus of 14950, can i know the details on this
          I tried to chat online but the chatting person could not answer these questions and i also asked how rs 14950 is shown as bonus and what is the company performance of previous years and how it will be in coming years

          14950 is just 1% of the sum assured
          Why there is no transparency, hdfc should provide the past details openly

          And there is no escalation method in HDFC life, you will get a simple diplomatic reply and the process is 14 days if you respond, can you please be transparent and provide your escalation mail IDs if you really want to server customers

            Myself ved prakash wadhwani holding an hdfc bank credit card i am senior citizen and heart patient. I would like to bring to your notice that is due payment.

            Moreover i would like to complain towards your hdfc credit card collection department 3rd floor shivalik-3 drive in road ahmedabad-380052 that mr. Harshal dave mobile no. [protected] came to my residence three to five time without any appointment or advance letter for collection of dues, when i demand the authority letter they refused to us and told that i am manager of hdfc credit card division and i asked please produce the documents dues of collection and rbi guidelines, he refused to me and he misbehaved to me and my family members he tried to harass us and created a lots of disturbance. They did not properly behaved with us and they were very aggressive too and forced us to make payments and refused to go from our house, we have the voice recording with us for the same.
            He behaved like illiterates and were shouting very loudly out of my residence gate this disturbed my neighbors a lot. (Voice record by us)
            They are not all civilized and without any document evidence they come to our resistance and disturbed us.

            Moreover inspit of telling that i am heart patient and gone through by-pass surgery and my heart working 20% doctor advice me not to take any tension and take rest so i requested to him please talk respectfully, gently and talk properly or you write a letter i will reply you rather he was blackmailing me that he is a bp patient and can die and for this the cardholder will be responsible (Voice recording).
            So i request please don’t send this type of patient for collections to any card holder and request you to please send a letter for collection and appointment with us or go with rbi guidelines but not to harass me.
            Moreover they don’t follow rbi guidelines and instruction and force they harass the card holder for collection
            I have already done complain to hdfc credit card customer care compliant on telephone, hdfc on line, police compliant and we have the recording of conversion of mr. Harshal dave which is available with me
            I again request to hdfc bank please follow the rbi guidelines and law don’t harass to me and my family members and neighbors.
            Please revert back to us and so that i can respond you soon
            If you want to hear me personally please send me hearing date and time.

              getting too many calls from hdfc bank for personal loans

              This is disgusting, getting too many calls (Atleast 7-10 calls/day) from hdfc bank and their consultancies for personal loans. A day is starting and ending with hdfc call. Hope you can understand how they are irritating. I didn't apply for loan/credit cards in any hdfc site nowhere.
              Couldn't understand how bank got my numbers.
              Kindly remove my number (+91 - [protected], +91-[protected]) from your database. Expecting from now not...

                Its pathetic to see that such a huge bank has limited customer care reps. If you are unable to provide customer service, shut down the call centers. On weekends, you cant call them because they don't work and on weekdays, their numbers are always busy and they don't have service of calling you back. I have been holding the line for over 15 mins (My 3rd attempt) and then icing on the cake the call gets disconnected on its own.

                  I have applied for a fastag using hdfc's online portal. I have also paid rs. 300/- using my hdfc debit card. However, no receipt was generated. No one answers on the customer care number provided on the hdfc's portal for fastag. I have uploaded the application form along with all documents and the application reference number is hfr016436.
                  I have been a customer with hdfc bank for more than 10 years and the experience has been good. However, this is disappointing.
                  I hope this is resolved as soon as possible.

                    account blocked for re kyc — not able to use my money very frustrating..

                    My account has been blocked. I have visited the hdfc bank (Rk puram, hyd) and they don't have proper information on how to do re-kyc for huf.
                    This made my entire day wast visiting the bank and still the issue is not solved. The staff is knowledge less.
                    I have updated the required documents online now. Please unblock my account asap as there are cheques given for payment and submission of this is creating a issue now from them.br...

                    We have a current account with hdfc aundh, we are an export houses and get payments from overseas. We have observed that hdfc takes the twice the amount of time for international transfer and gives the worst rate in the time for conversion...
                    E. G a transfer initiated on nov 20th should have reached india by 25th but the money was transferred on 30th. A quick look at foreign exchange rates usd-inr is in the range 65. Xx to 63. Xx and we got the currency exchange rate on lower end. As the amount was large there is close 16000 inr difference.
                    Just see attached screenshots and the money was there on 20th but we were informed on 30th plus the exchange loss and to add salt to injury we are classified as high risk customer (Due to forex- actually the bank is making more money here)

                    We have been with hdfc bank for last ten years (We have current account and savings accounts)
                    The list of issues with your service levels are many. Every other year there have been major issues with our accounts
                    E. G 2016 - there was a missing check 3.5l for a month...
                    2015 - we were not issued an checkbook for 12 months... And we had to pay state government
                    [protected] arbitrary disabling of accounts
                    [protected] : debits for some services which were directly debited from our account fraduently... (This is happening evey year)

                    Now recently our current account has been disabled on 8th dec with no intimation
                    Which has caused us immense hardships and pain as this credit balance which is primarily our working capital.
                    Further to this your branch manager, relationship managers refuse to talk to us (Not picking up calls)
                    I have call logs, email to support this. On 11th afternoon after being on hold the customer support for hdfc person for close to an hour told me that due to re:kyc issue and only credits can happen and you cannot withdraw. I told her that all kyc documents were submitted on nov 10 and if there was an issue why did the bank wait till 8th dec to freeze our account (As your bank waits for all money to credit)

                    We are not experts but all these we feel hdfc bank uses fraudulent practices to keep the money (Interest free)

                    With our understanding this situation we need to be compensated on following :

                    For everyday of locked account we should be credited at the rate of overdraft for entire current
                    Account balance. Also we need to compensated for all our business liabilities that might occur
                    Due this unplanned action from the hdfc bank's side. We as law abiding citizens are willing to furnish all
                    Details that are required from your side as per rbi norms not as per hdfc request.
                    But we are not going to allow you to use our money interest free.

                    If the above condition is not acceptable we request you to stop this re kyc and close our accounts
                    And give us an demand draft on name of m/s adroit it network consultants private limited with immediate effect

                      This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

                      An amount of rs 885.00 has been debited on 11th dec 2017 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges depository charges dated 11 dec 2017 depository charges nov[protected] on demat account. I hve never used this account.

                      I am aghast to see this has happened second time inspite of me not using the demat servies and when the account was given to me it was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers.

                      I have requested address change request on 28 November 2017 to my nearby branch (Ramphal Chowk, New Delhi - 110077 ). Its already over 7-8 working days but still its not getting updated.

                      1) Payments by HDFC bank through credit card without acceptance. One Assistant company is raising payment from my credit card without my acceptance
                      2) USER ID AND PASSWORDS ARE NOT WORKING - MIGHT BE FORGOTTEN BOTH USER ID AND PASSWORD
                      3) Other problems are to be discussed with the HDFC official only
                      Have to wait for 15-20 mins to talk to customer care for the unnecessary deduction. Tried alot to contact but no proper response received. Only once received a call from customer care which was disconnected due to personal reason then they never called again. Making suffer to thier customer. Soon will close the account.

                        Hi team,

                        Further to the communication sent out from my end i neither received the refund of excess payment of rs.100/- that been paid during closing my coc for rs.35100/-.

                        I was holding the credit payment since, i didn’t get any response.

                        Today lady from collection department spoke to me and my wife looking for the payment on my wife credit card.

                        She also told she would waive rs.400/- from total outstanding on credit card.

                        I confirmed her i will not make payment until i receive the excess payment of rs.100/-

                        During the conversation at one stage she told in threating tone that will be sending people from collection department to my residence for collecting the o/s amount and disconnected the call.

                        She called from the following number ramya - [protected]

                        Later she called to my land-line number and threatened my wife saying that you need to pay the o/s.

                        I would like make your team very clear nobody can raise payment by threating or sending gundas or rowdies to my place.

                        Mentally i am prepared to face any situation and would reach out to police, press and advocate if required if she continues to threaten. Since, my wife is already depressed things may end-up in worst situation if there is any loss of human life hope u understand.

                        She also told that we are planning to cheat the bank if that is so i wouldn’t have paid my coc and i hold top most regalia card with 5 lacs limit and recently paid rs.1, 42, 000/- in one shot.

                        I have already been in to this collection field more than two years and very much aware what would happen if customer is threatened and he go for legal assistance.

                        Kindly make her aware that it would fetch very bad result legally if she continues to involve in third rated collection activity.

                        Its my duty to keep you posted before i go for any legal assistance.

                          In the account statement it clearly shows my closing balance is amount 700 and when i go to my account summary its showing 21.50. I dont know where did my money go. This is a very serious issue. I want my money back, refund it asap!!!. I've been using hdfc account since very long time and i'm not expecting this from your bank.
                          I'am a student and u cant get away with my money!!
                          Refund my money back.

                            I’m using hdfc card since 2012, till now not get a single offer to convert into emi.

                            Last month cc told to replace with new card than you will get, but still no option.

                            What is this policy can someone explain???
                            Why i use hdfc card than.

                            Every time i think its okay next month, cc told sir just wait for next month and now 8 years no emi options.

                            Can you better suggest how to close the card because now i believe its not usable to use hdfc card.

                            8 YEARS ENOUGH TO FOOL SOMEONE...
                            Hi,
                            Mysore Road Silver Spoon ATM center is not working from long time & whenever i see ATM is temporarily out of order, Please check make as working ASAP.
                            Fund transfer for INR 10, 000.00 on 03-12-17 has got timed out at beneficiary bank end. (IMPS Ref no.[protected]. Still haven't received the money back neither the beneficiary has received the money. Pathetic experience.

                                I would like to bring kind your notice i am denzil i have hdfc
                                Debit card when they are given during account opening but that card only working on atms but it's not working any store edc machines, i have to keep on visiting atms and ur atm charges also high and u guys are given me defective card i called many times hdfc call centre they are least bother about customer problems and one guy druv told me u have to pay 200 and gst also he suggested that to visit bank and i visited chamarajpet branch they are demanding 750 rs and gst this is really reticules kindly help and provide me a debit card so i can save ur high atm charges

                                  Am investing in hdfc mutual fund for the past two years. And from last march (I. E) 10/03/2017 they are detecting an amount of rs 500 towards ach d - tp ecs make. I am not aware of the reason for the detection. And this is happening on 10th of every month. Will attach my e - statement along with this for your reference.
