Hi
I have purchased an iphone 8 plus from imagine store on may 3rd 2018. I was told to get a cashback rs 10000/- after 6 months. Now 11 months have gone but still i did not get any cashback. I went to the consumer loan office in indiranagar bangalore and they have given me the contact number of the sales executive +[protected]. She talked to me once and told she will look into this matter and give me a call back 2 days back. Neither she called me back since then nor she is picking up my call.

I have salary account in hdfc bank. I will even change that account.

    Don't invest in hdfc products, they will speak to you very politely when you will buy a policy. Afterwards you will get no response to your queries about your policy fund value, hidden charges etc. You will have to run behind them again & again. They will sell the policy without informing you the actual charges & later on you will come to know that there are many hidden charges due to which your policy fund value is not appreciating. Better not to go with these kind of companies whose main purpose is to loot customer hard earned money. Beware.

    I got a detailed mail from HDFC life regarding my policy. So I am good at this point of time.

        negative balance in my account solely due to non-maintenance charges

        In 2016, i joined a company which opened my salary account in hdfc bank. Later i left the company. Now, the hdfc bank is charging me the non-maintainence charges and i opened the account through mobile banking it shows me a negative balance of rs -9038.81. There is even no mention of these deductions in the account statement. I will not pay this negative balance. Please help me close my account asap....

        Hi sir i got a call from hdfc for upgradation of my hdfc card credit limit. They asked me to for verification. Intially i didn't believe but they shared me my address mail id everything. I got otp from hdfc only. After i sharing otp they did unauthorised transition 8739 on 28th dec 2018. After that they retrieved message also. How it is possible without my consent. How they are getting my personal details. I sent a mail to you people. No use please help me

            I am using hdfc credit card since a long time but havent misouts any payments.. But due to some circumstances i m not able to pay even the minimum amount.. I asked them to convert my outstanding into simple emi.. But they refused and asked me to wait as and when the offer will come they will give it to me.. But by that time i will got bankrupt by high roi of credit cards..
            They people even have this much courtesy as i m approaching them it means i got some huge inability to pay the bill.. I m not such type of person who misouts on the payments...
            You people just dont know the problem when someone faces the financial crisis how it feels.. It just feel to just be out from this world.. But we cant as people behind us, we always think about them.. So i request the banking system that you have given me this credit limit becoz i deserve it.. But now due to some problem i m not able to pay them back.. You people have to help me to get out of this.. I m just asking you people to just make simple emi of my outstanding, and you are not helping me on that.. So let me know what should i do..

            We wish to clarify that we offers like Smart EMI conversion, Insta loan, Balance Transfer, etc., will be available on the card account from time to time basis the usage and payment pattern on the card account and the same is not a standard product offering. Currently, there is no offer for EMI conversion on your card account. Hence we regret to inform you that we are unable to accede to your request for conversion. However, we request you to check with the merchant at the time of transaction for offer availability. You have an option of effecting a payment of just the minimum amount due on or before your payment due date. You can revolve the balance of your outstanding. You can effect payments for the same according to your convenience by paying the prevailing interest rate on the outstanding amount. In view of the above, we request you to continue using your HDFC Card and make your shopping and entertainment more pleasurable and convenient.

              Hi.
              I have taken a credit card applied through hdfc sales person Mr Yogesh.
              On first day he promised that there is no charges at all like annual charge or subscription charge or no minimumm purchase.
              Now, just 2-3 months have been passed and Rs 1000/- charged as subscription fee and it will be charged every year ( inforned by customer care of hdfc ccd.
              HDFC STAFF IS MIS SELLING THE PRODUCT WHICH IS NOT GOOD.

              Please resolve and reverse the fee

                One of the hdfc bank Representative approached me 10.99 interest rate and also there's no processing fees for top-up loans. i requested to process the top-up loan 3.5 lakhs. i have asked to send about loan amount, interest rate& other charges but they told after 10 days only you will get the welcome mail from hdfc bank but still not received. i have received the loan amount. after few months i didn't tracked that mail, then i have checked with customer care about my loans interest rate 13.99, processing fees 5000 and insurance 7000 they charged without discussion with customer

                  Hdfc back is not refunding my money for last 3 months or so. I bought some items from Amazon online using my debit card but when I got a refund upon my return of items, they still managed to get the money keeping the account open even though I requested for closure and even after the confirmation that they closed my account but not issuing me the money back, even though I got all the SMS regarding the refund through transaction reversals.

                  I have already raised a complaint 2 months back and it is now under HDFC Principal Nodal Officer. The reference number of the same is 'HBL=[protected]'

                      I have closed my hdfc fastag account on 17th november via call and the agent informed me that i will receive the dd in 20 days. Still now i did get any respose and i have called them again and again, they infomed me to mail to the concern team with the mail id they have provided.. I have mailed them more 5 times with reminders, but i dint get any response from them. I have never seen these poor response from them and they are not providing me any escalation poc as well.. I dont know what to do : (

                        Its been continously 3 rd day i have tried to speak to customer care executive, but have not been able to despite multiple attempts.
                        You guyz have pathetic service.
                        I m in urgebr need of cheque leves and i made a requeat 5 days back and i dint got any reference no, aftwr that i tried doing through miss call process, by which i got the reference no but then again today i got a msg that tour request has bot been process.
                        Have visited one of your branch in noida, pathetic staff. 1st of all there is only few people to help.
                        And those few people are not interested to help.

Hope that s per the rbi guidelines i need not to py foreclosing charges from you. Her with i have noted the link of rbi notifications for not paying foreclosing charges for loans.                             Hi!
                            I was using credit card of hdfc from last 1 years but due to some emergency i was not able to make payment but was depositing minimum amount on the card account.
                            So regarding amount to be paid or lien i have not received any call.

                            I tried contacting credit card team no. Of time as well as my relationship manager but no solution was provided by any of them.
                            Even i have personally submitted 6 installments cheques to hdfc bank against pre-ndc letter which i received from mr. Jigar parmar - collection manager on card immediately but

                            I asked for way out from this to my relationship manager even he behaves like a general executive who won’t ready to cooperate which shows the stupidity of preferred banking program of bank.

                            Please release the amount you hold in my saving account asap.

                            We don't have any Debt manager contact details also they have not removed my lien marked.

                            Also it shows 95000 total outstanding where as HDFC issued 87000 Pre-NDC letter.

                            HDFC has been deducted approx 35+15 k from my salary through Lien marked & it is pending 95k.

                            Kindly advise to close that issue

                              I was ready to make the full settlement toward my credit card balance and requested for the closure of the same. Hence I called on the customer care number and was assured of a call back. Since then, I did not receive any call from Credit Card Department of HDFC. I fail to understand that you get behind my ass to make the payment and when I am ready to make the payment, you just vanish.
                              This leads me under impression of the bank's intention of just sucking money out of our pockets. Give me a call and I will explain why I have made this statement.
                              Also, I would like to get a rebate, since I have made the complete payment of INR 55, 000 against overdue amount of INR 59, 415. Kindly schedule a call back as it is urgent.

                                  noc request for cancelling hypothecation

                                  Repected sir,. We have take loan from centurion bank to make payment of my bike tvs victor gl in 2004 we had completed the full payment in 2005.. After that we didn't get noc from bank.. Till 2018.2018 january 14 is my alst day for reregistration of my bikes. I cant do the process because of non cancellation of hypothecation.. Sir please. Kindly do any actions to noc from bank as soon as possible.. Including form 35 and sign from the bank.....

                                  I have taken loan from centurion bank to complete payment of my bike tvs victor gl in year 2004. We had completed the loan in year 2005.. We havenot get any noc from bank till 2018..2018 january 14 last date of my bike re registration we cannot do the renewl process due to not cancelling the hypothication.. Please do actions sir.. We need noc from bank.. Including form 35 and signature from the bank... Please send noc and form 35 to my (Email id:[protected]@gmail.com) mob:[protected]..                                     Hello ream,
                                    I am using hdfc account for three years while am working in old company after that i switched to other bank so i couldn't used it but it automatically deducting so much money in my account. I don't know why they taking money without inform us. I want to close my account of negative balance. Could you please help me to close the account.
